"IndicationAndUsage": "Silver sulfadiazine cream, USP 1% is a topical antimicrobial drug indicated as an adjunct for the prevention and treatment of wound sepsis in patients with second and third degree burns.",
"Description": "Silver sulfadiazine cream, USP 1% is a soft, white, water dispersible cream containing the antimicrobial agent silver sulfadiazine in micronized form for topical application. Each gram of silver sulfadiazine cream contains 10mg of micronized silver sulfadiazine. This active agent has the following structural formula:. Silver sulfadiazine cream contains 1% w/w silver sulfadiazine. The vehicle in which the active ingredient is dispersed consists of water, stearyl alcohol, white petrolatum, polyoxyl 40 stearate, propylene glycol, isopropyl myristate, and sorbitan monooleate with 0.3% methylparaben as a preservative."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Esterified Estrogens and Methyltestosterone Tablets and Esterified Estrogens and Methyltestosterone Tablets H.S. are indicated in the: 1 Treatment of moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms associated with the menopause in those patients not improved by estrogens alone. (There is no evidence that estrogens are effective for nervous symptoms or depression without associated vasomotor symptoms, and they should not be used to treat such conditions.).",
"Description": "Esterified Estrogens and Methyltestosterone Tablets: Each green, oval, aqueous film coated tablet debossed “IP 78” on obverse and plain on the reverse contains: 1.25 mg of Esterified Estrogens, USP and 2.5 mg of Methyltestosterone, USP. Esterified Estrogens and Methyltestosterone Tablets H.S. (Half Strength): Each light blue, capsule-shaped, aqueous film coated tablet debossed “IP 77” on obverse and plain on the reverse contains: 0.625 mg of Esterified Estrogens, USP and 1.25 mg of Methyltestosterone, USP. Esterified Estrogens. Esterified Estrogens, USP is a mixture of the sodium salts of the sulfate esters of the estrogenic substances, principally estrone, that are of the type excreted by pregnant mares. Esterified Estrogens contain not less than 75.0 percent and not more than 85.0 percent of sodium estrone sulfate, and not less than 6.0 percent and not more than 15.0 percent of sodium equilin sulfate, in such proportion that the total of these two components is not less than 90.0 percent. Methyltestosterone. Methyltestosterone, USP is an androgen. Androgens are derivatives of cyclopentano-perhydrophenanthrene. Endogenous androgens are C-19 steroids with a side chain at C-17, and with two angular methyl groups. Testosterone is the primary endogenous androgen. Fluoxymesterone and methyltestosterone are synthetic derivatives of testosterone. Methyltestosterone is a white to light yellow crystalline substance that is virtually insoluble in water but soluble in organic solvents. It is stable in air but decomposes in light. Methyltestosterone structural formula. Esterified Estrogens and Methyltestosterone Tablets and Esterified Estrogens and Methyltestosterone Tablets H.S. contain the following inactive ingredients: Anhydrous Lactose, Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, D&C Yellow #10 Aluminum Lake, FD&C Blue #1 Aluminum Lake, Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Polyethylene Glycol, Polyvinyl Alcohol, Sodium Bicarbonate, Talc and Titanium Dioxide."

"Description": "Varenicline tablets contain varenicline (as the tartrate salt), which is a partial nicotinic agonist selective for α 4β 2nicotinic acetylcholine receptor subtypes. Varenicline, as the tartrate salt, is a powder which is a White to off-white to slightly yellow solid with the following chemical name: 7, 8, 9,10-tetrahydro-6,10-methano-6 H-pyrazino[2,3-h][3]benzazepine L-(+)- tartarate. It is freely soluble in water and very slightly soluble in methanol. Varenicline tartrate has a molecular weight of 361.35, and a molecular formula of C 17H 19N 3O 6. The chemical structure is:. Varenicline tablets are supplied for oral administration in two strengths: a 0.5 mg white to off-white, capsule shaped tablets, debossed with ‘V0.5’ on one side and plain on the other side and a 1 mg white to off-white, capsule shaped tablets, debossed with ‘V1’ on one side and plain on the other side. Each 0.5 mg varenicline tablet contains 0.85 mg of varenicline tartrate equivalent to 0.5 mg of varenicline free base; each 1 mg varenicline tablet contains 1.71 mg of varenicline tartrate equivalent to 1 mg of varenicline free base. The following inactive ingredients are included in the tablets: anhydrous dibasic, calcium phosphate, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate and microcrystalline cellulose."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Hyoscyamine Sulfate Sublingual Tablets are effective as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer. They can also be used to control gastric secretions, visceral spasm and hypermotility in spastic colitis, spastic bladder, cystitis, pylorospasm and associated abdominal cramps. May be used in functional intestinal disorders to reduce symptoms such as those seen in mild dysenteries, diverticulitis and acute enterocolitis. For use as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome (irritable colon, spastic colon, mucous colitis) and functional gastrointestinal disorders. Also used as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of neurogenic bladder and neurogenic bowel disturbances (including the splenic flexure syndrome and neurogenic colon). Hyoscyamine Sulfate Sublingual Tablets are indicated along with morphine or other narcotics in symptomatic relief of biliary and renal colic; as a “drying agent” in the relief of symptoms of acute rhinitis; in the therapy of parkinsonism to reduce rigidity and tremors and to control associated sialorrhea and hyperhidrosis. May be used in the therapy of poisoning by anticholinesterase agents.",
