"IndicationAndUsage": "Ga 68 DOTATOC Injection is indicated for use with positron emission tomography (PET) for the localization of somatostatin receptor positive neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) in adult and pediatric patients.",
"Description": "Ga 68 DOTATOC Injection is a radioactive diagnostic agent for intravenous administration. It contains 3.6 mcg/mL (DOTA-0-Phe1-Tyr3) octreotide, 18.5 MBq/mL to 148 MBq/mL (0.5 mCi to 4 mCi/mL) of Ga 68 DOTATOC at calibration time, and ethanol (10% v/v) in sodium chloride (9 mg/mL) solution (approximately 14 mL volume). Ga 68 DOTATOC Injection is a sterile, pyrogen free, clear, colorless, buffered solution, with a pH between 4 to 8. Ga 68 DOTATOC, also known as Gallium-68 (DOTA0-Phe1-Tyr3) octreotide, is a cyclic 8 amino acid peptide with a covalently bound chelator (DOTA). The peptide has the amino acid sequence: H-D-Phe-Cys-Tyr-D-Trp-Lys-Thr-Cys-Thr-OH, and contains one disulfide bond. Ga 68 DOTATOC has a molecular weight of 1489.65 g/mol and its chemical structure is shown in Figure 1. Figure 1: Chemical Structure of Ga 68 DOTATOC. "IndicationAndUsage": "Baclofen Injection is indicated for use in the management of severe spasticity. Patients should first respond to a screening dose of intrathecal baclofen prior to consideration for long term infusion via an implantable pump. For spasticity of spinal cord origin, chronic infusion of Baclofen Injection via an implantable pump should be reserved for patients unresponsive to oral baclofen therapy, or those who experience intolerable CNS side effects at effective doses. Patients with spasticity due to traumatic brain injury should wait at least one year after the injury before consideration of long term intrathecal baclofen therapy. Baclofen Injection is intended for use by the intrathecal route in single bolus test doses (via spinal catheter or lumbar puncture) and, for chronic use, only in implantable pumps approved by the FDA specifically for the administration of Baclofen Injection into the intrathecal space.",
"Description": "Baclofen Injection, USP* is a muscle relaxant and antispastic. Its chemical name is 4-amino-3-(4-chlorophenyl) butanoic acid, and its structural formula is:. Baclofen is a white to off-white, odorless or practically odorless crystalline powder, with a molecular weight of 213.66. It is slightly soluble in water, very slightly soluble in methanol, and insoluble in chloroform. Baclofen Injection, USP* is a sterile, nonpyrogenic, isotonic solution free of antioxidants, preservatives or other potentially neurotoxic additives indicated only for intrathecal administration. The drug is stable in solution at 37° C and compatible with CSF. Each milliliter of Baclofen Injection contains baclofen USP, 50 mcg and sodium chloride 9 mg in Water for Injection; pH range is 5.0 to 7.0. Each prefilled syringe is intended for SINGLE DOSE ONLY. Discard any unused portion. DO NOT AUTOCLAVE."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Herpes Zoster Infections: Acyclovir oral suspension is indicated for the acute treatment of herpes zoster (shingles). Genital Herpes: Acyclovir oral suspension is indicated for the treatment of initial episodes and the management of recurrent episodes of genital herpes. Chickenpox: Acyclovir oral suspension is indicated for the treatment of chickenpox (varicella).",
"Description": "Acyclovir is a synthetic nucleoside analogue active against herpesviruses. Acyclovir oral suspension, USP is a formulation for oral administration. Each teaspoonful (5 mL) of acyclovir oral suspension, USP contains 200 mg of acyclovir and the inactive ingredients carboxymethylcellulose sodium, methylparaben, microcrystalline cellulose, glycerin, non-crystallizing sorbitol solution, propylparaben, purified water and banana flavour. Acyclovir, USP is a white to off-white crystalline powder with the molecular formula C 8H 11N 5O 3 and a molecular weight of 225.20. The pka’s of acyclovir are 2.2 and 9.0. The chemical name of acyclovir is 6 H-Purin-6-one, 2-amino-1,9-dihydro-9-[(2-hydroxyethoxy)methyl]; it has the following structural formula:. VIROLOGYMechanism of Antiviral Action: Acyclovir is a synthetic purine nucleoside analogue with in vitro and in vivo inhibitory activity against herpes simplex virus types 1 (HSV-1), 2 (HSV-2), and varicella-zoster virus (VZV). The