"Description": "LUMIGAN® (bimatoprost ophthalmic solution) 0.01% is a synthetic prostamide analog with ocular hypotensive activity. Its chemical name is (Z)-7-[(1R,2R,3R,5S)-3,5-Dihydroxy-2-[(1E,3S)-3-hydroxy-5-phenyl-1-pentenyl]cyclopentyl]-5-N-ethylheptenamide, and its molecular weight is 415.58. Its molecular formula is C25H37NO4. Its chemical structure is. Bimatoprost is a powder, which is very soluble in ethyl alcohol and methyl alcohol and slightly soluble in water. LUMIGAN® 0.01% is a clear, isotonic, colorless, sterile ophthalmic solution with an osmolality of approximately 290 mOsmol/kg. LUMIGAN® 0.01% contains Active: bimatoprost 0.1 mg/mL; Inactives: benzalkonium chloride 0.2 mg/mL; sodium chloride; sodium phosphate, dibasic; citric acid; and purified water. Sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid may be added to adjust pH. The pH during its shelf life ranges from 6.8-7.8."

"IndicationAndUsage": "DURYSTA® (bimatoprost intracameral implant) is indicated for the reduction of intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open angle glaucoma (OAG) or ocular hypertension (OHT).",
"Description": "DURYSTA is a sterile intracameral implant containing 10 mcg of bimatoprost, a prostaglandin analog, in a solid polymer sustained-release drug delivery system (DDS). The drug delivery system consists of poly (D,L-lactide), poly (D,L-lactide-co-glycolide), poly (D,L-lactide) acid end, and polyethylene glycol 3350. DURYSTA is preloaded into a single-use, DDS applicator to facilitate injection of the rod-shaped implant directly into the anterior chamber of the eye. The chemical name for bimatoprost is (Z)-7-[(1R,2R,3R,5S)-3,5-dihydroxy-2-[(1E,3S)-3-hydroxy-5-phenyl-1-pentenyl]cyclopentyl]-N-ethyl-5-heptenamide, and its molecular weight is 415.57. Its molecular formula is C25H37NO4. Its structural formula is. Bimatoprost is a white to off-white powder, soluble in ethyl alcohol and methyl alcohol and slightly soluble in water. The polymer matrix slowly degrades to lactic acid and glycolic acid."

"IndicationAndUsage": "DURYSTA® (bimatoprost intracameral implant) is indicated for the reduction of intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open angle glaucoma (OAG) or ocular hypertension (OHT).",
"Description": "DURYSTA is a sterile intracameral implant containing 10 mcg of bimatoprost, a prostaglandin analog, in a solid polymer sustained-release drug delivery system (DDS). The drug delivery system consists of poly (D,L-lactide), poly (D,L-lactide-co-glycolide), poly (D,L-lactide) acid end, and polyethylene glycol 3350. DURYSTA is preloaded into a single-use, DDS applicator to facilitate injection of the rod-shaped implant directly into the anterior chamber of the eye. The chemical name for bimatoprost is (Z)-7-[(1R,2R,3R,5S)-3,5-dihydroxy-2-[(1E,3S)-3-hydroxy-5-phenyl-1-pentenyl]cyclopentyl]-N-ethyl-5-heptenamide, and its molecular weight is 415.57. Its molecular formula is C25H37NO4. Its structural formula is. Bimatoprost is a white to off-white powder, soluble in ethyl alcohol and methyl alcohol and slightly soluble in water. The polymer matrix slowly degrades to lactic acid and glycolic acid."

"Description": "Donepezil hydrochloride is a reversible inhibitor of the enzyme acetylcholinesterase, known chemically as (±)-2, 3-dihydro-5, 6-dimethoxy-2-[[1-(phenylmethyl)-4-piperidinyl]methyl]-1 H-inden-1-one hydrochloride. Donepezil hydrochloride is commonly referred to in the pharmacological literature as E2020. It has an empirical formula of C24H29NO3HCl and a molecular weight of 415.96. Donepezil hydrochloride is a white crystalline powder and is freely soluble in chloroform, soluble in water and in glacial acetic acid, slightly soluble in ethanol and in acetonitrate and practically insoluble in ethyl acetate and in n-hexane. Donepezil hydrochloride is available for oral administration in film-coated tablets containing 5, or 10 mg of donepezil hydrochloride. Inactive ingredients in 5 mg and 10 mg tablets are lactose monohydrate, corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, and magnesium stearate. The film coating contains talc, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, and titanium dioxide. Additionally, the 10 mg tablet contains yellow iron oxide (synthetic) as a coloring agent."

