"IndicationAndUsage": "Olanzapine is an atypical antipsychotic indicated. As oral formulation for the. Treatment of schizophrenia. ( 1.1). Adults: Efficacy was established in three clinical trials in patients with schizophrenia: two 6-week trials and one maintenance trial. ( 14.1). Adolescents (ages 13 to 17): Efficacy was established in one 6-week trial in patients with schizophrenia ( 14.1). The increased potential (in adolescents compared with adults) for weight gain and dyslipidemia may lead clinicians to consider prescribing other drugs first in adolescents. ( 1.1). Acute treatment of manic or mixed episodes associated with bipolar I disorder and maintenance treatment of bipolar I disorder. ( 1.2). Adults: Efficacy was established in three clinical trials in patients with manic or mixed episodes of bipolar I disorder: two 3- to 4-week trials and one maintenance trial. ( 14.2). The chemical designation is 2-methyl-4-(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)- 10H-thieno[2,3- b] [1,5]benzodiazepine. The molecular formula is C17H20N4S, which corresponds to a molecular weight of 312.44. The chemical structure is. Olanzapine, USP is a yellow crystalline solid, which is practically insoluble in water. Olanzapine tablets, USP are intended for oral administration only. Each tablet contains olanzapine equivalent to 2.5 mg (8 μmol), 5 mg (16 μmol), 7.5 mg (24 μmol), 10 mg (32 μmol), 15 mg (48 μmol), or 20 mg (64 μmol). Inactive ingredients are crospovidone, magnesium stearate, mannitol and microcrystalline cellulose. For olanzapine tablets, USP: Meets USP Dissolution Test 2. Olanzapine orally disintegrating tablets, USP are intended for oral administration only. Each orally disintegrating tablet contains olanzapine equivalent to 5 mg (16 μmol), 10 mg (32 μmol), 15 mg (48 μmol) or 20 mg (64 μmol). It begins disintegrating in the mouth within seconds, allowing its contents to be subsequently swallowed with or without liquid. Olanzapine orally disintegrating tablets, USP also contain the following inactive ingredients: aspartame, crospovidone, magnesium stearate, mannitol and microcrystalline cellulose. For olanzapine orally disintegrating tablets, USP: Meets USP Disintegration Test 2."

Each tablet contains olanzapine equivalent to 2.5 mg (8 μmol), 5 mg (16 μmol), 7.5 mg (24 μmol), 10 mg (32 μmol), 15 mg (48 μmol), or 20 mg (64 μmol). "IndicationAndUsage": "For steroid-responsive inflammatory ocular conditions for which a corticosteroid is indicated and where bacterial infection or a risk of bacterial ocular infection exists. Ocular corticosteroids are indicated in inflammatory conditions of the palpebral and bulbar conjunctiva, cornea, and anterior segment of the globe where the inherent risk of corticosteroids use in certain infective conjunctivitides is accepted to obtain a diminution in edema and inflammation. They are also indicated in chronic anterior uveitis and corneal injury from chemical, radiation or thermal burns; or penetration of foreign bodies. The use of a combination drug with an anti-infective component is indicated where the risk of infection is high or where there is an expectation that potentially dangerous numbers of bacteria will be present in the eye. The particular anti-infective drug in this product is active against the following common bacterial eye pathogens: Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Haemophilus influenzae, Klebsiella/Enterobacter species, Neisseria species, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. This product does not provide adequate coverage against: Serratia marcescens and streptococci, including Streptococcus pneumoniae.",
"Description": "Neomycin and polymyxin B sulfates and dexamethasone ophthalmic suspension is a multiple dose anti-infective steroid combination in sterile suspension form for topical application. The chemical structure for the active ingredient, dexamethasone, is. Established Name. dexamethasone. Chemical Name. pregna-1, 4-diene-3, 20-dione, 9-fluoro-11,17, 21-trihydroxy-16-methyl-, (11β, 16α)-. The other active ingredients are neomycin sulfate and polymyxin B sulfate. Each mL contains: Actives: neomycin sulfate equivalent to neomycin 3.5 mg, polymyxin B sulfate 10,000 units, dexamethasone 0.1%. Preservative: benzalkonium chloride 0.004%. "Description": "Hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen is supplied in liquid form for oral administration. Warning: May be habit forming (see PRECAUTIONS, Information for Patients, and DRUG ABUSE AND DEPENDENCE). Hydrocodone bitartrate is an opioid analgesic and antitussive which occurs as fine, white crystals or as a crystalline powder. It is affected by light. The chemical name is 4,5α-epoxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmorphinan-6-one tartrate (1:1) hydrate (2:5). It has the following structural formula. Acetaminophen, 4'-hydroxyacetanilide, a slightly bitter, white, odorless, crystalline powder, is a non-opiate, non-salicylate analgesic and antipyretic. It has the following structural formula. Hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen oral solution contains. In addition hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen oral solution contains the following inactive ingredients: citric acid, glycerin, methylparaben, propylene glycol, purified water, saccharin sodium, sorbitol solution, sucrose, with D&C Yellow No. 10 as coloring and natural and artificial flavoring."

