"IndicationAndUsage": "Non-Standardized Allergenic Extracts are indicated for. : 1 Skin test diagnosis of patients with a clinical history of allergies to one or more of the specific non-standardized allergens., 2 Immunotherapy for the reduction of allergen-induced allergic symptoms confirmed by appropriate positive skin tests or by in vitro testing for allergen-specific IgE antibodies.",
"Description": "Non-Standardized Allergenic Extracts are sterile solutions used for percutaneous testing, intradermal testing, or subcutaneous immunotherapy. Aqueous extracts contain the soluble extractants of the source material in water for injection, 0.5% sodium chloride, 0.54% sodium bicarbonate, and 0.4% phenol. Glycerinated extracts contain the soluable extractants of the source material in water for injection and 50% glycerin, 0.25% sodium chloride, 0.27% sodium bicarbonate, and 0.2% phenol. The pH of the extracts range from 6 to 9. Certain food extracts (Barley, Oat, Pineapple, Rye, Spinach, and Wheat), labeled “For Diagnostic Use Only”, contain 0.1% sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate as an antioxidant. Source materials used in the manufacture of allergenic extracts are collected from natural sources or from laboratory cultures. Non-Standardized Allergenic Extracts appear as clear and colorless to dark brown solutions that should be free of particulate matter. Extracts are labeled either as weight-to-volume based on the weight of the source material to the volume of the extracting fluid, or as PNU/milliliter with one PNU representing 0.00001 mg of protein nitrogen per milliliter."

"IndicationAndUsage": "XARELTO is a factor Xa inhibitor indicated: 1 to reduce risk of stroke and systemic embolism in nonvalvular atrial fibrillation ( 1.1) , 2 for treatment of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) ( 1.2) , 3 for treatment of pulmonary embolism (PE) ( 1.3) , 4 for reduction in the risk of recurrence of DVT or PE ( 1.4) , 5 for the prophylaxis of DVT, which may lead to PE in patients undergoing knee or hip replacement surgery ( 1.5) , 6 for prophylaxis of venous thromboembolism (VTE) in acutely ill medical patients ( 1.6) , 7 to reduce the risk of major cardiovascular events in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) ( 1.7) , 8 to reduce the risk of major thrombotic vascular events in patients with peripheral artery disease (PAD), including patients after recent lower extremity revascularization due to symptomatic PAD ( 1.8) , 9 for treatment of VTE and reduction in the risk of recurrent VTE in pediatric patients from birth to less than 18 years ( 1.9) , 10 for thromboprophylaxis in pediatric patients 2 years and older with congenital heart disease after the Fontan procedure ( 1.10) .",
"Description": "Rivaroxaban, a factor Xa (FXa) inhibitor, is the active ingredient in XARELTO ® Tablets and XARELTO ® for oral suspension with the chemical name 5-Chloro-N-({(5S)-2-oxo-3-[4-(3-oxo-4-morpholinyl)phenyl]-1,3-oxazolidin-5-yl}methyl)-2-thiophenecarboxamide. The molecular formula of rivaroxaban is C 19H 18ClN 3O 5S and the molecular weight is 435.89. The structural formula is:. Rivaroxaban is a pure ( S)-enantiomer. It is an odorless, non-hygroscopic, white to yellowish powder. Rivaroxaban is only slightly soluble in organic solvents (e.g., acetone, polyethylene glycol 400) and is practically insoluble in water and aqueous media. Each XARELTO tablet contains 2.5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg, or 20 mg of rivaroxaban. The inactive ingredients of XARELTO are: croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and sodium lauryl sulfate. Additionally, the proprietary film coating mixture used for XARELTO 2.5 mg is Opadry ® Light Yellow, containing ferric oxide yellow, hypromellose, polyethylene glycol 3350, and titanium dioxide, and for XARELTO 10 mg tablets is Opadry ® Pink and for XARELTO 15 mg tablets is Opadry ® Red, both containing ferric oxide red, hypromellose, polyethylene glycol 3350, and titanium dioxide, and for XARELTO 20 mg tablets is Opadry ® II Dark Red, containing ferric oxide red, polyethylene glycol 3350, polyvinyl alcohol (partially hydrolyzed), talc, and titanium dioxide. XARELTO for oral suspension is supplied as granules in bottles containing 155 mg of rivaroxaban (1 mg of rivaroxaban per mL after reconstitution). The inactive ingredients are: anhydrous citric acid, hypromellose, mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose and carboxymethylcellulose sodium, sodium benzoate, sucralose, sweet and creamy flavor and xanthan gum."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Amoxicillin is indicated in the treatment of infections due to susceptible (ONLY β-lactamase-negative) strains of the designated microorganisms in the conditions listed below. Infections of the ear, nose, and throat - due to Streptococcus spp. (α- and β-hemolytic strains only), S. pneumoniae, Staphylococcus spp., or H. influenzae. Infections of the genitourinary tract - due to E. coli, P. mirabilis, or E. faecalis. Infections of the skin and skin structure - due to Streptococcus spp. (α- and β-hemolytic strains only), Staphylococcus spp., or E. coli. Infections of the lower respiratory tract - due to Streptococcus spp. (α- and β-hemolytic strains only), S. pneumoniae, Staphylococcus spp., or H. influenzae. Gonorrhea, acute uncomplicated (ano-genital and urethral infections) - due to N. gonorrhoeae (males and females). H. pylori eradication to reduce the risk of duodenal ulcer recurrence.",
