"IndicationAndUsage": "Allergenic extracts are indicated for use in diagnostic testing and as part of a treatment regime for allergic disease, as established by allergy history and skin test reactivity. Allergenic extracts are indicated for the treatment of allergen specific allergic disease for use as hyposensitization or immunotherapy when avoidance of specific allergens can not be attained. The use of allergenic extracts for therapeutic purpose has been established by well-controlled clinical studies. Allergenic extracts may be used as adjunctive therapy along with pharmacotherapy which includes antihistamines, corticosteroids, and cromoglycate, and avoidance measures. Allergenic extracts for therapeutic use should be given using only the allergen selection to which the patient is allergic, has a history of exposure and are likely to be exposed to again.",
"Description": "Allergenic extracts are sterile solutions consisting of the extractable components from various biological sources including pollens, inhalants, molds, animal epidermals and insects. Aqueous extracts are prepared using cocas fluid containing NaCl 0.5%, NaHCO3 0.0275%, WFI, preservative 0.4% Phenol. Glycerinated allergenic extracts are prepared with cocas fluid and glycerin to produce a 50% (v/v) allergenic extract. Allergenic Extracts are supplied as concentrations designated as protein nitrogen units (PNU) or weight/volume (w/v) ratio. Standardized extracts are designated in Bioequivalent Allergy Units (BAU) or Allergy Units (AU). (See product insert for standardized extracts). For diagnostic purposes, allergenic extracts are to be administered by prick-puncture or intradermal routes. Allergenic extracts are administered subcutaneously for immunotherapy injections."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Quetiapine is an atypical antipsychotic indicated for the treatment of: 1 Schizophrenia (1.1), 2 Bipolar I disorder manic episodes (1.2), 3 Bipolar disorder, depressive episodes (1.2).",
"Description": "Quetiapine Tablets, USP are an atypical antipsychotic belonging to a chemical class, the dibenzothiazepine derivatives. The chemical designation is 2-[2-(4-dibenzo [b,f] [1,4]thiazepin-11-yl-1-piperazinyl)ethoxy]-ethanol fumarate (2:1) (salt). It is present in tablets as the fumarate salt. All doses and tablet strengths are expressed as milligrams of base, not as fumarate salt. The structural formula is. C42H50N6O4S2C4H4O4 M.W. 883.11 (fumarate salt). Quetiapine fumarate, USP is a white to off-white crystalline powder which is moderately soluble in water. Quetiapine Tablets, USP are supplied for oral administration as 25 mg (round, light orange), 50 mg (round, white to off-white), 100 mg (round, light orange), 200 mg (round, white to off-white), 300 mg (capsule-shaped, pale yellow), and 400 mg (capsule-shaped, white to off-white) tablets. Inactive ingredients are colloidal silicon dioxide, dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, sodium starch glycolate, titanium dioxide and triacetin. Additionally, the 25 mg, 100 mg, and 300 mg tablets contain iron oxide yellow; the 25 mg and 100 mg tablets contain FD&C yellow #6/sunset yellow FCF/aluminum lake; and the 50 mg, 200 mg, and 400 mg tablets contain polydextrose and polyethylene glycol. Each 25 mg tablet contains 28.78 mg of quetiapine fumarate, USP equivalent to 25 mg quetiapine. Each 50 mg tablet contains 57.57 mg of quetiapine fumarate, USP equivalent to 50 mg quetiapine. Each 100 mg tablet contains 115.15 mg of quetiapine fumarate, USP equivalent to 100 mg quetiapine. Each 200 mg tablet contains 230.30 mg of quetiapine fumarate, USP equivalent to 200 mg quetiapine. Each 300 mg tablet contains 345.45 mg of quetiapine fumarate, USP equivalent to 300 mg quetiapine. Each 400 mg tablet contains 460.60 mg of quetiapine fumarate, USP equivalent to 400 mg quetiapine."

