"IndicationAndUsage": "Dasatinib tablets are indicated for the treatment of adult patients with: 1 newly diagnosed Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in chronic phase., 2 chronic, accelerated, or myeloid or lymphoid blast phase Ph+ CML with resistance or intolerance to prior therapy including imatinib., 3 Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL) with resistance or intolerance to prior therapy.",
"Description": "Dasatinib is a kinase inhibitor. The chemical name for dasatinib is N-(2-chloro-6-methylphenyl)- 2-[[6-[4-(2-hydroxyethyl)-1-piperazinyl]-2-methyl-4-pyrimidinyl]amino]-5-thiazolecarboxamide, monohydrate. The molecular formula is C22H26ClN7O2S H2O, which corresponds to a formula weight of 506.02 (monohydrate). The anhydrous free base has a molecular weight of 488.01. Dasatinib has the following chemical structure. Dasatinib is a white to off-white fine crystalline powder. The drug substance is insoluble in water and slightly soluble in ethanol and methanol. Dasatinib tablets are white to off-white, beveled edge, film-coated tablets containing dasatinib, with the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl cellulose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, and microcrystalline cellulose. The tablets contain a coating that consists of hypromellose 2910, titanium dioxide, and triacetin."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Quetiapine tablets are an atypical antipsychotic indicated for the treatment of: 1 Schizophrenia (1.1), 2 Bipolar I disorder manic episodes (1.2), 3 Bipolar disorder, depressive episodes (1.2).",
"Description": "Quetiapine is an atypical antipsychotic belonging to a chemical class, the dibenzothiazepine derivatives. The chemical designation is 2-[2-(4-dibenzo [b,f] [1,4]thiazepin-11-yl-1-piperazinyl)ethoxy]-ethanol fumarate (2:1) (salt). It is present in tablets as the fumarate salt. All doses and tablet strengths are expressed as milligrams of base, not as fumarate salt. Its molecular formula is C42H50N6O4S2C4H4O4 and it has a molecular weight of 883.11 (fumarate salt). The structural formula is. Quetiapine fumarate USP is a white to off-white powder which is moderately soluble in water.Quetiapine is supplied for oral administration as 25 mg (round, peach), 50 mg (round, white), 100 mg (round, yellow), 150 mg (round, light yellow), 200 mg (round, white), 300 mg (capsule shaped, white), and 400 mg (capsule shaped, yellow) tablets.Inactive ingredients are colloidal silicon dioxide, dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, hypromellose 6cp, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol 400, povidone, sodium starch glycolate, talc, and titanium dioxide. In addition, the 25 mg contains iron oxide red and iron oxide yellow; the 100 mg, 150 mg, and 400 mg contains iron oxide yellow. The 50 mg, 100 mg, 150 mg, 200 mg, 300 mg, and 400 mg tablets are printed with Opacode S-1-17823 black contains iron oxide black and shellac. Each 25 mg tablet contains 28.780 mg of quetiapine fumarate USP equivalent to 25 mg quetiapine. Each 50 mg tablet contains 57.561 mg of quetiapine fumarate USP equivalent to 50 mg quetiapine. Each 100 mg tablet contains 115.122 mg of quetiapine fumarate USP equivalent to 100 mg quetiapine. Each 150 mg tablet contains 172.683 mg of quetiapine fumarate USP equivalent to 150 mg quetiapine. Each 200 mg tablet contains 230.244 mg of quetiapine fumarate USP equivalent to 200 mg quetiapine. Each 300 mg tablet contains 345.366 mg of quetiapine fumarate USP equivalent to 300 mg quetiapine. Each 400 mg tablet contains 460.488 mg of quetiapine fumarate USP equivalent to 400 mg quetiapine."

"IndicationAndUsage": "LUMAKRAS is an inhibitor of the RAS GTPase family indicated for. KRAS G12C-mutated Locally Advanced or Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC): 1 As a single agent, for the treatment of adult patients with KRAS G12C-mutated locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC, as determined by an FDA-approved test, who have received at least one prior systemic therapy. "Description": "Sotorasib is an inhibitor of the RAS GTPase family. The molecular formula is C30H30F2N6O3, and the molecular weight is 560.6 g/mol. The chemical name of sotorasib is 6-fluoro-7-(2-fluoro-6-hydroxyphenyl)-(1M)-1-[4-methyl-2-(propan-2-yl)pyridin-3-yl]-4-[(2S)-2-methyl-4-(prop-2-enoyl)piperazin-1-yl]pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-2(1H)-one. The chemical structure of sotorasib is shown below. Sotorasib has pKa values of 8.06 and 4.56. "IndicationAndUsage": "Capecitabine is a nucleoside metabolic inhibitor indicated for. Colorectal Cancer. ● adjuvant treatment of patients with Stage III colon cancer as a single agent or as a component of a combination chemotherapy regimen. ( 1.1). ● perioperative treatment of adults with locally advanced rectal cancer as a component of chemoradiotherapy.( 1.1). ● treatment of patients with unresectable or metastatic colorectal cancer as a single agent or as a component of a combination chemotherapy regimen. ( 1.1). Breast Cancer. ● treatment of patients with advanced or metastatic breast cancer as a single agent if an anthracycline- or taxane-containing chemotherapy is not indicated. ( 1.2). ● treatment of patients with advanced or metastatic breast cancer in combination with docetaxel after disease progression on prior anthracycline-containing chemotherapy. ( 1.2). Gastric, Esophageal, or Gastroesophageal Junction Cancer. ● treatment of adults with unresectable or metastatic gastric, esophageal, or gastroesophageal junction cancer as a component of a combination chemotherapy regimen. "Description": "Capecitabine is a nucleoside metabolic inhibitor. The chemical name is 5’-deoxy-5-fluoro-N- [(pentyloxy) carbonyl]-cytidine and has a molecular formula of C 15H 22FN 3O 6 and a molecular weight of 359.35. Capecitabine has the following structural formula:. Capecitabine is a white to off-white crystalline powder with an aqueous solubility of 26 mg/mL at 20°C. Capecitabine tablets, USP are supplied as biconvex, oblong film-coated tablets for oral administration. Each light peach-colored tablet contains 150 mg capecitabine and each peach-colored tablet contains 500 mg capecitabine. The inactive ingredients in capecitabine tablets include: anhydrous lactose, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose and magnesium stearate. The peach or light peach film coating contains hypromellose, purified talc, titanium dioxide and ferric oxide red and ferric oxide yellow."