inhibitory activity of acyclovir is highly selective due to its affinity for the enzyme thymidine kinase (TK) encoded by HSV and VZV. This viral enzyme converts acyclovir into acyclovir monophosphate, a nucleotide analogue. The monophosphate is further converted into diphosphate by cellular guanylate kinase and into triphosphate by a number of cellular enzymes. In vitro, acyclovir triphosphate stops replication of herpes viral DNA. This is accomplished in 3 ways: 1) competitive inhibition of viral DNA polymerase, 2) incorporation into and termination of the growing viral DNA chain, and 3) inactivation of the viral DNA polymerase. The greater antiviral activity of acyclovir against HSV compared to VZV is due to its more efficient phosphorylation by the viral TK. Antiviral Activities: The quantitative relationship between the in vitro susceptibility of herpes viruses to antivirals and the clinical response to therapy has not been established in humans, and virus sensitivity testing has not been standardized. Sensitivity testing results, expressed as the concentration of drug required to inhibit by 50% the growth of virus in cell culture (IC 50), vary greatly depending upon a number of factors. Using plaque-reduction assays, the IC 50 against herpes simplex virus isolates ranges from 0.02 to 13.5 mcg/mL for HSV-1 and from 0.01 to 9.9 mcg/mL for HSV-2. The IC 50 for acyclovir against most laboratory strains and clinical isolates of VZV ranges from 0.12 to 10.8 mcg/mL. Acyclovir also demonstrates activity against the Oka vaccine strain of VZV with a mean IC 50 of 1.35 mcg/mL. Drug Resistance: Resistance of HSV and VZV to acyclovir can result from qualitative and quantitative changes in the viral TK and/or DNA polymerase. Clinical isolates of HSV and VZV with reduced susceptibility to acyclovir have been recovered from immunocompromised patients, especially with advanced HIV infection. While most of the acyclovir-resistant mutants isolated thus far from immunocompromised patients have been found to be TK-deficient mutants, other mutants involving the viral TK gene (TK partial and TK altered) and DNA polymerase have been isolated. TK-negative mutants may cause severe disease in infants and immunocompromised adults. The possibility of viral resistance to acyclovir should be considered in patients who show poor clinical response during therapy."

"IndicationAndUsage": "In Anesthesia. Glycopyrrolate Injection, USP is indicated for use as a preoperative antimuscarinic to reduce salivary, tracheobronchial, and pharyngeal secretions; to reduce the volume and free acidity of gastric secretions; and to block cardiac vagal inhibitory reflexes during induction of anesthesia and intubation. When indicated, Glycopyrrolate Injection, USP may be used intraoperatively to counteract surgically or drug-induced or vagal reflexes associated arrhythmias. Glycopyrrolate protects against the peripheral muscarinic effects (e.g., bradycardia and excessive secretions) of cholinergic agents such as neostigmine and pyridostigmine given to reverse the neuromuscular blockade due to non-depolarizing muscle relaxants. In Peptic Ulcer. For use in adults as adjunctive therapy for the treatment of peptic ulcer when rapid anticholinergic effect is desired or when oral medication is not tolerated.",
"Description": "Glycopyrrolate Injection, USP is a synthetic anticholinergic agent. Each 1 mL contains. Glycopyrrolate, USP 0.2 mg. Water for Injection, USP q.s. Benzyl Alcohol, NF 0.9% (preservative). pH adjusted, when necessary, with hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide. For Intramuscular (IM) or Intravenous (IV) administration. Glycopyrrolate is a quaternary ammonium salt with the following chemical name: 3[(cyclopentylhydroxyphenylacetyl)oxy]-1,1-dimethyl pyrrolidinium bromide. The molecular formula is C19H28BrNO3 and the molecular weight is 398.33. Its structural formula is as follows. Glycopyrrolate occurs as a white, odorless crystalline powder. It is soluble in water and alcohol, and practically insoluble in chloroform and ether. Unlike atropine, glycopyrrolate is completely ionized at physiological pH values. Glycopyrrolate Injection, USP is a clear, colorless, sterile liquid; pH 2.0 – 3.0. The partition coefficient of glycopyrrolate in a n-octanol/water system is 0.304 (log10 P= -1.52) at ambient room temperature (24°C)."

