"IndicationAndUsage": "Cinacalcet is a positive modulator of the calcium sensing receptor indicated for: Secondary Hyperparathyroidism (HPT) in adult patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) on dialysis. (1.1) Limitations of Use: Cinacalcet tablets are not indicated for use in patients with CKD who are not on dialysis Hypercalcemia in adult patients with Parathyroid Carcinoma (PC). (1.2) Severe hypercalcemia in adult patients with primary HPT who are unable to undergo parathyroidectomy. (1.3).",
"Description": "Cinacalcet tablets contain the hydrochloride salt of the active ingredient cinacalcet, a positive modulator of the calcium sensing receptor. The empirical formula of cinacalcet is C22H22F3N⋅HCl with a molecular mass of 393.87. It has one chiral center having an R-absolute configuration. The R-enantiomer is the more potent enantiomer and has been shown to be responsible for pharmacodynamic activity. The hydrochloride salt of cinacalcet is a white to off-white powder that is freely soluble in methanol and in ethanol. The hydrochloride salt of cinacalcet is described chemically as (R)-N-(3-(3-(trifluoromethyl) phenyl] propyl]-1-(1-naphthyl) ethylamine hydrochloride and has the following structural formula. Cinacalcet tablets are formulated as light-green, oval, biconvex, film coated tablets for oral administration in strengths of 30 mg, 60 mg, and 90 mg of cinacalcet as the free base equivalent (33.064 mg, 66.127 mg and 99.191 mg as the hydrochloride salt, respectively). Inactive Ingredients The following are the inactive ingredients in cinacalcet tablets: crospovidone, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized starch and talc. The coating material contains hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, titanium dioxide, triacetin, FD&C blue #2/indigo carmine AL, iron oxide yellow, polyethylene glycol. The botanical source for pregelatinized starch is corn starch."

"IndicationAndUsage": "In Anesthesia. Glycopyrrolate Injection, USP is indicated for use as a preoperative antimuscarinic to reduce salivary, tracheobronchial, and pharyngeal secretions; to reduce the volume and free acidity of gastric secretions; and to block cardiac vagal inhibitory reflexes during induction of anesthesia and intubation. When indicated, Glycopyrrolate Injection, USP may be used intraoperatively to counteract surgically or drug‑induced or vagal reflexes associated arrhythmias. Glycopyrrolate protects against the peripheral muscarinic effects (e.g., bradycardia and excessive secretions) of cholinergic agents such as neostigmine and pyridostigmine given to reverse the neuromuscular blockade due to non-depolarizing muscle relaxants. In Peptic Ulcer. For use in adults as adjunctive therapy for the treatment of peptic ulcer when rapid anticholinergic effect is desired or when oral medication is not tolerated.",
"Description": "Glycopyrrolate Injection, USP is a synthetic anticholinergic agent. Each 1 mL contains. Glycopyrrolate, USP 0.2 mg. Water for Injection, USP q.s. Benzyl Alcohol, NF 0.9% (preservative). pH adjusted, when necessary, with hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide. For Intramuscular (IM) or Intravenous (IV) administration. Glycopyrrolate is a quaternary ammonium salt with the following chemical name: 3[(cyclopentylhydroxyphenylacetyl)oxy]-1,1-dimethyl pyrrolidinium bromide. The molecular formula is C19H28BrNO3 and the molecular weight is 398.33.Its structural formula is as follows. Glycopyrrolate occurs as a white, odorless crystalline powder. It is soluble in water and alcohol, and practically insoluble in chloroform and ether. Unlike atropine, glycopyrrolate is completely ionized at physiological pH values. Glycopyrrolate Injection, USP is a clear, colorless, sterile liquid; pH 2.0 – 3.0. The partition coefficient of glycopyrrolate in a n-octanol/water system is 0.304 (log10 P = -1.52) at ambient room temperature (24°C)."

"IndicationAndUsage": "For the management of manifestations of psychotic disorders. For the treatment of schizophrenia. To control nausea and vomiting. For relief of restlessness and apprehension before surgery. For acute intermittent porphyria. As an adjunct in the treatment of tetanus. To control the manifestations of the manic type of manic-depressive illness. For relief of intractable hiccups. For the treatment of severe behavioral problems in children (1 to 12 years of age) marked by combativeness and/or explosive hyperexcitable behavior (out of proportion to immediate provocations), and in the short-term treatment of hyperactive children who show excessive motor activity with accompanying conduct disorders consisting of some or all of the following symptoms: impulsivity, difficulty sustaining attention, aggressivity, mood lability and poor frustration tolerance.",
"Description": "Chlorpromazine hydrochloride, USP a dimethylamine derivative of phenothiazine, has a chemical formula of 2-chloro-10-[3-(dimethylamino) propyl] phenothiazine monohydrochloride. Its molecular formula is C17H19ClN2S.HCL and its molecular weight is 355.33. It is available in tablets for oral administration. It has the following structural formula. Chlorpromazine hydrochloride occurs as white to off-white powder. Each tablet for oral administration contains 25 mg, 50 mg, 100 mg, or 200 mg of chlorpromazine HCl, USP. Inactive Ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, glyceryl monostreate, hypromellose, iron oxide yellow, iron oxide red, isopropyl alcohol, lactose monohydrate, magnesium sterate, medium chain triglycerides, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, polyvinyl alcohol, povidone, precipitated calcium carbonate, sucrose, talc, titanium dioxide. The printing ink contains shellac, ferrosoferric oxide, propylene glycol."

"IndicationAndUsage": "ZUSDURI is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with recurrent low-grade intermediate-risk non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (LG-IR-NMIBC).",
"Description": "Mitomycin (also known as mitomycin-C) is an alkylating drug isolated from the broth of Streptomyces. Mitomycin is a blue-violet crystalline powder with a molecular formula of C15H18N4O5, and a molecular weight of 334.33. Its chemical name is 7-amino-9α-methoxymitosane, and it has the following structural formula. Mitomycin is heat stable, has a high melting point, and is freely soluble in organic solvents. ZUSDURI is supplied in a kit containing two vials of sterile lyophilized mitomycin for intravesical solution, 40 mg each, and one vial of 60 mL of sterile hydrogel, to be used as a vehicle for reconstitution. Mitomycin for intravesical solution is a sterile, lyophilized, grey to greyish-purple, cake or powder that contains mitomycin 40 mg and mannitol 80 mg in each vial. Hydrogel is a sterile, clear, colorless gel with or without bubbles at room temperature or clear, colorless liquid at 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F), which contains 0.11 g hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 17.12 g poloxamer, 0.63 g polyethylene glycol, and water for injection in each vial. Once reconstituted, ZUSDURI is a clear, purple, viscous liquid at 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F) or semisolid gel at room temperature, which may contain a few visible particles and have a pH between 6.0 and 8.0."
