"Description": "Non-standardized allergenic extracts are labeled “No U.S. Standard of Potency”. Non-standardized allergenic extracts are supplied in a Glycero Cocas extraction solution, which consists of 0.5% sodium chloride for isotonicity, 0.275% sodium bicarbonate as a buffer, and 50% glycerin (volume/volume) as preservative. Non-standardized allergenic extracts are supplied as a weight to volume (w/v) solution of allergen in extraction solution. Product concentrations vary based on the source. Refer to the vial label for the product concentration. Source material mold mycelia and Candida albicans cells are cultivated on liquid medium which may contain one or more of the following constituents: casein hydrolysate; malt extract; yeast extract; maltose; dextrose; ammonium nitrate, calcium carbonate, calcium chloride, ammonium citrate, potassium phosphate, sodium citrate, citric acid; magnesium sulfate; or trace elements. Acetone and ether may be used as drying and de-fatting agents. Candida albicans cells are treated with phenol, which is removed by dialysis. "IndicationAndUsage": "Allergenic extracts are indicated for use in diagnostic testing and as part of a treatment regime for allergic disease, as established by allergy history and skin test reactivity. Allergenic extracts are indicated for the treatment of allergen specific allergic disease for use as hyposensitization or immunotherapy when avoidance of specific allergens can not be attained. The use of allergenic extracts for therapeutic purpose has been established by well-controlled clinical studies. Allergenic extracts may be used as adjunctive therapy along with pharmacotherapy which includes antihistamines, corticosteroids, and cromoglycate, and avoidance measures. Allergenic extracts for therapeutic use should be given using only the allergen selection to which the patient is allergic, has a history of exposure and are likely to be exposed to again.",
"Description": "Allergenic extracts are sterile solutions consisting of the extractable components from various biological sources including pollens, inhalants, molds, animal epidermals and insects. Aqueous extracts are prepared using cocas fluid containing NaCl 0.5%, NaHCO3 0.0275%, WFI, preservative 0.4% Phenol. Glycerinated allergenic extracts are prepared with cocas fluid and glycerin to produce a 50% (v/v) allergenic extract. Allergenic Extracts are supplied as concentrations designated as protein nitrogen units (PNU) or weight/volume (w/v) ratio. Standardized extracts are designated in Bioequivalent Allergy Units (BAU) or Allergy Units (AU). (See product insert for standardized extracts). For diagnostic purposes, allergenic extracts are to be administered by prick-puncture or intradermal routes. Allergenic extracts are administered subcutaneously for immunotherapy injections."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Apremilast, an inhibitor of phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4), is indicated for the treatment of: 1 Adult patients with plaque psoriasis who are candidates for phototherapy or systemic therapy. (1.2).",
"Description": "The active ingredient in apremilast tablets is apremilast. Apremilast is a phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4) inhibitor. Apremilast is known chemically as N-[2-[(1S)-1-(3-ethoxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-2-(methylsulfonyl)ethyl]-2,3-dihydro-1,3-dioxo-1H-isoindol-4-yl]acetamide. Its molecular formula is C22H24N2O7S and the molecular weight is 460.50 g/mol. The chemical structure is. Apremilast is a white to pale yellow powder. It is soluble in acetone and practically insoluble in water. Apremilast tablets are supplied in 10 mg, 20 mg, and 30 mg strengths for oral administration. Each tablet contains apremilast as the active ingredient and the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, ferrosoferric oxide (30 mg), iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow (20 mg and 30 mg), lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, talc and titanium dioxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Ofloxacin