Allergenic extracts are indicated for the treatment of allergen specific allergic disease for use as hyposensitization or immunotherapy when avoidance of specific allergens can not be attained. The use of allergenic extracts for therapeutic purpose has been established by well-controlled clinical studies. Allergenic extracts may be used as adjunctive therapy along with pharmacotherapy which includes antihistamines, corticosteroids, and cromoglycate, and avoidance measures. Allergenic extracts for therapeutic use should be given using only the allergen selection to which the patient is allergic, has a history of exposure and are likely to be exposed to again.",
"Description": "Allergenic extracts are sterile solutions consisting of the extractable components from various biological sources including pollens, inhalants, molds, animal epidermals and insects. Aqueous extracts are prepared using cocas fluid containing NaCl 0.5%, NaHCO3 0.0275%, WFI, preservative 0.4% Phenol. Glycerinated allergenic extracts are prepared with cocas fluid and glycerin to produce a 50% (v/v) allergenic extract. Allergenic Extracts are supplied as concentrations designated as protein nitrogen units (PNU) or weight/volume (w/v) ratio. Standardized extracts are designated in Bioequivalent Allergy Units (BAU) or Allergy Units (AU). (See product insert for standardized extracts). For diagnostic purposes, allergenic extracts are to be administered by prick-puncture or intradermal routes. Allergenic extracts are administered subcutaneously for immunotherapy injections."

The use of dexmethylphenidate hydrochloride extended-release capsules is not recommended in pediatric patients younger than 6 years of age because they had higher plasma exposure and a higher incidence of adverse reactions (e.g., weight loss) than patients 6 years and older at the same dosage [see Warnings and Precautions (5.7), Use in Specific Populations (8.4)].",
"Description": "Dexmethylphenidate hydrochloride extended-release capsules contains dexmethylphenidate hydrochloride, a CNS stimulant. Dexmethylphenidate hydrochloride is the d-threo enantiomer of racemic methylphenidate hydrochloride. Dexmethylphenidate hydrochloride extended-release capsules are an extended-release formulation of dexmethylphenidate with a bi-modal release profile. Each bead-filled dexmethylphenidate hydrochloride extended-release capsule contains half the dose as immediate-release beads and half as enteric-coated, delayed-release beads, thus providing an immediate release of dexmethylphenidate and a delayed-release of dexmethylphenidate. Dexmethylphenidate hydrochloride extended-release capsules are intended for oral administration and are available as 25 mg and 35 mg extended-release capsules. Chemically, dexmethylphenidate hydrochloride is methyl α-phenyl-2-piperidineacetate hydrochloride, (R,R’)-(+)-. Its molecular formula is C14H19NO2HCl. Its structural formula is. Note* = asymmetric carbon center. Dexmethylphenidate hydrochloride is a white to off-white powder. Its solutions are acid to litmus. It is freely soluble in water and in methanol, soluble in alcohol, and slightly soluble in chloroform and in acetone. Its molecular weight is 269.77 g/mol. Inactive ingredients: Acetyltributyl citrate, ethylcellulose, gelatin, hypromellose, hypromellose acetate succinate, sugar spheres (which contain sucrose and starch) and talc. The 35 mg capsule also contains FD&C Blue #1 and titanium dioxide. Black printing ink SW-9008/SW-9009 contains black iron oxide, potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, and shellac."

