"IndicationAndUsage": "Ezetimibe Tablets is indicated: 1 In combination with a statin, or alone when additional low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) lowering therapy is not possible, as an adjunct to diet to reduce elevated LDL-C in adults with primary hyperlipidemia, including heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HeFH)., 2 In combination with a statin as an adjunct to diet to reduce elevated LDL-C in pediatric patients 10 years of age and older with HeFH., 3 In combination with fenofibrate as an adjunct to diet to reduce elevated LDL-C in adults with mixed hyperlipidemia., 4 In combination with a statin, and other LDL-C lowering therapies, to reduce elevated LDL-C levels in adults and in pediatric patients 10 years of age and older with homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HoFH)., 5 As an adjunct to diet for the reduction of elevated sitosterol and campesterol levels in adults and in pediatric patients 9 years of age and older with homozygous familial sitosterolemia.",
"Description": "Ezetimibe, USP is in a class of lipid-lowering compounds that selectively inhibits the intestinal absorption of cholesterol and related phytosterols. The chemical name of ezetimibe, USP is 1-(4-fluorophenyl)-3(R)-[3-(4-fluorophenyl)-3(S)-hydroxypropyl]-4(S)-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-azetidinone. The empirical formula is C 24H 21F 2NO 3. Its molecular weight is 409.4 and its structural formula is:. Ezetimibe, USP is a white to off white, crystalline powder that is soluble in methanol. Ezetimibe, USP has a melting point of about 163°C and is stable at ambient temperature. Ezetimibe Tablet, USP is available as a tablet for oral administration containing 10 mg of ezetimibe, USP and the following inactive ingredients: lactose monohydrate, croscarmellose sodium, Hypromellose, sodium lauryl sulfate, crospovidone, microcrystalline cellulose, and magnesium stearate."

"Description": "Prednisone is a glucocorticoid. Glucocorticoids are adrenocortical steroids, both naturally occurring and synthetic, which are readily absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract. The molecular formula for prednisone is C21H26O5. Chemically, it is 17, 21-dihydroxypregna-1, 4-diene-3,11,20-trione and has the following structural formula. Prednisone is a white to practically white, odorless, crystalline powder and has a molecular weight of 358.44. It melts at about 230°C with some decomposition. Prednisone is very slightly soluble in water; slightly soluble in alcohol, chloroform, dioxane, and methanol. Each tablet, for oral administration, contains 1 mg, 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, or 20 mg of prednisone. "Description": "Olopatadine Hydrochloride Ophthalmic Solution USP, 0.1% is a sterile ophthalmic solution containing Olopatadine, a relatively selective H1-receptor antagonist and inhibitor of histamine release from the mast cell for topical administration to the eyes. Celecoxib is hydrophobic (log P is 3.0) and freely soluble in ethanol, soluble in methylene chloride and is practically insoluble in water. The inactive ingredients in Celecoxib capsules include: croscarmellose sodium, gelatin, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, povidone, sodium lauryl sulfate, titanium dioxide and trace amount of black edible ink comprising of ferrosoferric oxide (black iron oxide), potassium hydroxide and shellac. Additionally 50 mg include D & C Yellow 10, FD & C Yellow 6; 100 mg include D & C Yellow 10, FD & C Yellow 6, FD & C Blue 1; 200 mg include D & C Yellow 10, FD & C Blue 1 & D & C Red 28."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Plerixafor injection is indicated in combination with filgrastim to mobilize hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) to the peripheral blood for collection and subsequent autologous transplantation in patients with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) or multiple myeloma (MM).",
