"Description": "CUTAQUIG (Immune Globulin Subcutaneous (Human) - hipp), is a solvent/detergent (S/D)-treated, sterile preparation of highly purified immunoglobulin G (IgG) derived from large pools of human plasma. CUTAQUIG is a solution for injection to be administered subcutaneously. This preparation contains approximately 165 mg of protein per mL (16.5%), of which not less than 96% is normal human immunoglobulin G. CUTAQUIG contains not more than 3% aggregates, not less than 94% monomers and dimers, and not more than 3% fragments. The product contains on average 0.206 mg of IgA /mL. The sodium content of the final solution is not more than 30 mmol/L and the pH is between 5.0 and 5.5. The osmolality is 310 - 380 mOsmol/kg. The manufacturing process for CUTAQUIG isolates IgG without additional chemical or enzymatic modification, and the Fc portion is maintained intact. CUTAQUIG contains the IgG antibody activities present in the donor population. IgG subclasses are fully represented with the following approximate percent of total IgG: IgG1 is 70%, IgG2 is 25%, IgG3 is 3% and IgG4 is 2%. CUTAQUIG contains a broad spectrum of IgG antibodies against bacterial and viral agents that are capable of opsonization and neutralization of microbes and toxins. It contains maltose (79 mg/mL), but no preservatives or sucrose. All units of human plasma used in the manufacture of CUTAQUIG are provided by FDA-approved blood and plasma establishments, and are tested by FDA-licensed serological tests for HBsAg, antibodies to HCV and HIV and Nucleic Acid Test (NAT) for HCV and HIV-1 and found to be non-reactive (negative). The product is manufactured by the cold ethanol fractionation process followed by ultrafiltration and chromatography. The manufacturing process includes treatment with an organic S/D mixture composed of tri-n-butyl phosphate (TNBP) and Octoxynol. The CUTAQUIG manufacturing process shows significant viral reduction in in vitro studies ( Table 6 ). These reductions are achieved through a combination of process steps including cold ethanol fractionation, S/D treatment and pH 4 treatment. "Description": "Immune Globulin Intravenous (Human), PANZYGA, is a solvent/detergent (S/D)-treated, sterile preparation of highly purified immunoglobulin G (IgG) derived from large pools of human plasma. PANZYGA is a solution for infusion to be administered intravenously. This preparation contains approximately 100 mg of protein per mL (10%), of which not less than 96% is normal human immunoglobulin G. PANZYGA contains not more than 3% aggregates, not less than 90% monomers and dimers, and not more than 3% fragments. On average, the product contains 100 µg/mL of IgA, and lower amounts of IgM. PANZYGA contains only trace amounts of sodium, and the pH is between 4.5 and 5.0. The osmolality is in the range of 240-310 mosmol/kg. The manufacturing process for PANZYGA isolates IgG without additional chemical or enzymatic modification, and the Fc portion is maintained intact. PANZYGA contains the IgG antibody activities present in the donor population. IgG subclasses are fully represented with the following approximate percents of total IgG: IgG 1 is 65%, IgG 2 is 28%, IgG 3 is 3% and IgG 4 is 4%. PANZYGA contains a broad spectrum of IgG antibodies against bacterial and viral agents that are capable of opsonization and neutralization of microbes and toxins. PANZYGA contains glycine (15.0-19.5 mg/mL), but no preservatives or sucrose. All units of human plasma used in the manufacture of PANZYGA are provided by FDA-approved blood and plasma establishments, and are tested by FDA-licensed serological tests for HBsAg, antibodies to HCV and HIV and Nucleic Acid Test (NAT) for HCV and HIV1 and found to be non-reactive (negative). The product is manufactured by the cold ethanol fractionation process followed by purification methodologies, as well as S/D treatment and nanofiltration (20 nm). The S/D mixture used is composed of tri-n-butyl phosphate (TNBP, solvent) and Triton X-100 (Octoxynol, detergent). The PANZYGA manufacturing process shows significant viral reduction and inactivation, demonstrated by in vitro infectivity studies ( Table 4 ). The virus safety of PANZYGA is achieved through a combination of various process steps, including S/D treatment, ion-exchange chromatography, and nanofiltration (20 nm). Table 4 shows the virus clearance during the manufacturing process for PANZYGA, expressed as the mean log 10 reduction factor (LRF). Table 4: Virus Reduction by PANZYGA Manufacturing Process. Additionally, the manufacturing process was investigated for its capacity to decrease the infectivity of an experimental agent of transmissible spongiform encephalopathy (TSE), considered as a model for the vCJD and CJD agents. [ 10 ]. Several of the individual production steps in the PANZYGA manufacturing process were shown to decrease TSE infectivity of that experimental model agent. TSE reduction steps include ion-exchange chromatography and nanofiltration, which together give a total of at least 10.4 log10 decrease of infectivity. These studies provide reasonable assurance that low levels of CJD/vCJD agent infectivity, if present in the starting material, would be removed."

