"IndicationAndUsage": "Vancomycin Hydrochloride for Injection is a glycopeptide antibacterial indicated in adult and pediatric patients (neonates and older) for the treatment of: : 1 Septicemia (1.1), 2 Infective Endocarditis (1.2), 3 Skin and Skin Structure Infections (1.3) , 4 Bone Infections (1.4), 5 Lower Respiratory Tract Infections (1.5).",
"Description": "Vancomycin Hydrochloride for Injection, USP, contains the hydrochloride salt of vancomycin, a tricyclic glycopeptide antibacterial derived from Amycolatopsis orientalis (formerly Nocardia orientalis). The chemical name for vancomycin hydrochloride, USP is (Sa)-(3S,6R,7R,22R,23S,26S,36R,38aR)-44-[[2-O-(3-Amino-2,3,6-trideoxy-3-C-methyl-α-L-lyxo-hexopyranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]oxy]-3-(carbamoylmethyl)-10,19-dichloro-2,3,4,5,6,7,23,24,25,26,36,37,38,38a-tetradecahydro-7,22,28,30,32-pentahydroxy-6-[(2R)-4-methyl-2-(methylamino)valeramido]-2, 5, 24,38,39-pentaoxo-22H-8,11:18,21-dietheno-23,36-(iminomethano)-13,16:31,35-dimetheno-1H,16H-[l, 6,9]oxadiazacyclohexadecino[4,5-m][10,2,16]-benzoxadiazacyclotetracosine-26-carboxylic acid, monohydrochloride. The molecular formula is C66H75Cl2N9O24 HCl and the molecular weight is 1,485.71. Vancomycin hydrochloride, USP has the following structural formula:. Vancomycin Hydrochloride for Injection, USP is a sterile off-white to light tan colored lyophilized plug or powder for injection. Vancomycin Hydrochloride for Injection, USP is supplied in single-dose vials, containing 256 mg, 769 mg, 1.28 g, 1.54 g, 1.79 g or 2.05 g of vancomycin hydrochloride, USP equivalent to 250 mg, 750 mg, 1.25 g, 1.5 g, 1.75 g or 2 g of vancomycin base. The lyophilized powder is reconstituted with Sterile Water for Injection, USP which forms a clear, colorless or light to dark tan solution and subsequently diluted prior to intravenous administration [see Dosage and Administration (2.5)]."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Cidofovir is indicated for the treatment of CMV retinitis in patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). THE SAFETY AND EFFICACY OF CIDOFOVIR INJECTION HAVE NOT BEEN ESTABLISHED FOR TREATMENT OF OTHER CMV INFECTIONS (SUCH AS PNEUMONITIS OR GASTROENTERITIS), CONGENITAL OR NEONATAL CMV DISEASE, OR CMV DISEASE IN NON-HIV-INFECTED INDIVIDUALS.",
"Description": "The chemical name of cidofovir is 1-[(S)-3-hydroxy-2-(phosphonomethoxy)propyl]cytosine dihydrate (HPMPC), with the molecular formula of C8H14N3O6P2H2O and a molecular weight of 315.22 (279.19 for anhydrous). The chemical structure is. Cidofovir, USP is a white crystalline powder with an aqueous solubility of ≥ 170 mg/mL at pH 6 to 8 and a log P (octanol/aqueous buffer, pH 7.1) value of -3.3. Cidofovir injection, USP is a sterile, hypertonic aqueous solution for intravenous infusion only. The solution is clear and colorless. It is supplied in clear glass vials, each containing 375 mg of anhydrous cidofovir in 5 mL aqueous solution at a concentration of 75 mg/mL. The formulation is pH-adjusted to 7.4 with sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid and contains no preservatives. The appropriate volume of cidofovir injection must be removed from the single-dose vial and diluted prior to administration (see DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION)."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Vecuronium bromide is indicated as an adjunct to general anesthesia, to facilitate endotracheal intubation and to provide skeletal muscle relaxation during surgery or mechanical ventilation.",
"Description": "Vecuronium Bromide for Injection is a nondepolarizing neuromuscular blocking agent of intermediate duration, chemically designated as 1-(3α,17β-Dihydroxy-2β-piperidino-5α- androstan-16β,5α-yl)-1-methylpiperidinium bromide, diacetate. The structural formula is:. Its chemical formula is C34H57BrN2O4 with molecular weight 637.73. Vecuronium Bromide for Injection is supplied as a sterile nonpyrogenic white lyophilized cake of very fine microscopic crystalline particles for intravenous injection only. Each vial contains 10 mg or 20 mg of vecuronium bromide, USP. In addition, each 10 mg vial contains 20.75 mg citric acid anhydrous, 16.25 mg sodium phosphate dibasic anhydrous, 97 mg mannitol (to adjust tonicity), sodium hydroxide and/or phosphoric acid to buffer and adjust to a pH range of 3.5 to 4.5. Each 20 mg vial contains 41.5 mg citric acid anhydrous, 32.5 mg sodium phosphate dibasic anhydrous, 194 mg mannitol (to adjust tonicity), sodium hydroxide and/or phosphoric acid to buffer and adjust to a pH range of 3.5 to 4.5."

