"IndicationAndUsage": "IXINITY, Coagulation Factor IX (Recombinant), is a human blood coagulation factor indicated in adults and children ≥ 12 years of age with hemophilia B for: 1 On-demand treatment and control of bleeding episodes , 2 Perioperative management , 3 Routine prophylaxis to reduce the frequency of bleeding episodes .",
"Description": "IXINITY [coagulation factor IX (recombinant)] is a purified protein that has 415 amino acids. It has an amino acid sequence that is comparable to the Thr148 allelic form of plasma-derived factor IX. Coagulation factor IX (recombinant) is a single-chain glycoprotein with a molecular mass of about 55,000 Dalton that is secreted by a genetically engineered mammalian cell line derived from Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells. No human or animal proteins are added during any stage of manufacturing or formulation of IXINITY. The CHO cell line secretes recombinant factor IX into a defined cell culture medium that does not contain hormones. The recombinant factor IX is purified by a chromatography purification process. The process includes three validated steps for virus inactivation and removal, namely, solvent/detergent treatment, a chromatographic step, and nanofiltration. The process also includes a validated step to reduce the presence of CHO proteins in the final drug product. IXINITY is formulated as a sterile, nonpyrogenic lyophilized powder to be reconstituted with Sterile Water for Injection for intravenous administration. It does not contain any preservatives and is available in single-use vials containing the labeled amount of factor IX activity, expressed in international units (IU). Each vial contains nominally 250, 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, or 3000 IU of recombinant coagulation factor IX. After reconstitution of the lyophilized powder, all dosage strengths yield a clear, colorless solution. The concentrations of excipients are."

Most patients heal within 4 weeks and there is rarely reason to use cimetidine at full dosage for longer than 6 to 8 weeks (see Dosage and Administration-Duodenal Ulcer). Concomitant antacids should be given as needed for relief of pain. However, simultaneous administration of oral cimetidine and antacids is not recommended, since antacids have been reported to interfere with the absorption of oral cimetidine. (2) Maintenance therapy for duodenal ulcer patients at reduced dosage after healing of active ulcer. Patients have been maintained on continued treatment with cimetidine 400 mg h.s. for periods of up to 5 years. (3) Short-term treatment of active benign gastric ulcer. There is no information concerning usefulness of treatment periods of longer than 8 weeks. (4) Erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Erosive esophagitis diagnosed by endoscopy. Treatment is indicated for 12 weeks for healing of lesions and control of symptoms. The use of cimetidine beyond 12 weeks has not been established (see Dosage and Administration-GERD). (5) The treatment of pathological hypersecretory conditions (i.e., Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome, systemic mastocytosis, multiple endocrine adenomas).",

It is available in various concentrations with the following characteristics. May contain sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid for pH adjustment. Injections containing 10 mg/mL (1%) contain sodium chloride 7 mg and injections containing 20 mg/mL (2%) lidocaine hydrochloride contain sodium chloride 6 mg to adjust tonicity. Single-dose solutions contain no preservative and unused portions must be discarded after use.Lidocaine Hydrochloride, USP is chemically designated 2-(Diethylamino)-2’,6’-acetoxylidide monohydrochloride monohydrate, a white powder freely soluble in water. The molecular formula is C14H22N2O HCl H2O. The molecular weight is 288.82. It has the following structural formula. The semi-rigid vial used for the plastic vials is fabricated from a specially formulated polyolefin. It is a copolymer of ethylene and propylene. The safety of the plastic has been confirmed by tests in animals according to USP biological standards for plastic containers. The container requires no vapor barrier to maintain the proper drug concentration. The plastic syringe is molded from a specially formulated polypropylene. Water permeates from inside the container at an extremely slow rate which will have an insignificant effect on solution concentration over the expected shelf life. Solutions in contact with the plastic container may leach out certain chemical components from the plastic in very small amounts; however, biological testing was supportive of the safety of the syringe material."

Lidocaine Hydrochloride Injection, USP is a sterile, nonpyrogenic solution of an antiarrhythmic agent administered intravenously by either direct injection or continuous infusion.

<IndicationAndUsage>IXINITY, Coagulation Factor IX (Recombinant), is a human blood coagulation factor indicated in adults and children ≥ 12 years of age with hemophilia B for: 1 On-demand treatment and control of bleeding episodes , 2 Perioperative management , 3 Routine prophylaxis to reduce the frequency of bleeding episodes .</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>IXINITY [coagulation factor IX (recombinant)] is a purified protein that has 415 amino acids. The concentrations of excipients are.</Description>

<IndicationAndUsage>IXINITY, Coagulation Factor IX (Recombinant), is a human blood coagulation factor indicated in adults and children with hemophilia B for: 1 On-demand treatment and control of bleeding episodes , 2 Perioperative management , 3 Routine prophylaxis to reduce the frequency of bleeding episodes .</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>IXINITY [coagulation factor IX (recombinant)] is a purified protein that has 415 amino acids. It does not contain any preservatives and is available in single-dose vials containing the labeled amount of factor IX activity, expressed in international units (IU). Each vial contains nominally 250, 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, or 3000 IU of recombinant coagulation factor IX. After reconstitution of the lyophilized powder, all dosage strengths yield a clear, colorless solution. The concentrations of excipients are.</Description>

<IndicationAndUsage>Cimetidine Hydrochloride Oral Solution is indicated in. (1) Short-term treatment of active duodenal ulcer. (5) The treatment of pathological hypersecretory conditions (i.e., Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome, systemic mastocytosis, multiple endocrine adenomas).</IndicationAndUsage>

<IndicationAndUsage>Lidocaine hydrochloride injection administered intravenously or intramuscularly, is specifically indicated in the acute management of ventricular arrhythmias such as those occurring in relation to acute myocardial infarction, or during cardiac manipulation, such as cardiac surgery.</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Lidocaine Hydrochloride Injection, USP is a sterile, nonpyrogenic solution of an antiarrhythmic agent administered intravenously by either direct injection or continuous infusion. Solutions in contact with the plastic container may leach out certain chemical components from the plastic in very small amounts; however, biological testing was supportive of the safety of the syringe material.</Description>

Single-dose solutions contain no preservative and unused portions must be discarded after use. Lidocaine Hydrochloride, USP is chemically designated 2-(diethylamino)-2',6'-acetoxylidide monohydrochloride monohydrate, a white powder freely soluble in water. The molecular formula is C14H22N2O HCl H2O. The molecular weight is 288.82. It has the following structural formula. The plastic syringe is molded from a specially formulated polypropylene. Water permeates from inside the container at an extremely slow rate which will have an insignificant effect on solution concentration over the expected shelf life. Solutions in contact with the plastic container may leach out certain chemical components from the plastic in very small amounts; however, biological testing was supportive of the safety of the syringe material.</Description>