This includes, but is not limited to, common variable immunodeficiency (CVID), X-linked agammaglobulinemia, congenital agammaglobulinemia, Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome, and severe combined immunodeficiencies.",
"Description": "CUTAQUIG (Immune Globulin Subcutaneous (Human) - hipp), is a solvent/detergent (S/D)-treated, sterile preparation of highly purified immunoglobulin G (IgG) derived from large pools of human plasma. Table 6 Pathogen Reduction During CUTAQUIG Manufacturing. * Not calculated for global Log 10 Reduction Factor. HIV-1: Human Immunodeficiency Virus - 1. "IndicationAndUsage": "XEMBIFY® (immune globulin subcutaneous, human–klhw) is a 20% immune globulin solution for subcutaneous injection indicated for treatment of primary humoral immunodeficiency (PI) in patients 2 years of age and older. This includes, but is not limited to, congenital agammaglobulinemia, common variable immunodeficiency, X-linked agammaglobulinemia, Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome, and severe combined immunodeficiencies.1-4.",
"Description": "XEMBIFY, immune globulin subcutaneous, human-klhw, is a 20% ready-to-use sterile, non-pyrogenic solution of human immune globulin protein for subcutaneous administration. The purity is ≥ 98% IgG with a sub-class distribution similar to that found in normal serum. XEMBIFY consists of 18% to 22% protein in 0.16 M to 0.26 M glycine and 10 to 40 mcg/ mL polysorbate 80 at a pH of 4.1 to 4.8. The solution is clear to slightly opalescent, and colorless or pale yellow. The osmolality range is 280 to 404 mOsmol/kg. XEMBIFY contains no preservative and is not made with natural rubber latex. XEMBIFY is made from large pools of human plasma by a combination of cold ethanol fractionation, caprylate precipitation and filtration, and anion-exchange chromatography. Isotonicity is achieved by the addition of glycine. XEMBIFY is incubated in the final container (at the low pH of 4.1 to 4.8). The capacity of the manufacturing process to remove and/or inactivate enveloped and non-enveloped viruses has been validated by laboratory spiking studies on a scaled down process model, using the following enveloped and non-enveloped viruses: human immunodeficiency virus, type I (HIV-1) as the relevant virus for HIV-1 and HIV-2; bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV) as a model for hepatitis C virus; pseudorabies virus (PRV) as a model for large enveloped DNA viruses (e.g. herpes viruses); West Nile Virus (WNV) as a relevant virus; Reovirus type 3 (Reo) as a model for non-enveloped viruses and for its resistance to physical and chemical inactivation; hepatitis A virus (HAV) as relevant non-enveloped virus, and porcine parvovirus (PPV) as a model for human parvovirus B19. Overall virus clearance capacity was calculated only from steps that were mechanistically independent from each other and truly additive. In addition, each step was verified to provide robust virus reduction across the production range for key parameters. Additionally, the manufacturing process was investigated for its capacity to decrease the infectivity of an experimental agent of transmissible spongiform encephalopathy (TSE), considered as a model for the variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (vCJD), and Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD) agents. Several of the individual production steps of the manufacturing process have been shown to decrease TSE infectivity of an experimental model agent. TSE reduction steps include depth filtrations (a total of ≥ 6.6 log10). These studies provide reasonable assurance that low levels of vCJD/CJD agent infectivity, if present in the starting material, would be removed."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Octaplas is a solvent / detergent (S/D) treated, pooled human plasma indicated for: 1 Replacement of multiple coagulation factors in patients with acquired deficiencies, 2 due to liver disease, 3 undergoing cardiac surgery and liver transplantation, 4 Plasma exchange in patients with thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP).",
"Description": "Octaplas is a sterile frozen solution of solvent/detergent (S/D) treated pooled human plasma. The active ingredient comprises plasma proteins such as albumin, immunoglobulins, other globulins, coagulation factors, complement proteins and protease inhibitors. The content and distribution of plasma proteins in Octaplas are comparable to reference ranges for healthy blood donors, except for Protein S and alpha 2-antiplasmin. Within a mean total protein content of 57 mg/mL, albumin comprises ~50% and immunoglobulin classes G, A, and M comprise ~12%, ~3% and ~1%, respectively. Protein S and alpha 2-antiplasmin, which are labile to S/D treatment, are controlled to ensure levels in the final product of ≥ 0.4 International Units (IU) per mL. Plasma lipids and lipoproteins are reduced due to S/D treatment and subsequent oil and solid phase extraction. Composition of Octaplas. Octaplas is manufactured from human plasma collected in US licensed plasma donation centers. All plasma donations are tested for viral markers in compliance with US regulation. In addition, the manufacturing plasma pool may not contain a titer of human Parvovirus B19 DNA exceeding 10.0 IU per microliter and must have a negative result in a test for human Hepatitis E Virus (HEV) RNA by NAT PCR with a sensitivity of ≤ 2.5 log 10 IU/mL. Each lot of Octaplas is manufactured from pooled plasma of a single ABO