"IndicationAndUsage": "Palonosetron Hydrochloride Injection is a serotonin-3 (5-HT 3) receptor antagonist indicated in:. Adults for prevention of: : 1 acute and delayed nausea and vomiting associated with initial and repeat courses of moderately emetogenic cancer chemotherapy (MEC). ( 1) , 2 acute nausea and vomiting associated with initial and repeat courses of highly emetogenic cancer chemotherapy (HEC). ( 1) , 3 postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) for up to 24 hours following surgery. Efficacy beyond 24 hours has not been demonstrated ( 1) .",
"Description": "Palonosetron Hydrochloride Injection contains palonosetron as palonosetron HCl, an antiemetic and antinauseant agent. It is a serotonin-3 (5-HT 3) receptor antagonist with a strong binding affinity for this receptor. Chemically, palonosetron hydrochloride is: (3a S)-2-[( S)-1-Azabicyclo [2.2.2]oct-3-yl]-2,3,3a,4,5,6-hexahydro-1-oxo-1 H-benz[ de]isoquinoline hydrochloride. The empirical formula is C 19H 24N 2O.HCl, with a molecular weight of 332.87. Palonosetron hydrochloride exists as a single isomer and has the following structural formula:. Palonosetron hydrochloride is a white to off-white crystalline powder. It is freely soluble in water, soluble in propylene glycol, and slightly soluble in ethanol and 2-propanol. Palonosetron Hydrochloride Injection is a sterile, clear, colorless, non-pyrogenic, isotonic, buffered solution for intravenous administration. Palonosetron Hydrochloride Injection is available as a 5 mL single-dose vial. Each 5 mL vial contains: 0.25 mg palonosetron (equivalent to 0.28 mg palonosetron HCl), 207.5 mg mannitol and citrate buffer in water for intravenous administration. The pH of the solution in the 5 mL vial is 4.5 to 5.5."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Bupropion hydrochloride extended-release tablets (SR) are indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD), as defined by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM ). The efficacy of bupropion in the treatment of a major depressive episode was established in two 4-week controlled inpatient trials and one 6-week controlled outpatient trial of adult subjects with MDD [see Clinical Studies (14)]. The efficacy of bupropion in maintaining an antidepressant response for up to 44 weeks following 8 weeks of acute treatment was demonstrated in a placebo-controlled trial [see Clinical Studies (14)].",
"Description": "Bupropion Hydrochloride Extended-release Tablets, USP (SR), an antidepressant of the aminoketone class, is chemically unrelated to tricyclic, tetracyclic, selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitor, or other known antidepressant agents. Its structure closely resembles that of diethylpropion; it is related to phenylethylamines. It is designated as (±)-1-(3-chlorophenyl)-2-[(1,1‑ dimethylethyl)amino]-1-propanone hydrochloride. The molecular weight is 276.2. The molecular formula is C 13H 18ClNOHCl. Bupropion hydrochloride powder is white, crystalline, and highly soluble in water. It has a bitter taste and produces the sensation of local anesthesia on the oral mucosa. The structural formula is:. Bupropion Hydrochloride Extended-release Tablets, USP (SR) are supplied for oral administration as 100 mg, 150 mg, and 200 mg white to off-white, film-coated, extended-release tablets. Each tablet contains the labeled amount of bupropion hydrochloride, USP and the following inactive ingredients: hydroxypropyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal silicon dioxide, stearic acid, and magnesium stearate. The film coating contains lactose monohydrate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, titanium dioxide, and polyethylene glycol."

Vancomycin Injection, USP in the GALAXY container is a frozen, iso-osmotic, sterile, nonpyrogenic, premixed single-dose formulation. The composition of Vancomycin Injection, USP, available in the following strengths are: 1 500 mg/100 mL (5 mg/mL): containing 500 mg of vancomycin (equivalent to 513 mg of vancomycin hydrochloride); approximately 5 g of dextrose hydrous or 0.9 g of sodium chloride (equivalent to 354 mg total sodium content), 2 750 mg/150 mL (5 mg/mL): containing 750 mg of vancomycin (equivalent to 769 mg of vancomycin hydrochloride); approximately 7.5 g of dextrose hydrous or 1.35 g of sodium chloride (equivalent to 531 mg total sodium content), 3 1 g/200 mL (5 mg/mL): containing 1 g of vancomycin (equivalent to 1.025 g of vancomycin hydrochloride); approximately 10 g of dextrose hydrous or 1.8 g of sodium chloride (equivalent to 708 mg total sodium content), 4 1.25 g/250 mL (5 mg/mL): containing 1.25 g of vancomycin (equivalent to 1.281 g of vancomycin hydrochloride); approximately 12.5 g of dextrose hydrous., 5 1.5 g/300 mL (5 mg/mL): containing 1.5 g of vancomycin (equivalent to 1.538 g of vancomycin hydrochloride); approximately 15 g of dextrose hydrous."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Topiramate tablets are indicated for: 1 Epilepsy: initial monotherapy for the treatment of partial-onset or primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures in patients 2 years of age and older (1.1); adjunctive therapy for the treatment of partial-onset seizures, primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures, or seizures associated with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome in patients 2 years of age and older (1.2), 2 Preventive treatment of migraine in patients 12 years of age and older (1.3) .",
"Description": "Topiramate is a sulfamate-substituted monosaccharide. Topiramate tablets are available as 25 mg, 50 mg, 100 mg, and 200 mg circular tablets for oral administration. Topiramate USP is a white crystalline powder with a bitter taste. Topiramate is most soluble in alkaline solutions containing sodium hydroxide or sodium phosphate and having a pH of 9 to 10. It is freely soluble in acetone, chloroform, dimethylsulfoxide, and ethanol. The solubility in water is 9.8 mg/mL. Its saturated solution has a pH of 6.3. Topiramate has the molecular formula C12H21NO8S and a molecular weight of 339.36. Topiramate is designated chemically as 2,3:4,5-Di-O-isopropylidene-β-D-fructopyranose sulfamate and has the following structural formula. Topiramate tablets USP contain the following inactive ingredients: hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, pregelatinized starch (maize), sodium starch glycolate, and titanium dioxide. In addition, the 50 mg and 100 mg tablets contain iron oxide yellow and 200 mg tablet contains iron oxide red."
