"IndicationAndUsage": "FLUCELVAX is an inactivated vaccine indicated for active immunization for the prevention of influenza disease caused by influenza virus subtypes A and type B contained in the vaccine. FLUCELVAX is approved for use in persons 6 months of age and older. [see Clinical Studies (14)].",
"Description": "FLUCELVAX (Influenza Vaccine) is a trivalent subunit influenza vaccine manufactured using cell derived candidate vaccine viruses (CVV) that are propagated in Madin Darby Canine Kidney (MDCK) cells, a continuous cell line. These cells were adapted to grow freely in suspension in culture medium. The virus is inactivated with β-propiolactone, disrupted by the detergent cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and purified through several process steps. Each of the virus strains are produced and purified separately then pooled to formulate the vaccine. FLUCELVAX is a sterile, slightly opalescent injectable suspension in phosphate buffered saline which is administered intramuscularly. FLUCELVAX is formulated to contain a total of 45 micrograms (mcg) hemagglutinin (HA) per 0.5 mL dose in the recommended ratio of 15 mcg HA of each of the following influenza strains:. A/Tasmania/318/2025 CVR-351 (an A/Missouri/11/2025 (H1N1)pdm09-like virus);. A/Tasmania/787/2025 CVR-388 (an A/Darwin/1415/2025 (H3N2)-like virus);. B/Arizona/21/2025 (a B/Pennsylvania/14/2025 (B-Victoria lineage)-like virus). These three influenza virus strains are recommended by FDA for the 2026-2027 influenza season. Each dose of FLUCELVAX may contain residual amounts of MDCK cell protein (≤ 21.6 mcg), protein other than HA (≤ 225 mcg), MDCK cell DNA (≤ 10 ng), polysorbate 80 (≤ 1125 mcg), cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (≤ 13.5 mcg), and β-propiolactone (< 0.5 mcg), which are used in the manufacturing process. FLUCELVAX contains no egg protein or antibiotics. FLUCELVAX 0.5 mL pre-filled syringes contain no preservative. FLUCELVAX 5 mL multi-dose vials contain thimerosal, a mercury derivative, added as a preservative. Each 0.5 mL dose from the multi-dose vial contains 25 mcg mercury. The tip caps and plungers of the pre-filled syringes and the multi-dose vial stopper are not made with natural rubber latex."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets are indicated for the prevention of pregnancy in women who elect to use oral contraceptives as a method of contraception. Oral contraceptives are highly effective. Table 1 lists the typical accidental pregnancy rates for users of combined oral contraceptives and other methods of contraception. The efficacy of these contraceptive methods, except sterilization, the IUD, and the Norplant System depends upon the reliability with which they are used. Correct and consistent use of these methods can result in lower failure rates. In a clinical trial with desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets 1,195 subjects completed 11,656 cycles and a total of 10 pregnancies were reported. This represents an overall user-efficacy (typical user-efficacy) pregnancy rate of 1.12 per 100 women-years. This rate includes patients who did not take the drug correctly. "IndicationAndUsage": "Deferoxamine mesylate for injection, USP, is indicated for the treatment of acute iron intoxication and of chronic iron overload due to transfusion-dependent anemias. Acute Iron Intoxication. Deferoxamine mesylate is an adjunct to, and not a substitute for, standard measures used in treating acute iron intoxication, which may include the following: induction of emesis with syrup of ipecac; gastric lavage; suction and maintenance of a clear airway; control of shock with intravenous fluids, blood, oxygen, and vasopressors; and correction of acidosis. Chronic Iron Overload. Deferoxamine mesylate can promote iron excretion in patients with secondary iron overload from multiple transfusions (as may occur in the treatment of some chronic anemias, including thalassemia). Long-term therapy with deferoxamine mesylate slows accumulation of hepatic iron and retards or eliminates progression of hepatic fibrosis. Iron mobilization with deferoxamine mesylate is relatively poor in patients under the age of 3 years with relatively little iron overload. The drug should ordinarily not be given to such patients unless significant iron mobilization (e.g., 1 mg or more of iron per day) can be demonstrated. Deferoxamine mesylate is not indicated for the treatment of primary hemochromatosis, since phlebotomy is the method of choice for removing excess iron in this disorder.",
"Description": "Deferoxamine mesylate for injection, USP, is an iron-chelating agent, available in vials for intramuscular, subcutaneous, and intravenous administration. Deferoxamine mesylate is supplied as vials containing 500 mg and 2 g of deferoxamine mesylate USP in sterile, lyophilized form. Deferoxamine mesylate is N-[5-[3-[(5-aminopentyl)hydroxycarbamoyl]propionamido]pentyl]-3-[[5-(N-hydroxyacetamido) pentyl]carbamoyl]propionohydroxamic acid monomethanesulfonate (salt), and its structural formula is. Deferoxamine mesylate USP is a white to off-white powder. It is freely soluble in water and slightly soluble in methanol. Its molecular weight is 656.79."

