Fluticasone Propionate. One active component of AIRDUO RESPICLICK is fluticasone propionate, a corticosteroid having the chemical name S-(fluoromethyl) 6α,9-difluoro-11ß,17-dihydroxy-16α-methyl-3-oxoandrosta-1,4-diene-17ß-carbothioate, 17-propionate, and the following chemical structure. Fluticasone propionate is a white powder with a molecular weight of 500.6, and the empirical formula is C25H31F3O5S. It is practically insoluble in water, freely soluble in dimethyl sulfoxide and dimethylformamide, and slightly soluble in methanol and 95% ethanol. Salmeterol Xinafoate. The other active component of AIRDUO RESPICLICK is salmeterol xinafoate, a beta2–adrenergic bronchodilator. Salmeterol xinafoate is the racemic form of the 1‑hydroxy‑2‑naphthoic acid salt of salmeterol. It has the chemical name 4-hydroxy-α -[[[6-(4-phenylbutoxy)hexyl]amino]methyl]-1,3-benzenedimethanol, 1-hydroxy-2-naphthalenecarboxylate and the following chemical structure. Salmeterol xinafoate is a white powder with a molecular weight of 603.8, and the empirical formula is C25H37NO4C11H8O3. It is freely soluble in methanol; slightly soluble in ethanol, chloroform, and isopropanol; and sparingly soluble in water. AIRDUO RESPICLICK. AIRDUO RESPICLICK is a multidose dry powder inhaler (MDPI) for oral inhalation only. It contains fluticasone propionate, salmeterol xinafoate, and lactose monohydrate (which may contain milk proteins). The opening of the mouthpiece cover meters 5.5 mg of the formulation from the device reservoir, which contains 55 mcg, 113 mcg, or 232 mcg of fluticasone propionate, and 14 mcg of salmeterol base (equivalent to 20.3 mcg of salmeterol xinafoate). Patient inhalation through the mouthpiece causes the deagglomeration and aerosolization of the drug particles as the formulation moves through the cyclone component of the device. This is followed by dispersion into the airstream. Under standardized in vitro test conditions, the AIRDUO RESPICLICK inhaler delivers 49 mcg, 100 mcg, or 202 mcg of fluticasone propionate and 12.75 mcg of salmeterol base (equivalent to 18.5 mcg of salmeterol xinafoate), with lactose from the mouthpiece when tested at a flow rate of 85 L/min for 1.4 seconds. The amount of drug delivered to the lung will depend on patient factors such as inspiratory flow profiles. In adult subjects (N=50, aged 18 to 45 years) with asthma, mean peak inspiratory flow (PIF) through the AIRDUO RESPICLICK inhaler was 108.28 L/min (range: 70.37 to 129.24 L/min). In adolescent subjects (N=50, aged 12 to 17 years) with asthma, mean peak inspiratory flow (PIF) through the AIRDUO RESPICLICK inhaler was 106.72 L/min (range: 73.64 to 125.51 L/min)."

