"Description": "Non-standardized allergenic extracts are labeled “No U.S. Standard of Potency”. Non-standardized allergenic extracts are supplied in a Glycero Cocas extraction solution, which consists of 0.5% sodium chloride for isotonicity, 0.275% sodium bicarbonate as a buffer, and 50% glycerin (volume/volume) as preservative. Non-standardized allergenic extracts are supplied as a weight to volume (w/v) solution of allergen in extraction solution. Product concentrations vary based on the source. Refer to the vial label for the product concentration. Source material mold mycelia and Candida albicans cells are cultivated on liquid medium which may contain one or more of the following constituents: casein hydrolysate; malt extract; yeast extract; maltose; dextrose; ammonium nitrate, calcium carbonate, calcium chloride, ammonium citrate, potassium phosphate, sodium citrate, citric acid; magnesium sulfate; or trace elements. Acetone and ether may be used as drying and de-fatting agents. Candida albicans cells are treated with phenol, which is removed by dialysis. "IndicationAndUsage": "Allergenic extracts are indicated for use in diagnostic testing and as part of a treatment regime for allergic disease, as established by allergy history and skin test reactivity. Allergenic extracts are indicated for the treatment of allergen specific allergic disease for use as hyposensitization or immunotherapy when avoidance of specific allergens can not be attained. The use of allergenic extracts for therapeutic purpose has been established by well-controlled clinical studies. Allergenic extracts may be used as adjunctive therapy along with pharmacotherapy which includes antihistamines, corticosteroids, and cromoglycate, and avoidance measures. Allergenic extracts for therapeutic use should be given using only the allergen selection to which the patient is allergic, has a history of exposure and are likely to be exposed to again.",
"Description": "Allergenic extracts are sterile solutions consisting of the extractable components from various biological sources including pollens, inhalants, molds, animal epidermals and insects. Aqueous extracts are prepared using cocas fluid containing NaCl 0.5%, NaHCO3 0.0275%, WFI, preservative 0.4% Phenol. Glycerinated allergenic extracts are prepared with cocas fluid and glycerin to produce a 50% (v/v) allergenic extract. Allergenic Extracts are supplied as concentrations designated as protein nitrogen units (PNU) or weight/volume (w/v) ratio. Standardized extracts are designated in Bioequivalent Allergy Units (BAU) or Allergy Units (AU). (See product insert for standardized extracts). For diagnostic purposes, allergenic extracts are to be administered by prick-puncture or intradermal routes. Allergenic extracts are administered subcutaneously for immunotherapy injections."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Tramadol hydrochloride tablets are indicated for the management of pain in adults that is severe enough to require an opioid analgesic and for which alternative treatments are inadequate. Limitations of Use. Because of the risks of addiction, abuse, and misuse with opioids, even at recommended doses (SEE WARNINGS), reserve tramadol hydrochloride tablets for use in patients for whom alternative treatment options [e.g., non-opioid analgesics]. Have not been tolerated, or are not expected to be tolerated. Have not provided adequate analgesia, or are not expected to provide adequate analgesia.",
"Description": "Tramadol hydrochloride tablets, USP are an opioid agonist. The chemical name for tramadol hydrochloride, USP is (±)cis-2-[(dimethylamino)methyl]-1-(3-methoxyphenyl) cyclohexanolhydrochloride. Its structural formula is. [Structure]. Molecular formula is C16H13NO2HCl. The molecular weight of tramadol hydrochloride is 299.8. Tramadol hydrochloride,USP is a white, bitter, crystalline and odorless powder. It is readily soluble in water and ethanol and has a pKa of 9.41. The n-octanol/ water log partition coefficient (logP) is 1.35 at pH 7. Tramadol hydrochloride tablets, USP, for oral administration contain 50 mg of tramadol hydrochloride, USP. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: pregelatinized starch, lactose anhydrous, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, sodium starch glycolate, titanium dioxide, hypromellose and polysorbate 80."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Albendazole tablets are an anthelmintic drug indicated for: 1 Treatment of parenchymal neurocysticercosis due to active lesions caused by larval forms of the pork tapeworm, Taenia solium . (1.1), 2 Treatment of cystic hydatid disease of the liver, lung, and peritoneum, caused by the larval form of the dog tapeworm, Echinococcus granulosus . (1.2).",
"Description": "Albendazole is an orally administered anthelmintic drug. Chemically, it is methyl 5 - (propylthio)-2-benzimidazolecarbamate. Its molecular formula is C12H15N3O2S. Its molecular weight is 265.34. It has the following chemical structure. Albendazole, USP is a white to faintly yellowish powder. It is freely soluble in anhydrous formic acid, very slightly soluble in ether and in methylene chloride, practically insoluble in alcohol and water. Each film-coated tablet contains albendazole USP, 200 mg and inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, corn starch, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycols, povidone K-30, saccharin sodium, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium starch glycolate type A (botanical source: potato), talc and titanium dioxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "1.1 Major Depressive Disorder. Bupropion hydrochloride extended-release tablets, (XL) are indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD), as defined by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM). The efficacy of the immediate-release formulation of bupropion was established in two 4-week controlled inpatient trials and one 6-week controlled outpatient trial of adult patients with MDD. The efficacy of the sustained-release formulation of bupropion in the maintenance treatment of MDD was established in a long-term (up to 44 weeks), placebo-controlled trial in patients who had responded to bupropion in an 8-week study of acute treatment [see CLINICAL STUDIES (14.1)]. 1.2 Seasonal Affective Disorder. Bupropion hydrochloride extended-release tablets, (XL) are indicated for the prevention of seasonal major depressive episodes in patients with a diagnosis of seasonal affective disorder (SAD). The efficacy of bupropion hydrochloride extended-release tablets, (XL) in the prevention of seasonal major depressive episodes was established in 3 placebo-controlled trials in adult outpatients with a history of MDD with an autumn-winter seasonal pattern as defined in the DSM [see CLINICAL STUDIES (14.2)].",
