"IndicationAndUsage": "NON-STANDARDIZED ALLERGENIC EXTRACTS are indicated for: 1 Skin test diagnosis of individuals with a clinical history of allergy to the specific corresponding allergens.",
"Description": "Non-standardized allergenic extracts are labeled “No U.S. Standard of Potency”. Non-standardized allergenic extracts are supplied in a Glycero Cocas extraction solution, which consists of 0.5% sodium chloride for isotonicity, 0.275% sodium bicarbonate as a buffer, and 50% glycerin (volume/volume) as preservative. Non-standardized allergenic extracts are supplied as a weight to volume (w/v) solution of allergen in extraction solution. Product concentrations vary based on the source. Refer to the vial label for the product concentration. Source material mold mycelia and Candida albicans cells are cultivated on liquid medium which may contain one or more of the following constituents: casein hydrolysate; malt extract; yeast extract; maltose; dextrose; ammonium nitrate, calcium carbonate, calcium chloride, ammonium citrate, potassium phosphate, sodium citrate, citric acid; magnesium sulfate; or trace elements. Acetone and ether may be used as drying and de-fatting agents. Candida albicans cells are treated with phenol, which is removed by dialysis. Dog Hair and Dander extracts are manufactured in 3 product forms: 1 Dog Hair and Dander (Regular Process) is derived from extraction of the source material without additional processing, and is prepared at 1:10 w/v in Glycero-Cocas., 2 Acetone Precipitated (AP) Dog Hair and Dander is derived from the acetone precipitated aqueous extract and is prepared at 1:100 w/v in Glycero-Cocas., 3 Ultrafiltered (UF) Dog Hair and Dander is derived from the UF aqueous extract and is prepared at 1:650 w/v in Glycero‑Cocas."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Allergenic extracts are indicated for use in diagnostic testing and as part of a treatment regime for allergic disease, as established by allergy history and skin test reactivity. Allergenic extracts are indicated for the treatment of allergen specific allergic disease for use as hyposensitization or immunotherapy when avoidance of specific allergens can not be attained. The use of allergenic extracts for therapeutic purpose has been established by well-controlled clinical studies. Allergenic extracts may be used as adjunctive therapy along with pharmacotherapy which includes antihistamines, corticosteroids, and cromoglycate, and avoidance measures. Allergenic extracts for therapeutic use should be given using only the allergen selection to which the patient is allergic, has a history of exposure and are likely to be exposed to again.",
"Description": "Allergenic extracts are sterile solutions consisting of the extractable components from various biological sources including pollens, inhalants, molds, animal epidermals and insects. Aqueous extracts are prepared using cocas fluid containing NaCl 0.5%, NaHCO3 0.0275%, WFI, preservative 0.4% Phenol. Glycerinated allergenic extracts are prepared with cocas fluid and glycerin to produce a 50% (v/v) allergenic extract. Allergenic Extracts are supplied as concentrations designated as protein nitrogen units (PNU) or weight/volume (w/v) ratio. Standardized extracts are designated in Bioequivalent Allergy Units (BAU) or Allergy Units (AU). (See product insert for standardized extracts). For diagnostic purposes, allergenic extracts are to be administered by prick-puncture or intradermal routes. Allergenic extracts are administered subcutaneously for immunotherapy injections."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Citalopram tablets are indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD) in adults [see Clinical Studies (14)].",
"Description": "Citalopram tablets, USP contains citalopram, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). Citalopram hydrobromide is a racemic bicyclic phthalane structure and is designated (±)-1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-1-(4-fluorophenyl)-1,3-dihydroisobenzofuran-5-carbonitrile hydrobromide with the following structural formula. The molecular formula is C 20H 22BrFN 2O and its molecular weight is 405.35. Citalopram hydrobromide USP occurs as a white or almost white crystalline powder. Citalopram hydrobromide USP is soluble in methanol and sparingly soluble in water. Citalopram tablets USP, 10 mg are film-coated, round tablets containing citalopram hydrobromide in strengths equivalent to 10 mg of citalopram base. Citalopram tablets USP, 20 mg and 40 mg are film-coated, round, scored tablets containing citalopram hydrobromide in strengths equivalent to 20 mg or 40 mg of citalopram base. Inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, copovidone, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose 5 cP, hypromellose 6 cP, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, starch and titanium dioxide. Iron oxides are used as coloring agents in the brown (10 mg) and pink (20 mg) tablets."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Oxycodone and Acetaminophen Tablets are indicated for the management of pain severe enough to require an opioid analgesic and for which alternative treatments are inadequate. Limitations of UseBecause of the risks of addiction, abuse, and misuse, with opioids, which can occur at any dosage or duration [see Warnings], reserve Oxycodone and Acetaminophen Tablets for use in patients for whom alternative treatment options (e.g., non-opioid analgesics). : 1 Have not been tolerated or are not expected to be tolerated,, 2 Have not provided adequate analgesia or are not expected to provide adequate analgesia.",
"Description": "Oxycodone Hydrochloride and Acetaminophen is available in tablets for oral administration. Each tablet, for oral administration contains:Oxycodone hydrochloride, USP 2.5 mg*(*2.5 mg oxycodone Hydrochloride is equivalent to 2.2409 mg of oxycodone.)Acetaminophen, USP 325 mg. Oxycodone hydrochloride, USP 5 mg*(*5 mg oxycodone Hydrochloride is equivalent to 4.4815 mg of oxycodone.)Acetaminophen, USP 325 mg. Oxycodone hydrochloride, USP 7.5 mg*(*7.5 mg oxycodone Hydrochloride is equivalent to 6.7228 mg of oxycodone.)Acetaminophen, USP 325 mg. Oxycodone hydrochloride, USP 10 mg*(*10 mg oxycodone Hydrochloride is equivalent to 8.9637 mg of oxycodone.)Acetaminophen, USP 325 mg. Inactive IngredientsThe tablets contain: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, pregelatinized starch, and stearic acid. The molecular formula for oxycodone hydrochloride is C18H21NO4 ∙ HCl and the molecular weight is 381.82. It is derived from the opium alkaloid, thebaine, and may be represented by the following structural formula. Oxycodone and Acetaminophen Tablets contain acetaminophen, 4'-hydroxyacetanilide, is a non-opiate, non-salicylate analgesic and antipyretic which occurs as a white, odorless, crystalline powder. The molecular formula for acetaminophen is C8H9NO2 and the molecular weight is 151.17. It may be represented by the following structural formula."
