"IndicationAndUsage": "Nortriptyline hydrochloride is indicated for the relief of symptoms of depression. Endogenous depressions are more likely to be alleviated than are other depressive states.",
"Description": "Nortriptyline hydrochloride is 1-Propanamine, 3-(10,11-dihydro-5. H. -dibenzo[. a,d. ]cyclohepten-5-ylidene)-. N. -methyl-, hydrochloride. The structural formula is represented below. C19H21NHCl M.W. 299.84. Nortriptyline Hydrochloride Capsules USP (equivalent to 10 mg, 25 mg, 50 mg and 75 mg Nortriptyline), for oral administration, contain the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, pregelatinized starch and sodium lauryl sulfate. The 10 mg, 25 mg, 50 mg and 75 mg capsule shells contain: gelatin, methylparaben, propylparaben, sodium lauryl sulfate and titanium dioxide. They may also contain: benzyl alcohol, butylparaben, edetate calcium disodium, silicon dioxide or sodium propionate. The 10 mg, 25 mg and 75 mg capsule shells also contain D&C Yellow No. 10 and FD&C Blue No. 1."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Diltiazem hydrochloride extended-release capsules (once-a-day dosage) are indicated for the treatment of hypertension. It may be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive medications. Diltiazem hydrochloride extended-release capsules (once-a-day dosage) are indicated for the management of chronic stable angina and angina due to coronary artery spasm.",
"Description": "Diltiazem hydrochloride, USP is a calcium ion cellular influx inhibitor (slow channel blocker or calcium antagonist). Chemically, diltiazem hydrochloride is 1,5-Benzothiazepin-4(5H)-one, 3-(acetyloxy)-5-[2-(dimethylamino) ethyl]-2, 3-dihydro-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-, monohydrochloride,(+)-cis-. The chemical structure is. Diltiazem hydrochloride, USP is a white to off-white crystalline powder with a bitter taste. It is soluble in water, methanol, and chloroform. It has a molecular weight of 450.98. Diltiazem hydrochloride, USP is formulated as a once-a-day extended-release capsule containing 120 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 110.3 mg diltiazem), 180 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 165.45 mg diltiazem), 240 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 220.6 mg diltiazem), or 300 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 275.75 mg diltiazem). In addition, each capsule contains the following inactive ingredients: acetyltributyl citrate, ammonio methacrylate copolymer, black iron oxide, cornstarch, D&C Red No. 28, D&C Yellow No. 10, D&C Yellow No. 10 Aluminum Lake, ethylcellulose, FD&C Blue No. 1 Aluminum Lake, FD&C Blue No. 2 Aluminum Lake, FD&C Red No. 40, FD&C Red No. 40 Aluminum Lake, gelatin, magnesium stearate, methacrylic acid copolymer, propylene glycol, polysorbate 80, sucrose, talc, and titanium dioxide. The 180 mg and 240 mg capsules contain yellow iron oxide. In addition, the 240 mg capsule also contains red iron oxide. For oral administration. This drug meets USP Drug Release 9."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Desipramine hydrochloride tablets is indicated for the treatment of depression.",
"Description": "Desipramine hydrochloride, USP is an antidepressant drug of the tricyclic type, and is chemically: 5H-Dibenz [bƒ] azepine-5-propanamine,10,11-dihydro-N-methyl-, monohydrochloride. Each desipramine hydrochloride, USP tablet contains 10 mg, 25 mg, 50 mg, 75 mg, 100 mg, or 150 mg of desipramine hydrochloride for oral administration. Inactive Ingredients The following inactive ingredients are contained in all dosage strengths: Hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, sodium starch glycolate type A (potato), stearic acid, talc and titanium dioxide."

