Using DNA recombinant technology, ustekinumab-aauz is produced in a Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell line. The manufacturing process contains steps for the clearance of viruses. Ustekinumab-aauz is comprised of 1326 amino acids and has an estimated molecular mass that ranges from 148,079 to 149,690 Daltons. OTULFI (ustekinumab-aauz) injection is a sterile, preservative-free, clear to slightly opalescent, and colorless to slightly brown-yellow solution with pH of 5.7- 6.3."

"IndicationAndUsage": "These solutions are indicated in patients requiring parenteral administration of potassium chloride with minimal carbohydrate calories and sodium chloride.",
"Description": "Intravenous solutions with potassium chloride (I.V. solutions with KCl) are sterile and nonpyrogenic solutions in water for injection. They are for administration by intravenous infusion only. See table below for summary of content and characteristics of these solutions. May contain HCl for pH adjustment. The solutions contain no bacteriostat, antimicrobial agent or added buffer and each is intended only for use as a single-dose injection. When smaller doses are required the unused portion should be discarded. These solutions are parenteral fluid, nutrient and/or electrolyte replenishers. Dextrose, USP is chemically designated D-glucose, monohydrate (C6H12O6 H2O), a hexose sugar freely soluble in water. It has the following structural formula:. Potassium Chloride, USP is chemically designated KCl, a white granular powder freely soluble in water. Sodium Chloride, USP is chemically designated NaCl, a white crystalline powder freely soluble in water. Water for Injection, USP is chemically designated H2O. The flexible plastic container is fabricated from a specially formulated non-plasticized, film containing polypropylene and thermoplastic elastomers (freeflex® bag). Water can permeate from inside the container into the overwrap but not in amounts sufficient to affect the solution significantly. Solutions in contact with the plastic container may leach out certain chemical components from the plastic in very small amounts; however, biological testing was supportive of the safety of the plastic container materials. Exposure to temperatures above 25°C/77°F during transport and storage will lead to minor losses in the moisture content. Higher temperatures lead to greater losses. It is unlikely that these minor losses will lead to clinically significant changes within the expiration period."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Temsirolimus injection is indicated for the treatment of advanced renal cell carcinoma.",
"Description": "Temsirolimus, an inhibitor of mTOR, is an antineoplastic agent. Temsirolimus is a white to off-white powder with a molecular formula of C56H87NO16 and a molecular weight of 1030.30. It is non-hygroscopic. Temsirolimus is practically insoluble in water and soluble in alcohol. It has no ionizable functional groups, and its solubility is independent of pH. The chemical name of temsirolimus is (3S,6R,7E,9R,10R,12R,14S,15E,17E,19E,21S,23S,26R,27R,34aS)-9,10,12,13,14,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,32,33,34,34a-Hexadecahydro-9,27-dihydrox y-3-[(1R)-2-[(1S,3R,4R)-4-hydroxy-3-methoxycyclohexyl]-1-methylethyl]-10,21-dimethoxy-6,8,12,14,20,26-hexamethyl-23,27-epoxy-3H-pyrido[2,1-c] [1,4]oxaazacyclohentriacontine-1,5,11,28,29(4H,6H,31H)-pentone 4'-[2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)propionate]; or Rapamycin, 42-[3-hydroxy-2-(hydroxymethyl)-2-methylpropanoate]. Temsirolimus injection, 25 mg/mL, is a clear, colorless to light yellow, non-aqueous, ethanolic, sterile solution. Temsirolimus injection requires two dilutions prior to intravenous infusion. Temsirolimus injection should be diluted only with the supplied DILUENT for Temsirolimus injection. DILUENT for Temsirolimus injection is a sterile, non-aqueous solution that is supplied with Temsirolimus injection, as a kit. Temsirolimus injection, 25 mg/mL:. Active ingredient: temsirolimus (25 mg/mL). Inactive ingredients: dehydrated alcohol (49.90% v/v), butylated hydroxy anisole (0.0003% w/v), butylated hydroxy toluene (0.002% w/v), propylene glycol (50.3% w/v), and anhydrous citric acid (0.0025% w/v). DILUENT for Temsirolimus injection:. Inactive ingredients: polysorbate 80 (40.0% w/v), polyethylene glycol 400 (42.8% w/v) and dehydrated alcohol (25.14% v/v). After the Temsirolimus injection vial has been diluted with DILUENT for Temsirolimus injection, in accordance with the instructions in section 2.5, the solution contains 35.04% alcohol. Temsirolimus injection and DILUENT for Temsirolimus injection are filled in clear glass vials with butyl rubber stoppers."

Cetrorelix acetate is an analog of native GnRH with substitutions of amino acids at positions 1, 2, 3, 6, and 10. The molecular formula is Acetyl-D-3-(2´-naphtyl)-alanine-D-4-chlorophenylalanine-D-3-(3´-pyridyl)-alanine -L-serine-L-tyrosine-D-citruline-L-leucine-L-arginine-L-proline-D-alanine-amide, and the molecular weight is 1431.06, calculated as the anhydrous free base. The structural formula is as follows:Cetrorelix acetate. (Ac-D-Nal1-D-Cpa2-D-Pal3-Ser4-Tyr5-D-Cit6-Leu7-Arg8-Pro9-D-Ala10-NH2) Cetrorelix Acetate for Injection 0.25 mg is a sterile lyophilized powder intended for subcutaneous injection after reconstitution with Sterile Water for Injection, USP, that comes supplied in a 1.0 mL pre-filled syringe. Each vial of cetrorelix acetate for injection 0.25 mg contains 0.26-0.27 mg cetrorelix acetate, equivalent to 0.25 mg cetrorelix, and 54.8 mg mannitol."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Verapamil hydrochloride injection is indicated for the following: : 1 Rapid conversion to sinus rhythm of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardias, including those associated with accessory bypass tracts (Wolff-Parkinson-White [W-P- W] and Lown-Ganong-Levine [L-G-L] syndromes). When clinically advisable, appropriate vagal maneuvers (e.g., Valsalva maneuver) should be attempted prior to verapamil hydrochloride administration. , 2 Temporary control of rapid ventricular rate in atrial flutter or atrial fibrillation except when the atrial flutter and/or atrial fibrillation are associated with accessory bypass tracts (Wolff-Parkinson-White [W-P-W] and Lown-Ganong-Levine [L-G-L] syndromes). .",
"Description": "Verapamil hydrochloride is a calcium antagonist or slow-channel inhibitor. Verapamil Hydrochloride Injection, USP is available in 5 mg/2 mL single dose vials (for intravenous administration). Each 1 mL of solution contains verapamil hydrochloride 2.5 mg and sodium chloride 8.5 mg in water for injection. Hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide are used for pH adjustment. The pH of the solution is between 4.0 to 6.5. Protect contents from light. Verapamil Hydrochloride Injection, USP vials are sterile. The structural formula of verapamil hydrochloride is given below:. α-[3-[2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl) ethyl]methylaminopropyl]-3,4-dimethoxy-1(methylethyl) benzene acetonitrile monohydrochloride. Verapamil hydrochloride, USP is white or almost white crystalline powder. It is practically odorless and has a bitter taste. It is freely soluble in chloroform. It is soluble in water, sparingly soluble in alcohol and practically insoluble in ether. Verapamil hydrochloride is not chemically related to other antiarrhythmic drugs."

It has a molecular weight of 826.0 (729.9 for free base). The empirical formula is C 40H 59NO 11CH 4O 3S. Eribulin mesylate has the following structural formula:.
