"IndicationAndUsage": "ZEPBOUND® is indicated in combination with a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity: : 1 to reduce excess body weight and maintain weight reduction long term in adults with obesity or adults with overweight in the presence of at least one weight-related comorbid condition. , 2 to treat moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in adults with obesity. .",
"Description": "ZEPBOUND (tirzepatide) injection, for subcutaneous use, contains tirzepatide, a GIP receptor and GLP-1 receptor agonist. Tirzepatide is based on the GIP sequence and contains aminoisobutyric acid (Aib) in positions 2 and 13, a C-terminal amide, and Lys residue at position 20 that is attached to 1,20-eicosanedioic acid via a linker. The molecular weight is 4813.53 Da and the empirical formula is C225H348N48O68. Structural formula:. ZEPBOUND is a clear, colorless to slightly yellow, sterile solution for subcutaneous use. Each single-dose pen or single-dose vial contains a 0.5 mL solution of 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 7.5 mg, 10 mg, 12.5 mg, or 15 mg of tirzepatide and the following excipients: sodium chloride (4.1 mg), sodium phosphate dibasic heptahydrate (0.7 mg), and water for injection. Each multi-dose vial or single-patient-use KwikPen contains 2.4 mL of solution, which provides 4 doses of 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 7.5 mg, 10 mg, 12.5 mg, or 15 mg of tirzepatide per 0.6 mL. Each dose contains the following excipients: benzyl alcohol (5.4 mg), glycerin (4.8 mg), phenol (1.08 mg), sodium chloride (1.05 mg), sodium phosphate dibasic heptahydrate (0.8 mg), and water for injection. Hydrochloric acid solution and/or sodium hydroxide solution may have been added to adjust the pH. ZEPBOUND has a pH of 6.5 to 7.5. Each single-patient-use KwikPen contains additional volume to allow for device priming."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Allergenic extracts are indicated for use in diagnostic testing and as part of a treatment regime for allergic disease, as established by allergy history and skin test reactivity. Allergenic extracts are indicated for the treatment of allergen specific allergic disease for use as hyposensitization or immunotherapy when avoidance of specific allergens can not be attained. The use of allergenic extracts for therapeutic purpose has been established by well-controlled clinical studies. Allergenic extracts may be used as adjunctive therapy along with pharmacotherapy which includes antihistamines, corticosteroids, and cromoglycate, and avoidance measures. Allergenic extracts for therapeutic use should be given using only the allergen selection to which the patient is allergic, has a history of exposure and are likely to be exposed to again.",

Aqueous extracts are prepared using cocas fluid containing NaCl 0.5%, NaHCO3 0.0275%, WFI, preservative 0.4% Phenol. Glycerinated allergenic extracts are prepared with cocas fluid and glycerin to produce a 50% (v/v) allergenic extract. Allergenic Extracts are supplied as concentrations designated as protein nitrogen units (PNU) or weight/volume (w/v) ratio. Standardized extracts are designated in Bioequivalent Allergy Units (BAU) or Allergy Units (AU). (See product insert for standardized extracts). For diagnostic purposes, allergenic extracts are to be administered by prick-puncture or intradermal routes. Allergenic extracts are administered subcutaneously for immunotherapy injections."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Topical corticosteroids are indicated for the relief of the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses.",
"Description": "The topical corticosteroids constitute a class of primarily synthetic steroids used as anti-inflammatory and anti-pruritic agents. Triamcinolone acetonide is designated chemically as pregna-1,4-diene-3,20-dione, 9-fluoro-11,21-dihydroxy-16,17-[(1-methylethylidene)bis(oxy)]-,)11ß,16ą)-. C24H31FO6, M.W. 434.51; CAS Reg. No. 76-25-5. Each gram of Triamcinolone Acetonide Ointment USP, 0.025% or 0.1% contains 0.25 mg or 1 mg triamcinolone acetonide USP, respectively, in an ointment base consisting of light mineral oil NF and white petrolatum USP."

