"IndicationAndUsage": "ISENTRESS® is indicated in combination with other antiretroviral agents for the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV-1) infection in patients 4 weeks of age and older. : 1 The use of other active agents with ISENTRESS is associated with a greater likelihood of treatment response [see Clinical Studies (14)] . .",
"Description": "ISENTRESS contains raltegravir potassium, a human immunodeficiency virus integrase strand transfer inhibitor. The chemical name for raltegravir potassium is N-[(4-Fluorophenyl) methyl]-1,6-dihydro-5-hydroxy-1-methyl-2-[1-methyl-1-[[(5-methyl-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)carbonyl]amino]ethyl]-6-oxo-4-pyrimidinecarboxamide monopotassium salt. The empirical formula is C 20H 20FKN 6O 5 and the molecular weight is 482.51. The structural formula is:. Raltegravir potassium is a white to off-white powder. It is soluble in water, slightly soluble in methanol, very slightly soluble in ethanol and acetonitrile and insoluble in isopropanol. Each 400 mg film-coated tablet of ISENTRESS for oral administration contains 434.4 mg of raltegravir (as potassium salt), equivalent to 400 mg of raltegravir free phenol and the following inactive ingredients: calcium phosphate dibasic anhydrous, hypromellose 2208, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, poloxamer 407 (contains 0.01% butylated hydroxytoluene as antioxidant), sodium stearyl fumarate. In addition, the film coating contains the following inactive ingredients: black iron oxide, polyethylene glycol 3350, polyvinyl alcohol, red iron oxide, talc and titanium dioxide. Each 100 mg chewable tablet of ISENTRESS for oral administration contains 108.6 mg of raltegravir (as potassium salt), equivalent to 100 mg of raltegravir free phenol and the following inactive ingredients: ammonium hydroxide, crospovidone, ethylcellulose 20 cP, fructose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose 2910/6cP, magnesium stearate, mannitol, medium chain triglycerides, monoammonium glycyrrhizinate, natural and artificial flavors (orange, banana, and masking that contains aspartame), oleic acid, PEG 400, red iron oxide, saccharin sodium, sodium citrate dihydrate, sodium stearyl fumarate, sorbitol, sucralose and yellow iron oxide. Each 25 mg chewable tablet of ISENTRESS for oral administration contains 27.16 mg of raltegravir (as potassium salt), equivalent to 25 mg of raltegravir free phenol and the following inactive ingredients: ammonium hydroxide, crospovidone, ethylcellulose 20 cP, fructose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose 2910/6cP, magnesium stearate, mannitol, medium chain triglycerides, monoammonium glycyrrhizinate, natural and artificial flavors (orange, banana, and masking that contains aspartame), oleic acid, PEG 400, saccharin sodium, sodium citrate dihydrate, sodium stearyl fumarate, sorbitol, sucralose and yellow iron oxide. "Description": "Each gram of Estradiol Vaginal Cream USP, 0.01% contains 0.1 mg estradiol in a nonliquefying base containing purified water, propylene glycol, stearyl alcohol, white ceresin wax, mono- and di-glycerides, hypromellose 2208 (4000 cps), sodium lauryl sulfate, methylparaben, edetate di-sodium, tertiary-butylhydroquinone and polysorbate 80. Estradiol is chemically described as estra-1,3,5(10)-triene-3, 17(beta)-diol. It has an empirical formula of C 18H 24O 2and molecular weight of 272.37. The structural formula is."

The tablet may also contain trace amount of carnauba wax. Each 100 mg chewable tablet of ISENTRESS for oral administration contains 108.6 mg of raltegravir (as potassium salt), equivalent to 100 mg of raltegravir free phenol and the following inactive ingredients: ammonium hydroxide, crospovidone, ethylcellulose 20 cP, fructose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose 2910/6cP, magnesium stearate, mannitol, medium chain triglycerides, monoammonium glycyrrhizinate, natural and artificial flavors (orange, banana, and masking that contains aspartame), oleic acid, PEG 400, red iron oxide, saccharin sodium, sodium citrate dihydrate, sodium stearyl fumarate, sorbitol, sucralose and yellow iron oxide. "Description": "Vestura® (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) tablets, USP provides an oral contraceptive regimen consisting of 24 pink active uncoated tablets each containing 3 mg of drospirenone, USP and 0.02 mg of ethinyl estradiol, USP (stabilized using vitamin E and an enhanced processing technique) and 4 white inert uncoated tablets. The inactive ingredients in the pink tablets are lactose monohydrate, corn starch, pregelatinized corn starch, magnesium stearate, and FD&C Red #40 Aluminum Lake. The white inert uncoated tablets contain lactose anhydrous, hypromellose 2208, microcrystalline cellulose, and magnesium stearate. Drospirenone, USP (6R,7R,8R,9S,10R,13S,14S,15S,16S,17S)-1,3’,4’,6,6a,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,15a,16-hexadecahydro-10,13-dimethylspiro-[17H-dicyclopropa-[6,7:15,16]cyclopenta[a]phenanthrene-17,2’(5H)-furan]-3,5’(2H)-dione) is a synthetic progestational compound and has a molecular weight of 366.5 and a molecular formula of C24H30O3. "Description": "Quetiapine fumarate is an atypical antipsychotic belonging to a chemical class, the dibenzothiazepine derivatives. The chemical designation is 2-[2-(4-dibenzo [b,f] [1,4]thiazepin-11-yl-1-piperazinyl)ethoxy]-ethanol fumarate (2:1) (salt). It is present in tablets as the fumarate salt. All doses and tablet strengths are expressed as milligrams of base, not as fumarate salt. Its molecular formula is C42H50N6O4S2 .C4H4O4 and it has a molecular weight of 883.11 (fumarate salt). The structural formula is. Quetiapine fumarate is a white to off-white crystalline powder which is moderately soluble in water. Quetiapine extended-release tablets, USP are supplied for oral administration as 50 mg (peach to red), 150 mg (white), 200 mg (yellow), 300 mg (yellow to pale yellow), and 400 mg (white). All tablets are capsule shaped and film coated. Inactive ingredients for quetiapine extended-release tablets, USP are hypromellose, hypromellose 2208, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and sodium citrate dihydrate. The film coating for all quetiapine extended-release tablets, USP contain hypromellose 2910, macrogol and titanium dioxide. In addition, red iron oxide (for 50 mg) and yellow iron oxide (for 50 mg, 200 mg and 300 mg) are included in the film coating of specific strengths. Each 50 mg film-coated tablet contains 58 mg of quetiapine fumarate equivalent to 50 mg quetiapine. Each 150 mg film-coated tablet contains 173 mg of quetiapine fumarate equivalent to 150 mg quetiapine. Each 200 mg film-coated tablet contains 230 mg of quetiapine fumarate equivalent to 200 mg quetiapine.
