"IndicationAndUsage": "Non-Standardized Allergenic Extracts are indicated for. : 1 Skin test diagnosis of patients with a clinical history of allergies to one or more of the specific non-standardized allergens., 2 Immunotherapy for the reduction of allergen-induced allergic symptoms confirmed by appropriate positive skin tests or by in vitro testing for allergen-specific IgE antibodies.",
"Description": "Non-Standardized Allergenic Extracts are sterile solutions used for percutaneous testing, intradermal testing, or subcutaneous immunotherapy. Aqueous extracts contain the soluble extractants of the source material in water for injection, 0.5% sodium chloride, 0.54% sodium bicarbonate, and 0.4% phenol. Glycerinated extracts contain the soluable extractants of the source material in water for injection and 50% glycerin, 0.25% sodium chloride, 0.27% sodium bicarbonate, and 0.2% phenol. The pH of the extracts range from 6 to 9. Certain food extracts (Barley, Oat, Pineapple, Rye, Spinach, and Wheat), labeled “For Diagnostic Use Only”, contain 0.1% sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate as an antioxidant. Source materials used in the manufacture of allergenic extracts are collected from natural sources or from laboratory cultures. Non-Standardized Allergenic Extracts appear as clear and colorless to dark brown solutions that should be free of particulate matter. Extracts are labeled either as weight-to-volume based on the weight of the source material to the volume of the extracting fluid, or as PNU/milliliter with one PNU representing 0.00001 mg of protein nitrogen per milliliter."

Allergenic extracts are indicated for the treatment of allergen specific allergic disease for use as hyposensitization or immunotherapy when avoidance of specific allergens can not be attained. The use of allergenic extracts for therapeutic purpose has been established by well-controlled clinical studies. Allergenic extracts may be used as adjunctive therapy along with pharmacotherapy which includes antihistamines, corticosteroids, and cromoglycate, and avoidance measures. Allergenic extracts for therapeutic use should be given using only the allergen selection to which the patient is allergic, has a history of exposure and are likely to be exposed to again.",

Aqueous extracts are prepared using cocas fluid containing NaCl 0.5%, NaHCO3 0.0275%, WFI, preservative 0.4% Phenol. Glycerinated allergenic extracts are prepared with cocas fluid and glycerin to produce a 50% (v/v) allergenic extract. Allergenic Extracts are supplied as concentrations designated as protein nitrogen units (PNU) or weight/volume (w/v) ratio. Standardized extracts are designated in Bioequivalent Allergy Units (BAU) or Allergy Units (AU). (See product insert for standardized extracts). For diagnostic purposes, allergenic extracts are to be administered by prick-puncture or intradermal routes. Allergenic extracts are administered subcutaneously for immunotherapy injections."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Rosuvastatin tablets are an HMG Co-A reductase inhibitor indicated for: : 1 adult patients with primary hyperlipidemia and mixed dyslipidemia as an adjunct to diet to reduce elevated total-C, LDL-C, ApoB, nonHDL-C, and TG levels and to increase HDL-C (1.1), 2 pediatric patients 8 to 17 years of age with heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HeFH) to reduce elevated total-C, LDL-C and ApoB after failing an adequate trial of diet therapy (1.2), 3 adult patients with hypertriglyceridemia as an adjunct to diet (1.3), 4 adult patients with primary dysbetalipoproteinemia (Type III hyperlipoproteinemia) as an adjunct to diet (1.4), 5 adult patients with homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HoFH) to reduce LDL-C, total-C, and ApoB (1.5), 6 slowing the progression of atherosclerosis as part of a treatment strategy to lower total-C and LDL-C as an adjunct to diet (1.6), 7 risk reduction of MI, stroke, and arterial revascularization procedures in patients without clinically evident CHD, but with multiple risk factors (1.7).",
"Description": "Rosuvastatin calcium is a synthetic lipid-lowering agent for oral administration.The chemical name for rosuvastatin calcium is bis[(E)-7-[4-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-isopropyl-2-[methyl(methylsulfonyl)amino] pyrimidin-5-yl](3R,5S)-3,5-dihydroxyhept-6-enoic acid] calcium salt with the following structural formula. The empirical formula for rosuvastatin calcium is (C22H27FN3O6S)2Ca and the molecular weight is 1001.14. Rosuvastatin calcium USP is a white to off-white powder that is sparingly soluble in water and methanol, and slightly soluble in ethanol. Rosuvastatin calcium is a hydrophilic compound with a partition coefficient (octanol/water) of 0.13 at pH of 7.0. Rosuvastatin tablets USP for oral administration contain 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg or 40 mg of rosuvastatin and the following inactive ingredients: crospovidone, dibasic calcium phosphate anhydrous, hypromellose, iron oxide red, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, titanium dioxide, and triacetin. Meets USP Dissolution Test-2."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Rosuvastatin tablets are an HMG Co-A reductase inhibitor indicated for: : 1 adult patients with primary hyperlipidemia and mixed dyslipidemia as an adjunct to diet to reduce elevated total-C, LDL-C, ApoB, nonHDL-C, and TG levels and to increase HDL-C (1.1), 2 pediatric patients 8 to 17 years of age with heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HeFH) to reduce elevated total-C, LDL-C and ApoB after failing an adequate trial of diet therapy (1.2), 3 adult patients with hypertriglyceridemia as an adjunct to diet (1.3), 4 adult patients with primary dysbetalipoproteinemia (Type III hyperlipoproteinemia) as an adjunct to diet (1.4), 5 adult patients with homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HoFH) to reduce LDL-C, total-C, and ApoB (1.5), 6 slowing the progression of atherosclerosis as part of a treatment strategy to lower total-C and LDL-C as an adjunct to diet (1.6), 7 risk reduction of MI, stroke, and arterial revascularization procedures in patients without clinically evident CHD, but with multiple risk factors (1.7).",
"Description": "Rosuvastatin calcium is a synthetic lipid-lowering agent for oral administration.The chemical name for rosuvastatin calcium is bis[(E)-7-[4-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-isopropyl-2-[methyl(methylsulfonyl)amino] pyrimidin-5-yl](3R,5S)-3,5-dihydroxyhept-6-enoic acid] calcium salt with the following structural formula. The empirical formula for rosuvastatin calcium is (C22H27FN3O6S)2Ca and the molecular weight is 1001.14. Rosuvastatin calcium USP is a white to off-white powder that is sparingly soluble in water and methanol, and slightly soluble in ethanol. Rosuvastatin calcium is a hydrophilic compound with a partition coefficient (octanol/water) of 0.13 at pH of 7.0. Rosuvastatin tablets USP for oral administration contain 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg or 40 mg of rosuvastatin and the following inactive ingredients: crospovidone, dibasic calcium phosphate anhydrous, hypromellose, iron oxide red, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, titanium dioxide, and triacetin. Meets USP Dissolution Test-2."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Ergocalciferol is indicated for use in the treatment of hypoparathyroidism, refractory rickets, also known as vitamin D resistant rickets, and familial hypophosphatemia.",
"Description": "ERGOCALCIFEROL CAPSULES, USP, is a synthetic calcium regulator for oral administration. Ergocalciferol is a white, colorless crystal, insoluble in water, soluble in organic solvents, and slightly soluble in vegetable oils. It is affected by air and by light. Ergosterol or provitamin D 2is found in plants and yeast and has no antirachitic activity. There are more than 10 substances belonging to a group of steroid compounds, classified as having vitamin D or antirachitic activity. One USP Unit of vitamin D 2is equivalent to one International Unit (IU), and 1 mcg of vitamin D 2is equal to 40 IU. Each softgel, for oral administration, contains Ergocalciferol, USP 1,250 mcg (equivalent to 50,000 USP units of Vitamin D), in an edible vegetable oil. Ergocalciferol, also called vitamin D 2, is 9,10-secoergosta-5,7,10(19),22-tetraen-3-ol,(3 β,5 Z,7 E,22 E)-; (C 28H 44O) with a molecular weight of 396.65, and has the following structural formula:. Inactive Ingredients:Refined soybean oil, gelatin, glycerin, purified water, D&C Yellow #10, and FD&C Blue #1."

