"IndicationAndUsage": "Capecitabine is a nucleoside metabolic inhibitor indicated for. Colorectal Cancer. ● adjuvant treatment of patients with Stage III colon cancer as a single agent or as a component of a combination chemotherapy regimen. ( 1.1). ● perioperative treatment of adults with locally advanced rectal cancer as a component of chemoradiotherapy.( 1.1). ● treatment of patients with unresectable or metastatic colorectal cancer as a single agent or as a component of a combination chemotherapy regimen. ( 1.1). Breast Cancer. ● treatment of patients with advanced or metastatic breast cancer as a single agent if an anthracycline- or taxane-containing chemotherapy is not indicated. ( 1.2). ● treatment of patients with advanced or metastatic breast cancer in combination with docetaxel after disease progression on prior anthracycline-containing chemotherapy. ( 1.2). Gastric, Esophageal, or Gastroesophageal Junction Cancer. ● treatment of adults with unresectable or metastatic gastric, esophageal, or gastroesophageal junction cancer as a component of a combination chemotherapy regimen. ( 1.3). ● treatment of adults with HER2-overexpressing metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma who have not received prior treatment for metastatic disease as a component of a combination regimen. ( 1.3). Pancreatic Cancer. ● adjuvant treatment of adults with pancreatic adenocarcinoma as a component of a combination chemotherapy regimen. ( 1.4).",
"Description": "Capecitabine is a nucleoside metabolic inhibitor. The chemical name is 5’-deoxy-5-fluoro-N- [(pentyloxy) carbonyl]-cytidine and has a molecular formula of C 15H 22FN 3O 6 and a molecular weight of 359.35. Capecitabine has the following structural formula:. Capecitabine is a white to off-white crystalline powder with an aqueous solubility of 26 mg/mL at 20°C. Capecitabine tablets, USP are supplied as biconvex, oblong film-coated tablets for oral administration. Each light peach-colored tablet contains 150 mg capecitabine and each peach-colored tablet contains 500 mg capecitabine. The inactive ingredients in capecitabine tablets include: anhydrous lactose, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose and magnesium stearate. The peach or light peach film coating contains hypromellose, purified talc, titanium dioxide and ferric oxide red and ferric oxide yellow."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Xylocaine (lidocaine HCl) Injections are indicated for production of local or regional anesthesia by infiltration techniques such as percutaneous injection and intravenous regional anesthesia by peripheral nerve block techniques such as brachial plexus and intercostal and by central neural techniques such as lumbar and caudal epidural blocks, when the accepted procedures for these techniques as described in standard textbooks are observed.",
"Description": "Xylocaine (lidocaine HCl) Injections are sterile, nonpyrogenic, aqueous solutions that contain a local anesthetic agent with or without epinephrine and are administered parenterally by injection. See INDICATIONS AND USAGE section for specific uses. Xylocaine solutions contain lidocaine HCl, which is chemically designated as acetamide, 2-(diethylamino)-N-(2,6-dimethylphenyl)-, monohydrochloride and has the molecular wt. 270.8. Lidocaine HCl (C14H22N2O HCl) has the following structural formula:. Epinephrine is (-) -3, 4-Dihydroxy-α-[(methylamino) methyl] benzyl alcohol and has the molecular wt. 183.21. Epinephrine (C9H13NO3) has the following structural formula:. Dosage forms listed as Xylocaine-MPF indicate single dose solutions that are Methyl Paraben Free (MPF). Xylocaine MPF is a sterile, nonpyrogenic, isotonic solution containing sodium chloride. Xylocaine in multiple dose vials: Each mL also contains 1 mg methylparaben as antiseptic preservative. The pH of these solutions is adjusted to approximately 6.5 (5.0 to 7.0) with sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid. Xylocaine MPF with Epinephrine is a sterile, nonpyrogenic, isotonic solution containing sodium chloride. Each mL contains lidocaine hydrochloride and epinephrine, with 0.5 mg sodium metabisulfite as an antioxidant and 0.2 mg citric acid as a stabilizer. Xylocaine with Epinephrine in multiple dose vials: Each mL also contains 1 mg methylparaben as antiseptic preservative. The pH of these solutions is adjusted to approximately 4.5 (3.3 to 5.5) with sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid. Filled under nitrogen."