"Description": "Eptifibatide is a cyclic heptapeptide containing 6 amino acids and 1 mercaptopropionyl (des-amino cysteinyl) residue. An interchain disulfide bridge is formed between the cysteine amide and the mercaptopropionyl moieties. Chemically it is N6-(aminoiminomethyl)-N2-(3-mercapto-1-oxopropyl)-L‑lysylglycyl-L-α-aspartyl-L-tryptophyl-L-prolyl-L-cysteinamide, cyclic (1→6)-disulfide. Eptifibatide binds to the platelet receptor glycoprotein (GP) IIb/IIIa of human platelets and inhibits platelet aggregation. The eptifibatide peptide is produced by solution-phase peptide synthesis, and is purified by preparative reverse-phase liquid chromatography and lyophilized. The structural formula is. "Description": "Vancomycin Hydrochloride for Injection, USP, contains the hydrochloride salt of vancomycin, a tricyclic glycopeptide antibacterial derived from Amycolatopsis orientalis (formerly Nocardia orientalis). The chemical name for vancomycin hydrochloride, USP is (Sa)-(3S,6R,7R,22R,23S,26S,36R,38aR)-44-[[2-O-(3-Amino-2,3,6-trideoxy-3-C-methyl-α-L-lyxo-hexopyranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]oxy]-3-(carbamoylmethyl)-10,19-dichloro-2,3,4,5,6,7,23,24,25,26,36,37,38,38a-tetradecahydro-7,22,28,30,32-pentahydroxy-6-[(2R)-4-methyl-2-(methylamino)valeramido]-2, 5, 24,38,39-pentaoxo-22H-8,11:18,21-dietheno-23,36-(iminomethano)-13,16:31,35-dimetheno-1H,16H-[l, 6,9]oxadiazacyclohexadecino[4,5-m][10,2,16]-benzoxadiazacyclotetracosine-26-carboxylic acid, monohydrochloride. "IndicationAndUsage": "Fosaprepitant for injection, in combination with other antiemetic agents, is indicated in adults and pediatric patients 6 months of age and older for the prevention of: 1 acute and delayed nausea and vomiting associated with initial and repeat courses of highly emetogenic cancer chemotherapy (HEC) including high-dose cisplatin. , 2 delayed nausea and vomiting associated with initial and repeat courses of moderately emetogenic cancer chemotherapy (MEC). .",
"Description": "Fosaprepitant for injection is a sterile, lyophilized formulation containing fosaprepitant dimeglumine, a prodrug of aprepitant, a substance P/neurokinin-1 (NK1) receptor antagonist, an antiemetic agent, chemically described as 1-Deoxy-1-(methylamino)-D-glucitol[3-[[(2R,3S)-2-[(1R)-1-[3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]ethoxy]-3-(4-fluorophenyl)-4-morpholinyl]methyl]-2,5-dihydro-5-oxo-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl]phosphonate (2:1) (salt). Its empirical formula is C23H22F7N4O6P⋅2(C7H17NO5) and its structural formula is. Fosaprepitant dimeglumine is a white to off-white amorphous powder with a molecular weight of 1004.83. It is freely soluble in methanol and water, insoluble in acetone and ethanol. Each vial of fosaprepitant for injection for administration as an intravenous infusion contains 150 mg of fosaprepitant (equivalent to 245.3 mg of fosaprepitant dimeglumine) and the following inactive ingredients: edetate disodium (18.8 mg), polysorbate 80 (75 mg), lactose anhydrous (375 mg), sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid (for pH adjustment)."

"Description": "MIRAPEX ER tablets contain pramipexole dihydrochloride (as a monohydrate). Pramipexole is a non-ergot dopamine agonist. The chemical name of pramipexole dihydrochloride monohydrate is (S)-2-amino-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-6-(propylamino)benzothiazole dihydrochloride monohydrate. "Description": "MIRAPEX ER tablets contain pramipexole dihydrochloride (as a monohydrate). Pramipexole is a non-ergot dopamine agonist.