blood group (A, B, AB, or O). The manufacturing plasma pool is limited to 390 kg comprising 370-1,520 individual donations/units. Frozen plasma units are thawed and pooled. Sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate is added as a buffer against increase in pH due to loss of CO 2 . After filtration through a 1 µm pore size membrane, the plasma pool is treated with S/D reagents [1% tri(n-butyl) phosphate (TNBP) and 1% Octoxynol for 1-1.5 hours at +30°C (86°F)] to inactivate enveloped viruses. The S/D reagents are removed by sequential oil and solid phase extraction procedures. Glycine is added to adjust the osmolality. Plasma with glycine is applied to a column filled with affinity ligand resin intended for selective binding of prion protein (PrP Sc ). The effectiveness of this step in removal of prion infectivity from the product has not been established. After sterile filtration, the product is filled into sterile polyvinyl chloride blood bags, labeled, deep-frozen and stored at a temperature of ≤ -18°C (-0.4°F). The finished product is tested for coagulation factors II, V, VII, VIII, IX, X and XI, Protein C, Protein S, alpha 2-antiplasmin, fibrinogen and ADAMTS13. The S/D treatment step has been validated to effectively inactivate relevant pathogenic and model enveloped viruses as summarized in Table 1. Table 1 Virus Reduction During Octaplas Manufacture. HIV-1: Human Immunodeficiency Virus – 1. PRV: Pseudorabies Virus. SBV: Sindbis Virus. BVDV: Bovine Viral Diarrhea Virus."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Atenolol and chlorthalidone tablets are indicated for the treatment of hypertension, to lower blood pressure. Lowering blood pressure lowers the risk of fatal and non-fatal cardiovascular events, primarily strokes and myocardial infarctions. These benefits have been seen in controlled trials of antihypertensive drugs from a wide variety of pharmacologic classes including atenolol and chlorthalidone. Control of high blood pressure should be part of comprehensive cardiovascular risk management, including, as appropriate, lipid control, diabetes management, antithrombotic therapy, smoking cessation, exercise, and limited sodium intake. Many patients will require more than 1 drug to achieve blood pressure goals. For specific advice on goals and management, see published guidelines, such as those of the National High Blood Pressure Education Program's Joint National Committee on Prevention, Detection, Evaluation, and Treatment of High Blood Pressure (JNC). Numerous antihypertensive drugs, from a variety of pharmacologic classes and with different mechanisms of action, have been shown in randomized controlled trials to reduce cardiovascular morbidity and mortality, and it can be concluded that it is blood pressure reduction, and not some other pharmacologic property of the drugs, that is largely responsible for those benefits. The largest and most consistent cardiovascular outcome benefit has been a reduction in the risk of stroke, but reductions in myocardial infarction and cardiovascular mortality also have been seen regularly. Elevated systolic or diastolic pressure causes increased cardiovascular risk, and the absolute risk increase per mmHg is greater at higher blood pressures, so that even modest reductions of severe hypertension can provide substantial benefit. Relative risk reduction from blood pressure reduction is similar across populations with varying absolute risk, so the absolute benefit is greater in patients who are at higher risk independent of their hypertension (for example, patients with diabetes or hyperlipidemia), and such patients would be expected to benefit from more aggressive treatment to a lower blood pressure goal. Some antihypertensive drugs have smaller blood pressure effects (as monotherapy) in black patients, and many antihypertensive drugs have additional approved indications and effects (e.g., on angina, heart failure, or diabetic kidney disease). These considerations may guide selection of therapy. This fixed dose combination drug is not indicated for initial therapy of hypertension. If the fixed dose combination represents the dose appropriate to the individual patient's needs, it may be more convenient than the separate components.",
"Description": "Atenolol and chlorthalidone tablets, USP are for the treatment of hypertension. It combines the antihypertensive activity of two agents: a beta1-selective (cardioselective) hydrophilic blocking agent (atenolol,) and a monosulfonamyl diuretic (chlorthalidone). Atenolol, USP is Benzeneacetamide, 4-[2'-hydroxy-3'-[(1-methylethyl) amino] propoxy]-. Atenolol, USP (free base) is a relatively polar hydrophilic compound with a water solubility of 10.0376 mg/mL at 37° C. It is freely soluble in 1N HCl (100.810 mg/mL at 25°C) and slightly soluble in chloroform (1.0438 mg/mL at 25°C). Chlorthalidone, USP is 2-Chloro-5-(1-hydroxy-3-oxo-1-isoindolinyl) benzene sulfonamide. Chlorthalidone, USP is insoluble in water at 20°C. Each atenolol and chlorthalidone tablets, USP 50 mg/25 mg contains:. Atenolol, USP…………………………….. 50 mg. Chlorthalidone, USP……………………… 25 mg. Each atenolol and chlorthalidone tablets, USP 100 mg/25 mg contains. Atenolol, USP……………………………100 mg. Chlorthalidone, USP ……………………..25 mg. This includes, but is not limited to, common variable immunodeficiency (CVID), X-linked agammaglobulinemia, congenital agammaglobulinemia, Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome, and severe combined immunodeficiencies.</IndicationAndUsage>

