"IndicationAndUsage": "To control severe nausea and vomiting. For the treatment of schizophrenia. Prochlorperazine has not been shown effective in the management of behavioral complications in patients with mental retardation.",
"Description": "Prochlorperazine edisylate, 2-Chloro-10-[3-(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)propyl]phenothiazine 1,2-ethanedisulfonate (1:1), has the following structural formula. C20H24ClN3S·C2H6O6S2 MW 564.14. Prochlorperazine Edisylate Injection, an antiemetic and antipsychotic, is a sterile solution intended for intramuscular or intravenous administration. Each mL contains prochlorperazine 5 mg as the edisylate, monobasic sodium phosphate monohydrate 5 mg, sodium tartrate dihydrate 12 mg, saccharin sodium 0.9 mg and benzyl alcohol 7.5 mg in Water for Injection. pH 4.2-6.2."

Oxaprozin Tablet, USP is indicated: 1 For relief of the signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis , 2 For relief of the signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis , 3 For relief of the signs and symptoms of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis.",
"Description": "Oxaprozin, USP is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), chemically designated as 4,5-diphenyl-2-oxazole-propionic acid, and has the following chemical structure. The empirical formula for oxaprozin, USP is C18H15NO3, and the molecular weight is 293. Oxaprozin, USP is a white to off-white powder with a slight odor and a melting point of 162°C to 163°C. It is slightly soluble in alcohol and insoluble in water, with an octanol/water partition coefficient of 4.8 at physiologic pH (7.4). The pKa in water is 4.3. Oxaprozin oral tablets contain 600 mg of oxaprozin, USP. Inactive ingredients in oxaprozin tablets, USP are microcrystalline cellulose, methylcellulose, magnesium stearate, starch, sodium starch glycolate, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80 and titanium dioxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Amoxicillin capsules are a penicillin-class antibacterial indicated for treatment of infections due to susceptible strains of designated microorganisms. : 1 Infections of the ear, nose, throat, genitourinary tract, skin and skin structure, and lower respiratory tract. (1.1 – 1.4), 2 In combination for treatment of H. pylori infection and duodenal ulcer disease. (1.5).",
"Description": "Formulation of amoxicillin capsules, USP contains amoxicillin, a semisynthetic antibiotic, an analog of ampicillin, with a broad spectrum of bactericidal activity against many Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms. Chemically, it is (2 S,5 R,6 R)-6-[( R)-(-)-2-amino-2-( p-hydroxyphenyl)acetamido]-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylic acid trihydrate. It may be represented structurally as: The amoxicillin molecular formula is C 16H 19N 3O 5S3H 2O, and the molecular weight is 419.45. Each capsule of amoxicillin with blue cap and pink body, contains 250 mg or 500 mg amoxicillin USP as the trihydrate. The body of the 250 mg capsule is imprinted with ‘A44’ in black ink. The body of the 500 mg capsule is imprinted with ‘A45’ in black ink. Inactive ingredients: D&C Red No. 28, FD&C Blue No. 1, FD&C Red No. 40, gelatin, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium lauryl sulfate, and titanium dioxide. Meets USP Dissolution Test 2."

"Description": "Formulation of amoxicillin capsules, USP contains amoxicillin, a semisynthetic antibiotic, an analog of ampicillin, with a broad spectrum of bactericidal activity against many Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms. Chemically, it is (2 S,5 R,6 R)-6-[( R)-(-)-2-amino-2-( p-hydroxyphenyl)acetamido]-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylic acid trihydrate. It may be represented structurally as: The amoxicillin molecular formula is C 16H 19N 3O 5S3H 2O, and the molecular weight is 419.45. Each capsule of amoxicillin with blue cap and pink body, contains 250 mg or 500 mg amoxicillin USP as the trihydrate. The body of the 250 mg capsule is imprinted with ‘A44’ in black ink. The body of the 500 mg capsule is imprinted with ‘A45’ in black ink. Inactive ingredients: D&C Red No. 28, FD&C Blue No. 1, FD&C Red No. 40, gelatin, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium lauryl sulfate, and titanium dioxide. "IndicationAndUsage": "Mirtazapine tablets are indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD) in adults [see Clinical Studies (14)].",
"Description": "Mirtazapine tablets contain mirtazapine, USP. Mirtazapine has a tetracyclic chemical structure and belongs to the piperazino-azepine group of compounds. It is designated 1,2,3,4,10,14b-hexahydro- 2-methylpyrazino [2,1-a] pyrido [2,3-c] [2] benzazepine and has the empirical formula of C 17H 19N 3. Its molecular weight is 265.35. The structural formula is the following and it is the racemic mixture:. Mirtazapine, USP is a white to creamy white crystalline powder which is practically insoluble in water. Mirtazapine tablets, USP are available for oral administration as scored film-coated tablets containing 15 mg or 30 mg of mirtazapine, USP, and unscored film-coated tablets containing 7.5 mg or 45 mg of mirtazapine, USP. Each tablet contains colloidal silicon dioxide, corn starch, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose 2910, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, pregelatinized starch, and titanium dioxide. The 7.5 mg and 15 mg tablets also contains iron oxide (yellow) and the 30 mg tablets also contains iron oxides (yellow, red and black)."
