"IndicationAndUsage": "The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for the emergency use of Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine (2023-2024 Formula) for active immunization to prevent coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) in individuals 6 months through 11 years of age. Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine (2023-2024 Formula), which is supplied in multiple dose vials with yellow caps and labels with yellow borders, and in single dose vials with blue caps and labels with blue borders, is not licensed for any use. Justification for Emergency Use of Vaccines During the COVID-19 Pandemic. There is currently an outbreak of COVID-19 caused by SARS-CoV-2. "Description": "The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine does not contain preservative. The vial stoppers are not made with natural rubber latex. Multiple Dose Vials with Yellow Caps and Labels with Yellow Borders. The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine (2023-2024 Formula) in multiple dose vials with yellow caps and labels with yellow borders is supplied as a frozen suspension; each vial must be diluted with 1.1 mL of sterile 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection, USP prior to use to form the vaccine. After dilution, each 0.3 mL dose is formulated to contain 3 mcg of nucleoside-modified messenger RNA (modRNA) encoding the viral spike (S) glycoprotein of SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant lineage XBB.1.5 (Omicron XBB.1.5). Each 0.3 mL dose also includes the following ingredients: lipids (0.04 mg ((4-hydroxybutyl)azanediyl)bis(hexane-6,1-diyl)bis(2-hexyldecanoate), 0.005 mg 2[(polyethylene glycol)-2000]-N,N-ditetradecylacetamide, 0.01 mg 1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine, and 0.02 mg cholesterol), 9.4 mg sucrose, 0.02 mg tromethamine, and 0.12 mg tromethamine hydrochloride. The diluent (sterile 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection, USP) contributes 1.88 mg sodium chloride per dose. Single Dose Vials with Blue Caps and Labels with Blue Borders. The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine (2023-2024 Formula) in single dose vials with blue caps and labels with blue borders is supplied as a frozen suspension. This presentation does not need to be diluted. Each 0.3 mL dose is formulated to contain 10 mcg of a modRNA encoding the viral spike (S) glycoprotein of SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant lineage XBB.1.5 (Omicron XBB.1.5). Each 0.3 mL dose also includes the following ingredients: lipids (0.14 mg ((4-hydroxybutyl)azanediyl)bis(hexane-6,1-diyl)bis(2-hexyldecanoate), 0.02 mg 2[(polyethylene glycol)-2000]-N,N-ditetradecylacetamide, 0.03 mg 1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine, and 0.06 mg cholesterol), 31 mg sucrose, 0.06 mg tromethamine, and 0.4 mg tromethamine hydrochloride."

