The prodrug, temozolomide, is rapidly hydrolyzed to the active 5-(3-methyltriazen-1-yl) imidazole-4-carboxamide (MTIC) at neutral and alkaline pH values, with hydrolysis taking place even faster at alkaline pH. Temozolomide capsules USP. Temozolomide capsules for oral use contains either 5 mg, 20 mg, 100 mg, 140 mg, 180 mg, or 250 mg of temozolomide. The inactive ingredients for Temozolomide capsules USP are as follows: 1 Temozolomide capsules USP 5 mg: lactose anhydrous (132.8 mg), colloidal silicon dioxide (0.2 mg), sodium starch glycolate (7.5 mg), tartaric acid (1.5 mg), and stearic acid (3 mg). , 2 Temozolomide capsules USP 20 mg: lactose anhydrous (182.2 mg), colloidal silicon dioxide (0.2 mg), sodium starch glycolate (11 mg), tartaric acid (2.2 mg), and stearic acid (4.4 mg). , 3 Temozolomide capsules USP 100 mg: lactose anhydrous (175.7 mg), colloidal silicon dioxide (0.3 mg), sodium starch glycolate (15 mg), tartaric acid (3 mg), and stearic acid (6 mg). , 4 Temozolomide capsules USP 140 mg: lactose anhydrous (246 mg), colloidal silicon dioxide (0.4 mg), sodium starch glycolate (21 mg), tartaric acid (4.2 mg), and stearic acid (8.4 mg). , 5 Temozolomide capsules USP 180 mg: lactose anhydrous (316.3 mg), colloidal silicon dioxide (0.5 mg), sodium starch glycolate (27 mg), tartaric acid (5.2 mg), and stearic acid (10.8 mg). , 6 Temozolomide capsules USP 250 mg: lactose anhydrous (154.3 mg), colloidal silicon dioxide (0.7 mg), sodium starch glycolate (22.5 mg), tartaric acid (9 mg), and stearic acid (13.5 mg). ."

<Description>Erlotinib a kinase inhibitor, is a quinazolinamine with the chemical name N-(3-ethynylphenyl)-6,7-bis(2-methoxyethoxy)-4-quinazolinamine Hydrochloride. Erlotinib contains erlotinib as the hydrochloride salt that has the following structural formula. Erlotinib hydrochloride has the molecular formula C 22H 23N 3O 4.HCl and a molecular weight of 429.90. The molecule has a pKa of 5.4. Erlotinib hydrochloride is slightly soluble in Dimethyl sulfoxide, Dimethyl formamide and Methanol. Aqueous solubility of erlotinib hydrochloride is dependent on pH with increased solubility at a pH of less than 5 due to protonation of the secondary amine. Over the pH range of 1.4 to 9.6, maximal solubility of approximately 1.69 mg/mL occurs at a pH of approximately 2. Erlotinib tablets for oral administration are available in three dosage strengths containing erlotinib hydrochloride (27.3 mg, 109.3 mg and 163.9 mg) equivalent to 25 mg, 100 mg and 150 mg erlotinib and the following inactive ingredients: micro crystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, sodium starch glycolate, sodium lauryl sulfate, magnesium stearate, and finished tablets are coated with opadry white[Y-5-7068] contains following ingredients hypromellose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol.</Description>

<IndicationAndUsage>(To understand fully the indication for this product, please read the entire INDICATION AND USAGE section of the labeling.). Ciclopirox topical solution, USP 8% as a component of a comprehensive management program, is indicated as topical treatment in immunocompetent patients with mild to moderate onychomycosis of fingernails and toenails without lunula involvement, due to Trichophyton rubrum. The comprehensive management program includes removal of the unattached, infected nails as frequently as monthly, by a health care professional who has special competence in the diagnosis and treatment of nail disorders, including minor nail procedures. : 1 No studies have been conducted to determine whether ciclopirox might reduce the effectiveness of systemic antifungal agents for onychomycosis. Therefore, the concomitant use of ciclopirox topical solution, 8% and systemic antifungal agents for onychomycosis, is not recommended., 2 Ciclopirox topical solution, 8% should be used only under medical supervision as described above., 3 The effectiveness and safety of ciclopirox topical solution, 8% in the following populations has not been studied. The clinical trials with use of ciclopirox topical solution, 8% excluded patients who: were pregnant or nursing, planned to become pregnant, had a history of immunosuppression (e.g., extensive, persistent, or unusual distribution of dermatomycoses, extensive seborrheic dermatitis, recent or recurring herpes zoster, or persistent herpes simplex), were HIV seropositive, received organ transplant, required medication to control epilepsy, were insulin dependent diabetics or had diabetic neuropathy. Patients with severe plantar (moccasin) tinea pedis were also excluded., 4 The safety and efficacy of using ciclopirox topical solution, 8% daily for greater than 48 weeks have not been established.</IndicationAndUsage>
