"IndicationAndUsage": "Rabeprazole sodium delayed-release tablets are a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) indicated in adults for: 1 Healing of Erosive or Ulcerative Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD). (1.1), 2 Maintenance of Healing of Erosive or Ulcerative GERD. (1.2), 3 Treatment of Symptomatic GERD. (1.3), 4 Healing of Duodenal Ulcers. (1.4), 5 Helicobacter pylori Eradication to Reduce Risk of Duodenal Ulcer Recurrence. (1.5), 6 Treatment of Pathological Hypersecretory Conditions, Including Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome. (1.6).",
"Description": "The active ingredient in rabeprazole sodium delayed-release tablets is rabeprazole sodium, USP which is a proton pump inhibitor. It is a substituted benzimidazole known chemically as 2-[[[4-(3-methoxypropoxy)-3-methyl-2-pyridinyl]-methyl]sulfinyl]-1H–benzimidazole sodium salt. It has an empirical formula of C18H20N3NaO3S and a molecular weight of 381.42. Rabeprazole sodium, USP is a white to slightly yellowish-white solid. It is very soluble in water and methanol, freely soluble in ethanol, chloroform, and ethyl acetate and insoluble in ether and n-hexane. The stability of rabeprazole sodium is a function of pH; it is rapidly degraded in acid media, and is more stable under alkaline conditions. The structural figure is. Figure 1. Rabeprazole sodium, USP is available for oral administration as delayed-release, enteric-coated tablets containing 20 mg of rabeprazole sodium, USP. Inactive ingredients of the 20 mg tablet are ammonium hydroxide, crospovidone, diethyl phthalate, ethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose phthalate, iron oxide black, iron oxide yellow, light magnesium oxide, magnesium stearate, mannitol, propylene glycol, shellac, sodium stearyl fumarate, talc, and titanium dioxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "READI-CAT 2 and READI-CAT 2 SMOOTHIES are indicated for use in computed tomography (CT) of the abdomen to delineate the gastrointestinal (GI) tract in adult and pediatric patients.",
"Description": "READI-CAT 2 and READI-CAT 2 SMOOTHIE (barium sulfate) are radiographic contrast agents supplied as a suspension (2% w/v) for oral administration. The active ingredient barium sulfate is designated chemically as BaSO4 with a molecular weight of 233.4 g/mol, a density of 4.5 g/cm3, and the following chemical structure. READI-CAT 2 products contain excipients including: benzoic acid, citric acid, potassium sorbate, saccharin sodium, simethicone emulsion, sodium benzoate, sodium citrate, sorbitol solution, xanthan gum, and purified water. READI-CAT 2 products also contain natural and artificial flavorings including: banana, blueberry, orange, vanilla, chocolate, and coffee flavors."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Divalproex sodium extended-release tablet, USP is an anti-epileptic drug indicated for: 1 Acute treatment of manic or mixed episodes associated with bipolar disorder, with or without psychotic features (1.1), 2 Monotherapy and adjunctive therapy of complex partial seizures and simple and complex absence seizures; adjunctive therapy in patients with multiple seizure types that include absence seizures (1.2) , 3 Prophylaxis of migraine headaches (1.3) .",
"Description": "Divalproex sodium is a stable co-ordination compound comprised of sodium valproate and valproic acid in a 1:1 molar relationship and formed during the partial neutralization of valproic acid with 0.5 equivalent of sodium hydroxide. Chemically it is designated as sodium hydrogen bis(2-propylpentanoate). Divalproex sodium has the following structure:. Divalproex sodium occurs as a white crystalline powder, with a characteristic odor. Divalproex sodium extended-release tablets USP, 250 and 500 mg are for oral administration. Divalproex sodium extended-release tablets, USP contain divalproex sodium in a once-a-day extended-release formulation equivalent to 250 and 500 mg of valproic acid. Inactive Ingredients. Divalproex sodium extended-release 250 and 500 mg tablets: microcrystalline cellulose, xanthan gum, hypromellose, glyceryl behenate, silicon dioxide, polyvinyl alcohol, talc, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol,lecithin. In addition, 500 mg tablets contain iron oxide black. USP dissolution test is pending."

