"IndicationAndUsage": "Tizanidine capsules are indicated for the treatment of spasticity in adults.",
"Description": "Tizanidine capsules contains tizanidine hydrochloride the active ingredient, which is a central alpha2-adrenergic agonist. Its chemical name is 5-chloro-4-(2-imidazolin-2-ylamino)-2,1,3-benzothiadiazole monohydrochloride. It has a molecular formula of C9H8ClN5S-HCl and a molecular weight of 290.2. Its structural formula is. Tizanidine hydrochloride is almost white to slightly yellow, crystalline powder. Tizanidine hydrochloride is slightly soluble in water and methanol; solubility in water decreases as the pH increases. Tizanidine capsules are for oral administration and contain 2, 4, or 6 mg tizanidine (equivalent to 2.29 mg, 4.58 mg, and 6.87 mg tizanidine hydrochloride USP, respectively), and the inactive ingredients sugar spheres, hypromellose and silicon dioxide. Each capsule shell contains FD and C Blue1, FD and C Red 3 (4 mg and 6 mg), gelatin and titanium dioxide. The 2 mg and 6 mg capsule is printed with white pharmaceutical ink which contains shellac, propylene glycol, potassium hydroxide and titanium dioxide; 4 mg capsule is printed with black pharmaceutical ink which contains shellac, propylene glycol, black iron oxide and potassium hydroxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "ISOVUE is a radiographic contrast agent indicated for. Intra-arterial Procedures † (1.1): 1 Cerebral arteriography in adults, 2 Peripheral arteriography in adults, 3 Selective visceral arteriography and aortography in adults, 4 Coronary arteriography and cardiac ventriculography in adults, 5 Angiocardiography in pediatric patients.",
"Description": "ISOVUE (iopamidol) injection is a radiographic contrast agent for intra-arterial or intravenous use. Iopamidol is designated chemically as (S)-N,N’-bis[2-hydroxy-1-(hydroxymethyl)-ethyl]-2,4,6-triiodo-5- lactamidoisophthalamide with a molecular weight of 777.09, an empirical formula of C17H22I3N3O8, and the following structural formula. ISOVUE is a sterile, clear, colorless to pale yellow solution available in four concentrations of iodine: 1 ISOVUE 200 mg iodine/mL: Each mL contains 408 mg iopamidol (providing 200 mg organically bound iodine) and the following inactive ingredients: 0.26 mg edetate calcium disodium (providing 0.029 mg (0.001 mEq) sodium) and 1 mg tromethamine., 2 ISOVUE 250 mg iodine/mL: Each mL contains 510 mg iopamidol (providing 250 mg organically bound iodine) and the following inactive ingredients: 0.33 mg edetate calcium disodium (providing 0.036 mg (0.002 mEq) sodium) and 1 mg tromethamine., 3 ISOVUE 300 mg iodine/mL: Each mL contains 612 mg iopamidol (providing 300 mg organically bound iodine) and the following inactive ingredients: 0.39 mg edetate calcium disodium (providing 0.043 mg (0.002 mEq) sodium) and 1 mg tromethamine., 4 ISOVUE 370 mg iodine/mL: Each mL contains 755 mg iopamidol (providing 370 mg organically bound iodine) and the following inactive ingredients: 0.48 mg edetate calcium disodium (providing 0.053 mg (0.002 mEq) sodium) and 1 mg tromethamine."

These enteric-coated pellets are designed to prevent degradation of the drug in the acidic environment of the stomach. Inactive ingredients include crospovidone, hydroxy propyl cellulose, hypromellose, hypromellose phthalate, methylene chloride, sugar spheres, talc, titanium dioxide, and triethylcitrate. The empty hard gelatin capsule shells contain gelatin, titanium dioxide, and sodium lauryl sulphate. In addition, the 20 mg and 60 mg contain FD&C Blue No. 2 and iron oxide yellow and 30 mg contains FD&C Blue No. 2. "IndicationAndUsage": "Ibandronate sodium injection is a bisphosphonate indicated for the treatment of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women. (1.1) Limitations of UseOptimal duration of use has not been determined. For patients at low-risk for fracture, consider drug discontinuation after 3 to 5 years of use (1.2).",
"Description": "Ibandronate sodium is a nitrogen-containing bisphosphonate that inhibits osteoclast-mediated bone resorption. The chemical name for ibandronate sodium is 3-(N-methyl-N-pentyl) amino-1-hydroxypropane-1,1-diphosphonic acid, monosodium salt, monohydrate with the molecular formula C9H22NO7P2NaH2O and a molecular weight of 359.24. Ibandronate sodium is a white to off-white powder. It is freely soluble in water and practically insoluble in organic solvents. Ibandronate sodium has the following structural formula. Ibandronate sodium injection is intended for intravenous administration only. Ibandronate sodium injection is available as a sterile, clear, colorless, ready-to-use solution in a prefilled syringe that delivers 3.375 mg of ibandronate monosodium salt monohydrate in 3 mL of solution, equivalent to a dose of 3 mg ibandronate free acid. Inactive ingredients include glacial acetic acid (1.53 mg), sodium acetate trihydrate (0.612 mg), sodium chloride (25.8 mg), and water for injection (q.s. to 3 mL). Glacial acetic acid and sodium acetate trihydrate are used to adjust pH."

"Description": "Iopamidol Injection, USP is a radiographic contrast agent for intra-arterial or intravenous use. Iopamidol is designated chemically as (S)-N,N’-bis[2-hydroxy-1-(hydroxymethyl)-ethyl]-2,4,6-triiodo-5-lactamidoisophthalamide with a molecular weight of 777.09, an empirical formula of C 17H 22I 3N 3O 8, and the following structural formula:.