"Description": "Formulations of amoxicillin contain amoxicillin, a semisynthetic antibiotic, an analog of ampicillin, with a broad spectrum of bactericidal activity against many gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms. Chemically it is (2S,5R,6R)-6-[(R)-(-)-2-amino-2-(p-hydroxyphenyl)acetamido]-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4-thia-1-azabicyclo [3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylic acid trihydrate. It may be represented structurally as. The amoxicillin molecular formula is C16H19N3O5S 3H2O, and the molecular weight is 419.45. Capsules, tablets and powder for oral suspension of amoxicillin are intended for oral administration."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Amoxicillin is a penicillin-class antibacterial indicated for treatment of infections due to susceptible strains of designated microorganisms. : 1 Infections of the ear, nose, throat, genitourinary tract, skin and skin structure, and lower respiratory tract. ( 1.1 – 1.5) , 2 In combination for treatment of H. pylori infection and duodenal ulcer disease. ( 1.5) .",
"Description": "Formulations of amoxicillin contain amoxicillin, a semisynthetic antibiotic, an analog of ampicillin, with a broad spectrum of bactericidal activity against many Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms. Chemically, it is (2 S,5 R,6 R)-6-[(R)-(-)-2-amino-2-( p-hydroxyphenyl)acetamido]-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4- thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylic acid trihydrate. It may be represented structurally as:. The amoxicillin molecular formula is C 16H 19N 3O 5S 3H 2O, and the molecular weight is 419.45. Amoxicillin Capsules, USP. Each amoxicillin capsule, with yellow opaque cap and body, contains 250 mg or 500 mg amoxicillin as the trihydrate. The 250 mg capsule is imprinted AMOX 250 on one side and GG 848 on the other side; the 500 mg capsule is imprinted AMOX 500 on one side and GG 849 on the other side. Inactive ingredients: Capsule shells - yellow ferric oxide, titanium dioxide, gelatin, black ferric oxide, shellac, propylene glycol, potassium hydroxide and ammonium hydroxide; Capsule contents - cellulose microcrystalline and magnesium stearate. Meets USP Dissolution Test 2. Amoxicillin Tablets, USP. Each film coated tablet contains 500 mg or 875 mg amoxicillin as the trihydrate. The tablets are oval-shaped and white to yellowish. The 500 mg tablet is unscored, embossed GG-961 on one side and 500 on the other side. The 875 mg tablet is scored and embossed GG-962 on one side and 875 on the other side. In addition each amoxicillin tablet contains these inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, ethylcellulose aqueous dispersion, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, talc, triethyl citrate, and titanium dioxide. Amoxicillin for Oral Suspension, USP. Each 5 mL of reconstituted suspension contains 125 mg, 200 mg, 250 mg or 400 mg amoxicillin as the trihydrate. Each 5 mL of the 125 mg, 200 mg, 250 mg, and 400 mg reconstituted suspension contains 0.30 mEq (6.95 mg) of sodium. "Description": "Formulations of amoxicillin contain amoxicillin, a semisynthetic antibiotic, an analog of ampicillin, with a broad spectrum of bactericidal activity against many Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms. Chemically, it is (2 S,5 R,6 R)-6-[(R)-(-)-2-amino-2-( p-hydroxyphenyl)acetamido]-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4- thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylic acid trihydrate. It may be represented structurally as:. The amoxicillin molecular formula is C 16H 19N 3O 5S 3H 2O, and the molecular weight is 419.45. Amoxicillin Capsules, USP. Each amoxicillin capsule, with yellow opaque cap and body, contains 250 mg or 500 mg amoxicillin as the trihydrate. The 250 mg capsule is imprinted AMOX 250 on one side and GG 848 on the other side; the 500 mg capsule is imprinted AMOX 500 on one side and GG 849 on the other side. "Description": "Spironolactone tablets, USP contain 25 mg, 50 mg, or 100 mg of the aldosterone antagonist spironolactone, 17-hydroxy-7α-mercapto-3-oxo-17α-pregn-4-ene-21-carboxylic acid γ-lactone acetate, which has the following structural formula. Spironolactone, USP is practically insoluble in water, soluble in ethyl acetate and alcohol, freely soluble in benzene and in chloroform, slightly soluble in menthanol and very slightly soluble in fixed oils. Inactive ingredients include calcium sulfate dihydrate, colloidal silicon dioxide, corn starch, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, peppermint flavor, povidone and sodium lauryl sulfate. Additionally each tablet contains opadry II white 33F28398 which contains hydroxylpropyl methyl cellulose, lactose monohydrate, polyethylene glycol, talc and titanium dioxide."