<IndicationAndUsage>FLUCELVAX is an inactivated vaccine indicated for active immunization for the prevention of influenza disease caused by influenza virus subtypes A and type B contained in the vaccine. FLUCELVAX is approved for use in persons 6 months of age and older. [see Clinical Studies (14)].</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>FLUCELVAX (Influenza Vaccine) is a trivalent subunit influenza vaccine manufactured using cell derived candidate vaccine viruses (CVV) that are propagated in Madin Darby Canine Kidney (MDCK) cells, a continuous cell line. The tip caps and plungers of the pre-filled syringes and the multi-dose vial stopper are not made with natural rubber latex.</Description>

<IndicationAndUsage>Reclipsen (desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets USP) is indicated for the prevention of pregnancy in women who elect to use oral contraceptives as a method of contraception. In a clinical trial with Reclipsen (desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets USP), 1,195 subjects completed 11,656 cycles and a total of 10 pregnancies were reported. This represents an overall user-efficacy (typical user-efficacy) pregnancy rate of 1.12 per 100 women-years. This rate includes patients who did not take the drug correctly. Table 1: PERCENTAGE OF WOMEN EXPERIENCING AN UNINTENDED PREGNANCY DURING THE FIRST YEAR OF TYPICAL USE AND THE FIRST YEAR OF PERFECT USE OF CONTRACEPTION AND THE PERCENTAGE CONTINUING USE AT THE END OF THE FIRST YEAR. UNITED STATES. Reclipsen (desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets USP) has not been studied for and is not indicated for use in emergency contraception.</IndicationAndUsage>

<IndicationAndUsage>Emoquette® (desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets) are indicated for the prevention of pregnancy in women who elect to use oral contraceptives as a method of contraception. In a clinical trial with desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets, 1,195 subjects completed 11,656 cycles and a total of 10 pregnancies were reported. This represents an overall user-efficacy (typical user-efficacy) pregnancy rate of 1.12 per 100 women-years. This rate includes patients who did not take the drug correctly. aAmong couples attempting to avoid pregnancy, the percentage who continue to use a method for one year. bAmong typical couples who initiate use of a method (not necessarily for the first time), the percentage who experience an accidental pregnancy during the first year if they do not stop use for any other reason. cAmong couples who initiate use of a method (not necessarily for the first time) and who use it perfectly (both consistently and correctly), the percentage who experience an accidental pregnancy during the first year if they do not stop use for any other reason. dThe treatment schedule is one dose within 72 hours after unprotected intercourse, and a second dose 12 hours after the first dose. The FDA has declared the following brands of oral contraceptives to be safe and effective for emergency contraception: Ovral® (1 dose is 2 white pills), Alesse® (1 dose is 5 pink pills), Nordette® or Levlen® (1 dose is 4 yellow pills). eHowever, to maintain effective protection against pregnancy, another method of contraception must be used as soon as menstruation resumes, the frequency of duration of breastfeeds is reduced, bottle feeds are introduced, or the baby reaches 6 months of age. fThe percents becoming pregnant in columns (2) and (3) are based on data from populations where contraception is not used and from women who cease using contraception in order to become pregnant. Among such populations, about 89% become pregnant within one year. This estimate was lowered slightly (to 85%) to represent the percent who would become pregnant within one year among women now relying on reversible methods of contraception if they abandoned contraception altogether. gFoams, creams, gels, vaginal suppositories, and vaginal film. hCervical mucus (ovulation) method supplemented by calendar in the pre-ovulatory and basal body temperature in the post-ovulatory phases. iWith spermicidal cream or jelly. jWithout spermicides. <IndicationAndUsage>Emoquette® (desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets) are indicated for the prevention of pregnancy in women who elect to use oral contraceptives as a method of contraception. Desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets have not been studied for and are not indicated for use in emergency contraception.</IndicationAndUsage>

