"Description": "Non-standardized allergenic extracts are labeled “No U.S. Standard of Potency”. Non-standardized allergenic extracts are supplied in a Glycero Cocas extraction solution, which consists of 0.5% sodium chloride for isotonicity, 0.275% sodium bicarbonate as a buffer, and 50% glycerin (volume/volume) as preservative. Non-standardized allergenic extracts are supplied as a weight to volume (w/v) solution of allergen in extraction solution. Product concentrations vary based on the source. Refer to the vial label for the product concentration. Source material mold mycelia and Candida albicans cells are cultivated on liquid medium which may contain one or more of the following constituents: casein hydrolysate; malt extract; yeast extract; maltose; dextrose; ammonium nitrate, calcium carbonate, calcium chloride, ammonium citrate, potassium phosphate, sodium citrate, citric acid; magnesium sulfate; or trace elements. Acetone and ether may be used as drying and de-fatting agents. Candida albicans cells are treated with phenol, which is removed by dialysis. "IndicationAndUsage": "Hydrocodone Bitartrate and Acetaminophen Oral Solution is indicated for the management of pain severe enough to require an opioid analgesic and for which alternative treatments are inadequate. Limitations of Use. Because of the risks of addiction, abuse, misuse, overdose, and death, which can occur at any dosage or duration and persist over the course of therapy [see WARNINGS], reserve opioid analgesics, including Hydrocodone Bitartrate and Acetaminophen Oral Solution, for use in patients for whom alternative treatment options are ineffective, not tolerated, or would be otherwise inadequate to provide sufficient management of pain.",
"Description": "Hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen is available in liquid form for oral administration. Hydrocodone bitartrate is an opioid analgesic and occurs as fine, white crystals or as a crystalline powder. It is affected by light. The chemical name is 4, 5α-epoxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmorphinan-6-one tartrate (1:1) hydrate (2:5). It has the following structural formula. Acetaminophen, 4'-hydroxyacetanilide, a slightly bitter, white, odorless, crystalline powder, is a non-opiate, non-salicylate analgesic and antipyretic. It has the following structural formula. Hydrocodone Bitartrate and Acetaminophen Oral Solution contains. In addition, the liquid contains the following inactive ingredients: edetate disodium, glycerin, methylparaben, propylene glycol, purified water, saccharin sodium, sorbitol solution, sucrose, with D&C Yellow No. 10 as coloring and natural and artificial flavoring."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Allergenic extracts are indicated for use in diagnostic testing and as part of a treatment regime for allergic disease, as established by allergy history and skin test reactivity. Allergenic extracts are indicated for the treatment of allergen specific allergic disease for use as hyposensitization or immunotherapy when avoidance of specific allergens can not be attained. The use of allergenic extracts for therapeutic purpose has been established by well-controlled clinical studies. Allergenic extracts may be used as adjunctive therapy along with pharmacotherapy which includes antihistamines, corticosteroids, and cromoglycate, and avoidance measures. Allergenic extracts for therapeutic use should be given using only the allergen selection to which the patient is allergic, has a history of exposure and are likely to be exposed to again.",
"Description": "Allergenic extracts are sterile solutions consisting of the extractable components from various biological sources including pollens, inhalants, molds, animal epidermals and insects. Aqueous extracts are prepared using cocas fluid containing NaCl 0.5%, NaHCO3 0.0275%, WFI, preservative 0.4% Phenol. Glycerinated allergenic extracts are prepared with cocas fluid and glycerin to produce a 50% (v/v) allergenic extract. Allergenic Extracts are supplied as concentrations designated as protein nitrogen units (PNU) or weight/volume (w/v) ratio. Standardized extracts are designated in Bioequivalent Allergy Units (BAU) or Allergy Units (AU). (See product insert for standardized extracts). For diagnostic purposes, allergenic extracts are to be administered by prick-puncture or intradermal routes. Allergenic extracts are administered subcutaneously for immunotherapy injections."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Naloxone hydrochloride injection is indicated for the complete or partial reversal of opioid depression, including respiratory depression, induced by natural and synthetic opioids, including propoxyphene, methadone and certain mixed agonist-antagonist analgesics: nalbuphine, pentazocine, butorphanol, and cyclazocine. Naloxone hydrochloride injection is also indicated for diagnosis of suspected or known acute opioid overdosage. Naloxone hydrochloride injection may be useful as an adjunctive agent to increase blood pressure in the management of septic shock (see CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY; ADJUNCTIVE USE IN SEPTIC SHOCK).",
"Description": "Naloxone hydrochloride injection USP, an opioid antagonist, is a synthetic congener of oxymorphone. In structure it differs from oxymorphone in that the methyl group on the nitrogen atom is replaced by an allyl group. Naloxone hydrochloride, USP occurs as a white to slightly off-white powder, and is soluble in water, in dilute acids, and in strong alkali; slightly soluble in alcohol; practically insoluble in ether and in chloroform. Naloxone hydrochloride injection, USP is available as a sterile, clear colorless solution for intravenous, intramuscular or subcutaneous administration in the concentration 0.4 mg of naloxone hydrochloride per mL. pH is adjusted to 3.0 to 6.5 with hydrochloric acid. The 0.4 mg/mL vial is available in an unpreserved, paraben-free formulation containing 9 mg/mL of sodium chloride."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets are an antimalarial and antirheumatic indicated for the: 1 Treatment of uncomplicated malaria due to Plasmodium falciparum, Plasmodium malariae, Plasmodium ovale, and Plasmodium vivax in adult and pediatric patients. (1.1), 2 Prophylaxis of malaria in geographic areas where chloroquine resistance is not reported in adult and pediatric patients. (1.1), 3 Treatment of rheumatoid arthritis in adults. "Description": "Hydroxychloroquine sulfate, USP is an antimalarial and antirheumatic drug, chemically described as 2-[[4-[(7-Chloro-4-quinolyl) amino]pentyl] ethylamino] ethanol sulfate (1:1) with the molecular formula C18H26ClN3OH2SO4. The molecular weight of hydroxychloroquine sulfate is 433.95. Its structural formula is. Hydroxychloroquine sulfate, USP is a white to almost white crystalline powder. It is freely soluble in water; practically insoluble in ethanol (96%) and in ether. Hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets USP, 200 mg for oral administration contain 200 mg hydroxychloroquine sulfate, USP (equivalent to 155 mg base) and the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, maize starch, magnesium stearate, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, sodium lauryl sulfate, talc and titanium dioxide. Meets USP Dissolution Test 2."