"Description": "The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine does not contain preservative. The vial stoppers are not made with natural rubber latex. Multiple Dose Vials with Yellow Caps and Labels with Yellow Borders. The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine (2024-2025 Formula) in multiple dose vials with yellow caps and labels with yellow borders is supplied as a frozen suspension; each vial must be diluted with 1.1 mL of sterile 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection, USP prior to use to form the vaccine. After dilution, each 0.3 mL dose is formulated to contain 3 mcg of nucleoside-modified messenger RNA (modRNA) encoding the viral spike (S) glycoprotein of SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant lineage KP.2. Each 0.3 mL dose also includes the following ingredients: lipids (0.04 mg ((4-hydroxybutyl)azanediyl)bis(hexane-6,1-diyl)bis(2-hexyldecanoate), 0.005 mg 2[(polyethylene glycol)-2000]-N,N-ditetradecylacetamide, 0.01 mg 1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine, and 0.02 mg cholesterol), 9.4 mg sucrose, 0.02 mg tromethamine, and 0.12 mg tromethamine hydrochloride. "Description": "Desferal, deferoxamine mesylate, is an iron-chelating agent, available in vials for injection via intramuscular, subcutaneous, and intravenous administration. Desferal is supplied as vials containing 500 mg of deferoxamine mesylate USP (corresponding to 426.82 mg of deferoxamine as free base) in sterile, lyophilized form. Deferoxamine mesylate is N-[5-[3-[(5-aminopentyl)hydroxycarbamoyl]propionamido]pentyl]-3-[[5-(N-hydroxyacetamido)pentyl]carbamoyl]propionohydroxamic acid monomethanesul-fonate (salt), and its structural formula is. Deferoxamine mesylate USP is a white to almost white powder. It is freely soluble in water and slightly soluble in methanol. Its molecular weight is 656.79 g/mol."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Tasigna is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of: 1 Adult and pediatric patients greater than or equal to 1 year of age with newly diagnosed Philadelphia chromosome positive chronic myeloid leukemia (Ph+ CML) in chronic phase. (1.1), 2 Adult patients with chronic phase (CP) and accelerated phase (AP) Ph+ CML resistant to or intolerant to prior therapy that included imatinib. (1.2) , 3 Pediatric patients greater than or equal to 1 year of age with Ph+ CML-CP and CML-AP resistant or intolerant to prior tyrosine-kinase inhibitor (TKI) therapy. (1.3) .",
"Description": "Tasigna contains nilotinib, which belongs to a pharmacologic class of drugs known as kinase inhibitors. Nilotinib drug substance, in the form of monohydrochloride monohydrate, is a white to slightly yellowish to slightly greenish yellow powder with the molecular formula and weight, respectively, of C28H22F3N7OHCl H2O and 584 g/mol (corresponding molecular formula and weight of nilotinib base, anhydrous are C28H22F3N7O and 529 g/mol, respectively). The solubility of nilotinib in aqueous solutions decreases with increasing pH. Nilotinib is not optically active. The pKa1 was determined to be 2.1; pKa2 was estimated to be 5.4. The chemical name of nilotinib monohydrochloride monohydrate is 4-methyl-N-[3-(4-methyl-1H-imidazol-1-yl)-5-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-3-[[4-(3-pyridinyl)-2-pyrimidinyl]amino]-benzamide, monohydrochloride, monohydrate. Its structure is shown below. Tasigna (nilotinib) capsules, for oral use, contain 50 mg, 150 mg, or 200 mg nilotinib base, anhydrous (equivalent to 55 mg, 166 mg, and 221 mg nilotinib monohydrochloride monohydrate respectively) with the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, and poloxamer 188. The capsules contain gelatin, iron oxide (red), iron oxide (yellow), iron oxide (black), and titanium dioxide."

"Description": "Tasigna contains nilotinib, which belongs to a pharmacologic class of drugs known as kinase inhibitors. Nilotinib drug substance, in the form of monohydrochloride monohydrate, is a white to slightly yellowish to slightly greenish yellow powder with the molecular formula and weight, respectively, of C28H22F3N7OHCl H2O and 584 g/mol (corresponding molecular formula and weight of nilotinib base, anhydrous are C28H22F3N7O and 529 g/mol, respectively). The solubility of nilotinib in aqueous solutions decreases with increasing pH. Nilotinib is not optically active. The pKa1 was determined to be 2.1; pKa2 was estimated to be 5.4. The chemical name of nilotinib monohydrochloride monohydrate is 4-methyl-N-[3-(4-methyl-1H-imidazol-1-yl)-5-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-3-[[4-(3-pyridinyl)-2-pyrimidinyl]amino]-benzamide, monohydrochloride, monohydrate. Its structure is shown below. Tasigna (nilotinib) capsules, for oral use, contain 50 mg, 150 mg, or 200 mg nilotinib base, anhydrous (equivalent to 55 mg, 166 mg, and 221 mg nilotinib monohydrochloride monohydrate respectively) with the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, and poloxamer 188. The capsules contain gelatin, iron oxide (red), iron oxide (yellow), iron oxide (black), and titanium dioxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "HYCAMTIN for injection is a topoisomerase inhibitor indicated for treatment of: 1 Patients with metastatic ovarian cancer after disease progression on or after initial or subsequent chemotherapy, as a single agent (1.1), 2 Patients with small cell lung cancer (SCLC) platinum-sensitive disease who progressed at least 60 days after initiation of first-line chemotherapy, as a single agent (1.2), 3 Patients with Stage IV-B, recurrent, or persistent cervical cancer which is not amenable to curative treatment, in combination with cisplatin (1.3) .",
"Description": "Topotecan is a topoisomerase inhibitor. The chemical name for topotecan hydrochloride is (S)-10-[(dimethylamino)methyl]-4-ethyl-4,9-dihydroxy-1H-pyrano[3’,4’:6,7] indolizino [1,2-b]quinoline-3,14-(4H,12H)-dione monohydrochloride. The molecular formula is C23H23N3O5HCl and the molecular weight is 457.9 g/mol. It is soluble in water and melts with decomposition at 213ºC to 218ºC. Topotecan hydrochloride has the following structural formula. HYCAMTIN (topotecan) for injection, for intravenous use is supplied as a sterile, lyophilized, buffered, light yellow to greenish powder available in single-dose vials. Each 4 mg vial contains 4 mg topotecan hydrochloride as free base. The reconstituted solution ranges in color from yellow to yellow-green. Inactive ingredients are mannitol, 48 mg, and tartaric acid, 20 mg. Hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide may be used to adjust the pH. The solution pH ranges from 2.5 to 3.5."