"Description": "Eletriptan Hydrobromide Tablets (eletriptan hydrobromide) contain eletriptan hydrobromide, which is a selective 5-hydroxytryptamine 1B/1D (5-HT1B/1D) receptor agonist. Eletriptan hydrobromide is chemically designated as (R)-3-[(1-Methyl-2-pyrrolidinyl)methyl]-5-[2-(phenylsulfonyl)ethyl]-1H-indole monohydrobromide, and it has the following chemical structure. The empirical formula is C22H26N2O2S . HBr, representing a molecular weight of 463.43. Eletriptan hydrobromide is a white to light pale colored powder that is readily soluble in water. Each Eletriptan Hydrobromide Tablets Tablet for oral administration contains 25.17 mg or 50.34 mg of eletriptan hydrobromide equivalent to 20 mg or 40 mg of eletriptan, respectively. Emtricitabine and tenofovir disoproxil fumarate tablet is a two-drug combination of emtricitabine (FTC) and tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF), both HIV-1 nucleoside analog reverse transcriptase inhibitors, and is indicated: 1 in combination with other antiretroviral agents for the treatment of HIV-1 infection in adults and pediatric patients weighing at least 17 kg.",
"Description": "Emtricitabine and tenofovir disoproxil fumarate tablets are fixed-dose combination tablets containing emtricitabine (FTC) and tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF). FTC is a synthetic nucleoside analog of cytidine. TDF is converted in vivo to tenofovir, an acyclic nucleoside phosphonate (nucleotide) analog of adenosine 5′-monophosphate. Both FTC and tenofovir exhibit inhibitory activity against HIV-1 reverse transcriptase. Emtricitabine: The chemical name of emtricitabine (FTC) is 5-fluoro-1-(2 R,5 S)-[2-(hydroxymethyl)-1,3-oxathiolan-5-yl]cytosine. Emtricitabine (FTC) is the (-) enantiomer of a thio analog of cytidine, which differs from other cytidine analogs in that it has a fluorine in the 5-position. It has a molecular formula of C 8H 10FN 3O 3S and a molecular weight of 247.24 g/mol. It has the following structural formula:. Emtricitabine (FTC) is a white to almost white crystalline powder with a solubility of approximately 112 mg/mL in water at 25 ᵒC. The partition coefficient (log p) for emtricitabine is −0.43 and the pKa is 2.65. Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate: Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF) is a fumaric acid salt of the bis-isopropoxycarbonyloxymethyl ester derivative of tenofovir. The chemical name of tenofovir DF is 9-[( R)-2 [[bis[[(isopropoxycarbonyl)oxy]- methoxy]phosphinyl]methoxy]propyl]adenine fumarate (1:1). It has a molecular formula of C 19H 30N 5O 10P C 4H 4O 4 and a molecular weight of 635.52 g/mol. It has the following structural formula:. Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate is a white to off-white powder with a solubility of 13.4 mg/mL in water at 25 ᵒC. The partition coefficient (log p) for tenofovir disoproxil is 1.25 and the pKa is 3.75. All dosages are expressed in terms of TDF except where otherwise noted. "IndicationAndUsage": "Prednisone Tablets, USP are indicated in the following conditions. 1. Endocrine Disorders. Primary or secondary adrenocortical insufficiency (hydrocortisone or cortisone is the first choice; synthetic analogs may be used in conjunction with mineralocorticoids where applicable; in infancy mineralocorticoid supplementation is of particular importance) Congenital adrenal hyperplasia Hypercalcemia associated with cancer Nonsuppurative thyroiditis. 2. Rheumatic Disorders. As adjunctive therapy for short-term administration (to tide the patient over an acute episode or exacerbation) in: Psoriatic arthritis Rheumatoid arthritis, including juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (selected cases may require low-dose maintenance therapy) Ankylosing spondylitis Acute and subacute bursitis Acute nonspecific tenosynovitis Acute gouty arthritis Post-traumatic osteoarthritis Synovitis of osteoarthritis Epicondylitis. 3. Collagen Diseases. During an exacerbation or as maintenance therapy in selected cases of: Systemic lupus erythematosus Systemic dermatomyositis (polymyositis) Acute rheumatic carditis. 4. Dermatologic Diseases Pemphigus Bullous dermatitis herpetiformis Severe erythema multiforme (Stevens-Johnson syndrome) Exfoliative dermatitis Mycosis fungoides Severe psoriasis Severe seborrheic dermatitis. 5. Allergic States. Control of severe or incapacitating allergic conditions intractable to adequate trials of conventional treatment. Seasonal or perennial allergic rhinitis Bronchial asthma Contact dermatitis Atopic dermatitis Serum sickness Drug hypersensitivity reactions. 