"Description": "Prasugrel tablets, USP contain prasugrel, a thienopyridine class inhibitor of platelet activation and aggregation mediated by the P2Y12 ADP receptor. Prasugrel tablets, USP are formulated as the hydrochloride salt, a racemate, which is chemically designated as 5-[(1RS)-2-cyclopropyl-1-(2-fluorophenyl)-2-oxoethyl]-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrothieno[3,2-c]pyridin-2-yl acetate hydrochloride. Prasugrel hydrochloride has the molecular formula C20H20FNO3SHCl representing a molecular weight of 409.90. The chemical structure of prasugrel hydrochloride is. Prasugrel hydrochloride, USP is a white to practically white solid. It is soluble at pH 2, slightly soluble at pH 3 to 4, and practically insoluble at pH 6 to 7.5. It also dissolves freely in methanol and is slightly soluble in 1- and 2-propanol and acetone. It is practically insoluble in diethyl ether and ethyl acetate. Prasugrel tablets, USP are available for oral administration as 5 mg or 10 mg oval shaped, film-coated, non-scored tablets, debossed on one side and plain on the other side. Each tan 5 mg tablet is manufactured with 5.49 mg prasugrel hydrochloride USP, equivalent to 5 mg prasugrel and each tan 10 mg tablet with 10.98 mg prasugrel hydrochloride USP, equivalent to 10 mg of prasugrel. Other ingredients include diethyl phthalate, ethyl cellulose, ferrosoferric oxide, glyceryl behenate, hydrochloric acid, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose, iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow, mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, sucrose stearate, talc and titanium dioxide."

It is slightly soluble in water and sparingly soluble in ethanol. "Description": "Escitalopram tablet contains escitalopram oxalate is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), present as escitalopram oxalate salt. Escitalopram is the pure S- enantiomer (single isomer) of the racemic bicyclic phthalane derivative citalopram. Escitalopram oxalate is designated S-(+)-1-[3-(dimethyl-amino)propyl]-1-(p-fluorophenyl)-5-phthalancarbonitrile oxalate with the following structural formula. The molecular formula is C20H21FN2O C2H2O4 and the molecular weight is 414.40. Escitalopram oxalate, USP occurs as a fine, white to slightly-yellow powder and is freely soluble in methanol and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), soluble in isotonic saline solution, sparingly soluble in water and ethanol, slightly soluble in ethyl acetate and insoluble in heptane. Escitalopram tablets, USP are film-coated, round tablets containing 6.387 mg, 12.774 mg, 25.549 mg escitalopram oxalate, USP in strengths equivalent to 5 mg, 10 mg, and 20 mg, respectively, of escitalopram base. The 10 and 20 mg tablets are scored. "Description": "Pitavastatin tablets for oral use is an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor. The chemical name for pitavastatin is (+)monocalcium bis{(3R,5S,6E)-7-[2-cyclopropyl-4-(4-fluorophenyl)quinolin-3-yl]-3,5-dihydroxyhept-6-enoate} pentahydrate. The structural formula is. The molecular formula for pitavastatin is C50H46CaF2N2O8 ∙5H2O and the molecular weight is 971.06 g/mol. Pitavastatin is odorless and occurs as white to off-white powder. It is freely soluble in tetrahydrofuran, soluble in ethylene glycol, sparingly soluble in dimethyl sulphoxide and in 50 % aqueous acetonitrile, slightly soluble in methanol, very slightly soluble in water and in ethanol (96%), and insoluble in diethyl ether. Pitavastatin is hygroscopic and slightly unstable in light. Each film-coated tablet of pitavastatin contains 1 mg, 2 mg, or 4 mg of pitavastatin, which is equivalent to 1.045 mg, 2.09 mg, or 4.18 mg, respectively, of pitavastatin calcium and the following inactive ingredients: hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose, magnesium aluminometasilicate, and magnesium stearate. The film-coating contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, and triethyl citrate."

Eletriptan hydrobromide monohydrate is chemically designated as3-(((R)-1-Methyl Pyrrolidin-2yl)methyl)-5-(2-phenylsulphonyl) ethyl)-1H-indole hydrobromide monohydrate and it has the following chemical structure. The molecular formula is C22H26N2O2S.HBr.H2O, representing a molecular weight of 481.45 g/mol. Eletriptan hydrobromide monohydrate is an off-white to light brown color powder and freely soluble in methanol. Each eletriptan hydrobromide tablet for oral administration contains 25.17 or 50.34 mg of eletriptan hydrobromide monohydrate equivalent to 20 mg or 40 mg of eletriptan, respectively. Each tablet also contains the inactive ingredients croscarmellose sodium, FD&C blue #2 aluminum lake, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, titanium dioxide and triacetin. Additionally 20 mg tablets contains FD&C yellow #5 aluminum lake and 40 mg tablet contains D&C yellow #10 aluminum lake and FD&C yellow #6 aluminum lake."
