"Description": "Montelukast sodium, the active ingredient in montelukast sodium tablets and montelukast sodium chewable tablets, is a selective and orally active leukotriene receptor antagonist that inhibits the cysteinyl leukotriene CysLT1 receptor.Montelukast sodium is described chemically as [R-(E)]-1-[[[1-[3-[2-(7-chloro-2-quinolinyl)ethenyl]phenyl]-3-[2-(1-hydroxy-1-methylethyl)phenyl]propyl]thio]methyl]cyclopropaneacetic acid, monosodium salt. The molecular formula is C35H35ClNNaO3S, and its molecular weight is 608.18. The structural formula is. Montelukast sodium USP is a hygroscopic, optically active, off-white to pale yellow colored powder. Montelukast sodium is freely soluble in ethanol, methanol, and water and practically insoluble in acetonitrile. Each 10 mg film-coated montelukast sodium tablet USP contains 10.38 mg montelukast sodium USP, which is equivalent to 10 mg of montelukast, and the following inactive ingredients: carnauba wax, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose, iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and titanium dioxide. Each 4 mg and 5 mg montelukast sodium chewable tablet USP contains 4.15 mg and 5.19 mg montelukast sodium USP, respectively, which are equivalent to 4 mg and 5 mg of montelukast, respectively. Both chewable tablets contain the following inactive ingredients: artificial cherry flavor, aspartame, croscarmellose sodium, ferric oxide, hydroxypropyl cellulose, magnesium stearate, mannitol, and microcrystalline cellulose."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Methylphenidate hydrochloride (HCl) extended-release tablets are indicated for the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in children 6 years of age and older, adolescents and adults up to the age of 65 [see Clinical Studies (14)] . A diagnosis of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD; DSM-IV) implies the presence of hyperactive-impulsive or inattentive symptoms that caused impairment and were present before age 7 years. The symptoms must cause clinically significant impairment, e.g., in social, academic, or occupational functioning, and be present in two or more settings, e.g., school (or work) and at home. The symptoms must not be better accounted for by another mental disorder. For the Inattentive Type, at least six of the following symptoms must have persisted for at least 6 months: lack of attention to details/careless mistakes; lack of sustained attention; poor listener; failure to follow through on tasks; poor organization; avoids tasks requiring sustained mental effort; loses things; easily distracted; forgetful. For the Hyperactive-Impulsive Type, at least six of the following symptoms must have persisted for at least 6 months: fidgeting/squirming; leaving seat; inappropriate running/climbing; difficulty with quiet activities; “on the go;” excessive talking; blurting answers; can’t wait turn; intrusive. The Combined Type requires both inattentive and hyperactive-impulsive criteria to be met.",
"Description": "Methylphenidate HCl extended-release tablets, USP are a central nervous system (CNS) stimulant. Methylphenidate HCl extended-release tablets, USP are available in four tablet strengths. Each extended-release tablet for once-a-day oral administration contains 18, 27, 36, or 54 mg of methylphenidate HCl, USP and is designed to have a 12-hour duration of effect. Chemically, methylphenidate HCl, USP is d,l (racemic) methyl α-phenyl-2-piperidineacetate hydrochloride. Its molecular formula is C 14H 19NO 2HCl. Its structural formula is:. Methylphenidate HCl, USP is a white, odorless crystalline powder. Its solutions are acid to litmus. It is freely soluble in water and in methanol, soluble in alcohol and slightly soluble in chloroform and in acetone. Its molecular weight is 269.77. Methylphenidate HCl extended-release tablets, USP also contains the following inert ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, ethylcellulose, fumaric acid, hypromellose, mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, povidone, sodium chloride, stearic acid, talc, titanium dioxide and triethyl citrate. The 18 mg extended-release tablet also contains iron oxide black and iron oxide yellow. The 27 mg extended-release tablet also contains iron oxide black and iron oxide yellow. The 54 mg extended-release tablet also contains iron oxide red. USP dissolution test is pending."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Ezetimibe and simvastatin tablets. Ezetimibe and simvastatin tablets are a combination of simvastatin and ezetimibe indicated: 1 As an adjunct to diet to reduce elevated low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C):.",