"Description": "Potassium Chloride is a white to almost white crystalline powder or colorless crystals. It is soluble in water and slightly soluble in alcohol. Chemically, Potassium Chloride is K-Cl with a molecular mass of 74.55. Oral Solution: 10%: Each 15 mL of solution contains 1.5 g of potassium chloride, USP and the following inactive ingredients: citric acid anhydrous, FD&C Yellow #6, glycerin, methylparaben, orange flavor, propylene glycol, propylparaben, purified water, sodium citrate dihydrate, sucralose. Oral Solution 20%: Each 15 mL of solution contains 3.0 g of potassium chloride, USP and the following inactive ingredients: citric acid anhydrous, FD&C Yellow #6, glycerin, methylparaben, orange flavor, propylene glycol, propylparaben, purified water, sodium citrate dihydrate, sucralose."

"Description": "Divalproex sodium is a stable co-ordination compound comprised of sodium valproate and valproic acid in a 1:1 molar relationship and formed during the partial neutralization of valproic acid with 0.5 equivalent of sodium hydroxide. Chemically it is designated as sodium hydrogen bis(2-propylpentanoate). Divalproex sodium has the following structure. Divalproex sodium occurs as a white powder with a characteristic odor. Divalproex sodium delayed-release tablets, USP are for oral administration. Divalproex sodium delayed-release tablets, USP are supplied in three dosage strengths containing divalproex sodium equivalent to 125 mg, 250 mg, or 500 mg of valproic acid. Inactive IngredientsDivalproex sodium delayed-release tablets, USP: colloidal anhydrous silica, corn starch, hypromellose, methacrylic acid, povidone, silicon dioxide, sodium bicarbonate, sodium lauryl sulfate, talc, titanium dioxide, triacetin, and triethyl citrate. In addition, individual tablets contain:125 mg tablets: FD&C Red #40250 mg tablets: FD&C Yellow #6 and iron oxide500 mg tablets: D&C Red #27, FD&C Blue #2, FD&C Red #40, and FD&C Yellow #6."

"Description": "Fondaparinux sodium injection is a sterile solution containing fondaparinux sodium. It is a synthetic and specific inhibitor of activated Factor X (Xa). Fondaparinux sodium is methyl O-2-deoxy-6-O-sulfo-2-(sulfoamino)-α-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-β-D-glucopyranuronosyl-(1→4)-O-2-deoxy-3,6-di-O-sulfo-2-(sulfoamino)-α-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-2-Osulfo-α-L-idopyranuronosyl-(1→4)-2-deoxy-6-O-sulfo-2-(sulfoamino)-α-D-glucopyranoside, decasodium salt. The molecular formula of fondaparinux sodium is C31H43N3Na10O49S8 and its molecular weight is 1728. The structural formula is provided below. Fondaparinux sodium is supplied as a sterile, preservative-free injectable solution for subcutaneous use. Each single-dose, prefilled syringe of fondaparinux sodium, affixed with an active needle protection system, contains 2.5 mg of fondaparinux sodium, USP in 0.5 mL, 5.0 mg of fondaparinux sodium, USP in 0.4 mL, 7.5 mg of fondaparinux sodium, USP in 0.6 mL, or 10.0 mg of fondaparinux sodium, USP in 0.8 mL of an isotonic solution of sodium chloride, water for injection. May also contain sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid as pH adjusters. The final drug product is a clear and colorless to slightly yellow liquid with a pH between 5.5 and 8.0."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Oxycodone HCl Controlled-Release Tablets are a controlled-release oral formulation of oxycodone hydrochloride indicated for the management of moderate to severe pain when a continuous, around-the-clock analgesic is needed for an extended period of time. Oxycodone HCl Controlled-Release Tablets are NOT intended for use as a prn analgesic. Physicians should individualize treatment in every case, initiating therapy at the appropriate point along a progression from non-opioid analgesics, such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and acetaminophen to opioids in a plan of pain management such as outlined by the World Health Organization, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (formerly known as the Agency for Health Care Policy and Research), the Federation of State Medical Boards Model Guidelines, or the American Pain Society. Oxycodone HCl Controlled-Release Tablets are not indicated for pain in the immediate postoperative period (the first 12-24 hours following surgery), or if the pain is mild, or not expected to persist for an extended period of time. Oxycodone HCl Controlled-Release Tablets are only indicated for postoperative use if the patient is already receiving the drug prior to surgery or if the postoperative pain is expected to be moderate to severe and persist for an extended period of time. Physicians should individualize treatment, moving from parenteral to oral analgesics as appropriate. (See American Pain Society guidelines.).",