Levetiracetam is indicated for adjunctive therapy for the treatment of: : 1 Myoclonic seizures in patients 12 years of age and older with juvenile myoclonic epilepsy (1.2), 2 Primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures in patients 6 years of age and older with idiopathic generalized epilepsy (1.3).",
"Description": "Levetiracetam is an antiepileptic drug available as 250 mg (blue), 500 mg (yellow), 750 mg (orange), and 1000 mg (white to off-white) tablets for oral administration. The chemical name of levetiracetam, a single enantiomer, is (-)-(S)-α-ethyl-2-oxo-1-pyrrolidine acetamide, its molecular formula is C 8H 14N 2O 2and its molecular weight is 170.21. Levetiracetam is chemically unrelated to existing antiepileptic drugs (AEDs). It has the following structural formula:. Levetiracetam USP is a white to off-white, crystalline powder with a faint odor and a bitter taste. It is very soluble in water (104 g/100 mL). It is freely soluble in chloroform (65.3 g/100 mL) and in methanol (53.6 g/100 mL), soluble in ethanol (16.5 g/100 mL), sparingly soluble in acetonitrile (5.7 g/100 mL) and practically insoluble in n-hexane. (Solubility limits are expressed as g/100 mL solvent.) Levetiracetam tablets USP contain the labeled amount of levetiracetam. Inactive ingredients: corn starch, colloidal silicon dioxide, povidone, talc, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol, and purified water. In addition 250 mg contains FD&C Blue #2/indigo carmine aluminum lake, 500 mg contains iron oxide yellow, and 750 mg contains FD&C Yellow #6/sunset yellow FCF aluminum lake, FD&C Blue #2/indigo carmine aluminum lake, and iron oxide red. "IndicationAndUsage": "Abiraterone acetate tablets are indicated in combination with prednisone for the treatment of patients with: 1 Metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC), 2 Metastatic high-risk castration-sensitive prostate cancer (CSPC).",
"Description": "Abiraterone acetate, the active ingredient of abiraterone acetate tablets USP is the acetyl ester of abiraterone. Abiraterone is an inhibitor of CYP17 (17α-hydroxylase/C17,20-lyase). Each abiraterone acetate tablet USP contains 250 mg or 500 mg of abiraterone acetate. Abiraterone is designated chemically as 17-(Pyridin-3-yl)androsta-5,16-dien-3β-yl acetate and its structure is. Abiraterone acetate is a white to off-white, non-hygroscopic, crystalline powder. Its molecular formula is C 26H 33NO 2and it has a molecular weight of 391.55. Abiraterone acetate is a lipophilic compound with an octanol-water partition coefficient of 3.57 (Log P) and Freely soluble in methylene chloride, in tetrahydrofuran, and in toluene, soluble in methanol, in ethanol, in ethyl acetate, in isobutyl methyl ketone, in N,N-dimethyl formamide and in acetone, sparingly soluble in acetonitrile and in dimethyl sulfoxide, slightly soluble in hexane, very slightly soluble in 0.1N hydrochloride and practically insoluble in water. The pKa value of abiraterone Acetate is 3.06. Abiraterone acetate tablets USP are available in 500 mg film-coated tablets and 250 mg uncoated tablets with the following inactive ingredients: : 1 500 mg film-coated tablets: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and sodium lauryl sulfate. The film-coating contains iron oxide black, iron oxide red, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, talc, and titanium dioxide., 2 250 mg uncoated tablets: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, and sodium lauryl sulphate."

"Description": "Capecitabine is a nucleoside metabolic inhibitor. The chemical name is 5'-deoxy-5-fluoro-N-[(pentyloxy) carbonyl]-cytidine and has a molecular formula of C 15H 22FN 3O 6 and a molecular weight of 359.35. Capecitabine has the following structural formula:. Capecitabine USP is a white or almost white powder. Capecitabine USP is freely soluble in anhydrous ethanol, sparingly soluble in water and practically insoluble in heptane. Capecitabine tablets, USP are supplied as oval shaped film-coated tablets for oral use. Each light peach colored tablet contains 150 mg capecitabine, USP and each light peach colored tablet contains 500 mg capecitabine, USP. The inactive ingredients in capecitabine tablets include: croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, lactose anhydrous, magnesium stearate and microcrystalline cellulose. The peach or light peach film coating contains hypromellose, iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow, talc and titanium dioxide."

The topical corticosteroids constitute a class of primarily synthetic steroids used topically as anti-inflammatory and antipruritic agents. Each gram of prednicarbate ointment 0.1% contains 1.0 mg of prednicarbate USP in a base consisting of white petrolatum, glyceryl monooleate, octyldodecanol NF, and propylene glycol.