"Description": "RYBELSUS and OZEMPIC tablets, for oral use, contain semaglutide, a GLP-1 receptor agonist. The peptide backbone is produced by yeast fermentation. The main protraction mechanism of semaglutide is albumin binding, facilitated by modification of position 26 lysine with a hydrophilic spacer and a C18 fatty di-acid. Furthermore, semaglutide is modified in position 8 to provide stabilization against degradation by the enzyme dipeptidyl-peptidase 4 (DPP-4). A minor modification was made in position 34 to ensure the attachment of only one fatty di-acid. The molecular formula is C187H291N45O59 and the molecular weight is 4113.58 g/mol. Structural formula. Semaglutide is a white to almost white hygroscopic powder. RYBELSUS tablets contain 3 mg, 7 mg or 14 mg of semaglutide and the following inactive ingredients: magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone and salcaprozate sodium (SNAC). OZEMPIC tablets contain 1.5 mg, 4 mg or 9 mg of semaglutide and the following inactive ingredients: magnesium stearate and SNAC."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Magnesium Sulfate in 5% Dextrose Injection is indicated for: : 1 Prevention of eclampsia in patients with preeclampsia , 2 Treatment of seizures and prevention of recurrent seizures in patients with eclampsia .",
"Description": "Magnesium Sulfate in 5% Dextrose Injection, USP is a sterile, nonpyrogenic solution of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate and dextrose in water for injection for intravenous use. Each 100 mL contains 1 gram of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate and dextrose, hydrous 5 grams in water for injection [see How Supplied/Storage and Handling (16)]. Magnesium Sulfate in 5% Dextrose Injection, USP may contain sulfuric acid and/or sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment. The pH is 4.5 (3.5 to 6.5). Magnesium Sulfate, USP heptahydrate is chemically known as sulfuric acid magnesium salt (1:1), heptahydrate and chemically designated MgSO4 7H2O, with a molecular weight of 246.47. It occurs as colorless crystals or white powder freely soluble in water. Dextrose, USP is chemically designated D-glucose, monohydrate, a hexose sugar freely soluble in water. The molecular formula is C6H12O6 H2O and the molecular weight is 198.17. It has the following structural formula. Water for Injection, USP is chemically designated H2O. Water can permeate from inside the Baxter VIAFLO flexible plastic container [composed of Polypropylene (PP), Polyamide (PA) and Polyethylene (PE)] into the overwrap [see Dosage and Administration (2.1)] but not in amounts sufficient to affect the solution significantly. Solutions in contact with the plastic container may leach out certain chemical components from the plastic in very small amounts; however, biological testing was supportive of the safety of the plastic container materials. Exposure to temperatures above 25°C (77°F) during transport and storage will lead to minor losses in moisture content. Higher temperatures lead to greater losses. It is unlikely that these minor losses will lead to clinically significant changes within the expiration period."

<IndicationAndUsage>Allergenic extracts are indicated for use in diagnostic testing and as part of a treatment regime for allergic disease, as established by allergy history and skin test reactivity. Allergenic extracts for therapeutic use should be given using only the allergen selection to which the patient is allergic, has a history of exposure and are likely to be exposed to again.</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Allergenic extracts are sterile solutions consisting of the extractable components from various biological sources including pollens, inhalants, molds, animal epidermals and insects. Allergenic extracts are administered subcutaneously for immunotherapy injections.</Description>

<IndicationAndUsage>Dexmethylphenidate hydrochloride extended-release capsules are indicated for the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) [see Clinical Studies (14)]. Limitations of Use. The use of dexmethylphenidate hydrochloride extended-release capsules is not recommended in pediatric patients younger than 6 years of age because they had higher plasma exposure and a higher incidence of adverse reactions (e.g., weight loss) than patients 6 years and older at the same dosage [see Warnings and Precautions (5.7), Use in Specific Populations (8.4)].</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Dexmethylphenidate hydrochloride extended-release capsules contains dexmethylphenidate hydrochloride, a CNS stimulant. Black printing ink SW-9008/SW-9009 contains black iron oxide, potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, and shellac.</Description>

<IndicationAndUsage>RYBELSUS and OZEMPIC tablets are indicated: 1 as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus., 2 to reduce the risk of major adverse cardiovascular (CV) events (CV death, non-fatal myocardial infarction or non-fatal stroke) in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus who are at high risk for these events.</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>RYBELSUS and OZEMPIC tablets, for oral use, contain semaglutide, a GLP-1 receptor agonist. OZEMPIC tablets contain 1.5 mg, 4 mg or 9 mg of semaglutide and the following inactive ingredients: magnesium stearate and SNAC.</Description>

<IndicationAndUsage>Magnesium Sulfate in 5% Dextrose Injection is indicated for: : 1 Prevention of eclampsia in patients with preeclampsia , 2 Treatment of seizures and prevention of recurrent seizures in patients with eclampsia .</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Magnesium Sulfate in 5% Dextrose Injection, USP is a sterile, nonpyrogenic solution of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate and dextrose in water for injection for intravenous use. It is unlikely that these minor losses will lead to clinically significant changes within the expiration period.</Description>

<IndicationAndUsage>Therapy. Penicillin G Potassium for Injection, USP is indicated in the treatment of serious infections caused by susceptible strains of the designated microorganisms in the conditions listed below. Appropriate culture and susceptibility tests should be done before treatment in order to isolate and identify organisms causing infection and to determine their susceptibility to penicillin G. Therapy with Penicillin G Potassium for Injection, USP may be initiated before results of such tests are known when there is reason to believe the infection may involve any of the organisms listed below; however, once these results become available, appropriate therapy should be continued. To reduce the development of drug-resistant bacteria and maintain effectiveness of Penicillin G Potassium for Injection, USP and other antibacterial drugs, Penicillin G Potassium for Injection, USP should be used only to treat or prevent infections that are proven or strongly suspected to be caused by susceptible bacteria. When culture and susceptibility information are available, they should be considered in selecting or modifying antibacterial therapy. In the absence of such data, local epidemiology and susceptibility patterns may contribute to the empiric selection of therapy.</IndicationAndUsage>