<IndicationAndUsage>Desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets are indicated for the prevention of pregnancy in women who elect to use oral contraceptives as a method of contraception. Emergency Contraceptive Pills: Treatment initiated within 72 hours after unprotected intercourse reduces the risk of pregnancy by at least 75%. i Lactation Amenorrhea Method: LAM is a highly effective, temporary method of contraception. j Source: Trussel J. Contraceptive efficacy. In Hatcher RA, Trussell J, Stewart F, Cates W, Stewart GK, Kowal D, Guest F, Contraceptive Technology: Seventeenth Revised Edition. New York, NY; Irvington Publishers, 1998. a. Among typicalcouples who initiate use of a method (not necessarily for the first time), the percentage who experience an accidental pregnancy during the first year if they do not stop use for any other reason. b. Among couples who initiate use of a method (not necessarily for the first time) and who use it perfectly(both consistently and correctly), the percentage who experience an accidental pregnancy during the first year if they do not stop use for any other reason. c. Among couples attempting to avoid pregnancy, the percentage who continue to use a method for one year. d. The percents becoming pregnant in columns (2) and (3) are based on data from populations where contraception is not used and from women who cease using contraception in order to become pregnant. Among such populations, about 89% become pregnant within one year. This estimate was lowered slightly (to 85%) to represent the percent who would become pregnant within one year among women now relying on reversible methods of contraception if they abandoned contraception altogether. e. Foams, creams, gels, vaginal suppositories, and vaginal film. f. Cervical mucus (ovulation) method supplemented by calendar in the pre-ovulatory and basal body temperature in the post-ovulatory phases. g. With spermicidal cream or jelly. h. Without spermicides. i. The treatment schedule is one dose within 72 hours after unprotected intercourse, and a second dose 12 hours after the first dose. The FDA has declared the following brands of oral contraceptives to be safe and effective for emergency contraception: Ovral ®(1 dose is 2 white pills), Alesse ®(1 dose is 5 pink pills), Nordette ®or Levlen ®(1 dose is 4 yellow pills). j. However, to maintain effective protection against pregnancy, another method of contraception must be used as soon as menstruation resumes, the frequency of duration of breastfeeds is reduced, bottle feeds are introduced, or the baby reaches 6 months of age. Desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets have not been studied for and is not indicated for use in emergency contraception.</IndicationAndUsage>

<IndicationAndUsage>Deferoxamine mesylate for injection, USP, is indicated for the treatment of acute iron intoxication and of chronic iron overload due to transfusion-dependent anemias. Deferoxamine mesylate is not indicated for the treatment of primary hemochromatosis, since phlebotomy is the method of choice for removing excess iron in this disorder.</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Deferoxamine mesylate for injection, USP, is an iron-chelating agent, available in vials for intramuscular, subcutaneous, and intravenous administration. Its molecular weight is 656.79.</Description>