"Description": "Ezetimibe and simvastatin tablets contain ezetimibe USP, a selective inhibitor of intestinal cholesterol and related phytosterol absorption, and simvastatin USP, an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor. The chemical name of ezetimibe, USP is 1-(4-fluorophenyl)-3(R)-[3-(4-fluorophenyl)-3(S)-hydroxypropyl]-4(S)-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-azetidinone. The molecular formula is C24H21F2NO3 and its molecular weight is 409.4. Ezetimibe, USP is a white, crystalline powder that is freely to very soluble in ethanol, methanol, and acetone and practically insoluble in water. Its structural formula is. Simvastatin, USP, an inactive lactone, is hydrolyzed to the corresponding β-hydroxyacid form, which is an inhibitor of HMG-CoA reductase. Simvastatin, USP is butanoic acid, 2,2-dimethyl-,1,2,3,7,8,8a-hexahydro-3,7-dimethyl-8-[2-(tetrahydro-4-hydroxy-6-oxo-2H-pyran-2-yl)-ethyl]-1-naphthalenyl ester, [1S-[1α,3α,7β,8β(2S*,4S*),-8aβ]]. The molecular formula of simvastatin, USP is C25H38O5 and its molecular weight is 418.57. Simvastatin, USP is a white to off-white, nonhygroscopic, crystalline powder that is practically insoluble in water and freely soluble in chloroform, methanol and ethanol. Its structural formula is. Ezetimibe and simvastatin is available for oral use as tablets containing 10 mg of ezetimibe USP, and 10 mg of simvastatin, USP (ezetimibe and simvastatin tablets 10 mg/10 mg), 20 mg of simvastatin, USP (ezetimibe and simvastatin tablets 10 mg/20 mg), 40 mg of simvastatin, USP (ezetimibe and simvastatin tablets 10 mg/40 mg), or 80 mg of simvastatin, USP (ezetimibe and simvastatin tablets 10 mg/80 mg). Each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: ascorbic acid, butylated hydroxyanisole, citric acid anhydrous, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, iron oxide black, iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and propyl gallate."

"IndicationAndUsage": "BECAUSE OF REPORTS OF INTESTINAL AND GASTRIC ULCERATION AND BLEEDING WITH CONTROLLED-RELEASE POTASSIUM CHLORIDE PREPARATIONS, THESE DRUGS SHOULD BE RESERVED FOR THOSE PATIENTS WHO CANNOT TOLERATE OR REFUSE TO TAKE LIQUID OR EFFERVESCENT POTASSIUM PREPARATIONS OR FOR PATIENTS IN WHOM THERE IS A PROBLEM OF COMPLIANCE WITH THESE PREPARATIONS. : 1 For the treatment of patients with hypokalemia with or without metabolic alkalosis, in digitalis intoxication and in patients with hypokalemic familial periodic paralysis. If hypokalemia is the result of diuretic therapy, consideration should be given to the use of a lower dose of diuretic, which may be sufficient without leading to hypokalemia., 2 For the prevention of hypokalemia in patients who would be at particular risk if hypokalemia were to develop, e.g., digitalized patients or patients with significant cardiac arrhythmias.",
"Description": "The potassium chloride extended-release tablets, USP product is an immediately dispersing extended-release oral dosage form of potassium chloride containing 750 mg of microencapsulated potassium chloride, USP equivalent to 10 mEq of potassium in a tablet. The potassium chloride extended-release tablets, USP product is an immediately dispersing extended-release oral dosage form of potassium chloride containing 1,500 mg of microencapsulated potassium chloride, USP equivalent to 20 mEq of potassium in a tablet. These formulations are intended to slow the release of potassium so that the likelihood of a high localized concentration of potassium chloride within the gastrointestinal tract is reduced. Potassium chloride is an electrolyte replenisher. The chemical name of the active ingredient is potassium chloride, and the structural formula is KCl. Potassium chloride, USP occurs as a white, granular powder or as colorless crystals. It is odorless and has a saline taste. Its solutions are neutral to litmus. It is freely soluble in water and insoluble in alcohol. Potassium chloride is a tablet formulation (not enteric-coated or wax matrix) containing individually microencapsulated potassium chloride crystals which disperse upon tablet disintegration. In simulated gastric fluid at 37°C and in the absence of outside agitation, potassium chloride tablets begin disintegrating into microencapsulated crystals within seconds and completely disintegrates within 1 minute. The microencapsulated crystals are formulated to provide an extended-release of potassium chloride. Inactive Ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, ethylcellulose and microcrystalline cellulose."

