"IndicationAndUsage": "Metformin hydrochloride extended-release tablet is a biguanide indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus. (1).",
"Description": "Metformin hydrochloride extended-release tablets, USP contains the biguanide antihyperglycemic agent metformin in the form of monohydrochloride salt. The chemical name of metformin hydrochloride is N,N-dimethylimidodicarbonimidic diamide hydrochloride. The structural formula is as shown:. Metformin hydrochloride is a white to off-white crystalline compound with a molecular formula of C4H11N5HCl and a molecular weight of 165.63. Metformin hydrochloride is freely soluble in water and is practically insoluble in acetone, ether, and chloroform. The pKa of metformin is 12.4. The pH of a 1% aqueous solution of metformin hydrochloride is 6.68. Metformin hydrochloride extended-release tablets, USP contain 500 mg or 1,000 mg of metformin hydrochloride, which is equivalent to 389.93 mg or 779.86 mg metformin, respectively. Each tablet contains ammonio methacrylate copolymer, colloidal silicon dioxide, dibutyl sebacate, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone and talc. Metformin hydrochloride extended-release tablets USP, 500 mg meets USP Dissolution Test 13. FDA approved dissolution test specification differ from USP for Metformin hydrochloride extended-release tablets USP, 1000 mg."

"Description": "Topiramate, USP, is a sulfamate-substituted monosaccharide. QUDEXY XR (topiramate) extended-release capsules are available as 25 mg, 50 mg, 100 mg, 150 mg, and 200 mg capsules for oral administration as whole capsules or opened and sprinkled onto a spoonful of soft food. Topiramate is a white to off-white powder. Topiramate is freely soluble in polar organic solvents such as acetonitrile and acetone; and very slightly soluble to practically insoluble in non-polar organic solvents such as hexanes. Topiramate has the molecular formula C 12H 21NO 8S and a molecular weight of 339.4. Topiramate is designated chemically as 2,3:4,5-Di-O-isopropylidene-β-D-fructopyranose sulfamate and has the following structural formula. QUDEXY XR (topiramate) extended-release capsules contain beads of topiramate in a capsule. The inactive ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose 2910, ethylcellulose, diethyl phthalate. In addition, the capsule shells for all strengths contain hypromellose 2910, titanium dioxide, black iron oxide, red iron oxide and/or yellow iron oxide, black pharmaceutical ink, and white pharmaceutical ink (200 mg only)."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Cocaine Hydrochloride nasal solution is indicated for the induction of local anesthesia of the mucous membranes when performing diagnostic procedures and surgeries on or through the nasal cavities in adults.",
"Description": "Cocaine Hydrochloride nasal solution is a clear, blue-green, aqueous solution, available in 4% strength. Each 1 mL contains cocaine hydrochloride 40 mg, equivalent to 35.7 mg of cocaine free base; 4% as 160 mg/4 mL or 400 mg/10 mL. Cocaine, (1R,2R,3S,5S) methyl 3-(benzoyloxy)-8-methyl-8-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane-2-carboxylate hydrochloride, is a synthetic tropane alkaloid ester, local anesthetic, which occurs as colorless to white crystals or white crystalline powder. The structural formula for cocaine hydrochloride is as follows:. Formula C17H21NO4 HCl Molecular weight 339.81. Cocaine hydrochloride also contains the following inactive ingredients: purified water, citric acid (anhydrous), sodium benzoate, D&C Yellow No. 10, and FD&C Green No. 3."

Topiramate extended-release capsules are an extended-release capsule. Topiramate extended-release capsules contain the following inactive ingredients. Sugar Spheres (contains sucrose and corn starch). Hypromellose. Povidone. Ethylcellulose. Titanium Dioxide. Talc. The capsule shells contain gelatin, titanium dioxide and colorants. The colorants are. Red Iron Oxide (50 mg and 100 mg capsules). FD&C Red #40 (200 mg capsules). FD&C Yellow #6 (25 mg, 100 mg and 200 mg capsules). All capsule shells are imprinted with black print that contains shellac, black iron oxide, propylene glycol, FD&C red #40, FD&C blue #2, FD&C blue #1 and D&C yellow #10."

Topiramate extended-release capsules are an extended-release capsule. Topiramate extended-release capsules contain the following inactive ingredients. Sugar Spheres (contains sucrose and corn starch). Hypromellose. Povidone. Ethylcellulose. Titanium Dioxide. Talc. The capsule shells contain gelatin, titanium dioxide and colorants. "Description": "Topiramate is a sulfamate-substituted monosaccharide. Topiramate Tablets USP are available as 25 mg, 50 mg, 100 mg, and 200 mg round tablets for oral administration. Topiramate USP is a white crystalline powder with a taste Topiramate USP is most soluble in alkaline solutions containing sodium hydroxide or sodium phosphate and having a pH of 9 to 10. It is freely soluble in acetone, chloroform, dimethylsulfoxide, and ethanol. The solubility in water is 9.8 mg/mL. Its saturated solution has a pH of 6.3. Topiramate USP has the molecular formula C12H21NO8S and a molecular weight of 339.37. Topiramate USP is designated chemically as 2,3:4,5-Di-O-isopropylidene-β-D-fructopyranose sulfamate and has the following structural formula. Topiramate tablets USP contain the following inactive ingredients: lactose monohydrate, Pregelatinized starch, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, magnesium stearate, purified water, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol, iron oxide (50,100 and 200 mg tablets) and polysorbate 80."
