"Description": "DOTTI (estradiol transdermal system, USP) contains estradiol, USP in a multipolymeric adhesive. The system is designed to release estradiol, USP continuously upon application to intact skin. Five dosage strengths of DOTTI are available to provide nominal in vivo delivery rates of 0.025, 0.0375, 0.05, 0.075, or 0.1 mg of estradiol, USP per day via the skin. Each corresponding system has an active surface area of 1.89, 2.83, 3.78, 5.66, or 7.55 cm2 and contains 0.314, 0.470, 0.627, 0.940, or 1.253 mg of estradiol USP, respectively. The composition of the systems per unit area is identical. Estradiol, USP is a white to practically white powder, chemically described as estra-1,3,5 (10)- triene-3,17β-diol. The structural formula is. The molecular formula of estradiol, USP is C18H2402. The molecular weight is 272.39 g/mol. DOTTI is comprised of 3 layers. Proceeding from the visible surface toward the surface attached to the skin, these layers are (1) polyester and ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer film (2) an adhesive formulation containing estradiol USP, acrylic adhesive, silicone adhesive, oleyl alcohol, NF, povidone, USP and dipropylene glycol, and (3) a polyester release liner which is attached to the adhesive surface and must be removed before the system can be used. The active component of the system is estradiol, USP. The remaining components of the system are pharmacologically inactive. FDA approved acceptance criteria for dissolution test specifications differ from USP."

Standardized Grass Pollen Extracts are clear light yellow to brownish solutions that are free of particulate matter. Standardized Grass Pollen Extracts are labeled in BAU/milliliter. Bioequivalent Allergy Units are assigned based on comparison by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to references from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER). CBER references are assigned unitage based on quantitative skin testing.2, 4, 5, 6 CBER references which can be diluted 1:5,000,000 to intradermally elicit a 50 millimeter sum of erythema diameter response in highly puncture reactive subjects are assigned 100,000 BAU/milliliter; whereas references diluted 1:500,000 which elicit the same 50 millimeter sum of erythema diameter response are assigned 10,000 BAU/milliliter."

<IndicationAndUsage>Rosuvastatin tablets is indicated: To reduce the risk of stroke, myocardial infarction, and arterial revascularization procedures in adults without established coronary heart disease who are at increased risk of cardiovascular (CV) disease based on age, hsCRP ≥2 mg/L, and at least one additional CV risk factor. As an adjunct to diet to: o Reduce LDL-C in adults with primary hyperlipidemia. o Reduce low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and slow the progression of atherosclerosis in adults. o Reduce LDL-C in adults and pediatric patients aged 8 years and older with heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HeFH). As an adjunct to other LDL-C-lowering therapies, or alone if such treatments are unavailable, to reduce LDL-C in adults and pediatric patients aged 7 years and older with homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HoFH). As an adjunct to diet for the treatment of adults with: o Primary dysbetalipoproteinemia. o Hypertriglyceridemia.</IndicationAndUsage>

Rosuvastatin is a 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG CoA)-reductase inhibitor. The chemical name for rosuvastatin calcium is bis[(E)-7-[4-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-isopropyl-2- [methyl(methylsulfonyl)amino] pyrimidin-5-yl](3R,5S)-3,5-dihydroxyhept-6-enoic acid] calcium salt with the following structural formula. The empirical formula for rosuvastatin calcium is (C22H27FN3O6S)2Ca and the molecular weight is 1001.14. Rosuvastatin calcium is a off -white to light yellow coloured powder that is soluble in N,N-Dimethyl formamide, acetone and acetonitrile and insoluble in water. Rosuvastatin calcium is a hydrophilic compound with a partition coefficient (octanol/water) of 0.13 at pH of 7.0. Rosuvastatin tablets for oral use contain rosuvastatin 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg, or 40 mg (equivalent to 5.2 mg, 10.4 mg, 20.8 mg, and 41.6 mg rosuvastatin calcium) and the following inactive ingredients: Each tablet contains: crospovidone, magnesium oxide, microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, triacetin, iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow (5 mg),and titanium dioxide. Meets USP Dissolution Test 2.

<IndicationAndUsage>DOTTI is indicated for.</IndicationAndUsage>

DOTTI (estradiol transdermal system, USP) contains estradiol, USP in a multipolymeric adhesive. FDA approved acceptance criteria for dissolution test specifications differ from USP.