"Description": "The potassium chloride extended-release tablets, USP product is an immediately dispersing extended-release oral dosage form of potassium chloride containing 750 mg of microencapsulated potassium chloride, USP equivalent to 10 mEq of potassium in a tablet. The potassium chloride extended-release tablets, USP product is an immediately dispersing extended-release oral dosage form of potassium chloride containing 1,500 mg of microencapsulated potassium chloride, USP equivalent to 20 mEq of potassium in a tablet. These formulations are intended to slow the release of potassium so that the likelihood of a high localized concentration of potassium chloride within the gastrointestinal tract is reduced. Potassium chloride is an electrolyte replenisher. The chemical name of the active ingredient is potassium chloride, and the structural formula is KCl. Potassium chloride, USP occurs as a white, granular powder or as colorless crystals. It is odorless and has a saline taste. Its solutions are neutral to litmus. It is freely soluble in water and insoluble in alcohol. Potassium chloride is a tablet formulation (not enteric-coated or wax matrix) containing individually microencapsulated potassium chloride crystals which disperse upon tablet disintegration. In simulated gastric fluid at 37°C and in the absence of outside agitation, potassium chloride tablets begin disintegrating into microencapsulated crystals within seconds and completely disintegrates within 1 minute. The microencapsulated crystals are formulated to provide an extended-release of potassium chloride. Inactive Ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, ethylcellulose and microcrystalline cellulose."

"Description": "Glipizide extended-release tablets contain glipizide which is an oral sulfonylurea. The Chemical Abstracts name of glipizide is 1-cyclohexyl-3-[[p-[2-(5-methylpyrazinecarboxamido) ethyl] phenyl]sulfonyl]urea. The molecular formula is C 21H 27N 5O 4S; the molecular weight is 445.55; the structural formula is shown below:. Glipizide is a whitish, odorless powder with a pKa of 5.9. It is insoluble in water and alcohols, but soluble in 0.1 N NaOH; it is freely soluble in dimethylformamide. Inert ingredients in the 2.5 mg, 5 mg and 10 mg formulations are: polyethylene oxide, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, sodium chloride, red ferric oxide, cellulose acetate, polyethylene glycol, Opadry ® blue (OY-LS-20921) (hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, titanium dioxide, triacetin and FD&C blue#2) (2.5 mg tablets), Opadry ® white (YS-2-7063) (hypromellose, titanium dioxide and polyethylene glycol) (5 mg and 10 mg tablet) and Opacode ® Black Ink (S-1-277001) (shellac, ferrosoferric oxide, propylene glycol). System Components and PerformanceGlipizide extended-release tablets are similar in appearance to a conventional tablet. It consists, however, of an osmotically active drug core surrounded by a semipermeable membrane. The core itself is divided into two layers: an “active” layer containing the drug, and a “push” layer containing pharmacologically inert (but osmotically active) components. The membrane surrounding the tablet is permeable to water but not to drug or osmotic excipients. As water from the gastrointestinal tract enters the tablet, pressure increases in the osmotic layer and “pushes” against the drug layer, resulting in the release of drug through a small, laser-drilled orifice in the membrane on the drug side of the tablet. The function of the glipizide extended-release tablets depends upon the existence of an osmotic gradient between the contents of the bi-layer core and fluid in the GI tract. The biologically inert components of the tablet remain intact during GI transit and are eliminated in the feces as an insoluble shell."