"IndicationAndUsage": "Letrozole Tablets, USP are aromatase inhibitor indicated for: 1 Adjuvant treatment of postmenopausal women with hormone receptor positive early breast cancer ( 1.1), 2 Extended adjuvant treatment of postmenopausal women with early breast cancer who have received prior standard adjuvant tamoxifen therapy ( 1.2), 3 First and second-line treatment of postmenopausal women with hormone receptor positive or unknown advanced breast cancer ( 1.3).",
"Description": "Letrozole Tablets, USP for oral administration contain 2.5 mg of letrozole, a nonsteroidal aromatase inhibitor (inhibitor of estrogen synthesis). It is chemically described as 4,4'-(1H-1,2,4-Triazol-1-ylmethylene) dibenzonitrile, and its structural formula is. Letrozole, USP is a white to yellowish crystalline powder, practically odorless, freely soluble in dichloromethane, slightly soluble in ethanol, and practically insoluble in water. It has a molecular weight of 285.31, empirical formula C17H11N5, and a melting range of 184°C to 185°C. Letrozole Tablets, USP are available as 2.5 mg tablets for oral administration.Inactive Ingredients: colloidal silica dioxide, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol/macrogol, polyvinyl alcohol, sodium starch glycolate, talc, titanium dioxide, and the following color additives: yellow iron oxide, FD&C Yellow #5/Tartrazine Aluminum Lake, FD&C Yellow #6/Sunset Yellow FCF Aluminum Lake, FD&C Blue #2/Indigo Carmine Aluminum Lake."

"IndicationAndUsage": "INDICATIONS AND USAGE: Topical corticosteroids are indicated for the relief of the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses.",
"Description": "DESCRIPTION: Pramosone ® Lotion is a topical preparation containing hydrocortisone acetate 1% w/w or 2.5% w/w and pramoxine hydrochloride 1% w/w in a hydrophilic lotion base containing stearic acid, cetyl alcohol, FORLAN-L (Contains: petrolatum, lanolin, hydrogenated coconut oil, sorbitan sesquioleate, stearyl alcohol, and cetyl alcohol), glycerin, trolamine, polyoxyl 40 stearate, di-isopropyl adipate, povidone, dimethicone, potassium sorbate, sorbic acid, and purified water. Topical corticosteroids are anti-inflammatory and anti-pruritic agents. The structural formula, the chemical name, molecular formula and molecular weight for active ingredients are presented below."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) is indicated for the prophylaxis of organ rejection, in adult and pediatric recipients 3 months of age and older of allogeneic kidney [see Clinical Studies (14.1)], heart [see Clinical Studies (14.2)] or liver transplants [see Clinical Studies (14.3)], in combination with other immunosuppressants.",
"Description": "Mycophenolate mofetil is an antimetabolite immunosuppressant. It is the 2-morpholinoethyl ester of mycophenolic acid (MPA), an immunosuppressive agent; inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase (IMPDH) inhibitor. The chemical name for mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) is 2-morpholinoethyl (E)-6-(1,3-dihydro-4-hydroxy-6-methoxy-7-methyl-3-oxo-5-isobenzofuranyl)-4-methyl-4-hexenoate. It has an empirical formula of C23H31NO7, a molecular weight of 433.50, and the following structural formula:. MMF is a white to off-white crystalline powder. It is slightly soluble in water (43 µg/mL at pH 7.4); the solubility increases in acidic medium (4.27 mg/mL at pH 3.6). It is freely soluble in acetone, soluble in methanol, and sparingly soluble in ethanol. The apparent partition coefficient in 1-octanol/water (pH 7.4) buffer solution is 238. The pKa values for MMF are 5.6 for the morpholino group and 8.5 for the phenolic group. MMF hydrochloride has a solubility of 65.8 mg/mL in 5% Dextrose Injection USP (D5W). The pH of the reconstituted solution is 2.4 to 4.1. Mycophenolate mofetil is available for oral administration as capsules containing 250 mg of MMF, tablets containing 500 mg of MMF. Inactive ingredients in mycophenolate mofetil capsules, USP 250 mg include croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone (K-30). The capsule shells contain FD&C red # 3, gelatin, sodium lauryl sulfate, titanium dioxide and yellow iron oxide. Inactive ingredients in mycophenolate mofetil tablets, USP 500 mg include croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate (Vegetable), microcrystalline cellulose, opadry brown, povidone [K-30]. The opadry brown contains FD&C blue #1 aluminum lake, FD&C red #40 aluminum lake, hypromellose, iron oxide red, polyethylene glycol and titanium dioxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Antara is indicated as adjunctive therapy to diet: To reduce triglyceride (TG) levels in adults with severe hypertriglyceridemia (TG greater than or equal to 500 mg/dL). To reduce elevated low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in adults with primary hyperlipidemia when use of recommended LDL-C lowering therapy is not possible. Limitations of Use Markedly elevated levels of serum triglycerides (e.g., > 2,000 mg/dL) may increase the risk of developing pancreatitis. The effect of fenofibrate therapy on reducing this risk has not been determined [see Warnings and Precautions (5.7)]. Fenofibrate did not reduce coronary heart disease morbidity and mortality in two large, randomized controlled trials of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus [see Warnings and Precautions (5.1) and Clinical Studies (14.4)].",

Each capsule contains 43 mg or 130 mg of micronized fenofibrate. The chemical name for fenofibrate is 2-[4-(4-chlorobenzoyl) phenoxy]-2-methyl-propanoic acid, l-methylethyl ester with the following structural formula. The empirical formula is C20H21O4Cl and the molecular weight is 360.83; fenofibrate is insoluble in water. The melting point is 79°C to 82°C. Fenofibrate is a white solid which is stable under ordinary conditions. Inactive Ingredients: Each gelatin capsule contains sugar spheres, hypromellose, sodium lauryl sulfate, dimethicone, simethicone, and talc. The gelatin capsules also contain black iron oxide, D&C Yellow #10, Indigo carmine FD&C Blue #2, shellac, soya lecithin, sulfur dioxide, titanium dioxide and yellow iron oxide."

"Description": "Mirabegron extended-release tablet for oral use is a beta-3 adrenergic agonist. The chemical name of mirabegron is 2-(2-Amino-1,3-thiazol-4-yl)-N-[4-(2-{([(2R)-2-hydroxy-2-phenylethyl] amino}ethyl)phenyl] acetamide having an empirical formula of C21H24N4O2S and a molecular weight of 396.51. The structural formula of mirabegron is. Mirabegron is an off-white to light yellow colored powder. It is practically insoluble in water. It is soluble in methanol and dimethyl sulfoxide. Each mirabegron extended-release tablet for oral use contains either 25 mg or 50 mg of mirabegron and the following inactive ingredients: butylated hydroxytoluene, D&C Yellow No.10 Aluminum Lake, FD&C Yellow No. 6, hydroxy propyl cellulose, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polyethylene oxide, titanium dioxide, triacetin."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Azithromycin tablets are a macrolide antibacterial drug indicated for mild to moderate infections caused by designated, susceptible bacteria: : 1 Acute bacterial exacerbations of chronic bronchitis in adults (1.1), 2 Acute bacterial sinusitis in adults (1.1), 3 Uncomplicated skin and skin structure infections in adults (1.1), 4 Urethritis and cervicitis in adults (1.1), 5 Genital ulcer disease in men (1.1), 6 Acute otitis media in pediatric patients (6 months of age and older) (1.2), 7 Community-acquired pneumonia in adults and pediatric patients (6 months of age and older) (1.1, 1.2), 8 Pharyngitis/tonsillitis in adults and pediatric patients (2 years of age and older) (1.1, 1.2).",
