"IndicationAndUsage": "The gradual bleaching of hyperpigmented skin conditions such as chloasma, melasma, freckles, senile lentigines, and other unwanted areas of melanin hyperpigmentation. Obagi Nu-Derm Sunfader is intended for daytime use as it contains sunscreen agents.",
"Description": "Hydroquinone is 1,4-benzenediol. Hydroquinone occurs as fine, white needles. The drug is freely soluble in water and in alcohol. Chemically, hydroquinone is designated as p-dihydroxybenzene; the empirical formula is C6 H6 O2; molecular weight is 110.0. Each gram of Obagi Nu-Derm Blender contains Hydroquinone USP 40 mg/gm in a base of purified water, glycerin, cetyl alcohol, PPG-2 myristyl ether propionate, sodium lauryl sulfate, TEA-salicylate, lactic acid, phenyl trimethicone, tocopheryl acetate, sodium metabisulfite, ascorbic acid, methylparaben, saponins, disodium EDTA, BHT, and propylparaben. Each gram of Obagi Nu-Derm Clear contains Hydroquinone USP 40 mg/gm in a base of purified water, cetyl alcohol, glycerin, sodium lauryl sulfate, stearyl alcohol, tocopheryl acetate, ascorbic acid, sodium metabisulfite, lactic acid, saponins, disodium EDTA, methylparaben, BHT, propylparaben, and butylparaben. "IndicationAndUsage": "EMFLAZA is indicated for the treatment of Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) in patients 2 years of age and older.",
"Description": "The active ingredient in EMFLAZA is deflazacort (a corticosteroid). Corticosteroids are adrenocortical steroids, both naturally occurring and synthetic. The molecular formula for deflazacort is C25H31NO6. The chemical name for deflazacort is (11β,16β)-21-(acetyloxy)-11-hydroxy-2'-methyl-5'H-pregna-1,4-dieno[17,16-d]oxazole-3,20-dione, and the structure is. Deflazacort is a white to off white, odorless fine powder and has a molecular weight of 441.517. Deflazacort is freely soluble in acetic acid and dichloromethane and soluble in methanol and acetone. EMFLAZA for oral administration is available as an immediate-release tablet in strengths of 6, 18, 30 and 36 mg and an immediate-release oral suspension in a strength of 22.75 mg/mL. Each tablet contains deflazacort and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, and pre-gelatinized corn starch. The oral suspension contains deflazacort and the following inactive ingredients: acetic acid, aluminum magnesium silicate, benzyl alcohol, carboxymethylcellulose sodium, polysorbate 80, purified water, and sorbitol."

"Description": "ZUBSOLV (buprenorphine and naloxone) sublingual tablets are white menthol-flavored tablets in an oval shape for the dosage strength 0.7 mg/0.18 mg, a triangular shape for the dosage strength 1.4 mg /0.36 mg, a D shape for the dosage strength 2.9 mg/0.71 mg, a round shape for the dosage strength 5.7 mg/1.4 mg, a diamond shape for the dosage strength 8.6 mg/2.1 mg and a capsule shape for the dosage strength 11.4 mg/2.9 mg. They are debossed with the respective dosage strength of buprenorphine. They contain buprenorphine HCl, an opioid partial agonist and naloxone HCl dihydrate, an opioid antagonist, at a ratio of 4:1 (ratio of free bases). ZUBSOLV is intended for sublingual administration and is available in six dosage strengths, 0.7 mg buprenorphine with 0.18 mg naloxone, 1.4 mg buprenorphine with 0.36 mg naloxone, 2.9 mg buprenorphine with 0.71 mg naloxone, 5.7 mg buprenorphine with 1.4 mg naloxone, 8.6 mg buprenorphine with 2.1 mg naloxone and 11.4 mg buprenorphine with 2.9 mg naloxone. Each sublingual tablet also contains mannitol, citric acid, sodium citrate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, sucralose, menthol, silicon dioxide and sodium stearyl fumarate and menthol flavor. Chemically, buprenorphine HCl is (2S)-2-[17-(cyclopropylmethyl)-4,5α-epoxy-3-hydroxy-6-methoxy-6α,14-ethano-14α-morphinan-7α-yl]-3,3-dimethylbutan-2-ol hydrochloride.