"Description": "Potassium chloride extended-release tablets are solid oral dosage form of potassium chloride containing 750 mg and 1500 mg of potassium chloride, USP, equivalent to 10 mEq and 20 mEq of potassium, respectively, in a film-coated (not enteric-coated), wax matrix tablet. The chemical name is potassium chloride, and the structural formula is KCl. Potassium chloride, USP, occurs as a white, granular powder or as colorless crystals. It is odorless and has a saline taste. Its solutions are neutral to litmus. It is freely soluble in water and insoluble in alcohol. "IndicationAndUsage": "Silodosin, a selective alpha‑1 adrenergic receptor antagonist, is indicated for the treatment of the signs and symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) [see CLINICAL STUDIES (14)] . Silodosin capsules is not indicated for the treatment of hypertension.",
"Description": "Silodosin capsules is a selective antagonist of alpha‑1 adrenoreceptors. The chemical name of silodosin is 1‑(3‑Hydroxypropyl)-5-[(2R)-2-({2-[2-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)phenoxy]ethyl}amino)propyl]-2,3-dihydro-1 H-indole-7-carboxamide and the molecular formula is C 25H 32F 3N 3O 4with a molecular weight of 495.53. The structural formula of silodosin is:. Silodosin is a white to pale yellowish white powder that melts at approximately 105° to 109°C. It is freely soluble in acetic acid, and in absolute alcohol, and insoluble in water. Each Silodosin 8 mg capsule for oral administration contains 8 mg silodosin, and the following inactive ingredients: mannitol, magnesium stearate, pregelatinized starch and sodium lauryl sulfate. The size #1 hard gelatin capsules contain gelatin, sodium lauryl sulfate and titanium dioxide. The Capsules are imprinted with black ink containing shellac, propylene glycol, ammonia solution- concentrated, black iron oxide and potassium hydroxide. Each Silodosin 4 mg capsule for oral administration contains 4 mg silodosin, and the following inactive ingredients: mannitol, magnesium stearate, pregelatinized starch and sodium lauryl sulfate.
