"IndicationAndUsage": "Rosuvastatin tablets are indicated: : 1 To reduce the risk of major adverse cardiovascular (CV) events (CV death, nonfatal myocardial infarction, nonfatal stroke, or an arterial revascularization procedure) in adults at increased risk for CV events., 2 As an adjunct to diet and exercise to reduce low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C):in adults with hypercholesterolemia.and slow the progression of atherosclerosis in adults.in adults and pediatric patients aged 8 years and older with heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HeFH).in adults and pediatric patients aged 7 years and older with homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HoFH).",
"Description": "Rosuvastatin is a 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG CoA)-reductase inhibitor. The chemical name for rosuvastatin calcium is bis[(E)-7-[4-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-isopropyl-2-[methyl(methylsulfonyl)amino] pyrimidin-5-yl](3R,5S)-3,5-dihydroxyhept-6-enoic acid] calcium salt with the following structural formula:. The empirical formula for rosuvastatin calcium is (C22H27FN3O6S)2Ca and the molecular weight is 1,001.14. Rosuvastatin calcium USP is a white to off-white powder that is sparingly soluble in water and methanol, and slightly soluble in ethanol. Rosuvastatin calcium is a hydrophilic compound with a partition coefficient (octanol/water) of 0.13 at pH of 7.0. Rosuvastatin tablets, USP for oral use contain rosuvastatin 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg, or 40 mg (equivalent to 5.2 mg, 10.4 mg, 20.8 mg, and 41.6 mg rosuvastatin calcium) and the following inactive ingredients: crospovidone, dibasic calcium phosphate anhydrous, hypromellose, iron oxide red, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, titanium dioxide, and triacetin. Meets USP Dissolution Test-2."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Eslicarbazepine acetate tablets are indicated for the treatment of partial-onset seizures in patients 4 years of age and older.",
"Description": "The chemical name of eslicarbazepine acetate is (S)-10-Acetoxy-10,11-dihydro-5H-dibenz[b,f]-azepine-5-carboxamide. Eslicarbazepine acetate is a dibenz[b,f]azepine-5-carboxamide derivative. Its molecular formula is C17H16N2O3 and its molecular weight is 296.32. The chemical structure is. Eslicarbazepine acetate is a white to off-white powder. It is insoluble in hexane, very slightly soluble in aqueous solvents and soluble in organic solvents such as acetone, acetonitrile, and methanol. Each eslicarbazepine acetate tablet contains 200 mg, 400 mg, 600 mg or 800 mg of eslicarbazepine acetate and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, low substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose and magnesium stearate."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Mirtazapine orally disintegrating tablets are indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD) in adults [see Clinical Studies (14)].",
"Description": "Mirtazapine orally disintegrating tablet, USP contains mirtazapine USP. Mirtazapine has a tetracyclic chemical structure and belongs to the piperazino-azepine group of compounds. It is designated 1,2,3,4,10,14b-hexahydro-2-methylpyrazino [2,1-a] pyrido [2,3-c][2] benzazepine and has the molecular formula of C17H19N3. Its molecular weight is 265.35. The structural formula is the following and it is the racemic mixture. Mirtazapine is a white to creamy white crystalline powder which is practically insoluble in water. Mirtazapine orally disintegrating tablets, USP are available for oral administration as an orally disintegrating tablet containing 15 mg, 30 mg or 45 mg of mirtazapine USP. Mirtazapine orally disintegrating tablets, USP also contain the following inactive ingredients: aspartame, colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, magnesium stearate, mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, natural and artificial peppermint flavor, and strawberry guarana flavor."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Mirtazapine orally disintegrating tablets are indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD) in adults [see Clinical Studies (14)].",
"Description": "Mirtazapine orally disintegrating tablet, USP contains mirtazapine USP. Mirtazapine has a tetracyclic chemical structure and belongs to the piperazino-azepine group of compounds. It is designated 1,2,3,4,10,14b-hexahydro-2-methylpyrazino [2,1-a] pyrido [2,3-c][2] benzazepine and has the molecular formula of C17H19N3. Its molecular weight is 265.35. The structural formula is the following and it is the racemic mixture. Mirtazapine is a white to creamy white crystalline powder which is practically insoluble in water. Mirtazapine orally disintegrating tablets, USP are available for oral administration as an orally disintegrating tablet containing 15 mg, 30 mg or 45 mg of mirtazapine USP. Mirtazapine orally disintegrating tablets, USP also contain the following inactive ingredients: aspartame, colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, magnesium stearate, mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, natural and artificial peppermint flavor, and strawberry guarana flavor."

"Description": "Rosuvastatin is a 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG CoA)-reductase inhibitor. The chemical name for rosuvastatin calcium is bis[(E)-7-[4-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-isopropyl-2-[methyl(methylsulfonyl)amino] pyrimidin-5-yl](3R,5S)-3,5-dihydroxyhept-6-enoic acid] calcium salt with the following structural formula:. The empirical formula for rosuvastatin calcium is (C22H27FN3O6S)2Ca and the molecular weight is 1,001.14. Rosuvastatin calcium USP is a white to off-white powder that is sparingly soluble in water and methanol, and slightly soluble in ethanol. Rosuvastatin calcium is a hydrophilic compound with a partition coefficient (octanol/water) of 0.13 at pH of 7.0. Rosuvastatin tablets, USP for oral use contain rosuvastatin 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg, or 40 mg (equivalent to 5.2 mg, 10.4 mg, 20.8 mg, and 41.6 mg rosuvastatin calcium) and the following inactive ingredients: crospovidone, dibasic calcium phosphate anhydrous, hypromellose, iron oxide red, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, titanium dioxide, and triacetin. Its molecular formula is C15H19N5C7H6O2, representing a molecular weight of the free base of 269.35. "Description": "Zolmitriptan tablets, USP contain zolmitriptan, which is a selective 5-hydroxytryptamine1B/1D (5-HT1B/1D) receptor agonist. Zolmitriptan is chemically designated as (S)-4-[[3-[2-(dimethylamino)ethyl]-1H-indol-5-yl]methyl]-2-oxazolidinone and has the following chemical structure. The molecular formula is C16H21N3O2, representing a molecular weight of 287.36. Zolmitriptan is a white to off-white powder that is readily soluble in water. Zolmitriptan tablets, USP are available as 2.5 mg (yellow and functionally-score) and 5 mg (pink, not scored) film-coated tablets for oral administration. The film-coated tablets contain anhydrous lactose, colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, sodium starch glycolate, and titanium dioxide. In addition, the 2.5 mg tablets contain yellow iron oxide and the 5 mg tablets contain red iron oxide."

Each 4 mg ondansetron orally disintegrating tablet, USP for oral administration contains 4 mg ondansetron base. Each 8 mg ondansetron orally disintegrating tablet, USP for oral administration contains 8 mg ondansetron base. Each ondansetron orally disintegrating tablet, USP also contains the inactive ingredients mannitol, crospovidone, lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, aspartame, strawberry guarana flavor, colloidal silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate.