"IndicationAndUsage": "BIKTARVY is indicated as a complete regimen for the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) infection in adults and pediatric patients weighing at least 14 kg: : 1 with no antiretroviral treatment history, or, 2 with an antiretroviral treatment history and not virologically suppressed, with no known or suspected substitutions associated with resistance to the integrase strand inhibitor class, emtricitabine, or tenofovir, or, 3 to replace the current antiretroviral regimen in those who are virologically-suppressed (HIV-1 RNA less than 50 copies per mL) on a stable antiretroviral regimen with no known or suspected substitutions associated with resistance to bictegravir or tenofovir [see Dosage and Administration (2.4), and Use in Specific Populations (8.1)].",
"Description": "BIKTARVY (bictegravir, emtricitabine, and tenofovir alafenamide) is a fixed dose combination tablet containing bictegravir (BIC), emtricitabine (FTC), and tenofovir alafenamide (TAF) for oral administration. : 1 BIC is an integrase strand transfer inhibitor (INSTI)., 2 FTC, a synthetic nucleoside analog of cytidine, is an HIV nucleoside analog reverse transcriptase inhibitor (HIV NRTI)., 3 TAF, an HIV NRTI, is converted in vivo to tenofovir, an acyclic nucleoside phosphonate (nucleotide) analog of adenosine 5′-monophosphate."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Desonide cream, 0.05% is a low potency corticosteroid indicated for the relief of the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid responsive dermatoses. It should not be used for longer than two weeks unless directed by a physician.",
"Description": "Desonide cream, 0.05% contains desonide (Pregna-1, 4-diene-3, 20-dione, 11, 21-dihydroxy-16, 17-[(1- methylethylidene)bis(oxy)]-,(11β,16α)) a synthetic corticosteroid for topical dermatologic use. The corticosteroids constitute a class of primary synthetic steroids used topically as anti-inflammatory and antipruritic agents. Chemically, desonide, the active ingredient in desonide cream, 0.05% is C24H32O6. It has the following structural formula. The molecular weight of desonide is 416.51. It is a white to almost white crystalline powder. It is insoluble in water, soluble in methylene chloride, sparingly soluble in ethanol (96%), slightly soluble in ethyl ether. Each gram of desonide cream, 0.05% contains 0.5 milligram of desonide micro dispersed in a base of aluminum sulfate, calcium acetate, cetostearyl alcohol, dextrin, glycerin, light mineral oil, purified water, sodium lauryl sulfate, synthetic beeswax, and white petrolatum. Desonide cream, 0.05% is preserved with methylparaben and buffered to pH 4.2 to 5.0."

"Description": "Non-standardized allergenic extracts are labeled “No U.S. Standard of Potency”. Non-standardized allergenic extracts are supplied in a Glycero Cocas extraction solution, which consists of 0.5% sodium chloride for isotonicity, 0.275% sodium bicarbonate as a buffer, and 50% glycerin (volume/volume) as preservative. Non-standardized allergenic extracts are supplied as a weight to volume (w/v) solution of allergen in extraction solution. Product concentrations vary based on the source. Refer to the vial label for the product concentration. Source material mold mycelia and Candida albicans cells are cultivated on liquid medium which may contain one or more of the following constituents: casein hydrolysate; malt extract; yeast extract; maltose; dextrose; ammonium nitrate, calcium carbonate, calcium chloride, ammonium citrate, potassium phosphate, sodium citrate, citric acid; magnesium sulfate; or trace elements. Acetone and ether may be used as drying and de-fatting agents. Candida albicans cells are treated with phenol, which is removed by dialysis. Dog Hair and Dander extracts are manufactured in 3 product forms: 1 Dog Hair and Dander (Regular Process) is derived from extraction of the source material without additional processing, and is prepared at 1:10 w/v in Glycero-Cocas., 2 Acetone Precipitated (AP) Dog Hair and Dander is derived from the acetone precipitated aqueous extract and is prepared at 1:100 w/v in Glycero-Cocas., 3 Ultrafiltered (UF) Dog Hair and Dander is derived from the UF aqueous extract and is prepared at 1:650 w/v in Glycero‑Cocas."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Acyclovir is indicated for the acute treatment of herpes zoster (shingles).",
"Description": "Acyclovir is a synthetic nucleoside analogue active against herpesviruses. Acyclovir tablets are formulations of an antiviral drug for oral administration. Each 800-mg tablet of acyclovir contains 800 mg of acyclovir and the inactive ingredients corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, and sodium starch glycolate. Each 400-mg tablet of acyclovir contains 400 mg of acyclovir and the inactive ingredients corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, and sodium starch glycolate. Acyclovir is a white, crystalline powder with the molecular formula C 8H 11N 5O 3 and a molecular weight of 225. The maximum solubility in water at 37°C is 2.5 mg/mL. The pka's of acyclovir are 2.27 and 9.25. The chemical name of acyclovir is 6H-purin-6-one, 2-amino-1,9-dihydro-9-[(2-hydroxyethoxy)methyl]; it has the following structural formula:."