"Description": "Oxycodone HCl Controlled-Release Tablets are an opioid analgesic supplied in 10 mg, 20 mg, 40 mg, and 80 mg tablet strengths for oral administration. The tablet strengths describe the amount of oxycodone per tablet as the hydrochloride salt. The structural formula for oxycodone hydrochloride is as follows:. The chemical formula is 4, 5α-epoxy-14-hydroxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmorphinan-6-one hydrochloride. Oxycodone is a white, odorless crystalline powder derived from the opium alkaloid, thebaine. Oxycodone hydrochloride dissolves in water (1 g in 6 to 7 mL). It is slightly soluble in alcohol (octanol water partition coefficient 0.7). The tablets contain the following inactive ingredients: ammonio methacrylate copolymer, hypromellose, lactose, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol 400, povidone, sodium hydroxide, sorbic acid, stearyl alcohol, talc, titanium dioxide, and triacetin. The 10 mg tablets also contain: hydroxypropyl cellulose. The 20 mg tablets also contain: polysorbate 80 and red iron oxide. The 40 mg tablets also contain: polysorbate 80 and yellow iron oxide. The 80 mg tablets also contain: FD&C blue No. 2, hydroxypropyl cellulose, and yellow iron oxide. Oxycodone HCl controlled-release 10 mg, 20 mg, 40 mg, and 80 mg tablets are tested using USP Dissolution Test 2 and meet the associated tolerances provided in Acceptance Table 2 of the Oxycodone Hydrochloride Extended-Release Tablets USP Monograph."

"IndicationAndUsage": "ZONEGRAN is indicated as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of partial seizures in adults with epilepsy.",
"Description": "ZONEGRAN® (zonisamide) is an antiseizure drug chemically classified as a sulfonamide and unrelated to other antiseizure agents. The active ingredient is zonisamide, 1,2-benzisoxazole-3-methanesulfonamide. The empirical formula is C8H8N2O3S with a molecular weight of 212.23. Zonisamide is a white powder, pKa = 10.2, and is moderately soluble in water (0.80 mg/mL) and 0.1 N HCl (0.50 mg/mL). The chemical structure is. ZONEGRAN is supplied for oral administration as capsules containing 25 mg or 100 mg zonisamide. Each 25 mg capsule contains the labeled amount of zonisamide plus the following inactive ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hydrogenated vegetable oil, sodium lauryl sulfate, gelatin, and titanium dioxide. Each 100 mg capsule contains the labeled amount of zonisamide plus the following inactive ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hydrogenated vegetable oil, sodium lauryl sulfate, gelatin, titanium dioxide, FD&C Red No. 40 and FD&C Yellow No. 6."

"Description": "Pregabalin is described chemically as ( S)-3-(aminomethyl)-5-methylhexanoic acid. The molecular formula is C 8H 17NO 2and the molecular weight is 159.23. The chemical structure of pregabalin is:. Pregabalin is a white to off-white, crystalline solid with a pK a1of 4.2 and a pK a2of 10.6. It is freely soluble in water and both basic and acidic aqueous solutions. The log of the partition coefficient (n-octanol/0.05M phosphate buffer) at pH 7.4 is – 1.35. Pregabalin Capsules are administered orally and are supplied as imprinted hard-shell capsules containing 25 mg, 50 mg, 75 mg, 100 mg, 150 mg, 200 mg, 225 mg, and 300 mg of pregabalin, along with pregelatinized starch, and talc as inactive ingredients. The capsule shells contain gelatin, sodium lauryl sulfate and titanium dioxide. In addition, the orange capsule shells (75 mg, 100 mg, 200 mg, 225 mg and 300 mg) contain red iron oxide, yellow iron oxide. The imprinting ink contains black iron oxide, potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol and shellac."