"Description": "Immune Globulin Intravenous (Human), PANZYGA, is a solvent/detergent (S/D)-treated, sterile preparation of highly purified immunoglobulin G (IgG) derived from large pools of human plasma. PANZYGA is a solution for infusion to be administered intravenously. This preparation contains approximately 100 mg of protein per mL (10%), of which not less than 96% is normal human immunoglobulin G. PANZYGA contains not more than 3% aggregates, not less than 94% monomers and dimers, and not more than 4% fragments. On average, the product contains 100 µg/mL of IgA, and lower amounts of IgM. PANZYGA contains only trace amounts of sodium, and the pH is between 4.5 and 5.0. The osmolality is in the range of 240-310 mosmol/kg. The manufacturing process for PANZYGA isolates IgG without additional chemical or enzymatic modification, and the Fc portion is maintained intact. PANZYGA contains the IgG antibody activities present in the donor population. IgG subclasses are fully represented with the following approximate percents of total IgG: IgG 1 is 65%, IgG 2 is 28%, IgG 3 is 3% and IgG 4 is 4%. PANZYGA contains a broad spectrum of IgG antibodies against bacterial and viral agents that are capable of opsonization and neutralization of microbes and toxins. PANZYGA contains glycine (15.0-19.5 mg/mL), but no preservatives or sucrose. All units of human plasma used in the manufacture of PANZYGA are provided by FDA-approved blood and plasma establishments, and are tested by FDA-licensed serological tests for HBsAg, antibodies to HCV and HIV and Nucleic Acid Test (NAT) for HCV and HIV1 and found to be non-reactive (negative). The product is manufactured by the cold ethanol fractionation process followed by purification methodologies, as well as S/D treatment and nanofiltration (20 nm). The S/D mixture used is composed of tri-n-butyl phosphate (TNBP, solvent) and Triton X-100 (Octoxynol, detergent). The PANZYGA manufacturing process shows significant viral reduction and inactivation, demonstrated by in vitro infectivity studies ( Table 4 ). The virus safety of PANZYGA is achieved through a combination of various process steps, including S/D treatment, ion-exchange chromatography, and nanofiltration (20 nm). Table 4 shows the virus clearance during the manufacturing process for PANZYGA, expressed as the mean log 10 reduction factor (LRF). Table 4: Virus Reduction by PANZYGA Manufacturing Process. HIV-1: Human Immunodeficiency Virus – 1, a model for HIV-1 and HIV-2;. PRV: Pseudorabies Virus, a model for large enveloped DNA viruses (e.g., herpes virus);. BVDV: Bovine Viral Diarrhea Virus, a model for e.g., Hepatitis C virus (HCV) and West-Nile virus (WNV);. MEV: Mouse Encephalomyelitis virus, a model for Hepatitis A virus (HAV);. PPV: Porcine Parvovirus, a model for Human Parvovirus B19;. n.a.: not applicable;. n.d: not done. Additionally, the manufacturing process was investigated for its capacity to decrease the infectivity of an experimental agent of transmissible spongiform encephalopathy (TSE), considered as a model for the vCJD and CJD agents. [ 10 ]. Several of the individual production steps in the PANZYGA manufacturing process were shown to decrease TSE infectivity of that experimental model agent. TSE reduction steps include ion-exchange chromatography and nanofiltration, which together give a total of at least 10.4 log10 decrease of infectivity. These studies provide reasonable assurance that low levels of CJD/vCJD agent infectivity, if present in the starting material, would be removed."

"IndicationAndUsage": "AirDuo® Digihaler® is indicated for the treatment of asthma in adult and pediatric patients aged 12 years and older. AirDuo Digihaler should be used for patients not adequately controlled on a long term asthma control medication such as an inhaled corticosteroid or whose disease warrants initiation of treatment with both an inhaled corticosteroid and long acting beta2-adrenergic agonist (LABA). Limitations of Use:. AirDuo Digihaler is not indicated for the relief of acute bronchospasm.",
"Description": "AirDuo Digihaler 55/14 mcg, AirDuo Digihaler 113/14 mcg and AirDuo Digihaler 232/14 mcg are combinations of fluticasone propionate and salmeterol. Fluticasone Propionate. One active component of AirDuo Digihaler is fluticasone propionate, a corticosteroid having the chemical name S-(fluoromethyl) 6α,9-difluoro-11ß,17-dihydroxy-16α-methyl-3-oxoandrosta-1,4-diene-17ß-carbothioate, 17-propionate, and the following chemical structure. The other active component of AirDuo Digihaler is salmeterol xinafoate, a beta2–adrenergic bronchodilator. AirDuo Digihaler. AirDuo Digihaler is a multidose dry powder inhaler (MDPI) with an electronic module, for oral inhalation only. Under standardized in vitro test conditions, the AirDuo Digihaler inhaler delivers 49 mcg, 100 mcg, or 202 mcg of fluticasone propionate and 12.75 mcg of salmeterol base (equivalent to 18.5 mcg of salmeterol xinafoate), with lactose from the mouthpiece when tested at a flow rate of 85 L/min for 1.4 seconds. The amount of drug delivered to the lung will depend on patient factors such as inspiratory flow profiles. In adult subjects (N=50, aged 18 to 45 years) with asthma, mean peak inspiratory flow (PIF) through the MDPI was 108.28 L/min (range: 70.37 to 129.24 L/min). In adolescent subjects (N=50, aged 12 to 17 years) with asthma, mean peak inspiratory flow (PIF) through the MDPI was 106.72 L/min (range: 73.64 to 125.51 L/min). AirDuo Digihaler includes a QR code (on the top of the inhaler), and contains a built-in electronic module which automatically detects, records and stores data on inhaler events, including peak inspiratory flow rate (L/min). AirDuo Digihaler may pair with and transmit data to the mobile App where inhaler events are categorized."

