"Description": "SPY AGENT GREEN (indocyanine green for injection, USP) is a water soluble, optical imaging agent which is reconstituted with Sterile Water for Injection, USP, for intravenous, interstitial or intradermal use. Each vial contains a sterile, lyophilized, green powder containing 25 mg of indocyanine green with not more than 5% sodium iodide. Hydrochloric acid or sodium hydroxide may be used to adjust the pH prior to lyophilization. The chemical name for Indocyanine Green is 1 HBenz[e]indolium, 2-[7-[1,3-dihydro-1,1-dimethyl-3-(4-sulfobutyl)-2H-benz[e] indol-2-ylidene]-1,3,5-heptatrienyl]-1,1-dimethyl-3-(4-sulfobutyl)-, hydroxide, inner salt, sodium salt. Molecular Formula: C 43H 47N 2NaO 6S 2; Molecular Mass: 774.96 g/mol, with the following structural formula:. Indocyanine green has a peak spectral absorption at 805 nm. SPY AGENT GREEN has a pH of 5.5 to 7.5 when reconstituted with Sterile Water for Injection, USP."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Lisdexamfetamine dimesylate capsules are indicated for the treatment of: 1 Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in adults and pediatric patients 6 years and older [see Clinical Studies (14.1)], 2 Moderate to severe binge eating disorder (BED) in adults [see Clinical Studies (14.2)].",
"Description": "Lisdexamfetamine dimesylate, a CNS stimulant, is for once-a-day oral administration. The chemical designation for lisdexamfetamine dimesylate is (2S)-2,6-diamino-N-[(1S)-1-methyl-2-phenylethyl]-hexanamide dimethanesulfonate. The molecular formula is C17H33N3O7S2, which corresponds to a molecular weight of 455.59. The chemical structure is. Lisdexamfetamine dimesylate is a white to off-white powder that is soluble in water (986 mg/mL). Lisdexamfetamine dimesylate capsules contain 10 mg, 20 mg, 30 mg, 40 mg, 50 mg, 60 mg and 70 mg of lisdexamfetamine dimesylate (equivalent to 5.8 mg, 11.6 mg, 17.3 mg, 23.1 mg, 28.9 mg, 34.7 mg, and 40.5 mg of lisdexamfetamine). Inactive ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, gelatin, titanium dioxide and sodium lauryl sulfate. The ink ingredients common for all strengths are shellac, propylene glycol, strong ammonia solution, black iron oxide and potassium hydroxide. Each strength capsule also contains colorant ingredients in the capsule shell as follows. 10 mg: FD&C Red No. 320 mg: Iron Oxide Yellow30 mg: FD&C Red No. 3 and FD&C Yellow No. 640 mg: FD&C Red No. 3 and FD&C Blue No. 150 mg: FD&C Red No. 3 and FD&C Blue No. 160 mg: FD&C Red No. 3 and FD&C Blue No. 170 mg: FD&C Blue No. 1 and D&C Red 28."

"IndicationAndUsage": "INVOKANA (canagliflozin) is indicated: 1 as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus., 2 to reduce the risk of major adverse cardiovascular events (cardiovascular death, nonfatal myocardial infarction and nonfatal stroke) in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus and established cardiovascular disease (CVD)., 3 to reduce the risk of end-stage kidney disease (ESKD), doubling of serum creatinine, cardiovascular (CV) death, and hospitalization for heart failure in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus and diabetic nephropathy with albuminuria greater than 300 mg/day.",
"Description": "INVOKANA ®(canagliflozin) contains canagliflozin, an inhibitor of SGLT2, the transporter responsible for reabsorbing the majority of glucose filtered by the kidney. Canagliflozin, the active ingredient of INVOKANA, is chemically known as (1 S)-1,5-anhydro-1-[3-[[5-(4-fluorophenyl)-2-thienyl]methyl]-4-methylphenyl]-D-glucitol hemihydrate and its molecular formula and weight are C 24H 25FO 5S∙1/2 H 2O and 453.53, respectively. The structural formula for canagliflozin is:. Canagliflozin is practically insoluble in aqueous media from pH 1.1 to 12.9. INVOKANA is supplied as film-coated tablets for oral administration, containing 102 and 306 mg of canagliflozin in each tablet strength, corresponding to 100 mg and 300 mg of canagliflozin (anhydrous), respectively. Inactive ingredients of the core tablet are croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl cellulose, lactose anhydrous, magnesium stearate, and microcrystalline cellulose. The magnesium stearate is vegetable-sourced. The tablets are finished with a commercially available film-coating consisting of the following excipients: polyvinyl alcohol (partially hydrolyzed), titanium dioxide, macrogol/PEG, talc, and iron oxide yellow, E172 (100 mg tablet only)."