CUTAQUIG (Immune Globulin Subcutaneous (Human) - hipp), is a solvent/detergent (S/D)-treated, sterile preparation of highly purified immunoglobulin G (IgG) derived from large pools of human plasma. Table 6 Pathogen Reduction During CUTAQUIG Manufacturing. * Not calculated for global Log 10 Reduction Factor. HIV-1: Human Immunodeficiency Virus - 1.
Immune Globulin Intravenous (Human), PANZYGA, is a solvent/detergent (S/D)-treated, sterile preparation of highly purified immunoglobulin G (IgG) derived from large pools of human plasma. HIV-1: Human Immunodeficiency Virus – 1, a model for HIV-1 and HIV-2;. PRV: Pseudorabies Virus, a model for large enveloped DNA viruses (e.g., herpes virus);. PPV: Porcine Parvovirus, a model for Human Parvovirus B19;. n.a.: not applicable;. n.d: not done. These studies provide reasonable assurance that low levels of CJD/vCJD agent infectivity, if present in the starting material, would be removed.

<IndicationAndUsage>CUTAQUIG (Immune Globulin Subcutaneous (Human) - hipp) is a 16.5% immune globulin solution for subcutaneous infusion (IGSC), indicated as replacement therapy for primary humoral immunodeficiency (PI) in adults and pediatric patients 2 years of age and older. This includes, but is not limited to, common variable immunodeficiency (CVID), X-linked agammaglobulinemia, congenital agammaglobulinemia, Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome, and severe combined immunodeficiencies.</IndicationAndUsage>

CUTAQUIG (Immune Globulin Subcutaneous (Human) - hipp), is a solvent/detergent (S/D)-treated, sterile preparation of highly purified immunoglobulin G (IgG) derived from large pools of human plasma. Table 6 Pathogen Reduction During CUTAQUIG Manufacturing. * Not calculated for global Log 10 Reduction Factor. HIV-1: Human Immunodeficiency Virus - 1. PRV: Pseudorabies Virus, model virus for e.g. Hepatitis B Virus (HBV). SBV: Sindbis Virus, model virus for Hepatitis C Virus (HCV). MEV: Mouse Encephalomyelitis Virus, model virus for Human Parvovirus B19. PPV: Porcine Parvovirus, model virus for Hepatitis A Virus (HAV). n.a.: not applicable.

<IndicationAndUsage>XEMBIFY® (immune globulin subcutaneous, human–klhw) is a 20% immune globulin solution for subcutaneous injection indicated for treatment of primary humoral immunodeficiency (PI) in patients 2 years of age and older. This includes, but is not limited to, congenital agammaglobulinemia, common variable immunodeficiency, X-linked agammaglobulinemia, Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome, and severe combined immunodeficiencies.1-4.</IndicationAndUsage>

XEMBIFY, immune globulin subcutaneous, human-klhw, is a 20% ready-to-use sterile, non-pyrogenic solution of human immune globulin protein for subcutaneous administration. These studies provide reasonable assurance that low levels of vCJD/CJD agent infectivity, if present in the starting material, would be removed.

<IndicationAndUsage>Octaplas is a solvent / detergent (S/D) treated, pooled human plasma indicated for: 1 Replacement of multiple coagulation factors in patients with acquired deficiencies, 2 due to liver disease, 3 undergoing cardiac surgery and liver transplantation, 4 Plasma exchange in patients with thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP).</IndicationAndUsage>

Octaplas is a sterile frozen solution of solvent/detergent (S/D) treated pooled human plasma. BVDV: Bovine Viral Diarrhea Virus.

<IndicationAndUsage>Atenolol and chlorthalidone tablets are indicated for the treatment of hypertension, to lower blood pressure. If the fixed dose combination represents the dose appropriate to the individual patient's needs, it may be more convenient than the separate components.</IndicationAndUsage>

Atenolol and chlorthalidone tablets, USP are for the treatment of hypertension. Inactive ingredients: magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, sodium starch glycolate (potato), ferric oxide red (for 50 mg/25 mg) and ferric oxide yellow (for 100 mg/25 mg).
