"IndicationAndUsage": "VANFLYTA is indicated in combination with standard cytarabine and anthracycline induction and cytarabine consolidation, and as maintenance monotherapy following consolidation chemotherapy, for the treatment of adult patients with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that is FLT3 internal tandem duplication (ITD)-positive as detected by an FDA-approved test [see Dosage and Administration (2.1) and Clinical Studies (14)].",
"Description": "VANFLYTA (quizartinib) is a kinase inhibitor for oral use. The chemical name of quizartinib dihydrochloride is N-(5-tert-butyl-isoxazol-3-yl)-N'-{4-[7-(2-(morpholin-4-ylethoxy)imidazo[2,1- b][1,3]benzothiazol-2-yl]phenyl}urea dihydrochloride. Quizartinib dihydrochloride is a white to off-white solid with a molecular formula of C29H32N6O4S∙2 HCl and a molecular weight of 633.6 for the salt and 560.7 for the free base. The aqueous solubility of quizartinib dihydrochloride (pKa 4.75 and 3.16) decreases with increasing pH. It is very slightly soluble in aqueous media at pH 1 and practically insoluble or insoluble at pH 2 and higher. Quizartinib dihydrochloride is very slightly soluble in ethanol. The chemical structure of quizartinib dihydrochloride is. VANFLYTA is supplied as film-coated tablets containing 20 mg and 30 mg quizartinib dihydrochloride equivalent to 17.7 mg or 26.5 mg of quizartinib, respectively. The inactive ingredients in the tablet core are hydroxypropyl betadex, magnesium stearate, and microcrystalline cellulose. The tablet coating consists of hypromellose, talc, titanium dioxide, and triacetin. The 26.5 mg tablet coating also contains ferric oxide."

Each tablet also contains citric acid anhydrous, corn starch, crospovidone, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, mannitol, povidone, purified water and sodium citrate. Chemically, buprenorphine hydrochloride, USP is (6R, 7R, 14S)-17-Cyclopropylmethyl-7,8-dihydro-7-[(1S)-1-hydroxy-1,2,2-trimethylpropyl]-6-O-methyl-6,14-ethano-17-normorphine hydrochloride. It has the following chemical structure. Buprenorphine hydrochloride, USP has the molecular formula C29H41NO4 HCl and the molecular weight is 504.10. It is a white or almost white crystalline powder, sparingly soluble in water, freely soluble in methanol, soluble in alcohol and practically insoluble in cyclohexane, acetone, and ethylacetate."

"IndicationAndUsage": "XELJANZ (tablets and oral solution) and XELJANZ XR (extended-release tablets) are Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors. XELJANZ tablets and XELJANZ XR are indicated for the treatment of adult patients with: 1 Moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis (RA), who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to one or more TNF blockers., 2 Active psoriatic arthritis (PsA), who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to one or more TNF blockers., 3 Active ankylosing spondylitis (AS), who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to one or more TNF blockers., 4 Moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC), who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to one or more TNF blockers.",
"Description": "XELJANZ (tofacitinib) tablets, XELJANZ XR (tofacitinib) extended-release tablets and XELJANZ (tofacitinib) oral solution are formulated with the citrate salt of tofacitinib, a JAK inhibitor. Tofacitinib citrate is a white to off-white powder with the following chemical name: (3R,4R)-4-methyl-3-(methyl-7H-pyrrolo [2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-ylamino)-ß-oxo-1-piperidinepropanenitrile, 2-hydroxy-1,2,3-propanetricarboxylate (1:1). The solubility of tofacitinib citrate in water is 2.9 mg/mL. Tofacitinib citrate has a molecular weight of 504.5 Daltons (or 312.4 Daltons as the tofacitinib free base) and a molecular formula of C16H20N6OC6H8O7. The chemical structure of tofacitinib citrate is. XELJANZ tablets is supplied for oral administration as a: 1 5 mg white round, immediate-release film-coated tablet. Each tablet contains 5 mg of tofacitinib (equivalent to 8.08 mg of tofacitinib citrate) and the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, HPMC 2910/Hypromellose 6cP, lactose monohydrate, macrogol/PEG3350, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, titanium dioxide, and triacetin., 2 10 mg blue round, immediate-release film-coated tablet. Each tablet contains 10 mg of tofacitinib (equivalent to 16.16 mg of tofacitinib citrate) and the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, FD&C Blue #1/Brilliant Blue FCF Aluminum Lake, FD&C Blue #2/Indigo Carmine Aluminum Lake, HPMC 2910/Hypromellose 6cP, lactose monohydrate, macrogol/PEG3350, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, titanium dioxide, and triacetin. ."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Buprenorphine and naloxone sublingual tablets are indicated for the maintenance treatment of opioid dependence. Buprenorphine and naloxone sublingual tablets should be used as part of a complete treatment plan that includes counseling and psychosocial support.",
"Description": "Buprenorphine and naloxone sublingual tablets are uncoated, round, white tablet with “↑” on one side and an “N2” or “N8” debossed on the other side. “N2” indicating the 2 mg/0.5 mg strength and the “N8” indicating the 8 mg/2 mg strength. They contain buprenorphine HCl, a partial agonist at the mu-opioid receptor, and naloxone HCl dihydrate, an opioid receptor antagonist, at a ratio of 4:1 (ratio of free bases). It is intended for sublingual administration and is available in two dosage strengths, 2 mg buprenorphine with 0.5 mg naloxone and 8 mg buprenorphine with 2 mg naloxone. Each sublingual tablet also contains lactose monohydrate, mannitol, cornstarch, povidone, purified water, citric acid anhydrous, sodium citrate, sodium stearyl fumarate, Acesulfame potassium, a lemon flavor and a lime flavor. Chemically, buprenorphine HCl is (2S)-2-[17-Cyclopropylmethyl-4,5α-epoxy-3-hydroxy-6-methoxy-6α,14-ethano-14α-morphinan-7α-yl]-3,3dimethylbutan-2-ol hydrochloride. It has the following chemical structure. Buprenorphine HCl has the molecular formula C 29H 41NO 4 HCl and the molecular weight is 504.10. It is a white or off-white crystalline powder, sparingly soluble in water, freely soluble in methanol, soluble in alcohol, and practically insoluble in cyclohexane. Chemically, naloxone HCl dihydrate is 17-Allyl-4, 5 α-epoxy-3, 14-dihydroxymorphinan-6-one hydrochloride dihydrate. It has the following chemical structure. Naloxone hydrochloride dihydrate has the molecular formula C 19H 21NO 4 HCl 2H 20 and the molecular weight is 399.87. It is a white to slightly off-white powder and is freely soluble in water, soluble in alcohol, and practically insoluble in toluene and ether."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Buprenorphine HCl Injection is indicated for the management of pain severe enough to require an opioid analgesic and for which alternate treatments are inadequate.",
"Description": "Buprenorphine Hydrochloride Injection is a partial opioid agonist. The chemical name of buprenorphine hydrochloride is 21-(Cyclopropyl-7α-[(S)-1-hydroxy-1,2,2- trimethylpropyl]-6,14-endo-ethano-6,7,8,14-tetrahydrooripavine hydrochloride. Buprenorphine hydrochloride is a white powder, weakly acidic and with limited solubility in water. Buprenorphine HCl Injection is a clear, sterile, injectable agonist-antagonist analgesic intended for intravenous or intramuscular administration. Each mL of Buprenorphine HCl Injection contains 0.324 mg buprenorphine hydrochloride (equivalent to 0.3 mg buprenorphine), 50 mg anhydrous dextrose, water for injection and HCl to adjust pH. Buprenorphine hydrochloride has the molecular formula, C29H41NO4HCl, and the following structure:. Molecular weight: 504.10."