"Description": "ZOMIG® (zolmitriptan) Nasal Spray contains zolmitriptan, which is a selective 5-hydroxytryptamine 1B/1D (5-HT1B/1D) receptor agonist. Zolmitriptan is chemically designated as (S)-4-[[3-[2-(dimethylamino)ethyl]-1H-indol-5-yl]methyl]-2-oxazolidinone and has the following chemical structure. The empirical formula is C16H21N3O2, representing a molecular weight of 287.36. Zolmitriptan is a white to almost white powder that is readily soluble in water. ZOMIG Nasal Spray is supplied as a clear to pale yellow solution of zolmitriptan, buffered to a pH 5.0. Each ZOMIG Nasal Spray contains 2.5 mg or 5 mg of zolmitriptan in a 100‑µL unit dose aqueous buffered solution containing citric acid, anhydrous, USP, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate USP and purified water USP. ZOMIG Nasal Spray is hypertonic. The osmolarity of ZOMIG Nasal Spray for 2.5 mg is 360 to 420 mOsmol, and for 5 mg is 420 to 470 mOsmol."

"IndicationAndUsage": "ZOMIG Nasal Spray is a serotonin (5‑HT)1B/1D receptor agonist (triptan) indicated for the acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in adults and pediatric patients 12 years and older (1).",
"Description": "ZOMIG® (zolmitriptan) Nasal Spray contains zolmitriptan, which is a selective 5-hydroxytryptamine 1B/1D (5-HT1B/1D) receptor agonist. Zolmitriptan is chemically designated as (S)-4-[[3-[2-(dimethylamino)ethyl]-1H-indol-5-yl]methyl]-2-oxazolidinone and has the following chemical structure. The empirical formula is C16H21N3O2, representing a molecular weight of 287.36. Zolmitriptan is a white to almost white powder that is readily soluble in water. ZOMIG Nasal Spray is supplied as a clear to pale yellow solution of zolmitriptan, buffered to a pH 5.0. Each ZOMIG Nasal Spray contains 2.5 mg or 5 mg of zolmitriptan in a 100‑µL unit dose aqueous buffered solution containing citric acid, anhydrous, USP, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate USP and purified water USP. ZOMIG Nasal Spray is hypertonic. The osmolarity of ZOMIG Nasal Spray for 2.5 mg is 360 to 420 mOsmol, and for 5 mg is 420 to 470 mOsmol."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Etoposide Injection is indicated in the management of the following neoplasms.",
"Description": "Etoposide Injection, USP (also commonly known as VP-16) is a semisynthetic derivative of podophyllotoxin used in the treatment of certain neoplastic diseases. It is 4'-demethylepipodophyllotoxin 9-[4,6-0-(R)-ethylidene-β-D-glucopyranoside]. It is very soluble in methanol and chloroform, slightly soluble in ethanol, and sparingly soluble in water and ether. It is made more miscible with water by means of organic solvents. Etoposide Injection, USP is available for intravenous use as a sterile 20 mg per mL solution in 100 mg (5 mL), 500 mg (25 mL), or 1 g (50 mL) sterile, multiple dose vials. The pH of the clear, colorless to yellow solution is 3.0 to 4.0. Each mL contains: 20 mg etoposide, USP, 2 mg citric acid anhydrous, 80 mg polysorbate 80, 650 mg polyethylene glycol 300 (57.5% v/v and 65.0% w/v), and 262 mg dehydrated alcohol (33.2% v/v and 26.2% w/v). "IndicationAndUsage": "Ramipril Capsules are an angiotension converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor indicated for the treatment of hypertension, to lower blood pressure. Lowering blood pressure reduces the risk of fatal and nonfatal cardiovascular events, primarily strokes and myocardial infarctions. It may be used alone or in combination with thiazide diuretics (1.1). Ramipril Capsules USP are indicated in stable patients who have demonstrated clinical signs of congestive heart failure post-myocardial infarction (1.3). .",