"Description": "Midostaurin is a kinase inhibitor for oral use. The molecular formula for midostaurin is C35H30N4O4. The molecular weight is 570.65 g/mol. The chemical name of midostaurin is Benzamide, N-[(9S,10R,11R,13R)-2,3,10,11,12,13-hexahydro-10-methoxy-9-methyl-1-oxo-9,13-epoxy-1H,9H-diindolo[1,2,3-gh:3′,2′,1′-lm]pyrrolo[3,4-j][1,7]benzodiazonin-11-yl]-N-methyl-. The chemical structure of midostaurin is shown below. RYDAPT is supplied as a soft capsule containing 25 mg of midostaurin. The capsule contains carmine, corn oil mono-di-triglycerides, dehydrated alcohol, ferric oxide red, ferric oxide yellow, gelatin, glycerin 85%, hypromellose 2910, polyethylene glycol 400, polyoxyl 40 hydrogenated castor oil, propylene glycol, purified water, titanium dioxide, and vitamin E."

"Description": "The chemical name for lifitegrast is (S)-2-(2-(benzofuran-6-carbonyl)-5,7-dichloro-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline-6-carboxamido)-3-(3-(methylsulfonyl)phenyl)propanoic acid. The molecular formula of lifitegrast is C 29H 24Cl 2N 2O 7S and its molecular weight is 615.5 g/mol. The structural formula of lifitegrast is:. *Chiral center. Lifitegrast is a white to off-white powder, which is soluble in water. Xiidra (lifitegrast ophthalmic solution) 5% is a lymphocyte function-associated antigen-1 (LFA-1) antagonist supplied as a sterile, clear, colorless to slightly brownish-yellow colored, isotonic solution of lifitegrast with a pH of 7.0-8.0, and an osmolality range of 200-330 mOsmol/kg. Xiidra contains Active:lifitegrast 50 mg/mL; Inactives: sodium chloride, sodium phosphate dibasic anhydrous, sodium thiosulfate pentahydrate, and water for injection. Sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid (to adjust pH)."

"Description": "EGATEN (triclabendazole) tablet is an orally administered anthelmintic for immediate release. Triclabendazole is designated chemically as benzimidazole derivative, 6-chloro-5-(2, 3-dichlorophenoxy)-2-(methylthio)-1H-benzimidazole (triclabendazole). The molecular formula for triclabendazole is C14H9Cl3N2OS and the molecular weight is 359.65 g/mol. The chemical structure of triclabendazole is shown below. Triclabendazole is a white or almost white, crystalline powder. EGATEN tablets are pale red, speckled, capsule shaped, biconvex tablets, with “EG ⅁Ǝ” debossed on one side and functionally scored on both sides. Each tablet contains 250 mg of triclabendazole. Inactive Ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, iron oxide red, lactose monohydrate, maize starch, magnesium stearate, methylhydroxyethylcellulose."

Each 0.4 mL contains 20 mg of ofatumumab, and arginine (4 mg), disodium edetate (0.007 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.08 mg), sodium acetate trihydrate (2.722 mg), sodium chloride (1.192 mg), and Water for Injection, USP with a pH of 5.5. Hydrochloric acid may have been added to adjust pH."