"Description": "Hyoscyamine Sulfate Sublingual Tablets contain 0.125 mg hyoscyamine sulfate formulated for sublingual administration. However, the tablets may be chewed or taken orally. "IndicationAndUsage": "Hyoscyamine Sulfate Sublingual Tablets are effective as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer. They can also be used to control gastric secretions, visceral spasm and hypermotility in spastic colitis, spastic bladder, cystitis, pylorospasm and associated abdominal cramps. May be used in functional intestinal disorders to reduce symptoms such as those seen in mild dysenteries, diverticulitis and acute enterocolitis. For use as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome (irritable colon, spastic colon, mucous colitis) and functional gastrointestinal disorders. Also used as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of neurogenic bladder and neurogenic bowel disturbances (including the splenic flexure syndrome and neurogenic colon). Hyoscyamine Sulfate Sublingual Tablets are indicated along with morphine or other narcotics in symptomatic relief of biliary and renal colic; as a “drying agent” in the relief of symptoms of acute rhinitis; in the therapy of parkinsonism to reduce rigidity and tremors and to control associated sialorrhea and hyperhidrosis. May be used in the therapy of poisoning by anticholinesterase agents.",
"Description": "Hyoscyamine Sulfate Sublingual Tablets contain 0.125 mg hyoscyamine sulfate formulated for sublingual administration. However, the tablets may be chewed or taken orally. "IndicationAndUsage": "Prevention of nausea and vomiting associated with highly emetogenic cancer chemotherapy, including cisplatin ≥50 mg/m2. . Prevention of nausea and vomiting associated with initial and repeat courses of moderately emetogenic cancer chemotherapy. . "Description": "The active ingredient in ondansetron tablets USP is ondansetron hydrochloride (HCl) USP as the dihydrate, the racemic form of ondansetron and a selective blocking agent of the serotonin 5-HT3 receptor type. Chemically it is (±) 1, 2, 3, 9-tetrahydro-9-methyl-3-[(2-methyl-1H-imidazol-1-yl)methyl]-4H-carbazol-4-one, monohydrochloride, dihydrate. It has the following structural formula:. The empirical formula is C18H19N3OHCl2H2O, representing a molecular weight of 365.85. Ondansetron HCl USP dihydrate is a white to off-white powder that is sparingly soluble in water and in alcohol; soluble in methanol, slightly soluble in isopropyl alcohol, and in dichloromethane; very slightly soluble in acetone, in chloroform and in ethyl acetate. The active ingredient in ondansetron orally disintegrating tablets USP is ondansetron base, the racemic form of ondansetron, and a selective blocking agent of the serotonin 5-HT3 receptor type. Chemically it is (±) 1, 2, 3, 9-tetrahydro-9-methyl-3-[(2-methyl-1H-imidazol-1-yl)methyl]-4H-carbazol-4-one. It has the following structural formula:. Each 4-mg ondansetron orally disintegrating tablet USP for oral administration contains 4 mg ondansetron base. Each 8-mg ondansetron orally disintegrating tablet USP for oral administration contains 8 mg ondansetron base. Each ondansetron orally disintegrating tablet USP also contains the inactive ingredients aspartame, colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, magnesium stearate, mannitol, sodium stearyl fumarate and strawberry flavor. Ondansetron orally disintegrating tablets USP are an orally administered formulation of ondansetron which rapidly disintegrates on the tongue and does not require water to aid dissolution or swallowing. "IndicationAndUsage": "Hyoscyamine Sulfate Tablets, USP are effective as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer. They can also be used to control gastric secretions, visceral spasm and hypermotility in spastic colitis, spastic bladder, cystitis, pylorospasm and associated abdominal cramps. May be used in the therapy of poisoning by anticholinesterase agents.",

"Description": "CHANTIX tablets contain varenicline (as the tartrate salt), which is a partial agonist selective for α4β2 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor subtypes. Varenicline, as the tartrate salt, is a powder which is a white to off-white to slightly yellow solid with the following chemical name: 7,8,9,10-tetrahydro-6,10-methano-6H-pyrazino[2,3- h][3]benzazepine, (2R,3R)-2,3-dihydroxybutanedioate (1:1). It is highly soluble in water. Varenicline tartrate has a molecular weight of 361.35 Daltons, and a molecular formula of C13H13N3 ∙ C4H6O6. The chemical structure is. CHANTIX is supplied for oral administration in two strengths: a 0.5 mg capsular biconvex, white to off-white, film-coated tablet debossed with \"Pfizer\" on one side and \"CHX 0.5\" on the other side and a 1 mg capsular biconvex, light blue film-coated tablet debossed with \"Pfizer\" on one side and \"CHX 1.0\" on the other side.
