"IndicationAndUsage": "Eslicarbazepine acetate tablets are indicated for the treatment of partial-onset seizures in patients 4 years of age and older.",
"Description": "The chemical name of eslicarbazepine acetate, USP is (S)-10-Acetoxy-10,11-dihydro-5H dibenz[b,f]azepine-5-carboxamide. Eslicarbazepine acetate, USP is a dibenz[b,f]azepine-5-carboxamide derivative. Its molecular formula is C 17H 16N 2O 3and its molecular weight is 296.32. The chemical structure is:. Eslicarbazepine acetate, USP is a white to almost white crystalline Powder. It is Freely soluble in Dimethylsulphoxide and Dichloromethane. Each eslicarbazepine acetate tablet contains 200 mg, 400 mg, 600 mg or 800 mg of eslicarbazepine acetate, USP and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicone dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and povidone (K-30)."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Levetiracetam tablets are indicated for the treatment of partial-onset seizures in patients 1 month of age and older ( 1.1) Levetiracetam tablets are indicated for adjunctive therapy for the treatment of: Myoclonic seizures in patients 12 years of age and older with juvenile myoclonic epilepsy ( 1.2) Primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures in patients 6 years of age and older with idiopathic generalized epilepsy ( 1.3).",
"Description": "Levetiracetam is an antiepileptic drug available as 250 mg (blue), 500 mg (yellow), 750 mg (orange), and 1000 mg (white) tablets for oral administration. The chemical name of levetiracetam, a single enantiomer, is (-)-(S)-a-ethyl-2-oxo-1-pyrrolidine acetamide, its molecular formula is C 8H 14N 2O 2and its molecular weight is 170.21. Levetiracetam is chemically unrelated to existing antiepileptic drugs (AEDs). It has the following structural formula: Levetiracetam USP is a white to off-white crystalline powder with a faint odor and a bitter taste. It is very soluble in water (1040 mg/mL). It is freely soluble in chloroform (653 mg/mL) and in methanol (536 mg/mL), soluble in ethanol (165 mg/mL), sparingly soluble in acetonitrile (57 mg/mL) and practically insoluble in n-hexane. (Solubility limits are expressed as mg/mL solvent.). Levetiracetam tablets, USP contain the labeled amount of levetiracetam USP. Inactive ingredients: corn starch, croscarmellose sodium, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, povidone, talc and additional agents listed below. 250 mg tablets: opadry II blue (FD&C blue #2/indigo carmine aluminum lake, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol 3350, titanium dioxide, talc). 500 mg tablets: opadry II yellow (iron oxide yellow, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol 3350, titanium dioxide, talc). 750 mg tablets: opadry II orange (FD&C yellow # 6/sunset yellow FCF aluminum lake, iron oxide red, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol 3350, titanium dioxide, talc). 1000 mg tablets: opadry II white (polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol 3350, titanium dioxide, talc). USP Dissolution test is 4."

"Description": "CELEBREX (celecoxib) is chemically designated as 4-[5-(4-methylphenyl)- 3-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl] benzenesulfonamide and is a diaryl-substituted pyrazole. The empirical formula is C17H14F3N3O2S, and the molecular weight is 381.38; the chemical structure is as follows. CELEBREX oral capsules contain either 50 mg, 100 mg, 200 mg or 400 mg of celecoxib, together with inactive ingredients including: croscarmellose sodium, edible inks, gelatin, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, povidone and sodium lauryl sulfate."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Isosorbide mononitrate extended-release tablets are indicated for the prevention of angina pectoris due to coronary artery disease. The onset of action of oral isosorbide mononitrate is not sufficiently rapid for this product to be useful in aborting an acute anginal episode.",
"Description": "Isosorbide mononitrate (ISMN), an organic nitrate and the major biologically active metabolite of isosorbide dinitrate (ISDN), is a vasodilator with effects on both arteries and veins. Each tablet, for oral administration, contains either 30 mg, 60 mg or 120 mg of isosorbide mononitrate in an extended-release formulation. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, hydrogenated castor oil, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate and microcrystalline cellulose. The molecular formula of isosorbide mononitrate is C6H9NO6 and the molecular weight is 191.14. The chemical name for isosorbide mononitrate is 1,4:3,6-dianhydro-,D-glucitol 5-nitrate; the compound has the following structural formula. Isosorbide mononitrate is a white needle crystal or crystalline powder which is stable in air and in solution, has a melting point of about 90°C, and a specific rotation of +170° to +176° Isosorbide mononitrate is freely soluble in methanol or acetone, soluble in water or chloroform, and practically insoluble in hexane. FDA approved dissolution test specifications differs from USP."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Piperacillin and Tazobactam for Injection and Sodium Chloride Injection, is a combination of piperacillin, a penicillin-class antibacterial and tazobactam, a beta-lactamase inhibitor, indicated for the treatment of: 1 Intra-abdominal infections in adult and pediatric patients 2 months of age and older (1.1), 2 Nosocomial pneumonia in adult and pediatric patients 2 months of age and older (1.2), 3 Skin and skin structure infections in adults (1.3), 4 Female pelvic infections in adults (1.4), 5 Community-acquired pneumonia in adults (1.5).",
"Description": "Piperacillin and Tazobactam for Injection and Sodium Chloride Injection is an injectable antibacterial combination product consisting of the semisynthetic antibacterial piperacillin sodium and the beta-lactamase inhibitor tazobactam sodium for intravenous administration. Piperacillin sodium is derived from D(-)-α-aminobenzyl-penicillin. The chemical name of piperacillin sodium is sodium (2S,5R,6R)-6-[(R)-2-(4-ethyl-2,3-dioxo-1-piperazine-carboxamido)-2-phenylacetamido]-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylate. The chemical formula is C23H26N5NaO7S and the molecular weight is 539.5. The chemical structure of piperacillin sodium is. Tazobactam sodium, a derivative of the penicillin nucleus, is a penicillanic acid sulfone. Its chemical name is sodium (2S,3S,5R)-3-methyl-7-oxo-3-(1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-ylmethyl)-4-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylate-4,4-dioxide. The chemical formula is C10H11N4NaO5S and the molecular weight is 322.3. The chemical structure of tazobactam sodium is. Piperacillin and Tazobactam for Injection and Sodium Chloride Injection is supplied as a sterile powder for injection and a sterile solution in a single-dose DUPLEX® Container with a strength of 2.25 g, 3.375 g, or 4.5 g in the following presentations: 1 2.25 g: contains 2 grams of piperacillin (equivalent to 2.085 g of piperacillin sodium), 0.25 g of tazobactam (equivalent to 0.269 g of tazobactam sodium), 0.5 mg of edetate sodium dihydrate (EDTA), and 100 mg of sodium citrate dihydrate in the powder chamber. The diluent chamber contains 225 mg of sodium chloride and 50 mL of water for injection., 2 3.375 g: contains 3 grams of piperacillin (equivalent to 3.127 g of piperacillin sodium) and 0.375 g of tazobactam (equivalent to 0.402 g of tazobactam sodium), 0.75 mg of EDTA, and 150 mg of sodium citrate dihydrate in the powder chamber.