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Amlodipine and olmesartan medoxomil tablets are indicated for the treatment of hypertension, alone or with other antihypertensive agents, to lower blood pressure. Lowering blood pressure reduces the risk of fatal and nonfatal cardiovascular (CV) events, primarily strokes and myocardial infarctions. These benefits have been seen in controlled trials of antihypertensive drugs from a wide variety of pharmacologic classes including the class to which this drug principally belongs. There are no controlled trials demonstrating risk reduction with amlodipine and olmesartan medoxomil tablets. Control of high blood pressure should be part of comprehensive cardiovascular risk management, including, as appropriate, lipid control, diabetes management, antithrombotic therapy, smoking cessation, exercise, and limited sodium intake. Many patients will require more than one drug to achieve blood pressure goals. For specific advice on goals and management, see published guidelines, such as those of the National High Blood Pressure Education Program’s Joint National Committee on Prevention, Detection, Evaluation, and Treatment of High Blood Pressure (JNC). Numerous antihypertensive drugs, from a variety of pharmacologic classes and with different mechanisms of action, have been shown in randomized controlled trials to reduce cardiovascular morbidity and mortality, and it can be concluded that it is blood pressure reduction, and not some other pharmacologic property of the drugs, that is largely responsible for those benefits. The largest and most consistent cardiovascular outcome benefit has been a reduction in the risk of stroke, but reductions in myocardial infarction and cardiovascular mortality also have been seen regularly. Elevated systolic or diastolic pressure causes increased cardiovascular risk, and the absolute risk increase per mmHg is greater at higher blood pressures, so that even modest reductions of severe hypertension can provide substantial benefit. Relative risk reduction from blood pressure reduction is similar across populations with varying absolute risk, so the absolute benefit is greater in patients who are at higher risk independent of their hypertension (for example, patients with diabetes or hyperlipidemia), and such patients would be expected to benefit from more aggressive treatment to a lower blood pressure goal. Some antihypertensive drugs have smaller blood pressure effects (as monotherapy) in black patients, and many antihypertensive drugs have additional approved indications and effects (e.g., on angina, heart failure, or diabetic kidney disease). These considerations may guide selection of therapy. Amlodipine and olmesartan medoxomil tablets may also be used as initial therapy in patients who are likely to need multiple antihypertensive agents to achieve their blood pressure goals. Patients with moderate or severe hypertension are at relatively high risk for cardiovascular events (such as strokes, heart attacks, and heart failure), kidney failure, and vision problems, so prompt treatment is clinically relevant. The decision to use a combination as initial therapy should be individualized and should be shaped by considerations such as baseline blood pressure, the target goal, and the incremental likelihood of achieving goal with a combination compared to monotherapy. Individual blood pressure goals may vary based upon the patient’s risk. Data from an 8-week, placebo-controlled, parallel-group factorial study [see Clinical Studies (14.1)] provide estimates of the probability of reaching a blood pressure goal with amlodipine and olmesartan medoxomil tablets compared to amlodipine or olmesartan medoxomil monotherapy. The figures below provide estimates of the likelihood of achieving the targeted systolic or diastolic blood pressure goals with amlodipine and olmesartan medoxomil tablets 10/40 mg compared with amlodipine or olmesartan medoxomil monotherapy, based upon baseline systolic or diastolic blood pressure. The curve of each treatment group was estimated by logistic regression modeling from all available data of that treatment group. The right tail of each curve is less reliable because of small numbers of subjects with high baseline blood pressures. The figures above provide an approximation of the likelihood of reaching a targeted blood pressure goal (e.g., Week 8 SBP <140 mmHg or <130 mmHg or a DBP <90 mmHg or <80 mmHg) for the high-dose treatment groups evaluated in the study. Amlodipine and olmesartan medoxomil