"IndicationAndUsage": "Doxepin hydrochloride is recommended for the treatment of. 1. Psychoneurotic patients with depression and/or anxiety. 2. Depression and/or anxiety associated with alcoholism (not to be taken concomitantly with alcohol). 3. Depression and/or anxiety associated with organic disease (the possibility of drug interaction should be considered if the patient is receiving other drugs concomitantly). 4. Psychotic depressive disorders with associated anxiety including involutional depression and manic-depressive disorders. The target symptoms of psychoneurosis that respond particularly well to doxepin hydrochloride include anxiety, tension, depression, somatic symptoms and concerns, sleep disturbances, guilt, lack of energy, fear, apprehension and worry. Clinical experience has shown that doxepin hydrochloride is safe and well tolerated even in the elderly patient. Owing to lack of clinical experience in the pediatric population, doxepin hydrochloride is not recommended for use in children under 12 years of age.",
"Description": "Doxepin Hydrochloride Capsules, USP are one of a class of psychotherapeutic agents known as dibenzoxepin tricyclic compounds. The molecular formula of the compound is C19H21NOHCl having a molecular weight of 316. It is a white crystalline solid readily soluble in water, lower alcohols and chloroform. Inactive ingredients are: butyl alcohol, D&C Yellow No. 10, FD&C Blue No. 1, FD&C Blue No. 2, FD&C Red No. 40, ferrosoferric oxide, gelatin, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, propylene glycol, shellac, silicon dioxide, sodium lauryl sulfate, starch, titanium dioxide. The 25, 50, 75, and 100 mg capsules also contain FD&C Green No. 3. In addition, the 25 and 50 mg capsules contain FD&C Yellow No. 6. FDA approved dissolution test specifications differ from USP."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen tablets are indicated for the management of, pain severe enough to require an opioid analgesic and for which alternative treatments are inadequate.Limitations of UseBecause of the risks of addiction, abuse, and misuse, with opioids, even at recommended doses [see WARNINGS], reserve hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen tablets for use in patients for whom alternative treatment options [e.g., non-opioid analgesics].",
"Description": "Hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen is supplied in tablet form for oral administration.Hydrocodone bitartrate is an opioid analgesic and antitussive and occurs as fine, white crystals or as a crystalline powder. It is affected by light. The chemical name is: 4,5α-epoxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmorphinan-6-one tartrate (1:1) hydrate (2:5). It has the following structural formula:. Acetaminophen, 4’-hydroxyacetanilide, a slightly bitter, white, odorless, crystalline powder, is a non-opiate, non-salicylate analgesic and antipyretic. It has the following structural formula. Hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen tablets USP, for oral administration, are available in a variety of strengths as described in the following table. Each hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen tablet contains. In addition each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, pregelatinized starch and stearic acid. Meets USP Dissolution Test 1."

Fluconazole is designated chemically as 2,4-difluoro-α,α 1-bis(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-ylmethyl) benzyl alcohol with an empirical formula of C 13H 12F 2N 6O and molecular weight of 306.3. The structural formula is:. Fluconazole is a white crystalline solid which is slightly soluble in water and saline. Fluconazole Tablets, USP contain 50, 100, 150, or 200 mg of fluconazole and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, D&C Red No. 6 Lake, dibasic calcium phosphate anhydrous, FD&C Red No. 40 Lake, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium lauryl sulfate and sodium starch glycolate. Meets USP Dissolution Test 2."

"Description": "Fluconazole, the first of a new subclass of synthetic triazole antifungal agents, is available as tablets for oral administration. Fluconazole is designated chemically as 2,4-difluoro-α,α 1-bis(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-ylmethyl) benzyl alcohol with an empirical formula of C 13H 12F 2N 6O and molecular weight of 306.3. The structural formula is:. Fluconazole is a white crystalline solid which is slightly soluble in water and saline. Fluconazole Tablets, USP contain 50, 100, 150, or 200 mg of fluconazole and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, D&C Red No. 6 Lake, dibasic calcium phosphate anhydrous, FD&C Red No. 40 Lake, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium lauryl sulfate and sodium starch glycolate. Meets USP Dissolution Test 2."

"Description": "Formulation of amoxicillin capsules, USP contains amoxicillin, a semisynthetic antibiotic, an analog of ampicillin, with a broad spectrum of bactericidal activity against many Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms. Chemically, it is (2 S,5 R,6 R)-6-[( R)-(-)-2-amino-2-( p-hydroxyphenyl)acetamido]-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylic acid trihydrate. It may be represented structurally as: The amoxicillin molecular formula is C 16H 19N 3O 5S3H 2O, and the molecular weight is 419.45. Each capsule of amoxicillin with blue cap and pink body, contains 250 mg or 500 mg amoxicillin USP as the trihydrate. The body of the 250 mg capsule is imprinted with ‘A44’ in black ink. The body of the 500 mg capsule is imprinted with ‘A45’ in black ink. "IndicationAndUsage": "Terazosin capsules are indicated for the treatment of symptomatic benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). There is a rapid response, with approximately 70% of patients experiencing an increase in urinary flow and improvement in symptoms of BPH when treated with terazosin capsules. The long-term effects of terazosin on the incidence of surgery, acute urinary obstruction or other complications of BPH are yet to be determined. Terazosin capsules are also indicated for the treatment of hypertension. It can be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive agents such as diuretics or beta-adrenergic blocking agents.",

Terazosin hydrochloride, USP is a white to pale yellow crystalline powder, slightly soluble in water pH 1.3 (HCl), water pH 12.6 (NaOH), ethanol 95% and chloroform, sparingly soluble in water pH 6, soluble in methanol, and practically insoluble in n-hexane. Its molecular formula is C 19H 25N 5O 4HCl2H 2O and has a molecular weight of 459.93 g/mole. Each capsule, for oral administration, contains terazosin hydrochloride, USP equivalent to 1 mg, 2 mg, 5 mg, or 10 mg of terazosin. In addition, each capsule contains the following inactive ingredients: Colloidal silicon dioxide, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, and pregelatinized starch. The capsule shell contains D&C yellow no. 10 (2 mg, 5 mg and 10 mg), D&C red no. 28 (5 mg), FD& C green no. 3 (10 mg), FD&C red no. 40 (5 mg), gelatin, iron oxide black (1 mg), sodium lauryl sulfate, and titanium dioxide. The capsules are printed with black ink composed of ammonia solution, black iron oxide, potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, and shellac. FDA approved dissolution test specifications differ from USP."
