"Description": "Divigel (estradiol gel) 0.1 percent, is a clear, colorless gel, which is odorless when dry. It is designed to deliver sustained circulating concentrations of estradiol when applied once daily to the skin. The gel is applied to a small area (200 cm2) of the thigh in a thin layer. Divigel is available in five doses of 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, and 1.25 grams for topical application (corresponding to 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, and 1.25 mg estradiol, respectively). The active component of the topical gel is estradiol, an estrogen. Estradiol is a white crystalline powder, chemically described as estra-1,3,5(10)-triene-3,17ß-diol. It has an empirical formula of C18H24O2 and molecular weight of 272.39. The structural formula is. "IndicationAndUsage": "Tizanidine Hydrochloride Capsules are indicated for the treatment of spasticity in adults.",
"Description": "Tizanidine hydrochloride capsules contains tizanidine hydrochloride as the active ingredient, which is a central alpha2-adrenergic agonist. Its chemical name is 5-chloro-4-(2-imidazolin-2-ylamino)-2,1,3- benzothiadiazole monohydrochloride. It has a molecular formula of C9H8ClN5S-HCl and a molecular weight of 290.2. Its structural formula is. Tizanidine hydrochloride is a white to off-white, fine crystalline powder, which is odorless or with a faint characteristic odor. Tizanidine hydrochloride is slightly soluble in water and methanol; solubility in water decreases as the pH increases. Tizanidine hydrochloride capsules are for oral administration and contain 2 mg, 4 mg, or 6 mg tizanidine (equivalent to 2.29 mg, 4.58 mg, and 6.87 mg tizanidine hydrochloride, respectively), and the inactive ingredients, lactose monohydrate, hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose and colloidal silicon dioxide. Each capsule shell contains FD & C Blue 1, FD & C Red 3, titanium dioxide and gelatin. The capsules are printed with SW-0012 white ink which contains shellac, dehydrated alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, butyl alcohol, propylene glycol, strong ammonia solution, potassium hydroxide, and titanium dioxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "SKYRIZI is an interleukin-23 antagonist indicated for the treatment of: 1 moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis in adults and pediatric patients 6 years of age and older who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy. (1.1) , 2 active psoriatic arthritis in adults and pediatric patients 6 years of age and older. (1.2), 3 moderately to severely active Crohn's disease in adults. (1.3), 4 moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis in adults. (1.4).",
"Description": "Risankizumab-rzaa, an interleukin-23 (IL-23) antagonist, is a humanized immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) monoclonal antibody. Risankizumab-rzaa is produced by recombinant DNA technology in Chinese hamster ovary cells and has an approximate molecular weight of 149 kDa. SKYRIZI (risankizumab-rzaa) injection 55 mg/0.37 mL prefilled syringe for subcutaneous use. Each SKYRIZI prefilled syringe contains a sterile, preservative-free, colorless to yellow, and clear to slightly opalescent solution. Each syringe delivers 55 mg of risankizumab-rzaa and the inactive ingredients glacial acetic acid (0.02 mg), polysorbate 20 (0.07 mg), sodium acetate (0.28 mg), trehalose (23.4 mg), and Water for Injection, USP.
