The term 'Standardized Grass Pollen Extracts' as used throughout labeling specifically refers to all eight products listed in the Product Title in Highlights of Prescribing Information. Standardized Grass Pollen Extracts include Standardized Bermuda Grass Pollen (Cynodon dactylon) at 10,000 BAU/mL, 0.5 % sodium chloride, 0.275 % sodium bicarbonate and 50 % glycerin by volume as a preservative and Standardized Kentucky Blue (June) Grass Pollen (Poa pratensis), Standardized Meadow Fescue Grass Pollen (Festuca elatior), Standardized Orchard Grass Pollen (Dactylis glomerata), Standardized Perennial Rye Grass Pollen (Lolium perenne), Standardized Redtop Grass Pollen (Agrostis alba), Standardized Sweet Vernal Grass Pollen (Anthoxanthum odoratum), and Standardized Timothy Grass Pollen (Phleum pratense) at 100,000 BAU/mL, 0.5 % sodium chloride, 0.275 % sodium bicarbonate, and 50 % glycerin by volume as a preservative. Inactive ingredients include 0.25% sodium chloride for isotonicity and 0.25% sodium bicarbonate as a buffer. Standardized Grass Pollen Extracts are administered percutaneously, intradermally and subcutaneously. Standardized Grass Pollen Extracts are clear light yellow to brownish solutions that are free of particulate matter. Standardized Grass Pollen Extracts are labeled in BAU/milliliter. Bioequivalent Allergy Units are assigned based on comparison by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to references from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER). "IndicationAndUsage": "ENTRESTO is a combination of sacubitril, a neprilisin inhibitor, and valsartan, an angiotensin II receptor blocker, and is indicated: 1 to reduce the risk of cardiovascular death and hospitalization for heart failure in adult patients with chronic heart failure. Benefits are most clearly evident in patients with left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) below normal. (1.1), 2 for the treatment of symptomatic heart failure with systemic left ventricular systolic dysfunction in pediatric patients aged one year and older. ENTRESTO reduces NT-proBNP and is expected to improve cardiovascular outcomes. (1.2) .",
"Description": "ENTRESTO (sacubitril and valsartan) is a combination of a neprilysin inhibitor and an angiotensin II receptor blocker. ENTRESTO contains a complex comprised of anionic forms of sacubitril and valsartan, sodium cations, and water molecules in the molar ratio of 1:1:3:2.5, respectively. Following oral administration, the complex dissociates into sacubitril (which is further metabolized to LBQ657) and valsartan. The complex is chemically described as Octadecasodiumhexakis(4-{[(1S,3R)-1-([1,1´-biphenyl]-4-ylmethyl)-4-ethoxy-3-methyl-4-oxobutyl]amino}-4-oxobutanoate)hexakis(N-pentanoyl-N-{[2´-(1H-tetrazol-1-id-5-yl)[1,1´-biphenyl]-4-yl]methyl}-L-valinate)—water (1/15). Its empirical formula (hemipentahydrate) is C48H55N6O8Na3 2.5 H2O. Its molecular mass is 957.99 g/mol and its schematic structural formula is. ENTRESTO is available as film-coated tablets for oral administration, containing 24 mg of sacubitril and 26 mg of valsartan; 49 mg of sacubitril and 51 mg of valsartan; and 97 mg of sacubitril and 103 mg of valsartan. The tablet inactive ingredients are colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, low-substituted hydroxypropylcellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable origin), microcrystalline cellulose, and talc. The film-coat inactive ingredients are hypromellose, iron oxide red (E172), polyethylene glycol 4000, talc, and titanium dioxide (E171). The film-coat for the 24 mg of sacubitril and 26 mg of valsartan tablet and the 97 mg of sacubitril and 103 mg of valsartan tablet also contains iron oxide black (E172). The film-coat for the 49 mg of sacubitril and 51 mg of valsartan tablet contains iron oxide yellow (E172). ENTRESTO SPRINKLE is available as film-coated oral pellets within capsules for oral administration, containing 6 mg of sacubitril and 6 mg of valsartan; and 15 mg of sacubitril and 16 mg of valsartan. The oral pellet inactive ingredients are colloidal silicon dioxide, hydroxypropylcellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable origin), microcrystalline cellulose, and talc. The film-coat inactive ingredients are basic butylated methacrylate copolymer, sodium lauryl sulfate, stearic acid, and talc. The capsule shell inactive ingredients are hypromellose and titanium dioxide (E171). The capsule shell for the 15 mg of sacubitril and 16 mg of valsartan oral pellets also contains iron oxide yellow (E172). The printing ink contains shellac, propylene glycol, iron oxide red (E172), ammonia solution (concentrated), and potassium hydroxide."

