"IndicationAndUsage": "The gradual bleaching of hyperpigmented skin conditions such as chloasma, melasma, freckles, senile lentigines, and other unwanted areas of melanin hyperpigmentation. Obagi Nu-Derm Sunfader is intended for daytime use as it contains sunscreen agents.",
"Description": "Hydroquinone is 1,4-benzenediol. Hydroquinone occurs as fine, white needles. The drug is freely soluble in water and in alcohol. Chemically, hydroquinone is designated as p-dihydroxybenzene; the empirical formula is C6 H6 O2; molecular weight is 110.0. Each gram of Obagi Nu-Derm Blender contains Hydroquinone USP 40 mg/gm in a base of purified water, glycerin, cetyl alcohol, PPG-2 myristyl ether propionate, sodium lauryl sulfate, TEA-salicylate, lactic acid, phenyl trimethicone, tocopheryl acetate, sodium metabisulfite, ascorbic acid, methylparaben, saponins, disodium EDTA, BHT, and propylparaben. Each gram of Obagi Nu-Derm Clear contains Hydroquinone USP 40 mg/gm in a base of purified water, cetyl alcohol, glycerin, sodium lauryl sulfate, stearyl alcohol, tocopheryl acetate, ascorbic acid, sodium metabisulfite, lactic acid, saponins, disodium EDTA, methylparaben, BHT, propylparaben, and butylparaben. "IndicationAndUsage": "POMALYST is a thalidomide analogue indicated for the treatment of adult patients: 1 in combination with dexamethasone, for patients with multiple myeloma (MM) who have received at least two prior therapies including lenalidomide and a proteasome inhibitor and have demonstrated disease progression on or within 60 days of completion of the last therapy (1.1)., 2 with AIDS-related Kaposi sarcoma (KS) after failure of highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) or in patients with KS who are HIV-negative. This indication is approved under accelerated approval based on overall response rate. Continued approval for this indication may be contingent upon verification and description of clinical benefit in a confirmatory trial(s) (1.2).",
"Description": "Pomalidomide is a thalidomide analog. The chemical name is (RS)-4-Amino-2-(2,6-dioxo-piperidin-3-yl)-isoindoline-1,3-dione and it has the following chemical structure. The empirical formula for pomalidomide is C13H11N3O4 and the gram molecular weight is 273.24. Pomalidomide is a yellow solid powder. It has limited to low solubility into organic solvents and it has low solubility in all pH solutions (about 0.01 mg/mL). Pomalidomide has a chiral carbon atom which exists as a racemic mixture of the R(+) and S(-) enantiomers. POMALYST is available in 1-mg, 2-mg, 3-mg, and 4-mg capsules for oral administration. Each capsule contains pomalidomide as the active ingredient and the following inactive ingredients: mannitol, pregelatinized starch, and sodium stearyl fumarate. The 1-mg capsule shell contains gelatin, titanium dioxide, FD&C blue 2, yellow iron oxide, white ink, and black ink. The 2-mg capsule shell contains gelatin, titanium dioxide, FD&C blue 2, yellow iron oxide, FD&C red 3, and white ink. The 3-mg capsule shell contains gelatin, titanium dioxide, FD&C blue 2, yellow iron oxide, and white ink. The 4-mg capsule shell contains gelatin, titanium dioxide, FD&C blue 1, FD&C blue 2, and white ink."

"Description": "Calcipotriene and Betamethasone Dipropionate Ointment, 0.005%/0.064% contains calcipotriene and betamethasone dipropionate. It is intended for topical use only. Calcipotriene is a synthetic vitamin D3 analogue. Clotrimazole, USP is an odorless, white crystalline powder, insoluble in water and soluble in ethanol. Betamethasone dipropionate, USP has 9-Fluoro-11β,17,21-trihydroxy-16β-methylpregna-1,4-diene-3,20-dione 17,21-dipropionate, with the molecular formula C28H37FO7, a molecular weight of 504.59, and the following structural formula. Betamethasone dipropionate, USP is a white to creamy-white, odorless crystalline powder, insoluble in water. "Description": "Betamethasone Dipropionate Cream USP (Augmented), 0.05% contains betamethasone dipropionate USP, a synthetic adrenocorticosteroid, for topical use in a cream base. Betamethasone, an analog of prednisolone, has a high degree of corticosteroid activity and a slight degree of mineralocorticoid activity. Betamethasone dipropionate is the 17,21-dipropionate ester of betamethasone. Chemically, betamethasone dipropionate is 9-fluoro-11β,17,21-trihydroxy-16 β-methylpregna-1,4-diene-3,20-dione 17,21-dipropionate, with the empirical formula C28H37FO7, a molecular weight of 504.6, and the following structural formula. Betamethasone dipropionate is a white to creamy white, odorless crystalline powder, insoluble in water. "IndicationAndUsage": "Buprenorphine sublingual tablets is indicated for the treatment of opioid dependence and is preferred for induction. Buprenorphine sublingual tablets should be used as part of a complete treatment plan to include counseling and psychosocial support.",
"Description": "Buprenorphine sublingual tablets are uncoated round white tablets intended for sublingual administration. The tablets contain buprenorphine HCL, a partial agonist at the mu‐opioid receptor, and are available in two dosage strengths, 2 mg buprenorphine and 8 mg buprenorphine (as free base, equivalent to 2.16 mg buprenorphine hydrochloride USP and 8.64 mg buprenorphine hydrochloride USP). Each tablet also contains citric acid, cornstarch, lactose monohydrate, mannitol, povidone K30, sodium citrate anhydrous and sodium stearyl fumarate. The 2 mg buprenorphine tablet is debossed with a \"2\" on one side and an \"→\" on the other. The 8 mg buprenorphine tablet is debossed with a \"8\" on one side and an \"→\" on the other. Chemically, buprenorphine HCl is (2S)-2-[17-Cyclopropylmethyl-4,5α-epoxy-3-hydroxy-6-methoxy-6α,14-ethano-14α- morphinan-7α-yl]-3,3dimethylbutan-2-ol hydrochloride. It has the following chemical structure. Buprenorphine HCl has the molecular formula C29H41 NO4 ∙ HCl and the molecular weight is 504.10. It is a white or off-white crystalline powder, sparingly soluble in water, freely soluble in methanol, soluble in alcohol and practically insoluble in cyclohexane."