tablets 5/20 mg, the lowest dose combination treatment group, increases the probability of reaching blood pressure goal compared with the highest dose monotherapies, amlodipine 10 mg and olmesartan medoxomil 40 mg. For example, a patient with a baseline blood pressure of 160/100 mmHg has about a 48% likelihood of achieving a goal of <140 mmHg (systolic) and a 51% likelihood of achieving a goal of <90 mmHg (diastolic) on monotherapy with olmesartan medoxomil 40 mg, and about a 46% likelihood of achieving a goal of <140 mmHg (systolic) and a 60% likelihood of achieving a goal of <90 mmHg (diastolic) on monotherapy with amlodipine 10 mg. The likelihood of achieving these same goals increases to 63% (systolic) and 71% (diastolic) on amlodipine and olmesartan medoxomil tablets 5/20 mg, and to 68% (systolic) and 85% (diastolic) on amlodipine and olmesartan medoxomil tablets 10/40 mg.",
"Description": "Amlodipine and Olmesartan Medoxomil Tablets, USP provided as a tablet for oral administration, is a combination of the calcium channel blocker (CCB) amlodipine besylate and the angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) olmesartan medoxomil. Amlodipine and Olmesartan Medoxomil Tablets, USP contain amlodipine besylate, USP and olmesartan medoxomil, USP. Amlodipine besylate, USP is chemically described as 3-ethyl 5-methyl (±)-2-[(2-aminoethoxy)methyl]-4-(o-chlorophenyl)-1,4-dihydro-6-methyl-3,5-pyridine dicarboxylate, monobenzenesulphonate. It is a white to off-white crystalline powder that is freely soluble in methanol, sparingly soluble in alcohol and slightly soluble in water and 2-propanol. The molecular formula and weight of amlodipine besylate, USP are C20H25ClN2O5C6H6O3S and 567.05 g/mol. It has the following structural formula. Olmesartan medoxomil, USP a prodrug, is hydrolyzed to olmesartan during absorption from the gastrointestinal tract. Olmesartan medoxomil, USP is chemically described as 1H-imidazole-5-carboxylic acid, 4-(1-hydroxy-1-methylethyl)-2-propyl-1-[[2’-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl) [1,1’-biphenyl]-4-yl] methyl]-(5-methyl-2-oxo-1,3-dioxol-4-yl) methyl ester. It is a white to off-white crystalline powder that is sparingly soluble in methanol, practically insoluble in water, slightly soluble in acetone, and very slightly soluble in ethanol. The molecular formula and weight of olmesartan medoxomil, USP are C29H30N6O6 and 558.59 g/mol. It has the following structural formula:. Each tablet of Amlodipine and Olmesartan Medoxomil Tablets, USP also contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, hydrogenated castor oil, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and pregelatinized corn starch. The color coatings for all tablet strengths contain polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol 3350, talc, and titanium dioxide. The 5 mg/40 mg tablets also contain iron oxide yellow. The 10 mg/20 mg tablets and 10 mg/40 mg tablets also contain iron oxide red and iron oxide yellow."

"Description": "Pregabalin, USP is described chemically as (S)-3-(aminomethyl)-5-methylhexanoic acid. The molecular formula is C8H17NO2 and the molecular weight is 159.23. The chemical structure of pregabalin is. Pregabalin, USP is a white to off-white, crystalline solid with a pKa1 of 4.2 and a pKa2 of 10.6. It is freely soluble in water and both basic and acidic aqueous solutions. The log of the partition coefficient (n-octanol/0.05M phosphate buffer) at pH 7.4 is – 1.35. Pregabalin capsules are administered orally and are supplied as imprinted hard-shell capsules containing 25 mg, 50 mg, 75 mg, 100 mg, 150 mg, 200 mg, 225 mg, and 300 mg of pregabalin, USP along with pregelatinized starch, corn starch and talc as inactive ingredients. Capsule shells for 25 mg, 50 mg & 150 mg contains: gelatin & titanium dioxide. Capsule shells for 75 mg, 100 mg, 200 mg, 225 mg & 300 mg contains: gelatin, FD&C Blue No.1, FD&C Red No.40, FD&C Yellow No.6 and titanium dioxide. Imprinting ink contains: shellac, dehydrated alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, butyl alcohol, propylene glycol, strong ammonia solution, black iron oxide, potassium hydroxide and purified water."