6. Ophthalmic Diseases. Severe acute and chronic allergic and inflammatory processes involving the eye and its adnexa such as. Allergic corneal marginal ulcers Herpes zoster ophthalmicus Anterior segment inflammation Diffuse posterior uveitis and choroiditis Sympathetic ophthalmia Allergic conjunctivitis Keratitis Chorioretinitis Optic neuritis Iritis and iridocyclitis. 7. Respiratory Diseases. Symptomatic sarcoidosis Loeffler’s syndrome not manageable by other means Berylliosis Fulminating or disseminated pulmonary tuberculosis when used concurrently with appropriate antituberculous chemotherapy Aspiration pneumonitis. 8. Hematologic Disorders. To tide the patient over a critical period of the disease in. Ulcerative colitis Regional enteritis. 12. Nervous System. Acute exacerbations of multiple sclerosis. 13. Miscellaneous. Tuberculous meningitis with subarachnoid block or, impending block when used concurrently with appropriate antituberculous chemotherapy Trichinosis with neurologic or myocardial involvement.",
"Description": "Prednisone, USP is a glucocorticoid. Glucocorticoids are adrenocortical steroids, both naturally occurring and synthetic, which are readily absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract. Prednisone, USP is a white to practically white, odorless, crystalline powder. It is very slightly soluble in water; slightly soluble in alcohol, in chloroform, in dioxane, and in methanol. The chemical name for prednisone is pregna-1,4-diene-3,11,20-trione, 17,21-dihydroxy- and its molecular weight is 358.43 The structural formula is represented below:. Prednisone Tablets, USP are available in 5 strengths: 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg, and 50 mg. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive Ingredients: Lactose Monohydrate, Magnesium Stearate, Pregelatinized Starch, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and Sodium Starch Glycolate. Also Prednisone Tablets USP, 20 mg contains FD & C yellow # 6, aluminum lake, HT 15-18%."

"Description": "Lisdexamfetamine dimesylate capsules, a CNS stimulant, are for once-a-day oral administration. The chemical designation for lisdexamfetamine dimesylate is (2S)-2,6-diamino-N-[(1S)-1-methyl-2-phenylethyl] hexanamide dimethanesulfonate. The molecular formula is C15H25N3O∙(CH4O3S)2, which corresponds to a molecular weight of 455.60. The chemical structure is. Lisdexamfetamine dimesylate is a white to off-white powder that is soluble in water (792 mg/mL). Lisdexamfetamine dimesylate capsules contain 10 mg, 20 mg, 30 mg, 40 mg, 50 mg, 60 mg, and 70 mg of lisdexamfetamine dimesylate (equivalent to 5.8 mg, 11.6 mg, 17.3 mg, 23.1 mg, 28.9 mg, 34.7 mg, and 40.5 mg of lisdexamfetamine). Inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, and microcrystalline cellulose. The capsule shells (imprinted with RP##) contain gelatin, titanium dioxide, and one or more of the following: D&C Red #28, FD&C Blue #1, FD&C Red #3, FD&C Red #40, FD&C Yellow #6, Iron Oxide Black, Iron Oxide Red, and Iron Oxide Yellow. Additionally, the imprint ink contains the following non-volatile ingredients: shellac, black iron oxide, and potassium hydroxide."

The molecular formula is C20H21FN2O C2H2O4 and the molecular weight is 414.40. Escitalopram oxalate, USP occurs as a fine, white to slightly-yellow powder and is freely soluble in methanol and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), soluble in isotonic saline solution, sparingly soluble in water and ethanol, slightly soluble in ethyl acetate, and insoluble in heptane. Escitalopram tablets are film-coated, round tablets containing escitalopram oxalate in strengths equivalent to 5 mg, 10 mg, and 20 mg escitalopram base. The 10 mg and 20 mg tablets are scored. "Description": "Hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen is supplied in liquid form for oral administration. WARNING: May be habit-forming (see PRECAUTIONS, Information for Patients, and DRUG ABUSE AND DEPENDENCE). Hydrocodone bitartrate is an opioid analgesic and antitussive and occurs as fine, white crystals or as a crystalline powder. It is affected by light. The chemical name is 4,5α-epoxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmorphinan-6-one tartrate (1:1) hydrate (2:5). It has the following structural formula. C18H21NO3 ● C4H6O6 ● 2 ½ H20. M.W. 494.490. Acetaminophen, 4’-hydroxyacetanilide, a slightly bitter, white, odorless, crystalline powder, is a non-opiate, non-salicylate analgesic and antipyretic. It has the following structural formula. C8H9NO2. MW = 151.16. LORTAB Elixir contains: Per Per. 5 mL 15 mL. Hydrocodone Bitartrate.............................2.5 mg 7.5 mg. "Description": "Bupivacaine hydrochloride injection, USP contains bupivacaine hydrochloride, USP an amide local anesthetic, as the active pharmaceutical ingredient.