Diltiazem hydrochloride extended-release capsule, USP is formulated as a once-a-day extended-release capsule containing 120 mg diltiazem hydrochloride, USP (equivalent to 110.3 mg diltiazem), 180 mg diltiazem hydrochloride, USP (equivalent to 165.45 mg diltiazem), 240 mg diltiazem hydrochloride, USP (equivalent to 220.6 mg diltiazem), 300 mg diltiazem hydrochloride, USP (equivalent to 275.75 mg diltiazem), or 360 mg diltiazem hydrochloride, USP (equivalent to 330.9 mg diltiazem). Each capsule contains the following inactive ingredients: acetyl tributyl citrate, ammonio methacrylate copolymer type A, ammonio methacrylate copolymer type B, colloidal silicon dioxide, gelatin, hypromellose, sodium lauryl sulfate, sugar sphere, talc and titanium dioxide. Additionally each 120 mg capsule shell contains D & C yellow # 10, FD & C blue # 1 and FD & C red # 40; each 180 mg capsule shell contains FD & C blue # 1, FD & C red # 3 and iron oxide black; each 240 mg capsule shell contains FD & C blue # 1 and FD & C red # 3; each 300 mg capsule shell contains D & C yellow # 10, FD & C blue # 1, FD & C red # 40 and iron oxide black; each 360 mg capsule shell contains iron oxide black. Each capsule is printed with black pharmaceutical ink which contains black iron oxide, butyl alcohol, dehydrated alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, shellac and strong ammonia solution. Diltiazem Hydrochloride Extended-release Capsule, USP meets USP Dissolution Test 3. For oral administration."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Diltiazem hydrochloride extended-release capsules are indicated for the treatment of hypertension. It may be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive medications. Diltiazem hydrochloride extended-release capsules are indicated for the management of chronic stable angina and angina due to coronary artery spasm.",
"Description": "Diltiazem hydrochloride is a calcium ion cellular influx inhibitor (slow channel blocker or calcium antagonist). Chemically, diltiazem hydrochloride is 1,5-Benzothiazepin-4(5H)-one, 3-(acetyloxy)-5-[2-(dimethylamino)ethyl]-2, 3-dihydro-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-, monohydrochloride,(+)-cis-. The chemical structure is. Diltiazem hydrochloride, USP is a white, odourless, crystalline powder or small crystals. It is freely soluble in chloroform, in formic acid, in methanol, and in water; sparingly soluble in dehydrated alcohol; insoluble in ether. It has a molecular weight of 450.98. Diltiazem hydrochloride extended-release capsule, USP is formulated as a once-a-day extended-release capsule containing 120 mg diltiazem hydrochloride, USP (equivalent to 110.3 mg diltiazem), 180 mg diltiazem hydrochloride, USP (equivalent to 165.45 mg diltiazem), 240 mg diltiazem hydrochloride, USP (equivalent to 220.6 mg diltiazem), 300 mg diltiazem hydrochloride, USP (equivalent to 275.75 mg diltiazem), or 360 mg diltiazem hydrochloride, USP (equivalent to 330.9 mg diltiazem). Each capsule contains the following inactive ingredients: acetyl tributyl citrate, ammonio methacrylate copolymer type A, ammonio methacrylate copolymer type B, colloidal silicon dioxide, gelatin, hypromellose, sodium lauryl sulfate, sugar sphere, talc and titanium dioxide. Additionally each 120 mg capsule shell contains D & C yellow # 10, FD & C blue # 1 and FD & C red # 40; each 180 mg capsule shell contains FD & C blue # 1, FD & C red # 3 and iron oxide black; each 240 mg capsule shell contains FD & C blue # 1 and FD & C red # 3; each 300 mg capsule shell contains D & C yellow # 10, FD & C blue # 1, FD & C red # 40 and iron oxide black; each 360 mg capsule shell contains iron oxide black. "IndicationAndUsage": "CALQUENCE is a kinase inhibitor indicated: 1 In combination with bendamustine and rituximab for the treatment of adult patients with previously untreated mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) who are ineligible for autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). (1.1), 2 For the treatment of adult patients with MCL who have received at least one prior therapy. (1.2), 3 For the treatment of adult patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). (1.3).",
"Description": "CALQUENCE (acalabrutinib) is a kinase inhibitor. The molecular formula for acalabrutinib maleate is C26H23N7O2C4H4O4.H2O, and the molecular weight is 599.59. The chemical name is 4-{8-Amino-3-[(2S)-1-(but-2-ynoyl) pyrrolidin-2-yl] imidazo[1,5-a]pyrazin-1-yl}-N-(pyridin-2-yl)benzamide (2Z)-2-butenedioic acid hydrate. The chemical structure of acalabrutinib is shown below. Acalabrutinib maleate is a white to pale brown powder with pH-dependent solubility. It is freely soluble in water at pH values below 3 and practically insoluble at pH values above 6. CALQUENCE tablets are for oral administration. Each tablet contains 100 mg of acalabrutinib (equivalent to 129 mg of acalabrutinib maleate). Inactive ingredients in the tablet core are low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose, mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, and sodium stearyl fumarate. The tablet coating consists of copovidone, ferric oxide yellow, ferric oxide red, hypromellose, medium-chain triglycerides, polyethylene glycol 3350, purified water, and titanium dioxide."

"Description": "CALQUENCE (acalabrutinib) is a kinase inhibitor. The molecular formula for acalabrutinib maleate is C26H23N7O2C4H4O4.H2O, and the molecular weight is 599.59. The chemical name is 4-{8-Amino-3-[(2S)-1-(but-2-ynoyl) pyrrolidin-2-yl] imidazo[1,5-a]pyrazin-1-yl}-N-(pyridin-2-yl)benzamide (2Z)-2-butenedioic acid hydrate. The chemical structure of acalabrutinib is shown below. Acalabrutinib maleate is a white to pale brown powder with pH-dependent solubility. It is freely soluble in water at pH values below 3 and practically insoluble at pH values above 6. CALQUENCE tablets are for oral administration. Each tablet contains 100 mg of acalabrutinib (equivalent to 129 mg of acalabrutinib maleate). Inactive ingredients in the tablet core are low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose, mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, and sodium stearyl fumarate. The tablet coating consists of copovidone, ferric oxide yellow, ferric oxide red, hypromellose, medium-chain triglycerides, polyethylene glycol 3350, purified water, and titanium dioxide."

"Description": "Perindopril Erbumine Tablets contain the tert-butylamine salt of perindopril, the ethyl ester of a non-sulfhydryl angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. Perindopril erbumine is chemically described as (2S,3αS,7αS)-1-[(S)-N-[(S)-1-Carboxy-butyl]alanyl]hexahydro-2-indolinecarboxylic acid, 1-ethyl ester, compound with tert-butylamine (1:1). Its molecular formula is C19H32N2O5C4H11N. Its structural formula is. Perindopril erbumine is a white, crystalline powder with a molecular weight of 368.47 (free acid) or 441.61 (salt form). It is freely soluble in water (60% w/w), alcohol and chloroform. Perindopril is the free acid form of perindopril erbumine, is a pro-drug and metabolized in vivo by hydrolysis of the ester group to form perindoprilat, the biologically active metabolite. Perindopril Erbumine Tablets are available in 4 mg and 8 mg strengths for oral administration. In addition to perindopril erbumine, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silica (hydrophobic), lactose, magnesium stearate and microcrystalline cellulose. The 4 mg and 8 mg tablets also contain iron oxide."