"Description": "AMPYRA (dalfampridine) is a potassium channel blocker, available in a 10 mg tablet strength. Each tablet contains 10 mg dalfampridine, formulated as an extended-release tablet for twice-daily oral administration. Dalfampridine is also known by its chemical name, 4-aminopyridine, with the following structure. AMPYRA (dalfampridine) extended-release tablets are available in a 10 mg strength and are white to off-white, biconvex, oval shaped, film-coated, non-scored tablets with flat edge, debossed with \"A10\" on one side, containing 10 mg of dalfampridine. Inactive ingredients consist of colloidal silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, and titanium dioxide. Dalfampridine is a fine white powder with a molecular weight of 94.1, CAS 504-24-5, and a molecular formula of C 5H 6N 2. At ambient conditions, dalfampridine is soluble in water, methanol, acetone, tetrahydrofuran, isopropanol, acetonitrile, N,N-dimethylformamide, dimethylsulfoxide, and ethanol."

"Description": "Buprenorphine and naloxone sublingual film is an orange film, printed with white ink identifying the product and strength. It contains buprenorphine HCl, a mu-opioid receptor partial agonist, and a kappa-opioid receptor antagonist, and naloxone HCl dihydrate, an opioid antagonist, at a ratio of 4:1 (ratio of free bases). It is intended for sublingual or buccal administration and is available in four dosage strengths, 2 mg buprenorphine with 0.5 mg naloxone, 4 mg buprenorphine with 1 mg naloxone, 8 mg buprenorphine with 2 mg naloxone and 12 mg buprenorphine with 3 mg naloxone. Each film also contains acesulfame potassium, citric acid anhydrous, FD&C Yellow No. 6, hypromellose, lemon-lime flavor, maltitol, polyethylene glycol, polyethylene oxide and trisodium citrate dihydrate. In addition, the white imprinting ink contains hypromellose and titanium dioxide. Chemically, buprenorphine HCl is 6,14-Ethenomorphinan-7-methanol, 17-(cyclopropyl-methyl)-α-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4,5-epoxy-18,19-dihydro-3-hydroxy-6-methoxy-α-methyl-, hydrochloride, [5α,7α(S)]-. It has the following chemical structure. Buprenorphine HCl, USP has the molecular formula C29H41NO4 HCl and the molecular weight is 504.1 g/mol. It is a white or off-white crystalline powder, sparingly soluble in water, freely soluble in methanol, soluble in alcohol, and practically insoluble in cyclohexane. Chemically, naloxone HCl dihydrate is 17-Allyl-4,5α-epoxy-3,14-dihydroxymorphinan-6-one hydrochloride dihydrate. It has the following chemical structure. Naloxone contains four chiral centers (*). Naloxone hydrochloride, USP dihydrate has the molecular formula C19H21NO4 HCl 2H2O and the molecular weight is 399.9 g/mol. It is a white to slightly off-white powder and is freely soluble in water, soluble in alcohol, and practically insoluble in toluene and ether."