"IndicationAndUsage": "REBINYN, Coagulation Factor IX (Recombinant), GlycoPEGylated, is a recombinant DNA-derived coagulation Factor IX concentrate indicated for use in adults and children with hemophilia B (congenital Factor IX deficiency) for: 1 On-demand treatment and control of bleeding episodes, 2 Perioperative management of bleeding, 3 Routine prophylaxis to reduce the frequency of bleeding episodes.",
"Description": "REBINYN is a sterile, non-pyrogenic, white to off-white lyophilized powder for reconstitution with the provided histidine diluent for intravenous infusion. After reconstitution, the solution appears as a clear and colorless to slightly yellow liquid, free from visible particles and contains the following excipients per mL: sodium chloride, 2.34 mg; histidine, 3.10 mg; sucrose, 10 mg; mannitol, 25 mg; polysorbate 80, 0.05 mg. REBINYN is available in single-dose vials containing the labeled amount of Factor IX activity, expressed in IU. Each vial contains nominally 500 IU, 1000 IU, 2000, or 3000 IU. REBINYN potency is assigned using an in vitro, activated partial thromboplastin time (aPTT)-based, one-stage clotting assay calibrated against the World Health Organization (WHO) international standard for Factor IX concentrates. REBINYN contains no preservatives. REBINYN is a purified recombinant human Factor IX (rFIX) with a 40 kilodalton (kDa) polyethylene-glycol (PEG) conjugated to the protein. The 40 kDa PEG group is selectively attached to specific -N-linked glycans in the rFIX activation peptide, with mono-PEGylated rFIX as the predominant form of REBINYN. The rFIX protein in REBINYN consists of a gamma-carboxylated (Gla) domain, two EGF-like (epidermal growth factor) domains, an activation peptide (which is cleaved off upon activation), and a protease domain. Once activated, the resulting rFIX has structural and functional properties similar to those of endogenous activated Factor IX. The primary amino acid sequence in REBINYN is identical to the Thr148 allelic form of human plasma-derived Factor IX and consists of 415 amino acids. The average molecular weight of REBINYN is approximately 98 kDa and the molecular weight of the protein moiety alone is 56 kDa. The nominal specific activity of REBINYN is 144 IU/mg protein. REBINYN is produced by recombinant DNA technology in Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells. No additives of human or animal origin are used in the cell culture, purification, conjugation, or formulation of REBINYN. The rFIX protein is purified by a series of chromatographic steps, including an affinity chromatography step using a monoclonal antibody (produced in CHO cells), to selectively isolate rFIX from the cell culture medium. The production process includes two dedicated viral clearance steps, namely a detergent treatment step for inactivation and a 20 nm filtration step for removal of viruses. The conjugation of the PEG-group is done by an enzymatic reaction during the purification process, followed by final purification of REBINYN."

"IndicationAndUsage": "NAMZARIC is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe dementia of the Alzheimer’s type in patients stabilized on 10 mg of donepezil hydrochloride once daily.",
"Description": "NAMZARIC contains memantine, an orally active NMDA receptor antagonist, as the hydrochloride salt and donepezil, a reversible inhibitor of the enzyme acetylcholinesterase, as the hydrochloride salt. Memantine Hydrochloride. The chemical name for memantine hydrochloride is 1-amino-3,5-dimethyladamantane hydrochloride with the following structural formula. The molecular formula is C12H21NHCl and the molecular weight is 215.76. Memantine hydrochloride occurs as a fine white to off-white powder. Donepezil Hydrochloride. The chemical name for donepezil hydrochloride is 2,3-dihydro-5,6-dimethoxy-2-[[1-(phenylmethyl)-4-piperidinyl]methyl]-1H-inden-1-one hydrochloride. The molecular formula is C24H29NO3HCl and the molecular weight is 415.96. Donepezil hydrochloride is a white crystalline powder. NAMZARIC extended-release capsules contain 7 mg, 14 mg, 21 mg or 28 mg memantine hydrochloride, 10 mg donepezil hydrochloride, and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, corn starch, ethylcellulose, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, medium chain triglycerides, microcrystalline cellulose, oleic acid, polyethylene glycol, povidone, sugar spheres, and talc. The capsule shells contain gelatin and titanium dioxide and are imprinted with shellac glaze and black iron oxide. Colorants are FD&C Blue No. 1 (7 mg/10 mg, 14 mg/10 mg, 28 mg/10 mg), FD&C Yellow No. 6 (7 mg/10 mg, 21 mg/10 mg), red iron oxide (7 mg/10 mg, 21 mg/10 mg), and yellow iron oxide (7 mg/10 mg, 14 mg/10 mg, 21 mg/10 mg)."