"IndicationAndUsage": "INDICATIONS AND USAGE: NP Thyroid® tablets (thyroid tablets, USP) are indicated: 1. As replacement or supplemental therapy in patients with hypothyroidism of any etiology, except transient hypothyroidism during the recovery phase of subacute thyroiditis. This category includes cretinism, myxedema, and ordinary hypothyroidism in patients of any age (children, adults, the elderly), or state (including pregnancy); primary hypothyroidism resulting from functional deficiency, primary atrophy, partial or total absence of thyroid gland, or the effects of surgery, radiation, or drugs, with or without the presence of goiter; and secondary (pituitary), or tertiary (hypothalamic) hypothyroidism (See WARNINGS). 2. "Description": "NP Thyroid® (thyroid tablets, USP) for oral use is a natural preparation derived from porcine thyroid glands. They contain both tetraiodothyronine sodium (T4 levothyroxine) and triiodothyronine sodium (T3 liothyronine) providing 38 mcg levothyroxine (T4) and 9 mcg liothyronine (T3) per grain of thyroid. The inactive ingredients are calcium stearate, dextrose (agglomerated) and mineral oil. Contains no ingredient made from a gluten-containing grain (wheat, barley, rye)."

"Description": "Mirtazapine tablets, USP contain mirtazapine USP. Mirtazapine has a tetracyclic chemical structure and belongs to the piperazino-azepine group of compounds. It is designated 1,2,3,4,10,14b-hexahydro-2-methylpyrazino [2,1-a] pyrido [2,3-c][2] benzazepine and has the molecular formula of C17H19N3. Its molecular weight is 265.35. The structural formula is the following and it is the racemic mixture. Mirtazapine is a white to creamy white crystalline powder which is practically insoluble in water. Mirtazapine tablets, USP are available for oral administration as scored film-coated tablets containing 15 or 30 mg of mirtazapine USP, and unscored film-coated tablets containing 7.5 or 45 mg of mirtazapine USP. Each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, corn starch, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, and titanium dioxide. In addition, the 15 mg contains iron oxide yellow and 30 mg contains iron oxide red, iron oxide black, and iron oxide yellow."

The molecular formula is C20H22BrFN2O and its molecular weight is 405.35.Citalopram hydrobromide USP occurs as a fine, white to off-white powder. Citalopram hydrobromide is sparingly soluble in water and soluble in ethanol. Citalopram tablets, USP are for oral administration and are available as film-coated round and capsule shaped tablets. The strengths reflect citalopram base equivalent content. The 10 mg, 20 mg, and 40 mg strength tablets contain 12.49 mg, 24.98 mg, and 49.96 mg of citalopram hydrobromide, respectively. The 20 mg and 40 mg tablets are scored. Inactive ingredients: copovidone, corn starch, croscarmellose sodium, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, and titanium dioxide. Iron oxides are used as coloring agents in the peach (10 mg) and light pink (20 mg) tablets."

Metformin hydrochloride, USP is freely soluble in water and is practically insoluble in acetone, ether, and chloroform. The pKa of metformin is 12.4. The pH of a 1% aqueous solution of metformin hydrochloride is 6.68. Metformin hydrochloride tablets, USP contain 500 mg, 850 mg, or 1000 mg of metformin hydrochloride USP. Each tablet contains the inactive ingredients povidone and magnesium stearate. In addition, the coating for the 500 mg, 850 mg, and 1000 mg contains hypromellose and polyethylene glycol."

"Description": "Sertraline hydrochloride tablets USP contains sertraline hydrochloride, an SSRI. Sertraline hydrochloride has a molecular weight of 342.7 and has the following chemical name: (1S-cis)-4-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-N-methyl-1-naphthalenamine hydrochloride. The empirical formula C17H17NCl2HCl is represented by the following structural formula: Sertraline hydrochloride USP is a white crystalline powder that is slightly soluble in water and isopropyl alcohol, and sparingly soluble in ethanol. Sertraline hydrochloride tablets USP are supplied for oral administration as scored tablets contain 28 mg, 56 mg and 112 mg sertraline hydrochloride USP equivalent to 25 mg, 50 mg, and 100 mg of sertraline and the following inactive ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol, and polysorbate 80. Besides, 25 mg contains D&C yellow #10 aluminum lake, FD&C blue #1 aluminum lake, FD&C red #40 aluminum lake; 50 mg contains FD&C blue #2 aluminum lake; and 100 mg contains iron oxide yellow. Meets USP dissolution test 3."