"Description": "Ramipril is a 2‑aza‑bicyclo [3.3.0]‑octane‑3‑carboxylic acid derivative. It is a white to almost white, crystalline substance soluble in polar organic solvents and buffered aqueous solutions. Ramipril melts between 105°C to 112°C. The CAS Registry Number is 87333-19-5. Ramipril's chemical name is (2S,3aS,6aS)‑1-[(S)‑N‑[(S)‑1-Carboxy‑3‑phenylpropyl] alanyl] octahydrocyclopenta [b]pyrrole‑2‑carboxylic acid, 1‑ethyl ester. Ramipril Capsules USP are available for oral administration containing either 1.25 mg, 2.5 mg, 5 mg or 10 mg ramipril USP and the following inactive ingredient: pregelatinized starch. Each capsule shell contains black monogramming ink, gelatin and titanium dioxide. The black monogramming ink contains: ammonium hydroxide, black iron oxide, ethanol, FD&C blue #2, FD&C red #40, FD&C yellow #6, n-butyl alcohol, propylene glycol and shellac glaze. The 10 mg capsule monogramming ink could also contain: isopropyl alcohol. The 1.25 mg capsule shell contains D&C yellow #10 and FD&C yellow #6. The 2.5 mg capsule shell contains FD&C yellow #6. The 5 mg capsule shell contains D&C red #28, FD&C blue #1 and FD&C yellow #6. The 10 mg capsule shell contains D&C red #28 and FD&C blue #1. The structural formula for ramipril is. Its molecular formula is C23H32N2O5, and its molecular weight is 416.51. Ramiprilat, the diacid metabolite of ramipril, is a non‑sulfhydryl ACE inhibitor. Ramipril is converted to ramiprilat by hepatic cleavage of the ester group."

It is freely soluble in water and both basic and acidic aqueous solutions. The log of the partition coefficient (n-octanol/0.05M phosphate buffer) at pH 7.4 is – 1.35. Pregabalin capsules are administered orally and are supplied as imprinted hard-shell capsules containing 25 mg, 50 mg, 75 mg, 100 mg, 150 mg, 200 mg, 225 mg, and 300 mg of pregabalin, along with co-processed starch and talc as inactive ingredients. The capsule shell for 25 mg, 50 mg & 150 mg contains: gelatin, purified water, sodium lauryl sulfate and titanium dioxide. The capsule shell for 75 mg, 100 mg, 200 mg, 225 mg & 300 mg contains: FD &C Blue 1, FD& C Red 40, FD& C Yellow 6, gelatin, purified water, sodium lauryl sulfate and titanium dioxide. "IndicationAndUsage": "THIS IS NOT AN INNOCUOUS DRUG. IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR THE TREATMENT OF ASYMPTOMATIC HYPERURICEMIA.Allopurinol tablets reduce serum and urinary uric acid concentrations. Its use should be individualized for each patient and requires an understanding of its mode of action and pharmacokinetics (see CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY, CONTRAINDICATIONS, WARNINGS, and PRECAUTIONS).Allopurinol tablets are indicated in:1. the management of patients with signs and symptoms of primary or secondary gout (acute attacks, tophi, joint destruction, uric acid lithiasis, and/or nephropathy).2. the management of patients with leukemia, lymphoma and malignancies who are receiving cancer therapy which causes elevations of serum and urinary uric acid levels. Treatment with allopurinol tablets should be discontinued when the potential for overproduction of uric acid is no longer present.3. the management of patients with recurrent calcium oxalate calculi whose daily uric acid excretion exceeds 800 mg/day in male patients and 750 mg/day in female patients. Therapy in such patients should be carefully assessed initially and reassessed periodically to determine in each case that treatment is beneficial and that the benefits outweigh the risks.",
"Description": "Allopurinol has the following structural formula. Allopurinol is known chemically as 1,5-dihydro-4H-pyrazolo [3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-one. It is a xanthine oxidase inhibitor which is administered orally. Each scored white to off white tablet contains 100 mg allopurinol and the inactive ingredients corn starch, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, povidone and purified water . Each scored peach tablet contains 300 mg allopurinol and the inactive ingredients corn starch, FD&C Yellow No. 6 Aluminum Lake, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, povidone and purified water. Its solubility in water at 37°C is 80.0 mg/dL and is greater in an alkaline solution."