ophthalmic solution is indicated for the treatment of infections caused by susceptible strains of the following bacteria in the conditions listed below. CONJUNCTIVITIS:Gram-positive bacteria:. Staphylococcus aureus Staphylococcus epidermidis Streptococcus pneumoniae. Gram-negative bacteria:Enterobacter cloacaeHaemophilus influenzaeProteus mirabilisPseudomonas aeruginosa. CORNEAL ULCERS:Gram-positive bacteria: Staphylococcus aureus Staphylococcus epidermidis Streptococcus pneumoniae. Gram-negative bacteria:Pseudomonas aeruginosaSerratia marcescens*. "Description": "Ofloxacin ophthalmic solution, 0.3% is a sterile ophthalmic solution. It is a fluorinated carboxyquinolone anti-infective for topical ophthalmic use. Chemical Name. (±)-9-Fluoro-2,3-dihydro-3-methyl-10-(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)-7-oxo-7H-pyrido[1,2,3-de]-1,4- benzoxazine-6-carboxylic acid. Contains: Active: ofloxacin 0.3% (3 mg/mL)Preservative: benzalkonium chloride (0.005%)Inactives: sodium chloride and purified water. May also contain hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust pH. Ofloxacin ophthalmic solution is unbuffered and formulated with a pH of 6.4 (range - 6.0 to 6.8). It has an osmolality of 300 mOsm/kg. Ofloxacin is a fluorinated 4-quinolone which differs from other fluorinated 4-quinolones in that there is a six member (pyridobenzoxazine) ring from positions 1 to 8 of the basic ring structure."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Control of severe or incapacitating allergic conditions intractable to adequate trials of conventional treatment in asthma, atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, drug hypersensitivity reactions, perennial or seasonal allergic rhinitis, and serum sickness. Bullous dermatitis herpetiformis, exfoliative erythroderma, mycosis fungoides, pemphigus, and severe erythema multiforme (Stevens-Johnson syndrome). Primary or secondary adrenocortical insufficiency (hydrocortisone or cortisone is the drug of choice; may be used in conjunction with synthetic mineralocorticoid analogs where applicable; in infancy mineralocorticoid supplementation is of particular importance), congenital adrenal hyperplasia, hypercalcemia associated with cancer, and nonsuppurative thyroiditis. To tide the patient over a critical period of the disease in regional enteritis and ulcerative colitis. Acquired (autoimmune) hemolytic anemia, congenital (erythroid) hypoplastic anemia (Diamond-Blackfan anemia), idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura in adults, pure red cell aplasia, and selected cases of secondary thrombocytopenia. "Description": "Dexamethasone Tablets 0.5, 0.75, 1, 1.5, 2, 4 and 6 mg USP, Dexamethasone Oral Solution, 0.5 mg per 5 mL and Dexamethasone Intensol Oral Solution (Concentrate), 1 mg per mL are for oral administration. Each tablet contains. Dexamethasone 0.5, 0.75, 1, 1.5, 2, 4, or 6 mg. Each 5 mL of Oral Solution contains. Dexamethasone....................................................... 0.5 mg. Each mL of Intensol Oral Solution (Concentrate) contains. Dexamethasone....................................................... 1 mg. Alcohol 30%. The tablets contain lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, starch, sucrose, cosmetic ochre (1 mg), D&C Yellow No. 10 (0.5, 4 mg), FD&C Blue No. 1 (0.75, 1.5 mg), FD&C Green No. 3 (4, 6 mg), FD&C Red No. 3 (1.5 mg), FD&C Red No. 40 (1.5 mg), and FD&C Yellow No. 6 (0.5, 4 mg). The oral solution contains citric acid, disodium edetate, flavoring, glycerin, methylparaben, propylene glycol, propylparaben, sorbitol and water. The Intensol oral solution contains alcohol, benzoic acid, citric acid, disodium edetate, propylene glycol, and water. Dexamethasone, a synthetic adrenocortical steroid, is a white to practically white, odorless, crystalline powder. It is stable in air. It is practically insoluble in water. The molecular formula is C22H29FO5. The molecular weight is 392.47. It is designated chemically as 9-fluoro-11β,17,21-trihydroxy-16α-methylpregna-1,4-diene,3,20-dione and the structural formula is."
