"IndicationAndUsage": "Propranolol Hydrochloride Extended-Release Capsules, USP, are indicated in the management of hypertension. They may be used alone or used in combination with other antihypertensive agents, particularly a thiazide diuretic. Propranolol Hydrochloride Extended-Release Capsules, USP, are not indicated in the management of hypertensive emergencies.",
"Description": "Propranolol hydrochloride is a synthetic beta-adrenergic receptor-blocking agent chemically described as 2-Propanol, 1-[(1-methylethyl)amino]-3-(1-naphthalenyloxy)-, hydrochloride,(±)-. It's molecular and structural formulae are. Propranolol hydrochloride is a stable, white, crystalline solid which is readily soluble in water and ethanol. Its molecular weight is 295.80. Propranolol Hydrochloride Extended-Release Capsules, USP, are formulated to provide a sustained release of propranolol hydrochloride. Propranolol Hydrochloride Extended-Release Capsules, USP, are available as 60 mg, 80 mg, 120 mg, and 160 mg capsules for oral administration. Each capsule for oral administration contains sugar spheres, ethylcellulose, hypromellose phthalate, povidone, diethyl phthalate, polyethylene glycol, titanium dioxide, ammonium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, black iron oxide, and gelatin. The 80 mg, 120 mg, and 160 mg capsules contain red and yellow iron oxide. In addition, the 160 mg capsules contain FD&C Blue No. 2. These capsules comply with USP Dissolution Test 1."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Carefully consider the potential benefits and risks of nabumetone tablets and other treatment options before deciding to use nabumetone tablets. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration consistent with individual patient treatment goals (see WARNINGS). Nabumetone tablets are indicated for relief of signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.",
"Description": "Nabumetone is a naphthylalkanone designated chemically as 4-(6-methoxy-2- naphthalenyl)-2-butanone. It has the following structure. Nabumetone is a white to off-white crystalline substance. It is nonacidic and practically insoluble in water, but soluble in alcohol and most organic solvents. It has an n-octanol:phosphate buffer partition coefficient of 2400 at pH 7.4. Each tablet, for oral administration contains either 500 mg or 750 mg of nabumetone. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, hydroxyl propyl methyl cellulose, sodium lauryl sulphate, colloidal silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate. The 500 mg tablets also contain opadry white (Titanium dioxide, Hypromellose 3cP, Hypromellose 6cP, Macrogol and Polysorbate 80) and the 750 mg tablets contain opadry beige (Hypromellose 6cP, titanium dioxide, iron oxide yellow, iron oxide red and Macrogol)."

"Description": "Allopurinol is a xanthine oxidase inhibitor. It has the following structural formula. Allopurinol is known chemically as 1, 5-dihydro-4 H-pyrazolo [3, 4- d]pyrimidin-4-one and it has a molecular weight of 136.11 g/mol. Its solubility in water at 37°C is 80.0 mg/dL and is greater in an alkaline solution. It is a xanthine oxidase inhibitor which is administered orally. Each white to off white tablet contains 100 mg or 300 mg of allopurinol and the inactive ingredients lactose, crospovidone, magnesium stearate, maize starch, and povidone."

"IndicationAndUsage": "SIMLANDI is a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blocker indicated for: : 1 Reducing signs and symptoms, inducing major clinical response, inhibiting the progression of structural damage, and improving physical function in adult patients with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis. (1.1), 2 Reducing signs and symptoms of moderately to severely active polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis in patients 2 years of age and older. (1.2), 3 Reducing signs and symptoms, inhibiting the progression of structural damage, and improving physical function in adult patients with active psoriatic arthritis. (1.3), 4 Reducing signs and symptoms in adult patients with active ankylosing spondylitis. (1.4), 5 Treatment of moderately to severely active Crohn’s disease in adults and pediatric patients 6 years of age and older. (1.5), 6 Treatment of moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis in adult patients. (1.6) Limitations of Use: Effectiveness has not been established in patients who have lost response to or were intolerant to TNF blockers. , 7 Treatment of adult patients with moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy, and when other systemic therapies are medically less appropriate. "Description": "Adalimumab-ryvk is a tumor necrosis factor blocker. Adalimumab-ryvk is a recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody with human derived heavy and light chain variable regions and human IgG1:k constant regions. Adalimumab-ryvk is produced by recombinant DNA technology in a mammalian cell (Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO)) expression system and is purified by a process that includes specific viral inactivation and removal steps. It consists of 1330 amino acids and has a molecular weight of approximately 148 kilodaltons. SIMLANDI® (adalimumab-ryvk) injection is supplied as a sterile, preservative-free solution for subcutaneous administration. The drug product is supplied as either a single-dose, prefilled SIMLANDI autoinjector or as a single-dose, 1 mL prefilled glass syringe. Enclosed within the autoinjector is a single-dose, 1 mL prefilled glass syringe. The solution of SIMLANDI is clear and colorless, with a pH of 5.0-5.6. Each 80 mg/0.8 mL prefilled syringe or prefilled autoinjector delivers 0.8 mL (80 mg) of drug product. Each 0.8 mL of SIMLANDI contains adalimumab-ryvk (80 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.80 mg), sodium chloride (0.47 mg), sucrose (69.83 mg), and Water for Injection, USP. Sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid are added as necessary to adjust pH. Each 40 mg/0.4 mL prefilled syringe or prefilled autoinjector delivers 0.4 mL (40 mg) of drug product. Each 0.4 mL of SIMLANDI contains adalimumab-ryvk (40 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.40 mg), sodium chloride (0.23 mg), sucrose (34.9 mg), and Water for Injection, USP. Sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid are added as necessary to adjust pH. Each 20 mg/0.2 mL prefilled syringe delivers 0.2 mL (20 mg) of drug product. Each 0.2 mL of SIMLANDI contains adalimumab-ryvk (20 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.20 mg), sodium chloride (0.12 mg), sucrose (17.46 mg), and Water for Injection, USP. Sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid are added as necessary to adjust pH."

Its molecular and structural formulae are. C16H21NO2 · HCl. Propranolol hydrochloride USP is a stable, white, crystalline solid which is readily soluble in water and ethanol. Its molecular weight is 295.80. Inderal LA is formulated to provide a sustained release of propranolol hydrochloride USP. Inderal LA is available as 60 mg, 80 mg, 120 mg, and 160 mg capsules for oral administration. : 1 Each Inderal LA 60 mg capsule contains 60 mg propranolol hydrochloride USP (equivalent to 52.60 mg of propranolol)., 2 Each Inderal LA 80 mg capsule contains 80 mg propranolol hydrochloride USP (equivalent to 70.14 mg of propranolol)., 3 Each Inderal LA 120 mg capsule contains 120 mg propranolol hydrochloride USP (equivalent to 105.21 mg of propranolol)., 4 Each Inderal LA 160 mg capsule contains 160 mg propranolol hydrochloride USP (equivalent to 140.28 mg of propranolol)."

Minocycline hydrochloride extended-release tablets, USP for oral administration contain minocycline hydrochloride USP equivalent to 45 mg, 55 mg, 65 mg, 80 mg, 90 mg, 105 mg, 115 mg, and 135 mg of minocycline. It is very slightly soluble in water, practically insoluble or insoluble in 0.1 N HCl, slightly soluble in ethanol, sparingly soluble in methanol, practically insoluble or insoluble in toluene and very slightly soluble in acetone. Lurasidone hydrochloride tablets are intended for oral administration only. Each tablet contains 20 mg, 40 mg, 60 mg, 80 mg, or 120 mg of lurasidone hydrochloride.