"Description": "Quetiapine Tablets, USP are an atypical antipsychotic belonging to a chemical class, the dibenzothiazepine derivatives. The chemical designation is 2-[2-(4-dibenzo [b,f] [1,4]thiazepin-11-yl-1-piperazinyl)ethoxy]-ethanol fumarate (2:1) (salt). It is present in tablets as the fumarate salt. All doses and tablet strengths are expressed as milligrams of base, not as fumarate salt. The structural formula is. C42H50N6O4S2C4H4O4 M.W. 883.11 (fumarate salt). Quetiapine fumarate, USP is a white to off-white crystalline powder which is moderately soluble in water. Quetiapine Tablets, USP are supplied for oral administration as 25 mg (round, light orange), 50 mg (round, white to off-white), 100 mg (round, light orange), 200 mg (round, white to off-white), 300 mg (capsule-shaped, pale yellow), and 400 mg (capsule-shaped, white to off-white) tablets. Inactive ingredients are colloidal silicon dioxide, dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, sodium starch glycolate, titanium dioxide and triacetin. Additionally, the 25 mg, 100 mg, and 300 mg tablets contain iron oxide yellow; the 25 mg and 100 mg tablets contain FD&C yellow #6/sunset yellow FCF/aluminum lake; and the 50 mg, 200 mg, and 400 mg tablets contain polydextrose and polyethylene glycol. Each 25 mg tablet contains 28.78 mg of quetiapine fumarate, USP equivalent to 25 mg quetiapine. Each 50 mg tablet contains 57.57 mg of quetiapine fumarate, USP equivalent to 50 mg quetiapine. Each 100 mg tablet contains 115.15 mg of quetiapine fumarate, USP equivalent to 100 mg quetiapine. Each 200 mg tablet contains 230.30 mg of quetiapine fumarate, USP equivalent to 200 mg quetiapine. Each 300 mg tablet contains 345.45 mg of quetiapine fumarate, USP equivalent to 300 mg quetiapine. Each 400 mg tablet contains 460.60 mg of quetiapine fumarate, USP equivalent to 400 mg quetiapine."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Triamcinolone cream is indicated for the relief of the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses.",
"Description": "The topical corticosteroids constitute a class of primarily synthetic steroids used as anti-inflammatory and anti-pruritic agents. The steroids in this class include triamcinolone acetonide. Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream USP contains Triamcinolone Acetonide [Pregna-1, 4-diene-3, 20-dione, 9-fluoro-11,21-dihydroxy-16,17-[(1-methylethylidene) bis- (oxy)]-, (11β,16α)-], with the empirical formula C 24H 31FO 6 and molecular weight 434.50. CAS 76-25-5. The structural formula is. Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream USP, 0.025% contains: 0.25 mg of Triamcinolone Acetonide per gram in a base containing Emulsifying Wax, Cetyl Alcohol, Isopropyl Palmitate, Sorbitol Solution, Glycerin, Lactic Acid, Benzyl Alcohol and Purified Water. Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream USP, 0.1% contains: 1 mg of Triamcinolone Acetonide per gram in a base containing Emulsifying Wax, Cetyl Alcohol, Isopropyl Palmitate, Sorbitol Solution, Glycerin, Lactic Acid, Benzyl Alcohol and Purified Water. "IndicationAndUsage": "Nebivolol is a beta-adrenergic blocking agent indicated for the treatment of hypertension, to lower blood pressure. Lowering blood pressure reduces the risk of fatal and nonfatal cardiovascular events, primarily strokes and myocardial infarctions. (1.1).",

Nebivolol hydrochloride is a white to almost white powder that is soluble in methanol, dimethylsulfoxide, and N,N-dimethylformamide, sparingly soluble in ethanol, propylene glycol, and polyethylene glycol, and very slightly soluble in hexane, dichloromethane, and methylbenzene. Nebivolol tablets for oral administration contain nebivolol hydrochloride equivalent to 2.5, 5, 10, and 20 mg of nebivolol base. "IndicationAndUsage": "Divalproex sodium extended-release tablets are indicated for: 1 Acute treatment of manic or mixed episodes associated with bipolar disorder, with or without psychotic features (1.1), 2 Monotherapy and adjunctive therapy of complex partial seizures and simple and complex absence seizures; adjunctive therapy in patients with multiple seizure types that include absence seizures (1.2), 3 Prophylaxis of migraine headaches (1.3).",
"Description": "Divalproex sodium is a stable co-ordination compound comprised of sodium valproate and valproic acid in a 1:1 molar relationship. Chemically it is designated as sodium hydrogen bis (2-propylpentanoate). Divalproex sodium has the following structure. Divalproex sodium USP occurs as a white crystalline powder with a characteristic odor. Divalproex sodium extended-release tablets USP 250 mg and 500 mg are for oral administration. "Description": "Divalproex sodium is a stable co-ordination compound comprised of sodium valproate and valproic acid in a 1:1 molar relationship. Divalproex sodium USP occurs as a white crystalline powder with a characteristic odor. Divalproex sodium extended-release tablets USP 250 mg and 500 mg are for oral administration.