"Description": "Bupropion hydrochloride, USP, an antidepressant of the aminoketone class, is chemically unrelated to tricyclic, tetracyclic, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor, or other known antidepressant agents. Its structure closely resembles that of diethylpropion; it is related to phenylethylamines. It is designated as (±)-1-(3-chorophenyl)-2-[(1,1-dimethylethyl)amino]-1-propanone hydrochloride. The molecular weight is 276.2. The molecular formula is C13H18ClNO·HCl. Bupropion hydrochloride powder is white, crystalline, and highly soluble in water. It has a bitter taste and produces the sensation of local anesthesia on the oral mucosa. The structural formula is. Bupropion hydrochloride extended-release tablets, USP (XL) are supplied for oral administration as 150 mg and 300 mg, white to off-white extended-release tablets. Each tablet contains the labeled amount of bupropion hydrochloride and the inactive ingredients: hydroxyl propyl methyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, citric acid monohydrate, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, methacrylic acid copolymer, talc, titanium dioxide, colloidal anhydrous silica, sodium bicarbonate, sodium lauryl sulfate and triethyl citrate. "IndicationAndUsage": "Docetaxel is a microtubule inhibitor indicated for: 1 Breast Cancer (BC): single agent for locally advanced or metastatic BC after chemotherapy failure; and with doxorubicin and cyclophosphamide as adjuvant treatment of operable node-positive BC ( 1.1) , 2 Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC): single agent for locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC after platinum therapy failure; and with cisplatin for unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic untreated NSCLC ( 1.2) , 3 Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer (CRPC): with prednisone in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer ( 1.3) , 4 Gastric Adenocarcinoma (GC): with cisplatin and fluorouracil for untreated, advanced GC, including the gastroesophageal junction ( 1.4) , 5 Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Head and Neck (SCCHN): with cisplatin and fluorouracil for induction treatment of locally advanced SCCHN ( 1.5) .",
"Description": "Docetaxel is an antineoplastic agent belonging to the taxoid family. It is prepared by semisynthesis beginning with a precursor extracted from the renewable needle biomass of yew plants. The chemical name for docetaxel is (2R,3S)-N-carboxy-3-phenylisoserine,N- tert-butyl ester, 13-ester with 5β-20-epoxy-1,2α,4,7β,10β,13α-hexahydroxytax-11-en-9-one 4-acetate 2-benzoate, trihydrate. Docetaxel has the following structural formula:. Docetaxel is a white to almost-white powder with an empirical formula of C 43H 53NO 14∙3H 2O, and a molecular weight of 861.9. It is highly lipophilic and practically insoluble in water."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Amlodipine besylate tablets are a calcium channel blocker and may be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive and antianginal agents for the treatment of: : 1 Hypertension (1.1) Amlodipine besylate tablets are indicated for the treatment of hypertension, to lower blood pressure. Lowering blood pressure reduces the risk of fatal and nonfatal cardiovascular events, primarily strokes and myocardial infarctions., 2 Coronary Artery Disease (1.2) Chronic Stable Angina Vasospastic Angina (Prinzmetal's or Variant Angina) Angiographically Documented Coronary Artery Disease in patients without heart failure or an ejection fraction < 40%.",
"Description": "Amlodipine besylate is the besylate salt of amlodipine, a long-acting calcium channel blocker. Amlodipine besylate is chemically described as 3-Ethyl-5-methyl (±)-2-[(2-aminoethoxy)methyl]-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-1,4-dihydro-6-methyl-3,5-pyridinedicarboxylate, monobenzenesulphonate. Its empirical formula is C20H25ClN2O5C6H6O3S, and its structural formula is. Amlodipine besylate is a white crystalline powder with a molecular weight of 567.1. It is slightly soluble in water and sparingly soluble in ethanol. Amlodipine besylate tablets USP are formulated as white tablets equivalent to 2.5, 5, and 10 mg of amlodipine for oral administration. In addition to the active ingredient, amlodipine besylate, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: dibasic calcium phosphate anhydrous, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and sodium starch glycolate."

The chemical designation is 3-[2-[4-(6-fluoro-1,2-benzisoxazol-3-yl)-1-piperidinyl]ethyl]-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-2-methyl-4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-4-one. Its molecular formula is C23H27FN4O2 and its molecular weight is 410.49. The structural formula is. Risperidone, USP is a white to slightly beige powder. It is practically insoluble in water, freely soluble in methylene chloride, and soluble in methanol and 0.1 N HCl. Each risperidone tablet intended for oral administration contains 0.25 mg or 0.5 mg or 1 mg or 2 mg or 3 mg or 4 mg of risperidone. Additionally each tablet also contains the following inactive ingredients: corn starch, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, propylene glycol, sodium lauryl sulfate, and titanium dioxide. Additionally each 0.25 mg tablet contains iron oxide red and iron oxide yellow, 0.5 mg tablet contains iron oxide red, 2 mg tablet contains FD&C yellow # 6/sunset yellow FCF aluminum lake, 3 mg tablet contains D&C yellow # 10 aluminum lake and 4 mg tablet contains D&C yellow # 10 aluminum lake and FD&C blue # 2/ indigo carmine aluminum lake."
