"IndicationAndUsage": "MIMRYLO is indicated for the treatment of erythrocytosis in adults with polycythemia vera (PV).",
"Description": "MIMRYLO (rusfertide) for injection, for subcutaneous use, a hepcidin mimetic, is a synthetic cyclic peptide (disulfide) isolated as an acetate salt. The chemical name for rusfertide is S6,S16-cyclo[N-isovaleryl-Asp-Thr-His-Phe-Pro-Cys-Ile-Nε-(N-palmitoyl-γ-Glu)-Lys-Phe-Glu-Pro-Arg-Ser-Lys-Gly-Cys-Lys-NH2] acetate. Rusfertide acetate has the following chemical structure. Rusfertide acetate is an amorphous white to off-white powder, light sensitive and hygroscopic with low solubility in ethanol or acetonitrile. The aqueous solubility in pH range of 2.5 to 7.4 is ≥112 mg/mL. The average molecular weight for the free base is 2442.0 u. The molecular formula for the free base is C114H181N27O28S2. MIMRYLO for injection is supplied as a sterile, preservative-free, white to off-white lyophilized powder in a single-dose glass vial. The 9.5 mg dose strength delivers 9.5 mg of rusfertide (provided as rusfertide acetate), mannitol (25 mg), sodium acetate trihydrate (1.36 mg), and glacial acetic acid/sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment, for subcutaneous injection after reconstitution with the provided diluent. The 19 mg, 28 mg, 41 mg, and 54 mg dose strengths deliver 19 mg, 28 mg, 41 mg and 54 mg of rusfertide (provided as rusfertide acetate), mannitol (20 mg), sodium acetate trihydrate (1.36 mg), and glacial acetic acid/sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment, for subcutaneous injection after reconstitution with the provided diluent. The diluent for MIMRYLO is a sterile, preservative-free solution containing sodium acetate trihydrate (1.36 mg/mL), zinc acetate dihydrate (2.2 mg/mL), and glacial acetic acid for adjusting the pH to nominal pH of 5.4 in Water for Injection, USP. It is a clear, colorless solution, free from visible particles, and is provided in a glass prefilled syringe. After reconstitution, MIMRYLO is a clear and colorless solution free from visible particles."

"IndicationAndUsage": "VYXEOS is indicated for the treatment of newly diagnosed therapy-related acute myeloid leukemia (t-AML) or AML with myelodysplasia-related changes (AML-MRC) in adults and pediatric patients 1 year and older.",
"Description": "VYXEOS (daunorubicin and cytarabine) liposome for injection is a combination of daunorubicin and cytarabine in a 1:5 molar ratio encapsulated in liposomes for intravenous administration. Daunorubicin is an anthracycline topoisomerase inhibitor. The chemical name for daunorubicin is (1S,3S)-3-acetyl-1,2,3,4,6,11-hexahydro-3,5,12-trihydroxy-10-methoxy-6,11-dioxo-1-naphthacenyl-3-amino-2,3,6-trideoxy-α-L-lyxo-hexopyranoside; its molecular weight is 527.52. Daunorubicin has the following structural formula. Cytarabine is a nucleoside metabolic inhibitor. The chemical name of cytarabine is 4-amino-1-β-D-arabinofuranosyl-2(1H)-pyrimidinone; its molecular weight is 243.22. Cytarabine has the following structural formula. VYXEOS liposome for injection is supplied as a sterile, preservative-free, purple, lyophilized cake, in a single-dose vial. Each vial contains 44 mg daunorubicin and 100 mg cytarabine, and the following inactive ingredients: distearoylphosphatidylcholine 454 mg, distearoylphosphatidylglycerol 132 mg, cholesterol HP 32 mg, copper gluconate 100 mg, triethanolamine 4 mg, and sucrose 2054 mg."

"Description": "Mobocertinib is a kinase inhibitor. The chemical name for mobocertinib succinate is propan-2-yl 2-[5-(acryloylamino)-4-{[2-(dimethylamino)ethyl](methyl)amino}-2-methoxyanilino]-4-(1-methyl-1H-indol-3-yl)pyrimidine-5-carboxylate succinate. The molecular formula is C32H39N7O4 + C4H6O4 (succinate salt) which corresponds to a molecular weight of 703.8 g/mol. Mobocertinib has no chiral centers. The chemical structure of mobocertinib succinate is shown below. Mobocertinib succinate has a solubility of 152 mg/mL in pH 1.0 and >17.6 mg/mL in pH 6.8 solutions at 37°C. EXKIVITY capsule for oral administration contains 40 mg mobocertinib equivalent to 48.06 mg mobocertinib succinate, with no inactive ingredients. The capsule shells contain gelatin and titanium dioxide. The printing ink contains shellac, dehydrated alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, butyl alcohol, propylene glycol, strong ammonia solution, black iron oxide, potassium hydroxide, and purified water."

Its molecular formula is C21H19N3O5, which corresponds to a molecular weight of 393.39 g/mol. Fruquintinib has the following chemical structure. Fruquintinib is a white to off-white powder with a dissociation constant (pKa) of 2.78. The aqueous solubility of fruquintinib is pH-dependent with a solubility of 0.9 μg/mL at pH 6.8 that increases under acidic conditions to 129.9 μg/mL at pH 1. FRUZAQLA (fruquintinib) capsules for oral administration contain 1 mg or 5 mg of fruquintinib. The inactive ingredients are corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, and talc. The 1 mg capsule shell contains FD&C Yellow No. 5 (tartrazine), FD&C Yellow No. 6 (sunset yellow FCF), gelatin, and titanium dioxide. Its empirical formula is C 24H 29N 5O 3, its molecular weight is 435.52, and its structural formula is. Valsartan, USP is a white to an off-white powder. It is soluble in ethanol and methanol and insoluble in water. Valsartan is available as tablets for oral administration, containing 40 mg, 80 mg, 160 mg or 320 mg of valsartan. The inactive ingredients of the tablets are croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, povidone, and titanium dioxide. In addition to this 40 mg contains iron oxide yellow, 80 mg contains iron oxide red, 160 mg contains iron oxides (yellow and red) and 320 mg contains iron oxides (yellow, red and black). Meets USP dissolution test 2."
