"IndicationAndUsage": "Diltiazem hydrochloride tablets are indicated for the management of chronic stable angina and angina due to coronary artery spasm.",
"Description": "Diltiazem hydrochloride is a calcium ion influx inhibitor (slow channel blocker or calcium antagonist). Chemically, diltiazem hydrochloride is 1,5-Benzothiazepin-4(5H)one, 3-(acetyloxy)-5-[2-(dimethylamino)ethyl]-2,3-dihydro-2-(4-methoxyphenyl), monohydrochloride, (+)-cis-. The structural formula is. Diltiazem hydrochloride, USP is a white to off-white crystalline powder with a bitter taste. It is soluble in water, methanol, and chloroform. Each tablet, for oral administration, contains 30 mg, 60 mg, 90 mg, or 120 mg diltiazem hydrochloride. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: ethylcellulose, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, polyethylene glycol, and sodium lauryl sulfate. Diltiazem Hydrochloride Tablets, USP 30 mg, 60 mg, 90 mg and 120 mg meet USP Dissolution Test 2."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Gabapentin tablets are indicated for: 1 Management of postherpetic neuralgia in adults, 2 Adjunctive therapy in the treatment of partial onset seizures, with and without secondary generalization, in adults and pediatric patients 3 years and older with epilepsy.",
"Description": "The active ingredient in gabapentin tablets, USP is gabapentin, which has the chemical name 1-(aminomethyl)cyclohexaneacetic acid. The molecular formula of gabapentin is C 9H 17NO 2and the molecular weight is 171.24. The structural formula of gabapentin is:. Gabapentin USP is a white to off-white crystalline solid with a pK a1of 3.7 and a pK a2of 10.7. It is freely soluble in water and both basic and acidic aqueous solutions. The log of the partition coefficient (n-octanol/0.05M phosphate buffer) at pH 7.4 is –1.25. Each film-coated gabapentin tablet contains 600 mg or 800 mg of gabapentin USP and the following inactive ingredients:copovidone, corn starch, crospovidone, hydroxypropyl cellulose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and talc."

Glycerinated allergenic extracts are prepared with cocas fluid and glycerin to produce a 50% (v/v) allergenic extract. Allergenic Extracts are supplied as concentrations designated as protein nitrogen units (PNU) or weight/volume (w/v) ratio. Standardized extracts are designated in Bioequivalent Allergy Units (BAU) or Allergy Units (AU). (See product insert for standardized extracts). For diagnostic purposes, allergenic extracts are to be administered by prick-puncture or intradermal routes. Allergenic extracts are administered subcutaneously for immunotherapy injections."

"Description": "Formulation of amoxicillin capsules, USP contains amoxicillin, a semisynthetic antibiotic, an analog of ampicillin, with a broad spectrum of bactericidal activity against many Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms. Chemically, it is (2 S,5 R,6 R)-6-[( R)-(-)-2-amino-2-( p-hydroxyphenyl)acetamido]-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylic acid trihydrate. It may be represented structurally as: The amoxicillin molecular formula is C 16H 19N 3O 5S3H 2O, and the molecular weight is 419.45. Each capsule of amoxicillin with blue cap and pink body, contains 250 mg or 500 mg amoxicillin USP as the trihydrate. The body of the 250 mg capsule is imprinted with ‘A44’ in black ink. The body of the 500 mg capsule is imprinted with ‘A45’ in black ink. "IndicationAndUsage": "Tretinoin gel (microsphere) is indicated for the topical treatment of acne vulgaris in adults and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older.",
"Description": "Chemically, tretinoin, USP is all-trans-retinoic acid, also known as (all-E)-3,7-dimethyl-9-(2,6,6-trimethyl-1-cyclohexen-1-yl)-2,4,6,8-nonatetraenoic acid. Tretinoin, USP is a retinoid and a metabolite of naturally occurring Vitamin A. Tretinoin, USP has a molecular weight of 300.44, a molecular formula of C20H28O2 and the following chemical structure. Tretinoin gel, USP (microsphere) is for topical use. Each gram of tretinoin gel USP (microsphere), 0.08%, contains 0.8 mg of tretinoin, USP. The formulation uses copolymer of methyl methacrylate and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate crosspolymer (microspheres system) to enable inclusion of the active ingredient, tretinoin, in an aqueous gel. Other components consist of benzyl alcohol, butylated hydroxytoluene, carbomer 974P, cyclomethicone and PPG-18/18 dimethicone, disodium EDTA, glycerin, PPG-20 methyl glucose ether distearate, propylene glycol, purified water, sorbic acid, trolamine, and propylene glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate."

Gabapentin USP is a white to off-white crystalline solid with a pK a1of 3.7 and a pK a2of 10.7. It is freely soluble in water and both basic and acidic aqueous solutions. The log of the partition coefficient (n-octanol/0.05M phosphate buffer) at pH 7.4 is –1.25. Each film-coated gabapentin tablet contains 600 mg or 800 mg of gabapentin USP and the following inactive ingredients:copovidone, corn starch, crospovidone, hydroxypropyl cellulose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and talc."