"Description": "RISPERDAL CONSTA ®contains risperidone, an atypical antipsychotic belonging to the chemical class of benzisoxazole derivatives. The chemical designation is 3-[2-[4-(6-fluoro-1,2-benzisoxazol-3-yl)-1-piperidinyl]ethyl]-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-2-methyl-4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-4-one. Its molecular formula is C 23 H 27 FN 4O 2 and its molecular weight is 410.49. The structural formula is:. Risperidone is practically insoluble in water, freely soluble in methylene chloride, and soluble in methanol and 0.1 NHCl. RISPERDAL CONSTA (risperidone) Long-Acting Injection is a combination of extended-release microspheres for injection and diluent for parenteral use. The extended-release microspheres formulation is a white to off-white, free-flowing powder that is available in dosage strengths of 12.5 mg, 25 mg, 37.5 mg, or 50 mg risperidone per vial. Risperidone is micro-encapsulated in 7525 polylactide-co-glycolide (PLG) at a concentration of 381 mg risperidone per gram of microspheres. The diluent for parenteral use is a clear, colorless solution. Composition of the diluent includes 1 mg/mL citric acid anhydrous, 1.27 mg/mL disodium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, 1 mg/mL polysorbate 20, 22.5 mg/mL sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 6 mg/mL sodium chloride, 0.54 mg/mL sodium hydroxide, and water for injection. The microspheres are suspended in the diluent prior to injection. RISPERDAL CONSTA is provided as a single-use dose pack, consisting of a vial containing the microspheres, a pre-filled syringe containing the diluent, a vial adapter, and two Terumo SurGuard 3 Needles (a 21 G UTW 1-inch needle with needle protection device for deltoid administration and a 20 G TW 2-inch needle with needle protection device for gluteal administration)."

"Description": "Fluconazole, the first of a new subclass of synthetic triazole antifungal agents, is available as tablets for oral administration, as a powder for oral suspension. Fluconazole is designated chemically as 2,4-difluoro-α,α1-bis(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-ylmethyl) benzyl alcohol with an empirical formula of C13H12F2N6O and molecular weight of 306.3. The structural formula is. Fluconazole is a white crystalline solid which is slightly soluble in water and saline. Fluconazole Tablets contain 50 mg, 100 mg, 150 mg, or 200 mg of fluconazole and the following inactive ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate anhydrous, povidone, croscarmellose sodium, FD&C Red No. 40 aluminum lake dye, and magnesium stearate. Fluconazole for Oral Suspension contains 350 mg or 1400 mg of fluconazole and the following inactive ingredients: sucrose, sodium citrate dihydrate, citric acid anhydrous, sodium benzoate, titanium dioxide, colloidal silicon dioxide, xanthan gum, and natural orange flavor. After reconstitution with 24 mL of distilled water or Purified Water (USP), each mL of reconstituted suspension contains 10 mg or 40 mg of fluconazole."

Fluconazole is designated chemically as 2,4-difluoro-α,α1-bis(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-ylmethyl) benzyl alcohol with an empirical formula of C13H12F2N6O and molecular weight of 306.3. The structural formula is. Fluconazole is a white crystalline solid which is slightly soluble in water and saline. Each Fluconazole Tablet USP contains either 50 mg, 100 mg, 150 mg, or 200 mg of fluconazole USP and the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, dibasic calcium phosphate anhydrous, FD&C Red No. 40 aluminum lake, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and povidone. The structural formula is. structure Fluconazole, USP is a white or almost white crystalline powder which is freely soluble in methanol; soluble in alcohol and in acetone; sparingly soluble in isopropanol and in chloroform; slightly soluble in water; very slightly soluble in toluene. Fluconazole Tablets, USP contain 50 mg, 100 mg, 150 mg, or 200 mg of fluconazole, USP and the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, dibasic calcium phosphate anhydrous, FD&C Red No. 40, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and povidone K-30."
