"IndicationAndUsage": "Zolpidem tartrate tablets are indicated for the short-term treatment of insomnia characterized by difficulties with sleep initiation. Zolpidem tartrate tablets have been shown to decrease sleep latency for up to 35 days in controlled clinical studies [see Clinical Studies (14)] . The clinical trials performed in support of efficacy were 4 to 5 weeks in duration with the final formal assessments of sleep latency performed at the end of treatment.",
"Description": "Zolpidem tartrate USP is a gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) A receptor positive modulator of the imidazopyridine class. Zolpidem tartrate USP is available in 5 mg and 10 mg strength tablets for oral administration. Chemically, zolpidem is N,N,6-trimethyl-2-p-tolylimidazo[1,2-a] pyridine-3-acetamide L-(+)-tartrate (2:1). It has the following structure:. Zolpidem tartrate USP is a white to off-white crystalline powder that is sparingly soluble in water, alcohol, and propylene glycol. It has a molecular weight of 764.88. Each zolpidem tartrate tablet, USP includes the following inactive ingredients: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, polyethylene glycol, and titanium dioxide. Meets USP Dissolution Test-3."

"IndicationAndUsage": "VALCYTE is a deoxynucleoside analogue cytomegalovirus (CMV) DNA polymerase inhibitor indicated for. Adult Patients (1.1): 1 Treatment of CMV retinitis in patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS)., 2 Prevention of CMV disease in kidney, heart, and kidney-pancreas transplant patients at high risk.",
"Description": "VALCYTE contains valganciclovir hydrochloride (valganciclovir HCl), a hydrochloride salt of the L-valyl ester of ganciclovir that exists as a mixture of two diastereomers. Ganciclovir is a synthetic guanine derivative active against CMV. VALCYTE is available as a 450 mg tablet for oral administration. Each tablet contains 496.3 mg of valganciclovir HCl (corresponding to 450 mg of valganciclovir), and the inactive ingredients microcrystalline cellulose, povidone K-30, crospovidone and stearic acid. The film-coat applied to the tablets contains Opadry Pink®. VALCYTE is also available as a powder for oral solution, which when constituted with water as directed contains 50 mg/mL valganciclovir free base. The inactive ingredients of VALCYTE for oral solution are sodium benzoate, fumaric acid, povidone K-30, sodium saccharin, mannitol and tutti-frutti flavoring. Valganciclovir HCl is a white to off-white crystalline powder with a molecular formula of C14H22N6O5∙HCl and a molecular weight of 390.83. The chemical name for valganciclovir HCl is L-Valine, 2-[(2-amino-1,6-dihydro-6-oxo-9H-purin-9-yl) methoxy]-3-hydroxypropyl ester, monohydrochloride. Valganciclovir HCl is a polar hydrophilic compound with a solubility of 70 mg/mL in water at 25°C at a pH of 7.0 and an n-octanol/water partition coefficient of 0.0095 at pH 7.0. The pKa for valganciclovir HCl is 7.6. The chemical structure of valganciclovir HCl is. All doses in this insert are specified in terms of valganciclovir."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Lubiprostone is a chloride channel activator indicated for the treatment of: 1 chronic idiopathic constipation (CIC) in adults. (1.1), 2 opioid-induced constipation (OIC) in adult patients with chronic, non-cancer pain, including patients with chronic pain related to prior cancer or its treatment who do not require frequent (e.g., weekly) opioid dosage escalation. (1.2)Limitations of Use:Effectiveness of lubiprostone in the treatment of OIC in patients taking diphenylheptane opioids (e.g., methadone) has not been established. (1.2, 7.1), 3 irritable bowel syndrome with constipation (IBS-C) in women ≥ 18 years old. (1.3).",
"Description": "Lubiprostone is a chloride channel activator for oral use. The chemical name for lubiprostone is (–)-7-[(2R,4aR,5R,7aR)-2-(1,1-difluoropentyl)-2-hydroxy-6-oxooctahydrocyclopenta[b]pyran-5-yl]heptanoic acid. The molecular formula of lubiprostone is C20H32F2O5 with a molecular weight of 390.46 and a chemical structure as follows. Lubiprostone drug substance occurs as white, odorless crystals or crystalline powder, is very soluble in ether and ethanol, and is practically insoluble in hexane and water. Lubiprostone is available as an imprinted, oval, soft gelatin capsule in two strengths. Pink capsules contain 8 mcg of lubiprostone and the following inactive ingredients: ferric oxide, gelatin, medium-chain triglycerides, purified water, sorbitol, and titanium dioxide. Orange capsules contain 24 mcg of lubiprostone and the following inactive ingredients: D&C Yellow #10, FD&C Red #40, gelatin, medium-chain triglycerides, purified water, and sorbitol."