AIRDUO RESPICLICK should be used for patients not adequately controlled on a long term asthma control medication such as an inhaled corticosteroid or whose disease warrants initiation of treatment with both an inhaled corticosteroid and long acting beta2-adrenergic agonist (LABA). Limitations of Use:. AIRDUO RESPICLICK is not indicated for the relief of acute bronchospasm.",
"Description": "AIRDUO RESPICLICK 55 mcg/14 mcg, AIRDUO RESPICLICK 113 mcg/14 mcg and AIRDUO RESPICLICK 232 mcg/14 mcg are combinations of fluticasone propionate and salmeterol.

"IndicationAndUsage": "AIRDUO® RESPICLICK® is indicated for the treatment of asthma in adult and pediatric patients aged 12 years and older.
<IndicationAndUsage>AIRDUO® RESPICLICK® is indicated for the treatment of asthma in adult and pediatric patients aged 12 years and older. AIRDUO RESPICLICK is not indicated for the relief of acute bronchospasm.</IndicationAndUsage>

AIRDUO RESPICLICK 55 mcg/14 mcg, AIRDUO RESPICLICK 113 mcg/14 mcg and AIRDUO RESPICLICK 232 mcg/14 mcg are combinations of fluticasone propionate and salmeterol. In adolescent subjects (N=50, aged 12 to 17 years) with asthma, mean peak inspiratory flow (PIF) through the AIRDUO RESPICLICK inhaler was 106.72 L/min (range: 73.64 to 125.51 L/min).

Immune Globulin Intravenous (Human), PANZYGA, is a solvent/detergent (S/D)-treated, sterile preparation of highly purified immunoglobulin G (IgG) derived from large pools of human plasma. These studies provide reasonable assurance that low levels of CJD/vCJD agent infectivity, if present in the starting material, would be removed.

<IndicationAndUsage>AirDuo® Digihaler® is indicated for the treatment of asthma in adult and pediatric patients aged 12 years and older. AirDuo Digihaler is not indicated for the relief of acute bronchospasm.</IndicationAndUsage>

AirDuo Digihaler 55/14 mcg, AirDuo Digihaler 113/14 mcg and AirDuo Digihaler 232/14 mcg are combinations of fluticasone propionate and salmeterol. Fluticasone Propionate. One active component of AirDuo Digihaler is fluticasone propionate, a corticosteroid having the chemical name S-(fluoromethyl) 6α,9-difluoro-11ß,17-dihydroxy-16α-methyl-3-oxoandrosta-1,4-diene-17ß-carbothioate, 17-propionate, and the following chemical structure. The other active component of AirDuo Digihaler is salmeterol xinafoate, a beta2–adrenergic bronchodilator. AirDuo Digihaler. AirDuo Digihaler is a multidose dry powder inhaler (MDPI) with an electronic module, for oral inhalation only. AirDuo Digihaler may pair with and transmit data to the mobile App where inhaler events are categorized.

<IndicationAndUsage>AIRDUO® RESPICLICK® is indicated for the treatment of asthma in adult and pediatric patients aged 12 years and older.

In adolescent subjects (N=50, aged 12 to 17 years) with asthma, mean peak inspiratory flow (PIF) through the AIRDUO RESPICLICK inhaler was 106.72 L/min (range: 73.64 to 125.51 L/min).

<IndicationAndUsage>In the treatment of both tuberculosis and the meningococcal carrier state, the small number of resistant cells present within large populations of susceptible cells can rapidly become the predominant type. Bacteriologic cultures should be obtained before the start of therapy to confirm the susceptibility of the organism to rifampin and they should be repeated throughout therapy to monitor the response to treatment. Since resistance can emerge rapidly, susceptibility tests should be performed in the event of persistent positive cultures during the course of treatment. If test results show resistance to rifampin and the patient is not responding to therapy, the drug regimen should be modified.</IndicationAndUsage>