"Description": "ENTRESTO (sacubitril and valsartan) is a combination of a neprilysin inhibitor and an angiotensin II receptor blocker. ENTRESTO contains a complex comprised of anionic forms of sacubitril and valsartan, sodium cations, and water molecules in the molar ratio of 1:1:3:2.5, respectively. Following oral administration, the complex dissociates into sacubitril (which is further metabolized to LBQ657) and valsartan. The complex is chemically described as Octadecasodiumhexakis(4-{[(1S,3R)-1-([1,1´-biphenyl]-4-ylmethyl)-4-ethoxy-3-methyl-4-oxobutyl]amino}-4-oxobutanoate)hexakis(N-pentanoyl-N-{[2´-(1H-tetrazol-1-id-5-yl)[1,1´-biphenyl]-4-yl]methyl}-L-valinate)—water (1/15). Its empirical formula (hemipentahydrate) is C48H55N6O8Na3 2.5 H2O. Its molecular mass is 957.99 g/mol and its schematic structural formula is. ENTRESTO is available as film-coated tablets for oral administration, containing 24 mg of sacubitril and 26 mg of valsartan; 49 mg of sacubitril and 51 mg of valsartan; and 97 mg of sacubitril and 103 mg of valsartan. "Description": "Prednisolone Sodium Phosphate Oral Solution (20 mg prednisolone base per 5 mL) is a dye free, pale to light yellow solution. Each 5 mL (teaspoonful) of Prednisolone Sodium Phosphate Oral Solution contains 26.9 mg prednisolone sodium phosphate (20 mg prednisolone base) in a palatable, aqueous vehicle. Inactive Ingredients: Prednisolone Sodium Phosphate Oral Solution (20 mg prednisolone base per 5 mL) contains the following inactive ingredients: anti-bitter mask, high fructose corn syrup, edetate disodium, glycerin, grape flavor, hydroxyethylcellulose, methylparaben, potassium phosphate dibasic, potassium phosphate monobasic, purified water, and sodium saccharin. Prednisolone sodium phosphate occurs as white or slightly yellow, friable granules or powder. It is freely soluble in water; soluble in methanol; slightly soluble in alcohol and in chloroform; and very slightly soluble in acetone and in dioxane. The chemical name of prednisolone sodium phosphate is pregna-1,4-diene-3,20-dione,11,17-dihydroxy-21-(phosphonooxy)-disodium salt, (11β)-. "IndicationAndUsage": "LAMICTAL is indicated for:. Epilepsy—adjunctive therapy in patients aged 2 years and older: : 1 partial-onset seizures., 2 primary generalized tonic-clonic (PGTC) seizures., 3 generalized seizures of Lennox-Gastaut syndrome. (1.1).",
"Description": "LAMICTAL (lamotrigine), an AED of the phenyltriazine class, is chemically unrelated to existing AEDs. Lamotrigine’s chemical name is 3,5-diamino-6-(2,3-dichlorophenyl)-as-triazine, its molecular formula is C9H7N5Cl2, and its molecular weight is 256.09. Lamotrigine is a white to pale cream-colored powder and has a pKa of 5.7. Lamotrigine is very slightly soluble in water (0.17 mg/mL at 25°C) and slightly soluble in 0.1 M HCl (4.1 mg/mL at 25°C). The structural formula is. LAMICTAL tablets are supplied for oral administration as 25-mg (white), 100-mg (peach), 150-mg (cream), and 200-mg (blue) tablets. Each tablet contains the labeled amount of lamotrigine and the following inactive ingredients: lactose; magnesium stearate; microcrystalline cellulose; povidone; sodium starch glycolate; FD&C Yellow No. 6 Lake (100-mg tablet only); ferric oxide, yellow (150-mg tablet only); and FD&C Blue No. 2 Lake (200-mg tablet only). LAMICTAL tablets for oral suspension are supplied for oral administration. The tablets contain 2 mg (white), 5 mg (white), or 25 mg (white) of lamotrigine and the following inactive ingredients: blackcurrant flavor, calcium carbonate, low-substituted hydroxypropylcellulose, magnesium aluminum silicate, magnesium stearate, povidone, saccharin sodium, and sodium starch glycolate. The tablets for oral suspension meet Organic Impurities Procedure 2 as published in the current USP monograph for Lamotrigine Tablets for Oral Suspension. LAMICTAL ODT orally disintegrating tablets are supplied for oral administration. The tablets contain 25 mg (white to off-white), 50 mg (white to off-white), 100 mg (white to off-white), or 200 mg (white to off-white) of lamotrigine and the following inactive ingredients: artificial cherry flavor, crospovidone, ethylcellulose, magnesium stearate, mannitol, polyethylene, and sucralose. LAMICTAL ODT orally disintegrating tablets are formulated using technologies (Microcaps and AdvaTab) designed to mask the bitter taste of lamotrigine and achieve a rapid dissolution profile. Tablet characteristics including flavor, mouth-feel, after-taste, and ease of use were rated as favorable in a study in 108 healthy volunteers."

"Description": "A single-entity amphetamine product combining the neutral sulfate salts of dextroamphetamine and amphetamine, with the dextro isomer of amphetamine saccharate and d, l-amphetamine aspartate. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, compressible sugar (sucrose and maltodextrin), corn starch, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and saccharin sodium. The 5 mg, 7.5 mg and 10 mg also contain FD&C Blue #1 Aluminum Lake. The 12.5 mg, 15 mg, 20 mg and 30 mg also contain FD&C Yellow #6 Aluminum Lake."

The structural formula is:. Fluoxetine hydrochloride is a white to off-white crystalline solid with a solubility of 14 mg/mL in water. Each Pulvule® contains fluoxetine hydrochloride equivalent to 10 mg (32.3 μmol), 20 mg (64.7 μmol), or 40 mg (129.3 μmol) of fluoxetine. The Pulvules also contain starch, gelatin, silicone, titanium dioxide, iron oxide, and other inactive ingredients. The 10 and 20 mg Pulvules also contain FD&C Blue No. 1, and the 40 mg Pulvule also contains FD&C Blue No. 1 and FD&C Yellow No. 6."