The chemical name for lubiprostone is (–)-7-[(2R,4aR,5R,7aR)-2-(1,1-difluoropentyl)-2-hydroxy-6-oxooctahydrocyclopenta[b]pyran-5-yl]heptanoic acid. The molecular formula of lubiprostone is C20H32F2O5 with a molecular weight of 390.46 and a chemical structure as follows. Lubiprostone drug substance occurs as white, odorless crystals or crystalline powder, is very soluble in ether and ethanol, and is practically insoluble in hexane and water. Lubiprostone is available as an imprinted, oval, soft gelatin capsule in two strengths. Pink capsules contain 8 mcg of lubiprostone and the following inactive ingredients: ferric oxide, gelatin, medium-chain triglycerides, purified water, sorbitol, and titanium dioxide. Orange capsules contain 24 mcg of lubiprostone and the following inactive ingredients: D&C Yellow #10, FD&C Red #40, gelatin, medium-chain triglycerides, purified water, and sorbitol."

"Description": "Regadenoson is an A2A adenosine receptor agonist that is a coronary vasodilator [see Clinical Pharmacology (12.1)]. Regadenoson is chemically described as adenosine, 2-[4- [(methylamino)carbonyl]-1H-pyrazol-1-yl]. Its structural formula is. The molecular formula for regadenoson is C15H18N8O5 and its molecular weight is 390.35. Regadenoson injection is a sterile, nonpyrogenic solution for intravenous injection. The solution is clear and colorless. Each 1 mL in the 5 mL pre-filled syringe contains 0.08 mg regadenoson on an anhydrous basis, 21.93 mg dibasic sodium phosphate dodecahydrate, 6.11 mg monobasic sodium phosphate dihydrate, 150 mg propylene glycol, 1 mg edetate disodium dihydrate, and water for injection, with pH between 6.3 and 7.7."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Valganciclovir for oral solution is a deoxynucleoside analogue cytomegalovirus (CMV) DNA polymerase inhibitor indicated for:. Pediatric Patients (1.2) : 1 Prevention of CMV disease in kidney and heart transplant patients at high risk.",
"Description": "Valganciclovir for oral solution contains valganciclovir hydrochloride USP, a hydrochloride salt of the L-valyl ester of ganciclovir that exists as a mixture of two diastereomers. Ganciclovir is a synthetic guanine derivative active against CMV. Valganciclovir is available as a powder blend for oral solution, which when constituted with water as directed contains 50 mg/mL valganciclovir free base. The inactive ingredients of valganciclovir for oral solution are mannitol, sodium benzoate, sucralose, tartaric acid and tutti-frutti flavoring. Valganciclovir hydrochloride, USP is a white to almost white powder. The chemical name for valganciclovir hydrochloride, USP is L-Valine, 2-[(2-amino-1,6-dihydro-6-oxo-9H-purin-9-yl)methoxy]-3-hydroxypropyl ester, monohydrochloride. Valganciclovir hydrochloride, USP is a polar hydrophilic compound with a solubility of 70 mg/mL in water at 25°C at a pH of 7.0 and an n-octanol/water partition coefficient of 0.0095 at pH 7.0. The pKa for valganciclovir hydrochloride, USP is 7.6. The chemical structure of valganciclovir hydrochloride, USP is. C14H22N6O5·HCl M.W. 390.83. All doses in this insert are specified in terms of valganciclovir."

"Description": "Valganciclovir Tablets, USP contains valganciclovir hydrochloride (valganciclovir HCl), a hydrochloride salt of the L-valyl ester of ganciclovir that exists as a mixture of two diastereomers. Ganciclovir is a synthetic guanine derivative active against CMV. Valganciclovir Tablets, USP is available as a 450 mg tablet for oral administration. Each tablet contains 496.3 mg of valganciclovir HCl (corresponding to 450 mg of valganciclovir), and the inactive ingredients colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone K-30, and stearic acid. The film-coat applied to the tablets contains polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol, talc, and iron oxide red. Valganciclovir HCl is a white to off-white amorphous powder with a molecular formula of C14H22N6O5HCl and a molecular weight of 390.83.
