<IndicationAndUsage>Prevention of nausea and vomiting associated with highly emetogenic cancer chemotherapy, including cisplatin ≥50 mg/m2. . Prevention of nausea and vomiting associated with initial and repeat courses of moderately emetogenic cancer chemotherapy. . Prevention of nausea and vomiting associated with radiotherapy in patients receiving either total body irradiation, single high-dose fraction to the abdomen, or daily fractions to the abdomen. . Prevention of postoperative nausea and/or vomiting. As with other antiemetics, routine prophylaxis is not recommended for patients in whom there is little expectation that nausea and/or vomiting will occur postoperatively. In patients where nausea and/or vomiting must be avoided postoperatively, ondansetron tablets USP and ondansetron orally disintegrating tablets USP are recommended even where the incidence of postoperative nausea and/or vomiting is low. .</IndicationAndUsage>

<IndicationAndUsage>I. Stable Angina. Nicardipine hydrochloride capsules are indicated for the management of patients with chronic stable angina (effort-associated angina). Nicardipine hydrochloride capsules may be used alone or in combination with beta-blockers. II. Hypertension. Nicardipine hydrochloride capsules are indicated for the treatment of hypertension. Nicardipine hydrochloride capsules may be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive drugs. In administering nicardipine it is important to be aware of the relatively large peak to trough differences in blood pressure effect (see DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION).</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Nicardipine Hydrochloride Capsules for oral administration each contain 20 mg or 30 mg of nicardipine hydrochloride, USP. Nicardipine Hydrochloride Capsules are a calcium ion influx inhibitor (slow channel blocker or calcium channel blocker). Nicardipine hydrochloride, USP is a dihydropyridine structure with the IUPAC (International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry) chemical name 2-(benzyl-methyl amino)ethyl methyl 1,4-dihydro-2,6-dimethyl-4-(m‑nitrophenyl)-3,5-pyridinedicarboxylate monohydrochloride, and it has the following structure. Nicardipine Hydrochloride, USP. Molecular Formula C26H29N3O6. HCl. Nicardipine hydrochloride, USP is a pale greenish-yellow, odorless, crystalline powder that melts at about 167°C to 171°C. It is freely soluble in methanol and acetic acid, sparingly soluble in ethanol, slightly soluble in water. It has a molecular weight of 515.99. Each Nicardipine Hydrochloride Capsules, for oral administration, contains 20 mg or 30 mg nicardipine hydrochloride, USP. In addition, each capsule contains the following inactive ingredients: magnesium stearate, pregelatinized starch, titanium dioxide, gelatin and FD&C blue #1. <IndicationAndUsage>Telmisartan tablets are an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) indicated for: 1 Treatment of hypertension, to lower blood pressure. Lowering blood pressure reduces the risk of fatal and nonfatal cardiovascular events, primarily strokes and myocardial infarctions. (1.1) , 2 Cardiovascular (CV) risk reduction in patients unable to take ACE inhibitors (1.2) .</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Telmisartan Tablets, USP are a non-peptide angiotensin II receptor (type AT1) antagonist. Telmisartan, USP is chemically described as 4’-[[4-methyl-6-(1-methyl-1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)-2-propyl-1H-benzimidazol-1- yl] methyl]biphenyl-2-carboxylic acid. Its empirical formula is C33H30N4O2, its molecular weight is 514.6 and its structural formula is. Telmisartan, USP is a white to slightly yellowish crystalline powder. It is practically insoluble in water, slightly soluble in methanol, sparingly soluble in methylene chloride. It dissolves in 1M sodium hydroxide. Telmisartan is available as tablets for oral administration, containing 20 mg, 40 mg or 80 mg of telmisartan, USP. The tablets contain the following inactive ingredients: crospovidone, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, meglumine, povidone and sodium hydroxide pellets. Telmisartan Tablets, USP are hygroscopic and require protection from moisture. FDA approved dissolution test specifications differ from USP.</Description>

<IndicationAndUsage>Moexipril hydrochloride tablets are indicated for treatment of patients with hypertension. They may be used alone or in combination with thiazide diuretics. In using moexipril hydrochloride tablets, consideration should be given to the fact that another ACE inhibitor, captopril, has caused agranulocytosis, particularly in patients with renal impairment or collagen-vascular disease. Available data are insufficient to show that moexipril hydrochloride tablets do not have a similar risk (see WARNINGS). In considering use of moexipril hydrochloride tablets, it should be noted that in controlled trials ACE inhibitors have an effect on blood pressure that is less in black patients than in non-blacks. In addition, ACE inhibitors (for which adequate data are available) cause a higher rate of angioedema in black than in non-black patients (see WARNINGS, Angioedema).</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Moexipril hydrochloride USP, the hydrochloride salt of moexipril, has the empirical formula C27H34N2O7HCl and a molecular weight of 535.04. It is chemically described as [3S-[2[R*(R*)],3R*]]-2-[2-[[1-(ethoxycarbonyl)-3-phenylpropyl]amino]-1-oxopropyl]- 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-6,7-dimethoxy-3-iso-quinolinecarboxylic acid, monohydrochloride. It is a non-sulfhydryl containing precursor of the active angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor moexiprilat and its structural formula is:. Moexipril hydrochloride USP is a fine white to off-white powder. It is soluble (about 10% weight-to-volume) in distilled water at room temperature. Moexipril hydrochloride tablets USP are supplied as scored, coated tablets containing 7.5 mg and 15 mg of moexipril hydrochloride USP for oral administration. In addition to the active ingredient, moexipril hydrochloride USP, the tablet core contains the following inactive ingredients: crospovidone, lactose monohydrate, magnesium oxide, magnesium stearate and povidone. The film coating contains: hypromellose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol 6000, magnesium stearate, ferric oxide red, ferric oxide black and ferric oxide yellow (15 mg tablet only).</Description>