"Description": "Plerixafor injection, USP is a sterile, preservative-free, clear, colorless to pale-yellow, isotonic solution for subcutaneous injection. Each mL of the sterile solution contains 20 mg of plerixafor, USP. Each single-dose vial is filled to deliver 1.2 mL of the sterile solution that contains 24 mg of plerixafor and 5.9 mg of sodium chloride in Water for Injection adjusted to a pH of 6.0 to 7.5 with hydrochloric acid and with sodium hydroxide, if required. Plerixafor is a hematopoietic stem cell mobilizer with a chemical name 1,1’-[1,4-phenylenebis(methylene)]-bis-1,4,8,11-tetraaza cyclotetradecane. It has the molecular formula C 28H 54N 8. The molecular weight of plerixafor is 502.79 g/mol. The structural formula is provided in Figure 1. Figure 1: Structural Formula. Plerixafor, USP is a white to off-white crystalline solid. It is hygroscopic. Plerixafor has a typical melting point of 131.5°C. The partition coefficient of plerixafor between 1-octanol and pH 7 aqueous buffer is <0.1."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Dextroamphetamine saccharate, amphetamine aspartate, dextroamphetamine sulfate, and amphetamine sulfate tablets are indicated for the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Narcolepsy. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). A diagnosis of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD; DSM-IV®) implies the presence of hyperactive-impulsive or inattentive symptoms that caused impairment and were present before age 7 years. The symptoms must cause clinically significant impairment, e.g., in social, academic, or occupational functioning, and be present in two or more settings, e.g., school (or work) and at home. The symptoms must not be better accounted for by another mental disorder. For the Inattentive Type, at least six of the following symptoms must have persisted for at least 6 months: lack of attention to details/careless mistakes; lack of sustained attention; poor listener; failure to follow through on tasks; poor organization; avoids tasks requiring sustained mental effort; loses things; easily distracted; forgetful. For the Hyperactive-Impulsive Type, at least six of the following symptoms must have persisted for at least 6 months: fidgeting/squirming; leaving seat; inappropriate running/climbing; difficulty with quiet activities; “on the go;” excessive talking; blurting answers; can't wait turn; intrusive. The Combined Type requires both inattentive and hyperactive-impulsive criteria to be met. Special Diagnostic Considerations. Specific etiology of this syndrome is unknown, and there is no single diagnostic test. Adequate diagnosis requires the use not only of medical but of special psychological, educational, and social resources. Learning may or may not be impaired. The diagnosis must be based upon a complete history and evaluation of the child and not solely on the presence of the required number of DSM-IV® characteristics. Need for Comprehensive Treatment Program. Dextroamphetamine saccharate, amphetamine aspartate, dextroamphetamine sulfate, and amphetamine sulfate tablets are indicated as an integral part of a total treatment program for ADHD that may include other measures (psychological, educational, social) for patients with this syndrome. Drug treatment may not be indicated for all children with this syndrome. Stimulants are not intended for use in the child who exhibits symptoms secondary to environmental factors and/or other primary psychiatric disorders, including psychosis. Appropriate educational placement is essential and psychosocial intervention is often helpful. When remedial measures alone are insufficient, the decision to prescribe stimulant medication will depend upon the physician's assessment of the chronicity and severity of the child's symptoms. Long-Term Use. The effectiveness of dextroamphetamine saccharate, amphetamine aspartate, dextroamphetamine sulfate, and amphetamine sulfate tablets for long-term use has not been systematically evaluated in controlled trials. "Description": "Olopatadine hydrochloride nasal spray, 665 mcg is a metered-spray solution for nasal administration. Olopatadine hydrochloride, the active component of olopatadine hydrochloride nasal spray, is a white, water-soluble crystalline powder. The chemical name for olopatadine hydrochloride is (Z)-11-[3-(dimethylamino)propylidene]-6,11-dihydrodibenz[b,e]oxepin-2-acetic acid hydrochloride. It has a molecular weight of 373.88 g/mol, and its molecular formula is C21H23NO3 HCl with the following chemical structure. Olopatadine hydrochloride nasal spray contains 0.6% w/v olopatadine (base) in a nonsterile aqueous solution with pH of approximately 3.7. After initial priming (5 sprays), each metered spray from the nasal applicator delivers 100 µL of the aqueous solution containing 665 mcg of olopatadine hydrochloride, which is equivalent to 600 mcg of olopatadine (base) [see Dosage Forms and Strengths (3)]. Olopatadine hydrochloride nasal spray also contains benzalkonium chloride (0.01%), dibasic sodium phosphate, edetate disodium, hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide (to adjust pH), purified water and sodium chloride."
