"Description": "The topical corticosteroids constitute a class of primarily synthetic steroids used as anti-inflammatory and anti-pruritic agents. The steroids in this class include triamcinolone acetonide. Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream USP contains Triamcinolone Acetonide [Pregna-1,4 -diene-3,20 -dione,9 -fluoro -11,21-dihydro xy-16 ,17-[(1-methylethylidene)bis- (oxy)]-, (11β,16 α)-], with the empirical formula C24H31FO6 and molecular weight 434.50 .CAS 76-25-5. The structural formula is. "Description": "Methylphenidate hydrochloride oral solution contains methylphenidate hydrochloride a CNS stimulant. It is available as an oral solution in 5 mg/5 mL and 10 mg/5 mL strengths for oral administration. Chemically, methylphenidate hydrochloride is (d, l (racemic) methyl α-phenyl-2-piperidineacetate hydrochloride and its structural formula is. Methylphenidate Hydrochloride. C14H19NO2 HCl MW = 269.77. Methylphenidate hydrochloride USP is a white, odorless, fine crystalline powder. Its solutions are acid to litmus. It is freely soluble in water and in methanol, soluble in alcohol, and slightly soluble in chloroform and in acetone. Each mL of methylphenidate hydrochloride oral solution 5 mg/5 mL contains 1 mg of methylphenidate hydrochloride USP. Each mL of methylphenidate hydrochloride oral solution 10 mg/5 mL contains 2 mg of methylphenidate hydrochloride USP. Methylphenidate hydrochloride oral solution also contains the following inactive ingredients: glycerin, polyethylene glycol 1450, hydrochloric acid, grape 501417C and purified water."

"Description": "Methylphenidate hydrochloride extended-release tablets contains methylphenidate hydrochloride, a CNS stimulant. It is available as extended-release tablets of 20 mg strength for oral administration. Methylphenidate hydrochloride is methyl α-phenyl-2-piperidineacetate hydrochloride, and its structural formula is. Methylphenidate hydrochloride USP is a white, fine, crystalline powder. Freely soluble in water and in methanol, sparingly soluble in alcohol and chloroform, and practically insoluble in acetone. Its molecular weight is 269.77 g/mol. Methylphenidate hydrochloride extended-release tablets contains the following inactive ingredients: hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, talc. FDA approved dissolution acceptance criteria differs from the USP dissolution acceptance criteria."

Its solutions are acid to litmus. It is freely soluble in water and in methanol, soluble in alcohol, and slightly soluble in chloroform and in acetone. Its molecular weight is 269.77 g/mol. Chemically, dexmethylphenidate hydrochloride is methyl α-phenyl-2-piperidineacetate hydrochloride, (R,R’)-(+)-. Its molecular formula is C14H19NO2HCl. Its structural formula is. Note: * = asymmetric carbon centers. Dexmethylphenidate hydrochloride is a white to off-white powder. Its solutions are acid to litmus. It is freely soluble in water and in methanol, soluble in alcohol, and slightly soluble in chloroform and in acetone. Its molecular weight is 269.77 g/mol. The chemical name of linagliptin is 1H-Purine-2,6-dione, 8-[(3R)-3-amino-1-piperidinyl]-7-(2-butyn-1-yl)-3,7-dihydro-3-methyl-1-[(4-methyl-2-quinazolinyl)methyl]-. The molecular formula is C25H28N8O2 and the molecular weight is 472.54 g/mol. The structural formula is. Linagliptin is a white to yellowish, not or only slightly hygroscopic solid substance. It is very slightly soluble in water (0.9 mg/mL). Linagliptin is soluble in methanol (ca. 60 mg/mL), sparingly soluble in ethanol (ca. 10 mg/mL), very slightly soluble in isopropanol (<1 mg/mL), and very slightly soluble in acetone (ca. 1 mg/mL). Each film-coated tablet of TRADJENTA contains 5 mg of linagliptin free base and the following inactive ingredients: copovidone, corn starch, magnesium stearate, mannitol, and pregelatinized starch. In addition, the film coating contains the following inactive ingredients: hypromellose, polyethylene glycol, red ferric oxide, talc, and titanium dioxide."

JENTADUETO is not recommended in patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus. JENTADUETO has not been studied in patients with a history of pancreatitis. It is unknown whether patients with a history of pancreatitis are at an increased risk for the development of pancreatitis while using JENTADUETO [see Warnings and Precautions (5.2)].",

Metformin HCl is freely soluble in water and is practically insoluble in acetone, ether, and chloroform. The pKa of metformin is 12.4. The pH of a 1% aqueous solution of metformin hydrochloride is 6.68. The structural formula is. JENTADUETO.