"Description": "Azithromycin tablets USP contain the active ingredient azithromycin, a macrolide antibacterial drug, for oral administration. Azithromycin has the chemical name (2R,3S,4R,5R,8R,10R,11R,12S,13S,14R)-13-[(2,6-dideoxy-3-C-methyl-3-O-methyl-α-L-ribo-hexopyranosyl) oxy]-2-ethyl-3,4,10-trihydroxy-3,5,6,8,10,12,14-heptamethyl-11-[[3,4,6-trideoxy-3-(dimethylamino)-β-D-xylo-hexopyranosyl]oxy]-1-oxa-6-azacyclopentadecan-15-one. Azithromycin is derived from erythromycin; however, it differs chemically from erythromycin in that a methyl-substituted nitrogen atom is incorporated into the lactone ring. Its molecular formula is C38H72N2O12, and its molecular weight is 749.00. Azithromycin has the following structural formula:. Azithromycin, as the monohydrate, is a white to almost white crystalline powder with a molecular formula of C38H72N2O12H2O and a molecular weight of 767.00. Azithromycin is supplied as tablets containing azithromycin monohydrate equivalent to either 250 mg or 500 mg azithromycin and the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, dibasic calcium phosphate, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, sodium lauryl sulfate, titanium dioxide, triacetin and D&C Red #30. "Description": "Mefenamic acid capsules USP contains active moiety mefenamic acid, which is a member of the fenamate group of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). The chemical name of mefenamic acid is N-2,3-xylylanthranilic acid. The molecular weight is 241.29 g/mol. Its molecular formula is C15H15N02 and the structural formula of mefenamic acid is. Mefenamic acid is a white to greyish-white, odorless, microcrystalline powder with a melting point of 230° to 231°C and water solubility of 0.004 % at pH 7.1. Mefenamic acid capsules are for oral administration. Each capsule contains 250 mg of mefenamic acid, lactose monohydrate and magnesium stearate. The capsule shell contains gelatin, sodium lauryl sulfate, titanium dioxide, D&C yellow No. 10, FD&C yellow No. 6 and FD&C red No. 3."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Meloxicam capsules are indicated for management of osteoarthritis pain.",
"Description": "Meloxicam Capsules are a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug, available as yellow and green capsules containing 5 mg or 10 mg for oral administration. The chemical name is 4-Hydroxy-2-methyl-N-(5-methyl-2-thiazolyl)-2H-1,2-benzothiazine-3-carboxamide-1,1-dioxide. The molecular weight is 351.40. Its molecular formula is C14H13N3O4S2, and it has the following chemical structure. Meloxicam is a pale yellow powder, practically insoluble in water, with higher solubility observed in strong acids and bases. It is very slightly soluble in methanol. Meloxicam has a partition coefficient (Log P) = 2.662 ± 0.848 at 25°C. Meloxicam has pKa values of 1.1 and 4.2. The inactive ingredients in meloxicam capsules include: crospovidone, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, povidone and sodium lauryl sulfate. The capsule shells contain D & C Yellow No. 10, FD & C Blue No. 1, FD & C Red No. 40 (for 10 mg strength only), FD & C Yellow No. 6 (for 5 mg strength only), gelatin and titanium dioxide. The imprinting on the gelatin capsules is black edible ink which contains black iron oxide, potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, shellac and titanium dioxide. The 5 mg capsules have a yellow opaque cap and yellow opaque body, imprinted with \"LU\" on cap and \"M76\" on body in black ink. The 10 mg capsules have a green opaque cap and green opaque body, imprinted with \"LU\" on cap and \"M78\" on body in black ink."

Meloxicam is a pale yellow powder, practically insoluble in water, with higher solubility observed in strong acids and bases. It is very slightly soluble in methanol. Meloxicam has a partition coefficient (Log P) = 2.662 ± 0.848 at 25°C. Meloxicam has pKa values of 1.1 and 4.2. The inactive ingredients in meloxicam capsules include: crospovidone, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, povidone and sodium lauryl sulfate. The capsule shells contain D & C Yellow No. 10, FD & C Blue No. 1, FD & C Red No. 40 (for 10 mg strength only), FD & C Yellow No. 6 (for 5 mg strength only), gelatin and titanium dioxide. The imprinting on the gelatin capsules is black edible ink which contains black iron oxide, potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, shellac and titanium dioxide.
